We are traveling from California to New Jersey and this is the best room/hotel we have been in. Love this place feels like home and they are pet friendly!

Rooms are nice, roomy and clean. We have stayed there twice and will stay there next year as well.

Lovely hotel to stay for the night. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. It's always a pleasure to stay at a BW for a relaxed homey atmosphere. Breakfast was meh, though.

Convenient location. Large comfortable room, a lot of parking area available, very friendly staff.

The room was very comfortable even with the four of us. Priced right, friendly, and very accommodating when we had a last minute issue and needed an extra night. The only drawback is we had two separate issues with our room card keys… they were swift, apologetic and fixed the issue right away. If you are traveling eastbound on 20, watch out the turn most GPS systems gives you is a dangerous and immediate right, at the end of the off-ramp. I suggest exit, make your way over to the right lane, turn right at the light, and then make the next immediate right, it’ll take you right to the hotel.

The lobby is nice and Airy. The hotel is small, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, the best part of this hotel is the indoor pool. Second best part is the pool is that it is nice and large and has an adjoining spa, which is large for a spa and the Jets are perfect for the aching shoulders. The second best part about this hotel is there free buffet breakfast. Around Weatherford Restaurant Row where do you can drive a couple minutes to find any fare.

Lovely room. No smoking hotel is nice. Staff was excellent. The only bad thing was that the TV was not working even after a call to the front desk, and unplugging modem. We will be back but will check room and TV first.

Excellent price for group, very accommodating, courteous staff. Recommend that the hotel upgrade room a/c units to allow for individual thermostats.

Great hotel. We do a lot of work meetings there's. Whether the front dess person is nice is hot or miss.

Air conditioning is a must in Texas. This room is large with one wall unit barely blowing air. I've got it at highest setting and barely feel a difference. And no ac vents in the bathroom. If you're driving 20 go thirty minutes further for better hotels in fort Worth. I won't stay here again.

Unpleasant front desk worker, started with an A? Curt, snappy and rude. Thanks, you helped me decide to book with Holiday Inn Express instead. They are pleasant there and fastidious.

I did not keep my reservation, my experience is based on my conversation with Amy who answered the phone and I assume was running the front desk. I cancelled because I found Amy to be short and rude and I felt that if she was like this over the phone, what would she be like in person?! I had been on the road moving for 2 days and when I talked with her, I had driven all day, so needless to say, I was tired and I expected to be treated like a customer should, with respect.

Cold drink machine on 2nd floor didn't work was told there was an ice machine on the 2nd floor was not there. Only one way in and out. The front door no other door had a door key. The breakfast was horrible so many people not enough room not nearly enough food and the food was terrible had to go to McDonald's. For a 100 bucks a night I expect better than this. Will be going to holiday inn express.

We have stayed here many times because our best friends lives in Weatherford. The last few times we stayed the service started going down hill. Tonight we checked in with a rude young lady who act like she didn't care if we stayed or not. She gave us room 203, the door was propped open and not ready to rent. Then we went down and told her and she gave us a room on the third floor. There's a wedding party here so I asked what time the pool closes. She said 11 pm. After checking into our room I went to the pool area to see if we wanted to go swimming. I counted 16 people and they had a table of alcohol setup. They also had a big dog running around in the pool area. I had a hard time getting around the dog to get in and out the door. I returned to after going to the pool area and the lady at the desk said she decided to keep the pool open til midnight. When I asked her if dogs were allowed in the pool area she said it was fine because the dog was on a leash. Is this becoming a new Motel 6? The second room we got was nice and clean. No drunks wandering on this floor. I don't know if we'll ever stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was a good typical Best Western breakfast.

We stayed a few nights in a double room. Everything here was par for a usual stay at a Best Western other than a few annoying things. One was the lamps, which the room had two (desk and night stand) that had two outlets conveniently placed on each side for chargers and what not. Problem was all of the outlets were extremely loose fitting, to the point where you had to jiggle your plugs to try and find a "sweet spot" for them to have a connection. Some were where you couldn't find the connection no matter what. We checked with another relative that was staying in a different room and it was the same situation. Another was the placement of the window AC to the edge of the farthest bed. It's so close to that edge and has a weird funneling cone on the end that ultimately has that person sleeping very cold for the night.

The worst stay we've had. The cleaning staff was nice but the management was awful! Their customer service was unkind and tacky. They argued with us multiple times about taking food to the room, using a luggage cart too long, and leaving doors cracked temporarily. Don't stay here if you want decent customer service from management… they don't care.

It was clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing, with hot and cold items. I was thrilled they had biscuits, gravy and sausage.

My fiance and I went to this hotel for a great night. It was clean on the inside which I liked. But the customer service is horrible! I was kicked out of the room and ordered to leave in 5 minutes. When we made the reservation online it said we could check out at anytime before 5pm. And then we were ordered to leave at 1 pm. Apperently check out time was 11am even though it wasn't what we had agreed on. I was ordered to leave immediately. The men at the counter was very rude when I was trying to check out. I will not be going back!

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding. We had to check in pretty late after the reception and the staff were very helpful and understanding. The room was clean and quite large, and the bed was very comfortable. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and would stay here again if the occasion arose.

This was the worst hotel stay ever. The night I checked in I had dirty sheets on my bed. Then no one could bring me clean sheets I had to go to the front desk to go get babe. To add to that the cable wasn’t working and the microwave wasn’t working.

This is a nice place. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. There is also a good free breakfast and an indoor pool and spa. That said, here are the reasons I’m giving it four stars instead of five: 1. No fenced doggie bathroom. We travel a lot, and a lot of hotels now provide a fenced off area for dogs to relieve themselves. That would be more convenient since dogs “produce” faster off-leash. … 2. Swimming lessons going on at the pool. Apparently, the hotel rents out the pool for swimming lessons! They roped off half of the pool and told me to keep my kids on one side. 3. Microwave only. I wish our suite had a kitchenette, which would include a stove and some basic kitchen tools.

I always try to stay at this BW on my return trip from visiting family and have always had a great stay. The staff is always polite and the rooms are always great. It would be nice if the suites had some dishes in them though. Oh, and I like that their waffle iron is in the shape of Texas.

The staff were all helpful and very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable pillows a little hard. Breakfast was pretty good.

What a great town and a great place to stay. Easy access and nice place. Rooms were spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Best Western is always my hotel of choice even though I don't get to travel a lot. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stopped here on a road trip and was very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better expierance.

Very nice and luxurious for the amount of money you're paying. A convenience store is right around the block and there are several places to eat nearby that you can walk to. I would definitely stay here again.

I am completing this for my mother, I stayed at the hotel in a different room. What an exceptional hotel, I have not stayed in a Best Western in years, but I have stayed in high end Marriotts (NYC), Hyatt's, etc. This hotel was as nice as them. The staff, were helpful pleasant and the overall experience was a 10!

The hotel was very quiet and the room was clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful! We had a great night's sleep and a great stay. Did not eat breakfast there so can't rate the offerings. We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay here in Weatherford. Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms clean and breakfast was great. Outside covered gazebo for smokers. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is First Class all of the way. It is beautiful the minute you walk in and everything else is just outstanding. The employees went way beyond friendliness. True, true Texas hospitality.

I cannot speak highly enough about this (family-owned/operated) hotel and the staff. Our veterans group has utilized this hotel twice now for reunions and both times, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate and assist us. The owners and staff are extremely kind and helpful. The multi-media meeting room was the perfect size for our group to meet and share meals — It was even complete with a sink and full-sized fridge. The rooms are very clean, nice, and comfortable, and we enjoyed the indoor pool as well. I have never felt so VALUED by the staff of any other hotel. The staff really goes above and beyond in service!

Be aware that this hotel holds swimming lessons year round and half the pool is only available to hotel guest. My daughter was playing with a pool noodle that was on the side of the pool. She was approached by an assistant helping with the swimming lessons and was very rude to my 7 yr old. I like best western but will never stay here again since the pool isn't fully available to guest.

Very nice hotel. Clean, neat rooms. Lots of amenities. Heated pool was a big hit with my children. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Loved the friendly service. I stopped by there for directions. The lady simply told me she didn't know. That's ok. But the entire interior and exterior was elegant. Breath taking. Peacful.

I spend a lot of time in hotels and have been staying here for the past week. This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff has treated me like family. Everyone has a smile on their face and the the pride in there work shows. They are continuously cleaning and improving the hotel. There is great truck parking with cameras watching everything. The rooms are clean and they even shampoo the carpets on a regular basis so no black feet from walking around the room barefoot. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. The shower has great pressure. Also the cleaning staff does an awesome job of keeping the rooms clean. I always check behind the nightstand to see if it has been cleaned behind and they passed with flying colors. The hot tub was clean (no dirty brown foam when the jets are turned on and it's actually hot. I didn't try the pool but the people that were in there said it was warm. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast with everything kept fresh and full. The guest laundry was clean and works great. Having a large truck and not wanting to unhook from the trailer I chose to walk to a few restaurants. There is plenty of choices within a 5-10 minute walk. The area is nice and I felt safe walking even at night.

We have swim lessons there for my daughter. Great environment. Very clean. Nice people.

Overall a pretty standard hotel. Perks include free breakfast, indoor pool, and fitness center. Location is a bit difficult for GPS's to find for some reason, but isn't hard once you get there. We stayed because we were attending a wedding nearby. Beautiful area but not a ton else going on.

The location of the hotel is super nice, behind a tree line so that you will not hear the freeway as much. It is a beautiful hotel both inside and outside. The staff is the best, and rates are quite lovely. The best.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Reasonable rates, large suites. Overall if only staying 1-2 nights I would definitely stay here again. Any longer and the lack of tech might become an issue for me personally (see issues below). Slight holdup when checking in (@230pm) as the manager wasn't sure what rooms had been cleaned. Be sure to ask at the desk for extra shampoo and conditioner if you didn't bring your own, the bottles are VERY small. I travel quite a bit and they are miniscule even by other hotel standards. Also don't expect any kind of tech other than Wi-Fi. No guide on the TV and also can't access any HDMI content. I travel with a fire TV stick and I cudnt get the TV to recognize the HDMI port even thru the HDMI menu settings. Even our phone didn't work as it wasn't plugged in (power and line) and the nightstand was too wedged between the beds to move easily.

We had a very pleasant stay on a thursday night. Very nice king bed suite a d an awesome breakfast. Definitely on my list of places to stay at when traveling in the future.

Clean rooms and newly updated. They do lock down the thermostat and it won't go lower than 70 degrees, other than that the stay was pleasurable.

Staff friendly, room clean but NO complimentary waters and smoke heavy smell in hallway but room ok. Will not stay here again.

Clean rooms. Everything seems to be well taken care of. Breakfast bar is well stocked — sausage, biscuits, fruit, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, etc and kept warm. Eating area is very clean.

I had my daughter's birthday slumber party at this hotel and it was the best experiance! The pool room is so big and nice. The staff is amazing and so helpful! This hotel is clean, pet friendly and the staff truly care. I wouldn't recommend any other hotel but this hotel to stay at. As a local that has stayed in at least 5 other hotels in wetherford, I can tell you with certainty this is to one to stay at. If your looking for a hotel to stay at The Best Western Suites is the place to sleep, relax and is affordable. Thanks to the staff and owners for your services and hard work. :).
