Great location. The shuttle drivers were the best! Staff were very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Good for families and/or business travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience! They sent a free shuttle to pick us up at the airport after a nightmare international flight and missed connection. Provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste, free of charge, a very nice breakfast and free shuttle back to airport the following morning. Very clean with pleasant staff and a lovely court yard, pool, hot tub and guest laundry room. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, a pretty good place. The shuttle driver (the older guy) was awesome! Front desk staff were helpful and curtious, rooms were clean but mine had a slight odor. The front desk lady would not change my room without changing the price, despite the fact that I had already paid for the room advance. That is why I gave them 3 star.

Very clean hotel! From the room to the gym and other common areas. Beautiful garden area too! Free shuttle from and to the airport was awesome. They even have service to areas nearby. Staff was very nice and serviced with a smile. Good TV selection and the room was large. Even a good size bathroom. Mattress is on the firm side. I’m a health nut so the artificial blueberries in the muffins, the non dairy creamer, oatmeal packets with preservatives, and questionable waffle batter was avoided in the breakfast selection. Scrambled eggs would have been nice. :) Oh, I think the thermostat has a motion sensor on it so it can be finicky at night when your sleeping and temperature is the most important. Sleep science says a steady temp of 68 degrees allows for the best rest. All in all, I’d stay here again.

Excellent, with a couple of details not excellent. Perfect in large rooms, clean, comfortable, large TV, good breakfast, the area where it is necessary to car, since only there is a gas station with a whataburguer. But it seems a little wrong that the room does not have fridge The hotel by removing that, it is the best of this hotel zone, in front of the road 114

The room was good by La Quinta standards. However, don't use their airport shuttle service unless your definition of "service" is being stranded at the airport for an hour. In addition, the manager would not come out to talk with me when I complained. If I'm not important enough to pick up at the airport when promised, and not important enough to the manager to talk about it, then apparently I'm not important enough to stay at la Quinta. I will happily stay away from them when in the DFW area again.

This is my second stay here within the month. Staff is awesome. I am really big on customer service and they provide it 100%. I’d most likely stay here during all my visits to Dallas.

I placed the 'do no disturb' sign on the door, and the cleaning lady did not knock, she just opened the door, which very bothered me because my flight had been delayed, so I had only sleep for 2hrs. It was funny because I was sure that was going to happen and it did. I understand she only wanted to clean the room but a decent knock is basic in every hotel around the world before entering the room.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU PLAN ON USING A SHUTTE TO DFW! Horrible experience using the airport shuttle service. First, they won’t let you tell them what time your flight lands to schedule a pickup. I was rushed off the phone and told that I had to call after I was outside. I did this, and then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes while every other shuttle service and hotel picked up their customers. Apparently the driver went to the wrong terminal and instead of calling me on the provided phone number, decided to return to the hotel. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a reliable shuttle service to/from DFW. Literally any other hotel chain (including Super 8, Best Western, Red Roof, and other 2 star establishments) we’re capable of picking up their customers faster.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Continental breakfast with many items. Would be perfect if they added bacon or some type of meat. We would stay there again.

Experienced a lot of loud guests in nearby rooms. Personnel dealt with it quickly and professionally. Great place to stay. And they have Texas — shaped waffles!

Hotel near the DFW airport, very good place for business trip or rest.

Clean, friendly, and the staff were accommodating. Lori checked us in quite early, with a great attitude, without a hint of regret she was working on Christmas. My room was comfortable and I was grateful for a nice place to rest.

Always a good experience at La Quinta. No problems or hassle when we have our dogs. Rooms are always clean and service top notch. Just had a bad experience using Hyatt Place in Biloxi. NEVER AGAIN will I be using any other hotel again.

I got two double bed. Room was clean. But had no fridge and microwave. The bathroom didn't have exhaust but was clean and didn't smell bad. I needed to go from 3rd floor to the Lobby to use the microwave. The front desk Lady was friendly and nice. I discovered the reason why my room didn't have the fridge and microwave. Because I booked it from third party (Expedia). So they put me in the cheapest room. I was still happy with my stay since room was clean.

The rooms are nice, but the bed was very comfortable.

They have made this a wonderful vacation! All the staff is awesome, they have gone out of the way to help with finding things to do. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Rooms are nice, beds are soft, housekeepers are fast!

I've stayed here several times and each time has been very good. They offer shuttle service to DFW and a low cost fee to leave your car during your trip.

My favorite hotel to stay when visiting DFW, nice service, clean, nice breakfast. Good shuttle service. Need maintenance in common áreas like corridors, elevators and carpets. Will always return!

After staying at a terrible hotel for 4 nights prior, this place was a god send. Polite service, very clean room, comfy bed, safe, clean pool, lovely gardens, and conveniently located near the DFW. A plus to shuttle service! Also, there are bunnies that hang outside, so cute! Only downside is that noise from the hallway is sort of loud and the hotel is only close to a Whataburger (none of this, however, is avoidable). It's still a five star experience, however, and when I am back in the area, I am staying here again. PS — AVOID Micorohotel and Suites in Fort Worth, pay the extra money and stay here, completely worth every penny.

Great room. Clean and very comfortable. Awesome bed! Hot tub and pool we're great. We slept thru breakfast so I got nothing on that. I would definitely stay there again!

Room was great. The pool needed attention. The lights out in courtyard and pool area were not working. Notified front desk and she said well they just don't work I guess.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. It has always been a fun and friendly atmosphere. The staff is very courteous and polite. Would recommend this piece of La Quinta Inn properties if you are ever in the Dallas area.

Outstanding Rooms This was a very nice property. I had the opportunity to stay in a first floor garden entrance rooms on a company trip. The room was big and clean. They have no fee for pets and it's a smoke free property, plus the free breakfast was nice. I recommend having a meet like sausage or bacon and eggs to go with the yummy Texas waffles :) The smokers outside can be a problem, as the smoke comes into the outside AC units but that's not the hotel's fault. If they had kitchenettes this would be the perfect property.

So far our stay has been wonderful and the staff has been so very friendly. We just came in from overseas and are delighted to have a good-sized, clean room to stay in. The walls do seem to be a bit thin as I can hear the person in the next room speaking to someone on speakerphone. I don't find anything wrong with the decor or newness of the room like I saw other reviews suggest. Maybe I've just been in too many old European hotels over the past few years and am happy to be here, but honestly, they are perfectly fine. I've spotted a few ants in the room, but I intend on letting them know when I go to breakfast so that they can look at it more closely when we leave. We're still here for another night and it's not something I'm concerned with. Our room also leads right out to the pool, which I love. They are also pet friendly with no pet fee. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is near the airport and only area of shopping such as Wallmart, Super Target, Grapevine mall etc, The service is very good because the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, it also has breakfast included.

Everything seem to be alright until I decided to take a shower. The curtains smell sour and breakfast sucked. Whatever happened to eggs, bacon, and sausage? Oh! The only meat was offered was boiled eggs What a joke LMAO.

Everything was great! Free Happy Hour and breakfast definitely set this place apart. The staff was friendly and this location is fantastic.

We needed to stay close to Grapevine Mills. It was a quick convenient location to anywhere we wanted access too. The room appeared clean but had a very funny smell. Almost like cat urine … or mango. I disliked the scent mostly. Not sure if I'd stay again because of the odor.

The stay was great at LQ but the breakfast wasn't that great. The rooms were spacey but the doors to the bathroom I didn't like. The workers we very nice and always willing to help.

Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. I dinged the rating ONLY because local lunch and dinner options are *extremely* limited — no restaurants in walking distance, no room service. The only option is a Whataburger a quarter mile down the road. So if you don't have a car (not that unusual if you're staying at an airport hotel) take that into consideration. If you're mobile, no problem recommending this hotel.

The hotel staff was mixed. On one hand the guy at the counter after hours was rude and condescending. The day staff was pleasant. The rooms were very hit or miss. Our initial room was not clean when we got there, the next room was barely acceptable. The beds are not comfortable and the bathrooms are very basic.

First, the hotel shuttle drivers think they're in NASCAR or something. They go flying around corners and the gas and brake pedals must be a "all-or-nothing" kinda thing. We get to the hotel and we're supposed to have a king, but someone gave our room away so they give us a double. First room the smoke alarm was chirping so my wife calls down to the front desk and the lady rudly said to come down and they will give us another room, that was again a double. Three days later we get the room we reserved. The only discount we got was the price difference in the rooms. Also the laundry rooms are a joke. About a half sized washer and a small dryer. And they're $1.75/load each machine! It would almost be cheaper to take a cab to a laundromat so you can do a whole load for less than $7

If I could give less than one star I would. The first room we were given had the smoke alarm chirping because of a low battery and the sheets had dead bugs in them. We requested another room and this bed had hair in it. I called the front desk and they were pretty indifferent. The next room we got was actually clean, but there was no screen in the window so we could not open the window unless we wanted every bug in Texas sleeping with us. I am hoping this was just an isolated incident, but we will not be back. I would have expected the staff to care a bit more and have better customer service and offer some sort of refund for the trouble of having to pack and unpack my whole family a few times just to find a clean room that was maintained properly.

Very rude, highly unprofessional and utterly incompetent front desk staff. Bad experience.

I had high hopes for this place, given all the great reviews. But here's the dirty truth. Do NOT stay in room 237 reasons why. 1. We have been here for 3 days, and NOT once did house keeping tend to our room. We had to take out our own trash and ask the front desk for more toilet paper. 2. The fan in the bathroom that gets rid of foul smells is broken. 3. Our bed sheets and several towels had unsightly stains on them. 4. Our shower head rattled and shook vigorously when opened in between the hot water and cold water. 5. The mini refrigerator in our room, would often make a loud buzzing sound. 6. Our bath tub is missing a slip mat, I nearly slipped twice while showering. my first trip to Texas was off to a horrible start given the aforementioned complications. La Quinta Inn is located in close proximity of about 6 other hotels (walking distance) I would highly suggest choosing one of those.

LaQuinta never disappoints me. They have their stuff together no matter what location I have stayed.

I would have given a 4 star review if it wasn't for a housekeeping staff member knocking on my door at 2pm even though the DO NOT DISTURB key was firmly in the door. What really upset me is when I went to open the door the housekeeper had the DO NOT DISTURB key in her hand as was ready to open the door with her key. The fact that I extended my stay earlier in the morning and they asked me if I needed "freshening of the room" and I stated NO, and explained to them that I arrived at 12:30am and was going to be sleeping most of the day, really makes me think that the housekeeper was going to try and steal from me. Being that I travel with a computer and tablet as well as my personal affects that have a decent value, this place worries me. I will not be back!

We visited from Australia stayed at La Quinta: Very welcoming staff and helpful throughout our stay. The courtesy bus was a big asset for getting about. Suite was nice, clean and comfortable apart from a very noisy air-cond. Motel had all the facilities needed with an average breakfast service, out door pool was pleasant to use. We would stay again if needed.

Great stay! We have used La Quinta in several places (due to company discount). This La Quinta is by far the best. Very clean! No funny smells, stains, moldy grout, or dusty corners! Friendly staff, our room phone wasn't working and maintenance showed up in.

Great quick car wash that came with an oil change at a facility down the road. You still can't beat hand washing a vehicle yourself for ultimate clean but this is one of the better automated wash and drys around.

Stayed here on multiple occcasions. Always first rate.

Clean, quiet, convenient to airport. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was nice, spacious, and well appointed. To eat, you need to order from an external service, no restaurants close by, and breakfast could use more variety, but it fit our needs for the weekend, so we had no problem. Parking for long term is available, very handy, and reasonable. As close as we were to the highway and airport, noise was not noticeable. I will stay here again, even if I am not using the airport.
