Visiting from another city, im an employee at Corpus Christi Comfort Suites. Would I recommend it? Absolutely Angel was very inviting and welcoming when I arrived. Nice property.

Rooms was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will recommend and stay here again.

The king size bed in our room is old and needs to be replaced. We had to ask for a blanket. The eggs at breakfast were cold. When the lady working the breakfast came out with freshly cooked eggs, she dumped them on top of the old eggs. The meat choice was sliced ham lunchmeat. The microwave has spilled oatmeal covering the bottom inside tray. I tried to stop her to tell her but she was in too big of a hurry to leave the dining area. In the time it took my husband to eat his waffle, she never returned. Both elevators have a blue sheet of blank paper instead of an inspection slip. This location is not up to the standard we have come to expect with Comfort Suites and Choice Hotels.

Great place to stay for travellers who missed their flight or their flight got significantly delayed. Location is close to Austin airport. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable and they even provide you firm and soft pillows for you to choose. Perfect conditions to have a good rest. The hotel do provides complimentary breakfast. The breakfast variety is decent (some hot food, yogurt, cereals, fruits, waffle and down confectioneries). The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Austin airport upon request. There's a diner within walking distance if you need to grab a meal.

The front desk is very responsive if you need anything. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of options. It's very close to the city so getting transportation wasn't a problem.

Great location near airport. Enjoyed all the space we had in the suite and got a great night sleep. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my bag at the front before checkin so it wouldn't sit in my car all day. My room was fantastic. Spacious and clean! The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and fast enough to work on my presentations. The bed was very comfy, and the pillows were great, too. The free continental breakfast was very well done. The two ladies in charge were on top of it! Would definitely stay again. Great quality for the price!

The room was nice, had a good view, the breakfast was so good! Waffles, sausage, egg, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee and staff kept bringing out food so it was always hot. The staff is really nice I’m done going to other hotels this is are new destination hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very clean and quiet, good breakfast and such helpful staff. Erik from the front desk advised us where to shop. Also after we had checked out I had left something in the room and he was so really helpful to tell me my options to get it sent on, but we decided to turn around and go back for it. Thanks. The rooms were also very large.

Our room was clean and the employees were helpful. They offer a free airport shuttle which was very useful during our trip to Austin.

All Front Desk Staff and Managers were AWESOME… Went above and beyond to accommodate a very large party with varying needs… Worked well together under pressure…

Everything about this place is wonderful. We have no complaints at all.

This is a decent place. It's within walking distance of Denny's, Starbucks and Subway. It has a nice selection of frozen food to buy at the front desk.

The hotel was nice and close to the airport but a little far from the city center. It was very clean and the hotel staff was wonderfully pleasant. I had one lamp with a burned out light blub and the shower dial was a little damaged and difficult to get to a hot setting, but all together it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff. Ruby was outstanding! Bed a smidge hard. Breakfast was good; waffles were excellent. Very clean, nice sized rooms.

The hotel was not very well kept. Needs updating. When we showered the pipes make a screeching sound during the whole shower. The break fast was in a conference room that was depressing. The breakfast was below par. Coffee tasted burnt. Fruit did not look fresh. Was very disappointing. Not any healthy choices besides the bad looking fruit. Yogurt was not a choice if your lactose intolerant. No whole wheat bread. Will not return to this location.

The staff are amazing. Exceptionally Clean, modern and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Free airport shuttle. Free breakfast. Spacious rooms. Great business space. Everyone participated in making our stay the best. I will be back.

Check in was very easy. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and cool. The hotel was quite, I didn’t hear anyone around me. Only two minor issues: the TV signal was intermittent, and there is a lot of light outside and the blackout curtains didn’t quite close all the way. Neither of these were an issue for me personally. I was pleased and will stay here again.

We were on the forth floor in a king suite. Large bed was amazing. Easy access to the highway and managable traffic around.

First while arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for the shuttle. They said that it is on the way and the driver will be there in few SECONDS. I had to wait ONE hour for the shuttle. I realized that they were waiting for another person to arrive. The hotel was very close to the airport (you can know that from its name) and still leaving people waiting for this long. If I knew that I had to wait that long, I would have used a cab. You get a lot of noise in the middle of the night if you stay in the room in the first floor and the Internet is slow. SOME of the stuff were not friendly. The breakfast is not good. They open breakfast at 6:30am and I was there at 7:00am and I had to ask for warm fresh coffee. There are some bagels but no cream cheese. I will never recommend or stay in Comfort Suite hotel.

From the outside and the lobby, I expected a standard cheap room. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the room quite large and recently renovated. I was very happy! The front desk staff was also very friendly and efficient.

Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Nice to have transportation to the airport. Needs a pool. I would say the halls and elevators need updated. Besides that for the price and location to the airport it was a good deal.

Although this place does have a nice look to it, I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this Comfort Inn. I came into the hotel after my flight was cancelled. I offered Angel (at the desk) a voucher (from Delta) and he requested an ID and credit card. As I was looking for those items I asked him about the shuttle. I told him that I needed to be at the airport at 4am to catch a flight and asked if the shuttle would be running then, since it wasn't running that evening. He asked me what I meant. I explained that I heard the Delta rep, who called to verify they had rooms, ask for the shuttle to come. Since it hadn't come after 30 minutes I took a cab, thinking maybe they were busy or the shuttle was done for the evening. Angel asked me if I had a phone. Confused by the question, I first said no (thinking he meant did I have the hotels phone number), he questioned me again saying "you don't have a cell phone? " I said of course, yes. He told me that most adults (i'm a 39 year old woman btw) would have called the hotel themselves instead of depending on the woman at delta. My response was, "please don't lecture me. I'm exhausted. " He then gave me back the voucher and said, "you know what, have fun sleeping at the airport. " He then asked the driver, who overheard the entire exchange, to take me to the airport. I asked him who his manager was and he said he was the manager on duty.

Great location near aiport and 10 min right outside downtown. Rooms were very nice, clean and cold. Great price as well that I booked 2 months before.

Room was nice but kept finding bugs everywhere. No napkins or paper towels to clean up messes. Beds were firm which is a plus for me.

I was put up here for the night after a flight cancellation. I waited 2+ hours for their shuttle service from the airport after calling the receptionist twice. She claimed I was waiting in the wrong area and that they only pick up in that one location. Turns out the driver was picking people up from south terminal the whole time. The room was fine besides the fact that the shower didn't work! Also there were long hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. No shower for me.

Warm welcome by Ruby. Helpful staff! Limited access to ice machine. Door to ice machine on 3rd floor did not work with key. Lovely room & amenities! Delicious variety of breakfast choices.

Was just a one day/night stay. My husband and I just loved our stay here. From the moment we were greeted at the front desk. Was an amazing stay till we checked out. Very close to downtown area and especially the airport. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. A place we would come back to for sure.

Very clean and comfortable if I am ever in Austin again I will definitely stay in this hotel only down side is I could figure out how to use the shower head but all is we'll.

The rooms were excellent, very clean and very welcoming. The restroom was very clean and looked grem free. The breakfast was ok could have had more options. But over all the place was great.

Area was fine, but kids were disappointed about the lack of pool. Ceilings are very low, walls and ceiling show water damage. We got a suite which had a frig and microwave. Not much room when sofa bed is open.

Right off a main highway, so getting around is easy. Rooms are clean and employees are rather nice and helpful.

Everything was nice. The toilet just had a little problem keeping quiet after being flushed.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels over the years, from crap to exceptional. This one certainly wasn't the worst, far from it, but the primary purpose of a motel/hotel is to provide a quiet, comfortable place to sleep to prepare you for the coming day. To that end, sound proofing is key when building a hotel. So it's unacceptable to be kept awake… for two nights… by somebody snoring in the next room! We live in an apartment, surrounded by sounds, but we can't hear people talking or snoring next door. A hotel should have better sound proofing than that. Oh, and a final insult is that the king size bed was the hardest we've ever "slept" on. So glad to now be home!

Very friendly staff, free airport shuttle is great.

Stayed here twice in the last 6 months. Rooms were updated and clean. Flat screen tvs and Internet works okay. Breakfast is standard fair, pastries, cereal and waffles (which I hate btw) free airport shuttle, driver was super nice. Jerry the night auditor takes good care of the place at night. Give him a raise! Will be back for certain.

It was perfect for the one night. Free shuttle service. And right near the Waffle House. Duh! Book it.

No swimming pool not kid friendly, manager stated to use pool next door because that used to be part of this hotel thats why they didn't have one, pool next door was holiday's inn pool, manager stated to sneak in! how bout that coming from the manager, GYM OK, room OK has old 25 inch TV not flat screen, small closet, little fridge in room, wimdow A/C unit, breakfast OK, staff OK except for the sneaky manager that tries to sneak customers into other hotels' swimming pool. Would not stay there again.

This was the best stay I have experinced in Austin. Nice Staff, Hot breakfast, fridge, sofa and micowave in the room; all for $99/night. I would have gladly paid $200/night for what I recieved. They even had a breathing cleaning machine in the rooms that provided great aroma. I will always stay here on my trips to Austin. If I have to travel to San Antonio, I may even stay here and drive back and forth. I am positive that the 1 hour 20 minute drive is well worth it.
