Great pool and staff! Love coming here!

Staff is great and helpful but If you want to be able to sleep ask for a room away from the Highway Road, been up a few hours listening to every "Noisey" vehicle passing by. Horrible experience. Almost time to start my day.

This was one of the best places I could ever stay in with my reunions with my mother she found me after 52 years and the people they're at the front desk the housekeeping staff everybody was just so wonderful and it's such a pretty Hotel I was sad to say goodbye to them on top of saying goodbye to my mother but the accommodations were perfect to breakfast was fabulous the coffee was on point the cookies were delicious it was clean fresh very warm and very inviting and I wanted to thank everybody for making my reunions with my mother so beautiful if I could give this place 10 Stars I would thank you Holiday Inn Express in Weatherford Texas.

What can I say about HIE that hasn’t already been said. They do Quality, Value AND Service and wrap it UP nicely with one if not THE best Continental Breakfast for a Hotel Chain. Keep doing what y’ALL are doing and let US ALL Grip It! On That Next Level! ~Prichard For President 2024

Not like a Holiday Inn I have been in before and I live in Florida!
Really nice hotel. Inside pool. Gym. Sauna. Cooked breakfast included not two day old bagels like usual.
Clean. Great area to hang out.
Near (5 minutes tops) anything you could need. Great place.

Quiet. Clean. Rooms clean.

We got a king suite. The room was clean, large and very nice. The hotel was full the night we stayed. The pool and hot tub was nice there were plenty of towels. The breakfast bar was good. We would stay again.

Room was comfortable, amenities were well stocked, easy off access from 1-40. Lighted and inviting from entry way. Employees were courteous during check-in and check out. Continental breakfast was well presented from hot food, cereal selection; kid friendly to adult. Beverage selection tea or coffee was broad selection with juices available or milk. Comfortable stay for time spent on premises. On access not as accessible to enter back on from the Inn was a drawback due to local morning traffic.

Service was wonderful. We had a pipe burst and had to leave the house for the evening while a service came and dried our carpet so we took the two little ones and got a room. Had a comfy bed a cool room temp and was very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay 100%. Clean, comfy beds, pool and great selection for breakfast. It was worth the price for everything.

Front desk man was wonderful! He made me a key incredibly quick so that I didnt have to wait on my friends. Breakfast was okay, Lacked a some flavor? The outlet in the room wasnt working very well but that is an easy fix.

We got away for our anniversary last night. We had a great room booked in Fort Worth but because of an early morning appointment the next day and some other logistical things we decided we should probably find something closer to home. After reading reviews we decided on this place. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and fun. Our room was very clean, we always check the room out pretty good when we arrive and we're very happy with it. There were fresh baked cookies and ice cold cucumber infused water at check in. The pool was awesome as well. Breakfast was pretty good. If I had to make any kind of complaint it was too much chlorine in the hot tub and the smell of the room. We had a jacuzzi suite and there was a faint mildew smell and heavy chemical smell when we got in our room. It may not be noticeable to others but I have a freakishly sensitive sense of smell. All in all we enjoyed it and decided we may do this once a month at this location.

The reason we went here was the pool once we checked in and was ready to go to the pool we were informed that it was closed. On top of that the Wi-Fi sucked it was so bad it needed my data to make it work. Fact is all the nice things you like about a place were sad.

The rooms had alot of space… I was able to do a whole wedding party makeup. The bathrooms where nice and gave a us a free sewing kit. Replaced all towels and tissue.

Clean, new hotel. Indoor pool is nice, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here last weekend while visiting a loved one that is passing away. Travis made our stay very pleasant and was very accommodating for our family. This hotel is top notch and I recommend it highly. Great staff and extremely nice rooms and amenities.

The only thing I can think of is that she is jealous of a happily married couple traveling together on business—or perhaps she hates kids. We have given that hotel a lot of business through my husband’s company, but that won’t be happening anymore as long as Rhonda is working there.

I'm leaving a review to warn future guests, especially military about this location. The hotel is nice, the area is conveniently located around major stores and shops, and the room and stay was fine. My issue arose about a week later when I was charged an additional $250 for a smoking fee. The location has a policy you sign upon check-in stateing if you smoke in the rooms you will be charged $250 upon checkout I would assume to pay for cleaning and removing the odor. The problem is there's no room for rebuttle if the staff charges you for the smoking fee even if you knowingly never smoked in the room. I'm not sure if I was targeted because I'm active duty military moving through the area and the staff knew I couldn't really return and fight my case or not after I left, but none the less I was accused that either I allowed or I smoked in the room and left cigarette ash on the bed side table by the manager Beverly which was a complete lie. I don't smoke and have never smoked and didn't have anyone in the room besides. My wife and I during the entirety of my 1 day stay. It sounds like either a scam or a lack of control of the staff. After repeating myself 5 times to management over the phone I was then advised that the fee would be waived and that I should know that smoking is not allowed in the rooms in the future, which insinuated that the manager Beverly continued to accuse me of smoking in the room regardless of my opinion on the matter.

Room was good. Nothing too fancy, but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming in terms of options and what was pre packaged, but again, it did the job. What was off putting was the breakfast staff. I was the only one in the breakfast area at the time, and the two staff members carried on their conversation like I wasn't there. No greeting off any sort, and the conversation sounded like (again, only one in the area, so it was hard not to overhear) they were talking about one of their coworkers in less than flattering terms, which was disappointing. I'd stay here again and hope there were different people staffing breakfast.

Excellent service, efficient/accommodating management, clean facilities and a delightful breakfast. I recommend this hotel to those staying in the area. Four stars due to very high price.

Highly recommend staying at this location… great visit began with booking reservation with Beverly… very pleasant and accomodating… room was clean and neat… breakfast offered variety, including healthy choices… convenient location!

Of the holiday standard — this location is on the lower end of the scale.

Timer on hot tub is across the room, only last for 15 mins, then you start walking across wet tiles and hopefully not falling… Power went out that night, hotel didn't offer any comps for the inconveniences.

Smoking allowed right in front of entrance where children and everyone are forced to walk in. Not happy about that. Otherwise, nice facility. Ran out of coffee during breakfast.

Great area, very clean hotel and rooms, bed was supper comfortable, quiet, breakfast was very good, and service was great! Highly recommend this hotel!

Great staff! Every thing was clean! No dust anywhere. No musty smell. Super quiet in room 101. My husband left his shaving kit that he had from his Army days. They mailed it back to us! We will be staying there again!

Good experience wonderful staff felt welcome when I first walked through the doors. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay.

Stayed here for honor band, I was dissapointed there was no exercise room but overall enjoyable experience.

The only thing not outrageous about this place is the price for a room. Everything else is a joke. Don't dare wash clothes here. It would be cheaper to get a taxi and hit up the laundromat since the dryer here barely works. Shy away from the vending machines too.

The best hotel service ever. I been here three months and not had a single problem. I see all these participation trophy people comments on here make laugh. The only thing I ask is bring back happy hour.

At first we were given a room with no sheets on the bed and and ironing board blocking entrance to the room. We returned to the front desk and were given a different room. The next night we discovered our keys didn't work and returned to the front desk for new ones. They we got back to our room and discovered a large water puddle just inside the door. Returned to the front desk, brought the clerk back to see it, back to the front desk for a new room and keys, back to the room to pack up and move to the third room. The next night we returned to the room and the keys didn't work, back to the front desk for new keys. When I checked out I told the desk clerk it had been an adventure and she offered me a free snack items for my troubles.

The worst front desk/management staff! I was given wrong information for lodging for a wedding and as soon as I checked in I realized this couldn't be the place because it was 45 minutes from the venue. After a quick call to another Holiday Inn Express in the right city they told me the location should be able to cancel my reservation and give me a refund but the management acted like they were clueless and could not help me in my situation. I would not recommend this location due to staffing that does not put clients first. I paid $125 for a room that I did not stay in that night.

The breakfast was good but the rooms were outdated and the swimming pool was dirty. When I told personnel that the pool was dirty, she said she would call the maintenance man, but it never was cleaned and it still remained open. For $120 a night, it is over rated.

Hotel clean but air conditioner not blowing cold. Breakfast was a nightmare, had to find attendant to let her know the trays were empty and 10-15 people waiting for eggs, sausage, biscuits etc.

Very nice and CLEAN. Stopped in at the last minute and was very satisfied with the staff and facilities. Plenty of good places to eat nearby.

This is the best hotel in Weatherford in my opinion. We stayed a entire week. Family of 5 plus 2 small dogs. It's very well maintained, clean & non smoking. The entire staff is so nice! I highly recommend staying here. Oh and they always have fresh baked cookies which was a nice treat.

The hotel is decently nice. Right in front of the hotel is Lucille's Roadhouse, a very nice and popular restaurant. However, one complaint is that there were cockroaches everywhere, one of which was alive in the bathroom fan.

Very nice hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the room. The bed was so comfy and the room had high ceilings (3rd floor) which made it feel more open. We used the sauna which was awesome, though it took a while to heat up, and the pool/jacuzzi. The pool (indoors) was still a bit too chilly, though. The free breakfast was okay, too. Biscuits, cereal, pancakes, etc. We will definitely come back!

Service was friendly and efficient. We did have to request a new room, as the original room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and the hotel is 100% non-smoking. The new room was just fine though. It was clean and had all the amenities we look for. I'd say overall I was satisfied but I'm not quite sure it's worth the $130 per night rate we were charged.

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was great. The breakfast was one of the best in a hotel I've had. Would definitely recommend.

This place is in a nice location right of off I-40 going west just as you get into Weatherford right behind Lucille's Roadhouse.

Next to the interstate, get a room on the back of the building if you don't want to hear the traffic all night. Breakfast lady, Breakfast is served at 6:00, not being placed out at 6:15+. Gives you a lunch sack of goodies in the mornings on your way out. Very nice touch!

This hotel is on I-20. It's is easy to get to if you are traveling East. A bit more challenging for me, who was traveling west, but doable. They had friendly staff with clean rooms and lobby. I took a late night swim in their pool which is very relaxing, I slept well, in a quiet room away from the elevators. They served a good breakfast in the, morning, too. It was a great experience!

The staff is nice and everything is clean and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone in my family.

I reserved a REFUNDABLE room for November 20-21 2016 via EXPEDIA, with the understanding that if this room were to be cancelled (which it was) in a timely manner (which it was) that there would be a 100% refund. After I cancelled this room the hotel directly charged me $112.99 for the stay. I contacted Expedia and the hotel and Tamera at the hotel each time said that the refund had been processed. I dealt with this issue for THREE months. Each time the hotel telling me AND expedia they had refunded the $112.99. On Feb 10 2017 I called expedia AGAIN and spoke again with the supervisor, they called the hotel and the general manager at the hotel said the process never happened and that they were not going to refund the $112.99 and that the room was not refundable. Expedia told me that they were confused as to why the room was not refundable (since it was advertised as refundable) and that the hotel deceived them as well. This hotel lied to me SEVERAL times, charged my card directly. I will NEVER stay or deal with a holiday inn ever again from this bad experience.

All was well other than the A/C not keeping the entire room at the temperature set at. It kept approximately a 10 foot radius at that temperature.

Nice hotel, only draw back is not all rooms have microwaves and mini fridges but management promises they were ordered. Other than that it is a great hotel with a friendly staff.

Reason for my visit to Holiday Inn is work related; I deliver the Ft. Worth Star Telegram newspaper. The receptionist in the lobby is very friendly, as well as helpful. Very clean and welcoming environment. Easy to get to from both sides of the freeway and is surrounded by restaurants and a shopping mall. I would definitely stay there if I ever needed to.

Room was huge. We got the family king room, which included two king beds, one in a separate room, and a sofa bed. The hotel was nice and clean and our stay was great.

The rooms were nice and clean, in a very convenient plave. Breakfast was very good, great tasting and a large variety of options. It was quite despite it being full. The staff was polite and helpful.

I was at the Holiday Inn express for a work meeting and the only negative thing I really experienced was that the housekeepers were vacuuming above during the meeting and it disrupted the meeting several times. Other than that it was very nice.

The room was great. The pool needs some sort of ventalation system. The room filled with chlorine fumes. While we were swimming. That is the reasin for the three star. Otherwise an okay experience.

This stay was nice & without problem. Bearded young man at desk never even looked up when we were leaving with our luggage. Lol I guess he didn't care who stayed & who didn't. Everyone else was very friendly.

Hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great! But the staff was very rude. When we walked in we didn't recieve a greeting and we felt as if we were not wanted. And then on our way out the maid ran us over with her big cart and laughed. No one said a single nice thing and we received zero information about any of the services in the hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. Although their breakfast is a little run of the mill they have exceptional customer service and clean rooms.

I'm an early riser and the evening staff person is great to start the coffee for me. The accommodations are always clean and in good condition. We visit here a few times a year and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

This is a nice place to stay. Very satisfied with the room and the bed was wonderful. We arrived a little early, about 45 minutes, and could not check in until 3pm. It all worked out though as the kids swam in the pool for awhile. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Got food poisoning from their breakfast. Rooms need major overhaul to put everything into working order and staff/ management doesn't seem to care about twinkle state of this crappy hotel.

Horrifying experience! NEVER have I been treated so badly! Terrible hotel! If I had a choice it wouldn't rate a single star. Stayed there last weekend 3/13/15 — 3/15/15. The night of the 14th My family that were placed on 3 different floors where winding down and quietly visiting after spending the whole day taking our children and grandchildren to the Ft. Worth Zoo and just about to go to our rooms to get some much needed sleep. When at 10 pm the desk help started screaming at us telling us that we need to go to our rooms so she could do a grounds check. She shut the lights off on us in the lobby. We told her the lobby is part of our room rental and she told us we only pay for the room and nothing else. Because we refused to be sent to our rooms like children she went as far as checking people into their rooms in the dark. We asked politely what her name was and if we could speak with her manager and she refused and told us that wasn't important and we could try to guess her name. We decided to speak to the manager the following day and she refused to speak with us as well as the owner. Called their corporate office and they decided to comp us one night of our stay and the owner refused to talk to corporate as well. The next morning we found out some interesting details from the morning desk help that was very sweet.
