If your travelling through Dumas, TX. And need a place to sleep, then this BW is the the place for you. Good people in this town. Clean rooms, and great staff. What more do you need? Only issue was guest laundry wasn't working properly so be prepared to spend extra money on dryers. Truckers, I bobtailed so was able to park in lot. There is a truck stop next door for truck parking.

Very clean nice hotel. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. We prefer to stay at this property on our trip to Colorado.

I lost a cell phone in the hotel, the manager called me to ask a shipping label to ship it to me. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is good. Wifi is fast.

Stayed here while passing through. Staff was nice, the place was clean inside and out. We had a good night of sleep after a long day in the car. Will stay again.

Just passed through for a night after a long day on the road. Very friendly staff which is nice when you’re exhausted. Clean room. Bed was ok. Only thing I can complain about and only because I’m super picky is the ac didn’t keep the room cold enough for me but wasnt miserable. I’d stay again.

Stayed two nights, came for a Family Reunion several members in the family stayed here. Our stay was very good the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a variety of items to choose from, because there were so many of us as well as other guests, it was a little crowded as everyone seemed to want breakfast at the same time, but we managed. I would stay here again for the next reunion.

Deplorable service and rooms. The towels had hair on them in the bathroom. Had to hold the shower head home while taking a shower. Do not recommend at all. Staff was extremely rude when checking in as if we were an inconvenience to them.

Sheets had blood stains, filthy carpet where we never walked without shoes, reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Waste of money!

Nice hotel to stay at for the night. They have a comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I enjoy staying here and I’m sure I will again. If you don’t mind a hotel with the doors on the outside for a single night this works for my family.

Clean, quiet, room. Hot tub broken. Breakfast items limited; eggs, sausage, briskets & grave, cold cereal, etc.

The room was very spacious and everything was super clean. My husband thought the bed was too firm, but we both slept great. The breakfast was good, but they really need to invest in better lighting in the dining area, because it feels a little uncomfortable not being able to see the food you're putting on your plate. Other than that, it was very comfortable and clean, and definitely a good place to stay.

150 for 6 hours bugs in room breakfast not cooked all the way and biscuits soggy will find another place the next time stayed at a lot of best westerns bye far the worse and very over priced as the rest are any were between 69 and 89 a night highway robbery this place is not a place to stay roach motels would be better and cheaper since the high priced Evan has roachs very poor maintenance very poor shower head sprays everywhere all the way from ceiling to door this place sucks not recommended.

Mediocre hotel, but clean. Good location on 287. Beds were good but not the best I’ve slept on. Pool is warm on a cold night, but the hot tub and sauna were both broken.

My stay was great no complaints what so ever I recommend if you're staying in Dumas stay at this best western.

Doors face outside and it has HVAC that run continuously if you want to stay comfortable.

This hotel was very clean, beds were very comfortable and had a GREAT hot breakfast. Would stay again.

If you want a quiet, clean room with friendly service, do not choose this hotel. Front desk person was unfriendly, room seemed dirty, toilet seat was broken, AC air was damp and smelled musty, cigarette smoke smell was unrelenting, and very noisy patrons at 11pm and again between 6-6:30am, with yelling, door slamming, loud music, and idling diesel trucks. On top of all this, flies were constantly in the room, so many that we lost count. Dumas is a cow town, I get it, but we won't be staying here again.

I would stay at this location again. The hotel in a small town like Dumas Texas with updated amenities is hard to come by. This hotel is nice with comfortable beds and nice staff. We stay only one night passing through like most and this hotel is affordable within reason.

We generally stay at the Dumas Best Western when traveling to Colorado. We've found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Ms. Mercedes checked us in and then out the next morning on June 18. She was very attentive, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast is adequate — scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, waffles, etc… a great place to overnight when traveling.

It's very Private… And very Friendly… And all the good Restaurant are Next Door and they Deliver… You have an indoor swimming pool… You have an indoor Sana… Everything is at your begging call… And the Best thing of it all… You get to Park in-front of your room… I love it… And I stay there every time I go to Dumas TX …

Very nice comfortable room, excellent breakfast but the pool was too cool for me and hot tub wasn't much better; it has huge step downs so you can imagine pulling yourself out.

Arrived late on a Friday night. Staff was very friendly and even gave us a snack. It's the little things… rooms very clean and comfortable too.

Very comfortable bed and clean room — we were VERY pleased with the facility and the employees. Breakfast was abundant and fresh. Although parking was at the door — no issues hearing vehicles. Very pleased with our stay!

Really great! The room was spotless, like my wife keeps our house spotless — seriously, I was real happy with this. I got in late with no reservation, they had a king room non smoking which I was totally okay with. The cost wasn't bad — the room was 78.00. This is totally acceptable for me. Is rather pay a little more and have a good experience. As I said, the room was very clean, no odors, nice and quiet. Also, they sterilize the remote controls for the television — this pleases me greatly. I'm always afraid off getting some unknown funk from them. All in all a really great room night. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Very good. Had a clean comfortable room at a reasonable rate. Liked the pet policy of $10 a night with $20 deposit that was refunded next morning after room inspection. Breakfast was cheese omelette sausage and biscuits and gravy. Food was a little cold. Waffles and cold breakfast items were available. Overall good value especially over hotels supposedly pet friendly that added a $35 charge per night to a more expensive room.

I like best western hotels, but the one In. Dumas, tx. Shouldn't have the B. W. Logo above it…

Pretty decent. Recently remodeled. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was right too.

Although the hotel was being remodeled, the staff more than compensated with their pleasant attitude and helpfulness.

This was a very Nice Hotel. I stayed there for 3 weeks, due to work. Very Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast Daily was the best part. Very Good. Only negative I Had was a couple time it Got VERY Cold and i'm from the South, the heater didn't get very hot due to the High Freezing winds. And wind was gushing in through the poor Seals in the Door. Complained about it. They never did anything about it. Luckily it got warmer.
