Very small lobby but decent sized rooms. Room has a kitchen with electric stove and a new TV! Happy with the AC/heater which is necessary in Texas over the summer. Great location here with free parking. Not easy to come by round these here parts.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Kristopher at the front desk. Quiet at night. Plenty of workspace. Good variety of food and other items in the Candlewood Cupboard. Clean room. I will stay here again.

Stayed here for 7 months throughout my entire divorce process and this place made me feel at home. The manager and employees were always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good clean rooms. Friendly staff. No breakfast but they do have a nice shop on-site with free coffee.

I stayed here for four nights on a business trip. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The only reason that I am giving this a five star review is because it was much cheaper than the other available options on such short notice. The room was clean, and I was able to sleep well there. However, the room seemed a bit outdated. My room actually had a VHS player, so that was a funny surprise.

Comfortable and friendly. Been there twice before and never a problem. Key card sometimes misfired.

Nice place for the money and very friendly staff, only wish they had breakfast.

What a pleasant surprise. Started with Lucy checking us in (what a GEM) comfortable bed, clean and orderly room.

Had several issues with the room, the last issue, nope that was the final straw so I brought it to the front desk personnel attention and she got me a new room and took care of me. So in all it was a good visit. Thank you.

This is a good place. Think amenities are useful. Wish They give breakfast. Even extended stay give basic grab. Othereise it is maintained well.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Staff is very. Friendly, professional & helpful. At the time of my stay they were remodeling a clp of the floors, yet the ONLY reason I knew that is bc I ran into some of the construction workers on the elevator. Was not dirty from the construction nor was it noisey. Rooms are beautiful & very clean! The complementary breakfast was absolutely unreal! Very much worth the money. I HIGHLY recommend!

Great value for reasonable accomadations. No frills, but no added costs; that said, there is a fridge and microwave in every room to make life that much easier for the visit.

Great place to stay. Staff is wonderful. My room is spacious and the bed is great for my bad back. Bathroom arrangement is nice and also spacious. Outside is clean and well kept. I can go on and on so just see for yourself and spend a night or five.

I stayed here for more than a month and had very good experience. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I specifically appreciate the safety measure of timer for the induction. The overall ambiance is good, and it's a good choice for long term budget accommodation.

My stay at the Candlewood Suites has been quite pleasant. The rooms were clean, the lobby was well kept and they have many amenities. The one issue I did encounter was with a receptionist that works at the fount desk. She is the blonde elderly woman, who has a bit of an attitude. I did not get along with her, but other than that minor problem the other receptionists are very nice and so are the cleaning ladies. So far I am enjoying my one month stay!

Front desk and check in pleasant. Room decent and clean. My only Really BIG complaint is the smoking odors in halls and elevator. Prices different from phone reserve and website. Talked to manager about smoke odor and she gave us a discount. fyi 3rd floor is smoking.

I requested a non smoking room. They gave me a smoker room and told me it wasn't. Yet it stunk like smoke and there was an ash tray and matches on the desk. Next room had no hot water, ants all over the desk, room phone didn't work, and lights were out. They told me because I was staying for 5 days there would be no maid service and if u needed more towels I would have to come down and request more. Two days before I left there was a tip envolope on the desk for maid service. … for what? No one cleaned or took care of the room.

My job has out annual convention in Plano but I didn't want to stay at the same Hotel as the rest of my peers. I decided to stay at CandleWood because they have smoking rooms and I wanted a 1 room suite. Room was great, bigger than expected. Nice kitchen and big fridge. My wife came as well for the black tie even Saturday. So I stocked up on supplies. I was totally pleased with the staff and my stay. Actually I liked the rooms at CandleWood better than some of my associates rooms that stayed at the Marriott Legacy. I will definitely stay here again next year.

They place $50 hold on your card when you purchase a room that doesn't drop off when the bill for the room processes through your bank. My money should return to me when you get yours, Candlewood Suites. And this location charges you more than the location on the Plano/Richardson border. Other than that, decent hotel. Just don't like their business practices.

Stayed here for 2 weeks on a business trip and the front desk service was amazing, always super helpful, the room was nice and clean, the gym was useful, free use of washer and dryer which was great. I loved it here, would recommend.

Some friends stayed there and we came to visit them in their rooms. The room was clean and well-appointed, plus it seemed that there were several nice amenities including a gym and a lending library. The staff seemed friendly as well.

The rooms were very nice and clean. My room in particular was a little awkward because it was literally right next to the counter in the lobby. Despite the weird room placement it wasn't too noisy.

The hallway of third floor smelled like cigarettes however my room was oderless.

I've stayed here in the past and enjoyed it, but when I checked in last week the room did not appear to have been well cleaned. The pillow cases had either not been changed or not inspected after they came out of the cleaner. Returning to the front desk, they provided me with another room which had the same problem with both the pillow cases and the towels in the bathroom. I decided not to stay this time. This hotel is in a great location and a fair price and provides good amenities overall. I hope they will get this problem fixed soon.

Rooms have a "sense of home" feel… 5 stars for that. But no complemtary breakfeast or dinner for the price : — (1 star! Its not close enough to breakfast convenience. Also, I stayed for a full week and no one came to clean or replenish necessities… : — (Overall, it was okay.
