Had a great time here. Employees were all very nice.

The sheets and pillows were soft, and the mattress was comfortable. The shower still had a couple strands of hair from previous guests. The TV turned on with a default channel, and either there wasn't a channel guide or the button didn't work. The staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel and was worth the stay! Friendly people there and might stay there bc it's cheaper than San Antonio rates.

Polite staff, and expedient help when maintence is called. The pool area is clean, and they even supply pool towels.

The Hotel was Clean, But the Beds Suck! Absolutely the Worst Experience I have ever had while stayed in a Holiday Inn Express! The Beds Felt Like Concrete! They should change their hotel prices to about 40 a night with horrible beds like that!

Awesome service at the front! They acted like normal people! Not so serious all the time! Love it! They were great! And boy was that bed comfortable. And clean! Holy moly!

Located within a few minutes from all the popular spots in town. Very well kept. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff.

The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was roomy and very nice. This is a great place to stay when you are rout in Floresville.

Worst HI Express that I have ever stayed at. The breakfast hostess had a horrible cough that sounded like the flu but she continued to serve, the plastic ware is all put in the receptacles with the mouth side up so your fork, spoon and knife has been touched on the mouth portion by every guest that eats with them and I believe that this is a health code violation. The housekeeping staff was late everyday to clean rooms (most days after 5pm). I had to talk to them 3 times (01/22-24) to not let the door slam against the room security lock as it woke me twice and caused a loud disturbance as I was on the phone on a business call once. The last time I asked them to stop (01/24) the housekeeper responded with a very rude "hmm" after I asked her to please stop. Rudeness does not fly well with me and is absolutely unnecessary when people are trying to rest or work late in the day. Other problems experienced were: -Internet not working one day but crammed and slow most afternoons. -Breakfast is horrible but I don't have high expectations anyhow. -Carpet was dirty when I checked in. -One night there was a major disturbance upstairs that woke me but one in my company called and complained and he said it continued for at least an hour afterwards. -Water tastes terrible, need a softener or filter for the coffee and such. -Pillows too soft or too firm and a dip in the middle of the bed.

Nice and clean. They were having problems with room keys not working (multiple days). Had to be let in by staff with a master key. No apparent knowledge or time for solution. Returned back for the evening, received new working keys. Breakfast below par: NO cinnamon rolls (sign says soon, very soon) the lady said, "no we don't have any at all". NO pancake mix for pancake machine. ("Waiting on shipment")

The rooms were clean. But, they were having troubles with programming the room keys. So, they gave everyone (I mean ever guest) a mater key that opened every room in the hotel. It was a major security breach.

The place is not clean they switched us to 3 different rooms none of the bathrooms were clean the first room smelt like urine the second room had some kind of bugs all over the bed (headlice) and the bathroom was dirty. The third room had the bathroom dirty only. The front desk had no clue what she was doing and no one was helping her. The only good thing was they have is a refund for our stay we had no choice since everywhere else was full. I do not recommend this place. Your better off going to la quinta down the street where my relatives stayed and no one had this issue there.

The property was great. She addressed our issues and was very helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast. When I travel for work I stay almost exclusively with Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast is always the same. Very decent for a free meal. I rarely eat the pancakes, but they are good and tasty. However, when I travel with my family, my youngest loves pancakes and enjoys making them at HIE. We stayed in the Floresville for 3 nights. Each morning there was something wrong with breakfast and there never was any pancakes. The laby responsible for tending to the breakfast was generally found sitting in the guest area, something I have never seen. However, the manager/property owner did address our concerns well. Thank you to Rose and the rest of her staff who made a difficult time for my wife and her family a little better, as the staff were very accommodating. I just wish they would have had pancakes.

This hotel was great. It was clean. The room had a wonderful smell but it wasn't overpowering. The employees were nice & helpful. The young gentleman at the front desk even recommended a place for dinner that was a great choice. They could work on their breakfast offering a bit more — ex: pancake machine on counter but not working, heard from other guests that it wasn't operating during the stated hours. I do plan to be back.

Ok for in and out stay, had to ask for housekeeping to Declan room and fresh pillows, will never stay in a holiday express again.

Get staff, pool is great, rooms are excellent.

At check in, carpet was filty and needed vaccumed. A trickle of water from the shower head and no tub. Left a business card and asked for a call from the manager. Never got a call. GUN FREE ZONE, would not have stayed if I had known. I am a platinum rewards member (stay at HIE often) and this is one of the worst HIEs I have stayed at. Staying in Seguin next time!

Nice and clean hotel and comfortable bed but my only complaint is they're a gun free Zone which I don't care for.

Room was fine, service was nice… When you could get it. There's almost never anyone at the front desk, and I missed several calls to my room because staff refused to answer the phone.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had! Got to the hotel which I had a reservation for days in advance to find a dirty room. The sheets were not changed, there was dirt and what looked like blood on the sheets. One bed was missing pillow cases all together. We got there at 1:30 in the morning with children and had to wait another 30 minutes to get the sheets changed. Not to mention the huge roach that was crawling across the floor down stairs. We ended up being charged by expedia who we booked through plus the hotel mistakenly put a hold for the cost of the stay as well. After being told for several days several different things we got that all got resolve through expedia, hotel and my bank we got refunded the overage. We go to check out and expedia card was declined and we were told we couldn't check out but we could leave. My recommendation is find a different hotel this holiday Inn is not worth the money and I would stay away from expedia as well.

Stayed there a bunch since husband was in oil field. It was always great and clean. Staff is always friendly. Just visited recently due to moving and it was still the same. Great staff and very clean.
