Do NOT stay here during the summer. The rooms are so hot (A/C doesn’t go very far) and I got sick while here, coincidence or not it’s still incredibly uncomfortable. Also, our bathroom has no working fan so as soon as you step out of the shower you’re just hot and humid. Cigarette butts all over the stairways, no one ever bothered to clean those while we stayed here. I would never come back here.

There was no toilet paper in my bathroom, and I didn't realize it until I REALLY needed it. Also, trash was overflowing in stairwells the entire 3 days we we're there,. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. The grab and go breakfast is really garbage. Our room had the kitchenette, but utensils and cookware was severally lacking. I'm sure they would give it to you on request, but definitely would not have been able to prepare anything with what we had in our room.

Booked hotel a month in advance. When I showed up at 10 am was told check in was at 3pm and that they were behind. Which that was fine. However when I showed up at 3 they still didn’t have any rooms ready. And I have been waiting to get my room, and I’m currently still waiting. It is now 4:39 pm on 6/7/18.

The lady working the front desk was really friendly and helpful while I was checking in. The room was very clean when I got there. The breakfast was okay, nothing too major. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

I stayed here 2 nights and it was great! It felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Another reason I'd recommend staying here is the quick access to the freeway and close shopping centers and restaurants.

Location is great and bed was comfortable. Also, the heating and air worked correctly. Overall, great stay. They did not have the "free breakfast" available during my stay as their delivery truck hadn't come that week (maybe try running to Walmart and picking up some basics? ). Also, no conditioner or lotion on the room (not that I use them, but arnt these staples given at any hotel? ). Toilet seat hadn't been cleaned and the counter in the kitchen was messy.

No stars. The ONLY reason there is a star is because without it they will not allow you to share. do not waste your money here. My company chose this location for us. The A/c doesn't work properly. They have NO room cleaning services. I was verbally assulted by one of their day managers. I was told to "Deal with it" (the broken A/C. They have failed to fix the A/C. Here I sit writing a review when I should be resting for another 14 hour day.

I called ahead and made reservations with Magdlay and was given a price of $96 for the two nights we were going to be in town. When we arrived the front desk clerk was unable to find our reservation. After about 10 minutes she located it but said she would not be able to honor the rate we were given because the clerk Maggie who made the reservation failed to advise us the room needed to be reserved via CC. The clerk advised me that the clerk who made the reservation would need to correct it the next morning. Next morning went the office and spoke to whom I assumed was the day manager Roderick who again stated he would not be able to give us the rate of $96 because the room was not reserved on a CC and we checked in after 6pm, so the new rate was about 20+ dollars higher. I have stayed at this same hotel every trip I make to El Paso, Tx airport. The room they gave us smelled of burned seafood in the microwave there were oily fingerprints on the walls and doors and the rug needed to be shampooed immediately. The fridge either needed to be replaced or cleaned out better. The shower leaked the entire night as we were unable to completely shut off the water after our shower. Went to the office 2 X's to complain but the clerk failed to come to the door. The day person did move us rooms. This used to be a nice hotel but now it looks like the drunks druggies and hookers are starting to check in.

The location, price and cleanliness of the room are excellent, all rooms have kitchenette and refrigerator, is a great advantage as in other hotels in the same range and area you pay the same price but do not have these extras.

I will never again set foot in an Extended Stay hotel. God forbid you have to deal with their guest relations/ customer service teams. I booked a one night stay at this hotel to get some rest after a ten hour long drive from California. As I attempted to go Check-in the lady at the front desk informed me that their system is down and are unable to check-in any guests. She instructed me to “contact whoever I booked the hotel with” to get a refund. I submitted a complaint and was told to give guest relations up to 48 hours before I hear from them. The lady I submitted the complaint to over the phone also gave me a direct number to them to possibly speed up the process. The following day I called guest relations multiple times with no luck. I was on hold for over an hour with no answer. All I am trying to do is get the money they charged us for the room that we weren’t even able to check-in to. We decided to call again the following day. We spoke to a Vanessa from their 1-800 line to see if there was anything else we could do to get our money back. She basically gave us attitude and told us that we usually have to stay on hold for more than an hour before anyone can assist us and ultimately ended up hanging up on my wife and I. I read some reviews on the company to see if anyone else was having similar issues and I found that Guest relations has TERRIBLE service.

My husband was coming in for business and we needed a quick decently priced hotel to stay for a few days. I booked for 10 days as a pre caution and only stayed for 6. The rooms were nice and comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

We were checked into an ADA room with two queen beds. The room was filthy, the furniture needed to be wiped down, strong pet smell smell which was masked by strong perfume smell, and the carpet was heavily stained. I requested to be moved, and we were moved to an ADA king room. It was night and day as far as the condition of the room. Not sure if the housekeepers forgot to list it as a dnr (do not rent). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was professional and helpful. If you found my review helpful, make sure to click on the thumbs up!

Okay, get what you pay for. The trash was not emptied from the last guest. The counter was dirty too. Bed was okay, clean but not to comfy.

Very nice hotel for the price point. Similarly priced hotels are not as nice. Room has a full size bed, dresser, LG tv, large closet space, and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink, and stove top. Front desk was very friendly and inviting. There's complimentary "Grab and Go" breakfast from 6:00-9:30 a. M. Featuring coffee, muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. Thank you for your hospitality!

If it's ok but I didn't love that housekeeping only make it every eight days otherwise it's okay.

Various issues, but Good price. So if you are just looking for a bed and a hot shower, great, if you want more, this is not the place. The staff is very friendly and good.

Well so far I really like this comfortable very clean the attention is very good are super friendly and treat you with much respect.

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would complain about is the breakfast. They said it would be served until 9:30 but there was never any food. I got there at about 9 the first morning and there was nothing so I thought I would try 8 the next morning and the same thing. Very irritating. They don't replenish the muffins once they ran out. The staff should definitely be better about this.

According to the images it is mostly false I believe they have gathered the images off of Google and placed it as their own.

The Wi-Fi sucks! do not purchase the "enhanced" Wi-Fi it's slower than dial up. Otherwise it's a nice motel. Housekeeping does a alright job if you don't mind them playing rap music with cuss words while cleaning. Great location for anything you need, the rooms are adequate. El Paso has probably the worst drivers in the world so say a prayer and say goodbye to loved ones before you leave, be extra cautious when you drive. The walls between rooms are thin so if you have a party crowd next door you'll hear it, Breakfast is muffins, oatmeal packs or granola bars if they have any. Coffee if you're lucky in cups without a lid.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Outside rooms at this ESA so if you like having your blinds open, be prepared to have the occasional person walking by. Get a room on the 3rd floor in back so you'll have a view of the mountains The room was clean but it lacked hangers. If you ask, they'll give you a coffee pot and coffee otherwise, you'll have to trudge outside and down to the office for your morning cup of coffee. Be prepared to for the "breakfast" to be gone unless you get there early. The laundry room lacked detergent so I had to go back to the office where I'd just gotten change specifically for doing laundry and ask for soap. Got it for free but it would have been nice if they'd have said something. The TV reception absolutely stinks but the Wi-Fi is good. I will stay at another ESA the next time I'm in El Paso.

The only thing they should have working are beds. I sat down and bed collapsed on one side. They didn't seem concerned. Room was nice and clean.

We were here 9/27/17 and check out 9/28/17 it was one of the best Extended Stay America that we ever stayed at. Everything was in excellent condition. Staffs were very welcoming. We couldn't find not one thing wrong that was how great the place was. Might of not gotten rooms on the first floor but thank goodness for the elevator that they did provided. The only thing we still don't understand why they don't offer this but if you are a person that like ice in your drinks be aware they don't provide an ice maker. Other than that you will love your stay at this place.

Nice rooms, but it seems like the whole staff has no clue what's going on here. Everyone that works here isn't all that friendly and they are very slow. Check in was at 3 and check out was at 11 so there is 4 hours to clean the rooms but the staff takes an hour + lunch at noon so a ton of people rooms weren't ready at 3. Luckily ours was ready and we could check in. Not a terrible place but if I ever found myself in El Paso again I wouldn't stay here.

It was adequate. We did not take advantage of the optional amenities, but it was nice to have the option. It was a comfortable stay although the mattress was extra-firm and difficult to sleep on.

I'll show you better. Toilet flushed horrible. So bad they gave me my own plunger. Is this the service oom padding for? Did not clean the room weekly like they said they would. I had to call. When I arrived there was no comforter on my bed. As a traveling nurse it's not up to my standards especially if I'm paying $300+ a week for 3 months. Wow. Need I say more?

I'm a military member and I certainly stayed in extended stay all my career and all over America. Although extended stay in El Paso are seem far better than the others of this type (I visited 2 less expensive ones). I am not usually a complainer but I had some a problem with my toilet for two days (Saturday and Sunday). The toilet It didn't flush properly. I didn't want to complain so I just removed the contents by hand went to the office and informed the person on duty what happened. It was around 1030 am Saturday and I was told someone would check it out by noon. Office person gave me a plunger. I used the plunger however It didn't quite fix the the problem but it was adequate. I let the office person know there was still issue. I went shopping and returned around 2:30 pm and went to the office to ask about the issue. I was informed that there are no maintenance personnel on site. The next day the problem was worse and I ask for the plunger again. This time it was better. I also like to mention that by mid day Sunday all the outside trash cans near the rooms and stairwell were full and over flowing with trash. As I mentioned earlier I've stayed in extended stay America all over the country and this is not the service and cleanliness I ve encountered previously. It is usually very good to excellent.

The hotel was recently remodeled, everything is new and the price is below average, has an excellent location, is an excellent choice.

Booked with Expedia. They had the wrong information. I got a King bed and wound up with a queen and had to pay the same price. Brown spots on towels. Kitchen was clean though. No smoking, even though the site says there is. It was hot. Front desk clerk didn't know how to refund the difference between the rooms but was very nice.

Was ok, breakfast was just muffins, apples and cereal bars. Bathroom had hair in the shower that wasn't from us.

Locating the rooms was very easyn parking is very close and convenient.

It's a horrible, ugly hotel. Never again! I only got it because everything else was booked and the pope was going to be in Juarez. Horrible idea! They charge over 79 per night and don't even offer cleaning at all! The keys would not work had to go to office more than 10x to get it reset. The room was non smoking and smelled like cigarettes. The drawers were so old you could get a splitter just by touching it! This is like a dirty expensive motel. Don't waste your money!

Good, cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. The room was clean. The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again if I was in the area.

I don't really know I go to deliver pizza all the time.

There for under four hours, but it was fine for that time frame.

Not a nice place for the money. Bedding seemed to be clean but worn out, and I hate those polar fleece blankets. The desktop surfaces were not clean, lots of fingerprints all over. The TV remote was gross. It really feels like a motel with a small kitchen. Above each of the queen beds was the EXACT same picture… really?

I love this place, nothing more to say, been coming to el Paso for business and everytime I came I've been staying at the extended Stay America for a little over a year now. Still a great place to stay.

My family and I had booked several rooms (at least 5, possibly more like 10) for guests coming from out-of-town for a wedding. We booked the rooms at least 2-3 months in advance. Upon the arrival of the first 2 guests who had booked rooms for the wedding, I was inquiring in the office about other arrivals for the following day, to which I was told the rooms wouldn't be available at all because other guests at the hotel had decided to "extend their stay. " The office staff said they could offer me smoking rooms (although we had booked all non-smoking rooms), to which I was not ok with, because none of the guests staying the those rooms were smokers. They offered to bump us to another hotel in another the city, which is about 30 minutes away, which also would not have worked, because the wedding was very near to where the hotel was and it would have been extremely inconvenient to have other guests 30 minutes away. After those suggestions, the office staff (including managers) offered no more advice, became very rude and, when I inquired about the validity of our reservation, said that "This is an extended stay hotel. Guests have the option to extend their stay at any time. " Apparently this means that reservations are not honored, and guests who decide to stay at the last minute on a whim are given preference over those who already have a reservation.

Very clean and good value for El Paso in this area. Updated with a LED TV, Coffee, the whole works. Walking distance to quite a few amenities necessary when traveling. Don't hesitate. Wifi is free but they offer an upgrade for $4 per day. The free is ok if you're just checking email but says you can't stream Netflix or youtube. I was able to stream youtube without too much trouble without paying the extra. I can't say it'll always be that way, but it was for me at 11pm during a weekday.

My only complaint is the beds, there stiff! Everything else great.

My husband and I are currently staying here while my husband's company was contracted for a job. The first room we stayed in was ok, except some of the walls looked dingy and the a/c was leaking on the floor making the carpet wet and the kitchen sink doesnt drain well. That was room 216. The second room we were moved to has a lot more issues. The big burner on the stove top doesn't lie flat and is a pain to cook on, the linoleum right at the bathroom/kitchen border is coming up and I tripped on it, the microwave safe plate is lopsided because the rack it sits on is damaged, the reclining chair has a section broken off of it on the foot rest, the backsplash in the kitchen is pulling away from the wall and the toilet has bad parts in the tank and wont stop running. This is room 229. I don't feel that this property is kept up very well by the owner. There are a lot of repairs needing to be made to the rooms. Plus, washing machine in the laundry room has trouble starting to fill with water. The timer starts counting down and then if you hit the start button for like the 4th time after you have lost 2 minutes off the time, then it will start filling with water. We also only get maid service once a week. If you want clean towels, etc, you have to go ask at the front desk to get them. The beds are also very small, especially when your husband is over 6'2". I think we may have had a queen in the first room, but definitely only a full in the second.

Awesome hotel! Stayed two nights, rooms were very clean, staff very friendly. Great price $55 a night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is great, not too far from IH 35, lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
