Very pleased with my stay. My family stayed for two nights and were very comfortable. The breakfast is great, plenty of options. Even if you just wanna grab and go. Everything was clean, house keeping was great too.

The staff is awesome! I’ve been staying here when I come to town for 14 years. Great place.

We had to make an unexpected overnight trip to Austin, so we needed a hotel room. We liked the area near the Domain so that's where our search began! We were so lucky to have found the Springhill Suites near the Domain. From the time we walked in the door, until we left EVERYONE was very nice, pleasant, and welcoming. The property was well maintained and clean. I will definitely stay there again, and again! Very Pleased Guest!

We stayed overnight while visiting family. The staff was nice, the room very comfortable and breakfast was ok. I would recommend it for the price.

We had a king bed and it was super comfy. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice! I made a Texas shaped waffle. :) Everything was clean and updated.

The rooms were super big and luxurious! The staff was super nice and everything was very nice, clean, and we'll kept. Whenever going back to Austin I will definitely be staying here!

Comfy, quiet, and roomy hotel. The pool is slightly small, but is good otherwise. Breakfast lines are long due to one waffle maker but it doesn't take to long to get your food.

Nice staff, great breakfast options. I was taking back by my house keeper Alyssa. I have been to many, many hotels and I’ve never received services to my expectations. So to see my room and be taking back was nice. SpringHill shows guest they truly care about their guest. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were really nice. Specially the lady who checked us in, called Loraine, was really friendly and helpful. She works so professionally, gave us all available options and any information that we needed. Beds were not comfortable at all. AC really noisy, didn't let us sleep. Sofa bed of poor quality, I do not think anyone can sleep on it not even for 1 hour! It said 4 adults can sleep in that room which I think is not true at all. Double beds only suitable to accommodate one adult.

Not a great Marriott hotel. But it works. Look reviewing hotels is weird. You basically know what you are getting when you get it. But this hotel was of a slightly lower quality and is intended for longer term stays as I understand it. You do you. No complaints about the hotel at all. Not far from downtown if traffic is good. Fun stuff nearby.

Only issue is television placement. Difficult to lay in bed and watch television. It is situated in the sitting area. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Great customer service. Other hotels offer free bottled water. Springhill has a mini store which sells the water for a extremely high price. Lastly, a guide if restraunts who would deliver would be great. Being from out of town, it is a hassle to find food in an unfamiliar city. Overall, very pleased.

Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I typically check all prospective hotel rooms quite thoroughly (for any potential insect infestations) before opening my luggage. The room I stayed in was clean with no obvious cleanliness concerns. It's probably been a few years since their last remodel, however, the rooms were relatively modern and well equipped.

My mother and sister are handicap and both have problems getting around, the toilet was to low for a handicap person, and the shower was to hard to get in and out of. The staff was awesome and professional, but the rooms need better cleaning. There was fingernail polish left from the other guest, and gum was stuck under the table near the computer, that was gross. The carpet needs cleaning. Poor housekeeping and not handicap friendly.

Unfortunately, the festivities had to come to an screeching halt when the manager, Amanda, decided to kick my family and I out of the hotel. We checked into the hotel on Friday, and there was a mishandling with the payments. As a result each cardholder was charged additional amounts. On Friday, we respectfully understood the terms and policies, however, as paying customers we wanted clarification on the funds that needed to be returned, and which cards were going to be charged to which rooms. However, Amanda became annoyed and felt that she 'wasn't going to stand in front of the desk all day to talk about the same thing! ' In addition, as an unprofessional customer servant she yelled across the lobby to shame us in front of other customers who were trying to enjoy their breakfast. She also told us that if we didn't like our stay then we can get out. All we wanted was information, and an explanation on what cards were going to be charged and how we were to get our funds back. As at that point one of the cards was charged ANOTHER time Saturday morning. Between all cards there was a total charge of $900 when it should have been less than $500. These funds were held, and we could not use them while we were on the trip. What a downer when you are there to have fun and enjoy life and relax in Austin for the weekend.

Amanda ruined my experience at Springhill Suites and my weekend in Austin. This weekend was supposed to be a fun time at a festival but thanks to Amanda and her piss poor attitude as a "manager" ruined everything. We took off work, traveled 3hrs only to be kicked out of our hotel rooms, credit cards constantly charged SEVERAL times thus wiping out our bank accounts of money that was supposed to be spent enjoying the city of Austin with NO proper explanation (which is all the card holders wanted), trashy attitudes and no resolve. Amanda the "manager" basically had the trashy attitude& mentality of " this wasn't my fault so I don't have to do anything to fix it" Amanda also felt that because she'd already spoken to 1 card holder about the charges that she didn't need to explain it to the other person that DID NOT hear sed explanation stating that "I already spoke with him about this so I'm not going to spend all day on this again! " How disrespectful is that to tell PAYING GUESTS that you won't explain to them why the company that you work for has taken all of their money for the week because you "don't want to spend all day on it" & on top of that you (Amanda) kick them out because you (Amanda) didn't like the negative reaction you got. WE WERE LEFT WITH NO WHERE TO STAY BECAUSE OF HER! What is the point of being a manager at a hotel where HOSPITALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS YOUR JOB and you're there with a sh***y attitude? Weekend was ruined, complete bad taste!

Hotel is clean enough and decent enough. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! They are the highlight of this place. The Springhill Suites in Cedar Park is the one to stay at!

Actually getting into the parking lot was confusing in the dark. Much easier in daylight. Great staff.

Location is great, rooms are well furnished with appliances, but you can't lay in bed and watch TV. Water pressure is nice!

Friendly agents and overall service despite minimal interaction, comfortable bed, spacious suites and relaxing ambience. This quiant hotel is located near great dining and shopping. 10/10 will stay again!

I stayed here on a work trip for three nights. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. They wanted to ensure I had a fantastic stay, and they delivered with exceptional customer service. They are located in the Domain area, so there is plenty to do/eat at near the hotel.

Great hotel and rooms, excellent breakfast but the staff needs to give more attention to the visitors.

Everything is fine, but nothing is special. Just an average suite hotel which isn't really in an ideal location.

Jesus, Jenn and all the staff here have gone out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay here — even though they have a full house. I wish I could call out everyone by name here but everyone is so fast to help if you need anything it's tough to get a name.

Standard Mariott Hotel. Not special. Very reliable. Clean roomy, excellent service.

Typical Spring Hills property. Clean and quiet. The breakfast selections were on the slim side for a Marriott property.

Nice hotel for business travel. Large rooms. Good breakfast buffet.

Building is old and noise is transferred to wall to wall. The wall is attached with air conditioning unit and old window above. If this old air conditioning is turned on, it creates electrical fan humming sounds. Not quite in the night and no good night sleep!

Clean, spacious, and clean rooms. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary hot breakfast is provided, but nothing too fancy.

I liked the hotel room layout, and found the staff friendly. The breakfast area could definitely be more spacious, and there isn't much to do around the hotel, but I can't necessarily blame that on the establishment.

Great space in room. Fast check in. Bed was firm. Breakfast def small area. Noise in hallway at night was loud. Great for price.

Rooms are"ok" in size, average with other hotels. I've seen better room designs as my office is next to the kitchen and I can't watch TV when laying down in bed but have to go to the sofa… And the bed view is to the bathroom. The place is quite clean, bonus points there as maids do their job well. Free breakfast is also good but the choices are quite limited and the breakfast place is quite small with coffee outside the breakfast room. I've seen better hotels, although the staff is great. 3 stars thanks to the indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and free parking.

Good amenities, awesome staff and a very regular breakfast. I removed a star due to the room showing that that the last renovation was in 2011 and for the bed not being as firm as with other Marriott branded hotels. On the other side, it is great to have a microwave and a kitchen sink in the studio. For the moment, this became the to go place while in Austin.

At first I thought I was closer to downtown and was disappointed but it seems that it was the perfect area for what I came to do here, the rooms, breakfast and the staff was great friendly I felt very comfortable staying here. I would definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable rooms.

This was my 2nd stay here. The room was as expected, nice beds and comfortable. Due to my work schedule I wasn't able to eat breakfast anytime this week. During this past summer, I had my wife and grandkids with me there and at that time the breakfast was as good as all the other Springhill Suites that I have been to. I do have to admit, the way these rooms were setup with one TV and not much separation between the living area and bedroom are the most common that I've found… these days. That said, I do enjoy the Springhill Suites that actually separate the rooms and have a separate TV in each area. I've stayed at a newer one in Houston and much older one in Dallas setup that way. I was in one last month in Dallas (that was much older) that actually had a doorway with a partition you could close between the bedroom and living space. That was ideal having our grandkids with us. My wife and I put them to bed and then spent a little extra time together alone in the living area, without disturbing them. All that said, I'm due back down to Austin for work next month, and I will no doubt stay there again. I was staying at the Springhill Suites off of Parmer Lane & I-35 for the most part for over a year. The staff at this location have been as nice and friendly as the other. The distance to my job is about the same, but it's been a bit easier to get reservations here with our company travel agent than it has with the the other one.

I won't be staying here again. My error I should have notified them upon my arrival of my tax exempt status. I phoned Springhill Arboretum within 24 hours of my departure about my error and they advised me to email my exemption form to Kyle Wilsterman General Manager which I did immediately. No response from Kyle so 10 days later I contact Kyle he then informs me I need to contact the Comptroller of the State of Texas for my refund. Springhill or at least this location has a zero tolerance for making corrections.

The room and bathroom very clean. Breakfast good but nothing exceptional. The staff in the lobby was by no means rude, but was not very friendly.

Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The water pressure from the bathroom sink was too low, and never got hot enough. Breakfast buffet was good, and hot coffee was available all day.

Good convenient clean business hotel in the North West Austin area. Breakfast is limited but not bad. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Staff was welcoming and friendly lobby was very clean I had very nice time.

The hotel is very average. Room was fairly clean, fairly quiet, but the bed was comfortable. I chose based on price and it was about as expected.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and great accommodations. We love Springhill Suites. Always use them.
