The location is amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful but the customer service is lacking in a big way! First — you have to pay for parking every day and I was not told that when I made my reservation — that's an expense I wasn't counting on! No one ever even acknowledged my husband the whole time we were there except the valet (and we didn't even use valet parking) We were there to celebrate our anniversary and it was never mentioned/ acknowledged, anytime by anyone even though I made sure they knew when I made the reservation. We also stayed at another, much cheaper, hotel in town a different day on this same vacation and they treated us so much better than the Hilton staff. Also there amenities were so much better as well. I'll go back to the other hotel gladly!

Great hotel. The rooms are the cleanest! Beds are comfy. Staff is great. Parking is the only doubt I have about this hotel. Valet missing for late check-ins. Self park is confusing. Garage parking is $15 and the good spots are taken for valet even though there seems to be a separate lot for valet and Gold parking. After a few stays, you figure it out. But I don't like the trouble.

I enjoy this hotel and have stayed there around a dozen times. It's pretty standard as compared to other Hilton properties but their lounge area is nice, even though it gets noisy and crowded during happy hour and events. But that lobby area flows easily into an outdoor seating area with a massive fireplace which is good in the Fall and Winter. Rooms are standard Hilton and come with a large shower, coffee maker and refrigerator. There is very close proximity (walking distance) to at least 5 restaurants. Downside is that they routinely sell out so you need to book early.

Fantastic hotel! I was here on business and the rooms were super clean. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked and fresh, the view I had was beautiful and the pool and spa looked inviting.

People are very welcoming and friendly and ready to help. The facility is very grand and upscale. However we were attending a Convention that we had to bring our own lunches. There was no freezer in the room for the ice packs and the refrigerator was so small we couldn't fit our supplies in it and no way to keep everything cool while at convention.

Very modern and clean facility. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. The art placed around the building is beautiful and make certain to take a walk towards the conference center to take a look at the new Granite Parkway Center with its various restaurants and boardwalk!

Had a meeting there. Conference rooms were very large. Lobby was very nice and elegant. They had Starbucks coffee and water. Chairs were nice and comfortable. Pretty easy to find.

This hotel is beautiful and located near several great restaurants and the Stonebriar Mall. We stayed here the night after our wedding. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hotel is new and the lobby is very nice with a patio area adjacent to the bar/restaurant.

Great rooms, u had little need to interact with staff but we're very friendly at check in. Walkable restaurants with a nice water setting and landscaping provide great options for dining. I'll definitely stay here again when doing business in the area.

Very helpful staff. They always try to accommodate you the best they can. I was here fora conference and they made sure my stay is a great one. The rooms are very clean. Service desk staff go out of their way to serve.

This Hotel is a good stay. However I don’t not like the fact that you have to pay for parking. Not valet parking! You literally have to pay them to park in their parking deck. If a room is purchased, you should not have to pay for parking! Parking is $15.00 a day. So if I stayed a week that would be $100.00 more on top of what I’ve already paid for the room. It’s ridiculous. I won’t be staying here anymore.

Room: Very comfortable beds. Liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom setup was a little odd, but not a problem for us. Nice shower. Amenities: Enjoyed the Executive Lounge. Decent breakfast, fun evening snacks. Did not use the pool or workout room, but they looked nice. Conference Facilities: Rooms were adequate. Nice to always have ice water available. Might be helpful if pens and note paper were provided in the meeting rooms. Food provided for the evening poster session was excellent, and staff were very attentive. Hotel Staff: All were very polite. Even crossing paths in the hallway, the staff always made sure to check to see if we needed anything. I received texts to check on my satisfaction, too. Nearby: I loved the ambiance outside with the water features and nearby boardwalk. Good restaurants just steps away were very convenient for conference lunch breaks. I would gladly stay here again.

Great hotel overall. I stayed here a few months ago and really enjoyed the experience. Great rooms that are very comfortable. Nice ambience. Excellent amenities. The location for Plano and Frisco is great. No complaints at all. Highly recommended.

I came to this location for a work conference and the service and staff was impeccable. Not only was everything extremely clean but the design is very modern. I had a little trouble getting out of the parking garage but the staff took care of the issue.

I love this hotel! We stayed here last year for our wedding weekend and the staff made us feel so special. This year we went back as a staycation for our anniversary and it was the same level of service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, it's beautiful and the staff is top notch!

The hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms have a modern design, and the location is excellent — you can walk to quality restaurants, and a co-worker and I even walked to the Shops at Legacy. The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is the fitness center is a bit lacking. There are plenty of cardio machines, some dumbbells, but no other weights to speak of.

Excellent hotel for business travel with close proximity to Granite Park businesses and restaurants. The rooms are recently done so it feels clean and fresh. I have always had pleasant interactions with the staff.

The Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park is located in a very hip and bustling area — new restaurants, nice walkways, and plenty of options for things to do. The hotel is very high end. The rooms were incredibly decorated and had plenty of high quality amenities. Would stay here again!

Stayed a weekend for a football game in the executive suite. Very nice, very clean, and friendly staff. We loved the sitting area outside with a fire pit as well as the bar/dining area in the lobby.

As with many a hotel chain the rooms are nice. My problem is with breakfast. The buffet at their restaurant is 19 bucks that is almost half my allotment for a day. The smaller buffet option is 13. If they are soaking you for over $200 a night for the room they can provide a cheap breakfast in the price.

Great hotel. I would describe this hotel as a relatively new, business oriented hotel. I got a great rate of less than $100. Granted, it was the day before NYE and there likely weren’t many business people traveling to Plano, TX. I would definitely recommend this property.

Disclaimer: I never give poor reviews so you know this place kinda sucked. We’re Hilton Diamond members and honestly I never expect anything from it, so I see no benefit in attaining it for the past few years. We get to the room and every piece of furniture is stacked in the bathroom (strange but it happens — I get it) called down to make sure it was okay to moved and the staff on duty said it was fine to move but offered us another room. Manager calls back seconds later and tells us not to touch it so she can take a picture (again totally fine) but is moving us to another room a few doors down and gives us two free drinks vouchers and appetizer/drink card which was kind. That kind gesture went really sour though when I called down to see when the bar closes (1am) and we head down there before 12:30 to find it empty of any employees. Upon inquiry to an employee mingling at the front desk, “the don’t serve at this kind of hour” when on the bar it clearly states they close at 1am like the employee earlier confirmed… okay? So, heading back up to the room I called down to confirm that they do serve till 1 to have the third employee I’ve now interacted with tell me, they close before if people stop coming whenever that is — which is pretty inconsistent honestly. I explained to her that we got the cards for having to move rooms and was told they were open till 1am.

This place I like is where I work and. Ifeel Horgullosa of being parete of the eguipo of this place thanks atodos my companions to keep this hotell at this level.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean but the service leaves much to be desired. First of all my company had our annual Holiday party here to which they spent a lot of money. Our company booked this hotel months in advance and blocked off a certain amount of rooms that was supposed to be on the same floor. Our people where scattered on several different floors. Not a deal breaker. Next thing is check in was at 3pm. We didn't arrive until 430 ish and there was only 1 attendant at the desk and it took us about 20 min to get checked in. They didn't have anymore parking keys which meant I would have to come back to the front desk to get one. On top of that none of rooms were ready! When we bought this to their attention, they only offered to give us a voucher for appetizers at the inside bar/grill. I stay at the Hilton franchise quite often and NEVER had these types of issues, that is just this location! They need better service and find a better way to compensate if there are issues.

My wife and I took a trip from Fort Worth to here for the evening. The concierge did an outstanding job getting flowers and some special food items ordered. The room was great and service was excellent. We had a corner room and it was honestly the quietest hotel room we’ve ever stayed the night in (likely due to the long hallway inside the room). Our only regret was that it was too cold for the pool.

Except for the smokers in the pool area, this is a satisfactory hotel that is good for a weekend getaway at best. They allowed smoking to continue in the firepit lounge, which is in the same space as the pool, even after I had gone in to ask the staff to send someone out to talk with those guests about it — which is why this hotel will only receive a four star rating from me. The pool/hot tub area was very diminutive when compared to the size of the hotel. Also, the beds were unexceptional in my opinion. My wife enjoyed them but my back and I felt differently. A few things made up the difference in our stay here: There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance; Their boardwalk made for a lovely evening stroll; The front desk staff were especially affable and courteous when answering all of our questions at checkout time; They sent my wife up a birthday cake completely gratis which was above and beyond! Those were the few exceptions to this place that made the difference between 2 star and four star rating. I do believe that this place is agreeable for a single night maybe two MAX, but any longer than that and the back problems are just not worth it, however, if you can handle the sub par beds for a Hilton then by all means stay here longer.

Loved our stay here after having a bad experience at a different hotel the night before the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend it great food and excellent rooms too.

Upscale hotel. Fancy art work. Fun fireplaces and nice hot tub. The pool and hot tub were both modern and clean. They provide the towels too. There's a hotel shop for odds and ends open 24 hours. Room service and tons of restaurants nearby. I liked the Blue Fish and the Original Pancake House. Good customer service. Good rates. A great place to stay!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and all of the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The bar staff are very friendly as well. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with a wide variety food for any craving you may have. Overall, my stay was great.

Stayed for just a night with my friends and everything was great! We sat at the bar that evening and the lady working was fantastic and so professional and generous. Kudos to her and the entire Hilton team!

I was only here for a night, but the place is absolutely beautiful! The beds are comfortable! There's a little restaurant and bar down stairs in the lobby. It's a little off the road so you'll have to keep your eyes open.

Nice hotel. I was at this hotel for a line dance party and the facility was very pleased. It is modern and well kept. I accidentally lost my parking ticket and I thought I was going to have to pay a lot as well as have a hassle. A parking attendant saw I was having a hard time and let me out without a hard time. Wow!

Really wonderful place compared to what's available in most major cities. Not without its flaws, the service is gracious, the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. Club room is a nice touch. Not exactly the Ritz but good for breakfast and snacks. Would recommend.

I came here for a conference and felt the hotel was clean, upscale and welcoming. Parking: garage parking only and its not free however the conference validated our tickets so that was a plus. It is also narrow so its not very SUV friendly around the tight corners. Bathroom: surprisingly limited stalls and urinals in the Gentlemen's quarters. Food: we received lunch after the conference and I'll say the chicken salad sandwich was actually pretty good! My only gripe is the 30.06 and 30.07 which I will take my business elsewhere if I ever plan on staying at a hotel in Plano. Sorry I don't want to be vulnerable just to step inside the hotel. Minus 2 stars.

Great customer service! Booked 4 rooms last minute! Got a room 2 steps from fitness center. Beautiful hotel and very awesome customer service reps! One of the best fitness rooms I've seen as well. Thats a plus!

Wonderful staff! Very large rooms, with the best shower water pressure I've ever had in a hotel. The executive lounge breakfast leaves something to be desired but hey it's free for gold and diamond members. Free parking for gold and diamond as well.

Front desk staff very helpful, all staff greeted us as we passed in all areas. Highly recommend.

Really nice looking place. Good space for a small conference. Air conditioning is freezing if you need it that cold. Food provided by the hotel was pretty good.

Hit or miss with good views in the room apparently, but my room has a wonderful view. I love the bathrooms and feel of the room. It was very spacious and looked nice.

I did not stay here but I ate at the restaurant. I love the food here. The lunch buffet is only about $12. I wish they change the food variety often. We shall see in the near future. Other than that, the food is healthy and good. People should visit this hotel, because after lunch you may stay to read or do your office work. Absolutely love the ambient! What can I say … is HILTON HOTEL after all.

This is a very nice Hotel! Rooms were clean and the staff was awesome! Especially loved the bar that was open till midnight.

Full disclosure, my new wife is a Hilton employee, but with that said the accommodations and service are amazing. We're staying in a junior suite that is super nice and enjoying a June night in Texas around the outdoor fire pit just off the main lobby. From the valet, to the front desk and to the bar everyone has been helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Modern. Nothing out of place, worn or otherwise in need of repair. Rooms were large. Pillows were soft and the bed / bedding were comfortable. Restaurant was average. Had dinner at the bar area two nights (4 TVs and sports are on them all) and had no problems. Quite rooms and in the lobby / sitting / patio areas. Valet staff very helpful. The hotel had just begun a Virtual Concierge whereby you simply text your request ("need towels" or "I will need the valet to have the car ready at 7pm") and it is handled — — — and it worked as it was supposed to. The sitting areas off the lobby had two HUGE televisions and several (don't know how many but it was a lot) smaller ones with plenty of seating to chat or watch something with a small group. Very safe area with plenty of other restaurants within easy walking distance. Gym was sufficient. Pleasant staff. Will use this property again when in the area.

Clean, comfortable, great room service, all you want from a hotel. The only complaint I could find was there was some one else's sandals in our room when we got here. Other than that, perfect!

Convenient location to Plano and Frisco. New hotel with tasteful decoration. Spacious room. Quiet to most outside noise (I would avoid poolside if you're sensitive) but could hear hallway noise more easily (tiled hallway echoed). The king bed seemed a little small and was hard but I always love the feather pillows. Didn't have a chance to use any amenities but the pool and hot tub looked inviting. Huge TV. Overall great experience.

I was very impressed with not only the level of service but also with the hotel itself. Beautiful decor and the room didn't fail to impress as well. The beds were super soft and plush and the amenities were a added little surprise as well. The breakfast in the morning was superb with staples like eggs and bacon but also fluffy French toast and fresh fruit. Bottom line if you get the chance to stay a night, take it and when you go to breakfast ask for Denise. You're welcome.

Fairly new hotel. Really big lobby, great bar with lots of big HDTV and video board wall. Nice casual sitting inside or out with fire pit. Friendly staff. Rooms are nice and new. It is located in a nice business park in great area with food and shops walking distance or 2 minutes away. I love this place.

Given my office's proximity to the hotel, we visit several times a month for drinks and appetizers. The service is always great and we love going!

Nice property, Wi-Fi is spotty and if you go outside, it is almost non-existent. Their convention center Wi-Fi goes outside but that is not included for guests. Room, board and staff were all nice.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Extremely friendly staff. Awesome shuttle service that will take you to close shops and eateries.

This hotel was beautiful. Lobby was decorated with modern outfits and many televisions. Bar and outdoor patio is a great place to spend an evening, but drink prices are outrageous. $6 for a domestic beer, and $14 for a drink on the rocks. Rooms are elegant and for the most part quiet. Walls are fairly thin.

Great location for any work in Plano. Honors Programs are well equipped and service was impeccable. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

This place has been fantastic during my stay! I stayed in a King Corner Deluxe Room on the 8th floor. The price difference from the room style below this one was only a difference of $20. The view is gorgeous, overlooking the pool, lake/pond, and out across northern parts of Plano. The entryway and bathrooms are all gorgeous and everything was CLEAN! Everything in the room looks very modern and elegant. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. Wifi is free in the rooms when you login with your Hilton membership number. I also ordered room service while I was here. I started with the Grilled Shrimp and Avocado Cocktail. The Avocado sauce was also mixed with a little bit of salsa. It was fantastic. I also got the Carso Margherita Flatbread (topped with mozzarella, basil, and tomato). It was also really good. I added a Long Island Iced Tea and ended up squeezing both of the lemons I got with it inside the drink — it was REALLY strong. I could smell the alcohol when I brought the glass close to me. But hey, I liked it! Today for lunch I ordered the Buffalo Wings. They come with the Buffalo sauce on the side, which I appreciated. I also got ranch. It comes with carrots, celery sticks, and potato chips. The chips were really good. The wings themselves were good, but filling — I prefer boneless, but will eat bone-in like these. I think 11 came with my order, but when the staff member came up and read off of my receipt, it said 8. Even 8 is too many for me!

We had some difficulties during our stay, which I was able to address with the General Manager. She was very professional, I feel that she listened to my concerns and truly wanted to correct them. She also expressed that she would be working with her staff to improve future outcomes. Thank you for making a bad situation right!

Stopped in for a pre-dinner drinks with colleagues who were staying here. The lounge /bar is classy and comfortable. The wait staff could stand to build their local beer knowledge a bit, but they were friendly and attentive regardless.

Nice modern hotel, staff was exceptionally friendly. Awesome fire pit near the pool, plenty of lounging areas available. My only complaint is that I cannot seem to get a good night rest here. Tossing and turning every night. I would totally recommend this place though if you need to be in the area.

Best experience ever with my room. The front desk was superb, had a great view of the pool and I felt like a king on the customer service with my Executive Suite. I had a package delivered to the hotel a day before I checked in and they handled the hold with superb professionalism. I was a little worried about my room being next door to the breakfast room but noise was never a problem. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the Dallas area!

We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon and received excellent customer service. The bartender made us a wedding cake shot on the house and was very nice. The valet service was great as well. Then, after returning from our honeymoon we realized we had accidentally left something in our room the night before we flew out. The customer service was, yet again, excellent and they still had what was lost even after not hearing from us for a week. Also, we decided to return for a drink and to celebrate 8 months of marriage and when we walked up to the bar the same bartender was there and even remembered our names! The staff here are friendly, personable, and make you feel at home and taken care of!
