Very nice clean spacious room. People were nice. It is a very busy place so the pool was packed out of control with kids. It pool is out doors that was nice. This springhill suite has a bar area with bar tender. Throughout the commons area are very nice place to sit and chat.

Pretty cool shower, clean and big room. Pretty comfortable atmosphere and the employees were nice, probably one of the best hotels I've visited.

Was not an easy check-in experience. Had to wait with my 3 kids an hour until my husband arrived and had the ‘physical’ credit card to swipe. Then the elevators and hallways were burning hot! We had to do some laundry and I was literally sweating walking to and from the laundry room, as well as each time we had to use the elevators. I called down to the front and she let me know there had been multiple calls regarding the same issue and that the ‘engineer’ had left for the day. She also told me she didn’t know where the controls were to try and fix it… ummm ok?! Can you call him and ask?! Can you try and go look for the mechanical room?! Can you call him in for an emergency maintenance request?! I swear it was over 80 degrees! It was miserable! First time at a SpringHill and unfortunately will be my last.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. There is really nothing within walking distance though. Restaurants and stores are at least 1.5 miles away.

Wouldn't give it one star but you can't write a review without at least one star! This place smells… room wasn't ready when we got here had to wait 15 minutes. This morning we left at 9 am. And returned at 4:35. Our room had not been cleaned yet! Staff was overworked per front desk. Hot and tired we waited. We will not stay here again!

The rooms at this hotel are very spacious and nice. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly as well. The only reason that I gave this hotel a three star rating is the bartender. He was not friendly at all. We came downstairs with a beer from our room and the rudely told us we could not drink anywhere except our rooms. We came back down and bought drinks from the bar and he continued to be rude. Avoid the bar.

It's an excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast can be improved. I recommend this hotel at any time.

Check-in was easy, hotel smelled nice. Has a bar with happy hour available. Also offers a market with snack, wine, drinks, microwavable pizzas, and little items you might have forgotten. The room was really nice, they called our room to make sure we were satisfied with our room. Nice bathroom with a separate toilet area from the shower. A nice little area with a mini fridge, microwave, and a little coffee maker. Decorations were nice. The breakfast was much more than I expected; eggs, Turkey sausage, Turkey bacon, roasted potatoes, cheeses and meats, fresh strawberries and pineapple, different breads. Spinach, shredded cheese and salsa for your eggs. Plus the obligatory waffle maker. Plus its a nice area, multiple restaurant options, we will definitely stay here again!

The staff here are awesome and very friendly. Can't wait to come back.

I got a flat and it was 8:00pm when I pulled up there. The front desk gentleman did not have the tools so he wasn't able to help but Alicia at the front desk was ectreanly helpful. She offered to use her AAA membership to help me change my tire. I was so appreciate. She went far and beyond her job title. I use to work for Marriott and it makes so much sence oh how she helped me… even thought I wasn't a guest. Bless you all.

New hotel, physically it's in very nice shape. Customer service on the other hand… When logging into the Wi-Fi half asleep I selected free and then clicked continue. As I clicked it I realized they had popped up a "are you sure you don't want to upgrade? click continue to buy" even though I had literally just clicked on free. Dumb, but whatever. No way to undo though and I didn't want to pay $4 * 5 nights, so next morning I stopped by the front desk to ask them to cancel it and take it off. I couldn't imagine this bring a problem. Front desk employee got very nasty and said it was my responsibility to read what I'm clicking and they cannot take it off under any circumstance. I was pretty incredulous and pointed out how dishonest this system is and after 10 minutes she finally begrudgingly removed it from my bill. (This was $4 in the context of like a $500 stay) As she took it off she made a point to tell me I would never be able to get this type of thing taken off at any Marriott hotel ever again. Ok, because I'll be staying at a Hilton next time I'm in Plano I guess.

Clean spacious comfortable rooms with a microwave and small refrigerator. Good hot breakfast with many choices. Mild traffic noise in the odd numbered rooms; ask for an even numbered room if this bothers you.

As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff. Pamela either knew the answers to all our questions or knew how to find out. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was lovely. The pool and hot tub were great, too. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, shek, modern, comfy. Nice pool that's salt water, and an above average breakfast. Staff is great and weekends aren't busy.

I live in North Dallas, but once a month I enjoy a staycation. I found that this Springfield Suites location is perfect. The staff if excellent from top to bottom, happy hours is great and the complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Furthermore, the suites are spacious and spotless! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great large rooms very well accommodated, great decor, and very clean. Extremely friendly staff. Came here on a week-long business trip and honestly could not ask for more from a hotel. If you are in this area stay here.

Clean and acceptable but will need renovated in next few years even though this is a fairly new place. Breakfast was great. Will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean & inviting. The clerk was friendly. The room was nearly perfect. There's lots of space. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I stayed at this Springville Suites… Very nice rooms and friendly staff. My issues with this hotel happened after I flew back home to find my room had been billed to my "incidentals" card not the companies card who was putting me up. AMX, who paid for the hotel immediately called the hotel and resolved the issue, or so I thought. Over a month after my stay I see a charge once again on my "incidentals" credit card. I've now left two phone messages with the General Manager with no call back. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of response. In talking with my contact at AMX, this is not the first issue they have had with this hotel. If you are a B2B customer… my advice, steer clear!

Cool room design and colors. We got a king w/ a couch which gave us room to hang out with our people. There was a towel folded like a swan. Separate toilet closet. Good flushing. Big shower. Friendly staff. Awesome hot breakfast.

The beds are very soft and nice, the rooms are clean, and the faculty is kind. Would stay again.

Rooms are clean, bed is comfy, better than a standard continental breakfast.

Staff was very professional and attentive when we made requests for extra towels, keycards, etc. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast had almost no fruit available, just a banana or an apple so that was slightly disappointing but overall it was a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Clean rooms and fantastic staff going out of there way to serve the guest. Wonderful room set up along with great workout room and pool. Overall fantastic atmosphere and attitude.

Great hotel. Breakfast was better than most. Room was cozy and quiet. More spacious than a Holiday Inn Express and more advanced with a keycard that controls all your lights. Would definitely recommend.

Nicely appointed, modern, clean, light. Good breakfast, and great staff. The ONLY downside is the poor lighting in the bathrooms for makeup application.
