Charging $150.00 for a small dog or any dog is ridiculous plus the room charge.

Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The staff is very friendly too.

Awful customer service at the location in north little rock arkansas and horrible dress code. I do recommend this one.

I have stayed here twice over the last couple of weeks while traveling to San Diego and back. I have stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns and this one is excellent. The only issue which I don't think is there fault, it is a little difficult to get into from the road at times. However, they well make up for it with their friendly service and I would highly recommend it if your coming through this area. I speak from experience as I have been doing business with a Holiday Inn in my hometown for almost 17 straight years and I see nothing wrong with the Hotel, or Staff. In fact I thought the staff was extremely friendly not to even know me personally. Don't miss out on a great stay and the pool looks pretty nice out there too in all of this heat!

Was over charged for my rooms 177 on night 117 the next night 155 the next night 177 another night. I have never known the holiday Inn prices to be this extreme. Never staying here again. Was up at 2 o'clock in the morning disputing why they charged my card and I haven't even stayed the days you charged me for. No sleep No apology or anything NEVER AGAIN.

The people here were just the icing on the nice hotel cake! The bed… THE BED! It was so comfy and the AC was so cold. I wish I could live here. The business center was nice and the 24 hour coffee was very nice. Did I mention the bed and how comfortable it was?

Very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. One of my favorites I have stayed at. Only wish there was more going on close by in terms of a town night life. Was kinda dead in Decatur AL past 11 and 12. Most bars and things closed, but hotel was definitely a high point. Definitely worth driving 15 to 20 minutes to stay in this nice hotel, if you are anywhere in this area for any reason. Loved the electric blackout blinds and curtains. Push button is the way to go. Very comfortable yet with a very modern feel. Great price.

I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were really nice, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly. I forgot a razor and the front desk gave me one complimentary! The pool outside was also nice and clean.

Great place to stay here in Decatur, Al. Not sure of how long the hotel has been here but it has the look and feel of being new. Staff was phenomenal and the rooms were clean with fresh linens. If you find yourself in the area looking for a quiet good night's rest; come to this location. You won't be disappointed!

Everything that an HIE should be & more. There was not anything that I needed that I did not get. The indoor pool even in winter is the w as warmest that I have ever been in & the outdoor courtyard had plenty of tables & lounge chairs with a grassy area for kids to play on.

Really enjoyed the place. Not much interaction with the staff… my choice. Just a quiet night in a comfortable bed, an awesome shower. The breakfast was typical with a few good options, but the diet I'm on we opted to go to a restaurant. This was no fault of the hotels just personal preference. All in all a great experience and I will return if I'm in the area again.

If you're not on the top floor you will hear every foot step from the people above you resonate thru your room. Never stayed in a place where that was ever a problem. Great stay besides that.

Very new modern motel. Rooms were pristine. The manager was very friendly. They were booked to capacity while we were there and our stay was fantastic. There were USB charging ports built in to the entertainment center. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was included and the buffet was huge w a wide variety of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. It has unpaved RV and Truck parking along side the hotel. Access to the hotel was easier if you were heading south.

A clean hotel with large rooms. The beds are good and there is a small shop in the lobby.

Rooms recently remodeled. We were in a room near a very busy highway which kept us awake. The rooms were clean, the bed was excellent. We went out to the pool area, the pictures speak for themselves, very poorly maintained. Will not stay here again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I never knew it could be this bad. Hotel is nice staff is nice they just have no clue what they are doing. Been staying here for a few weeks for work only because of the easy access to the highway.

Was clean nice room & nice staff! Miss Judy Housekeeping very kind friendly Lady who always had a smile. I recommend this place would be 5 stars but wasn't given the Eco friendly points after being told would!

This hotel appears new or completely renovated. The room interior is very contemporary and at first I felt it was a little cold, but then I really enjoyed it after settling in. There are many different lighting options in the room, which is awesome. Ambient lighting above the fixtures, unique lamps and a very nice desk lamp. The bathroom light makes you feel like you are on a magazine shoot. Microwave and fridge and amazingly comfortable bed! The bed is very high off the ground, so just know that if it may be difficult for you to climb up on it. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would stay there again if I had the chance!

This place is being renovated. Having said that plan on not sleeping in. Great beds Probably the best thing to say about it. Maids try to clean the place before 10am and sometimes earlier. There seems to be no such thing as a regular checkout time. If you try for late checkout, they forget and hassle you anyways. If you stay there for more than a day or so where you need the rooms serviced so it can be inconvenient. My fav times here were when I had early call times. If I am gone by 8am, its fabulous. The place is kept clean, neat and supplied. If you don't work within their constraints, its not a fun place to be. Def not a romantic get away place. Its a pity really because its located where it would be a quiet hotel in a very scenic town.

Was here over a month ago and wasn't to impressed then. Beds are comfy. But thats it. Still doing construction. (we came back thinking it might be completed) Still poor craftsmanship. Loose fixtures. Poor caulking and painting. Toilet wobbles. Breakfast is still a joke. They put our sausage gravy but don't have biscuits? We went to use the pool this time. What an unmaintained mess…

Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Some things seemed old. Was undergoing renovations and construction.

Currently being renovated. New beds soft, but rather high and felt narrow for queen size. AC unit good, can choose fan on or auto. Shower pressure too strong, stung every setting we tried. Breakfast very good, rooms clean.

New hotel and has good free breakfast and nice dining area with TV hotel staff was very nice and rooms were clean and very high tech! Would recommend this place for any visit!

Very comfortable and homey. Easy to settle in if you are staying for more than a few nights.

The hotel is still new, so nothing is outdated or dirty. Nice beds, large flat screen TV's, fridge, bathrooms are beautiful. There is a fitness and business center, everything seems to work properly (it is new). The courtyard is also a nice place to relax on a nice evening. Friendly staff as well. My only complaint, and it's really not a big issue, the room was very warm when I checked in (June).

The hotel seems to be putting efforts towards improving itself:-). Our room was nicely remodeled and smelled fresh, yay! I would encourage them to exterminate inside and out. While unloading the car last night, cockroaches came out to greet us. There's a weird/not so nice looking spider in our bathroom. I would stay here again, great price and good for a quick night to stay.

This hotel had been recently undated and their look amazing. While staying in the room I didn't hear much going on out side in the hall which I was fearful for. Our room was right next to the stairwell and it was quite, amazing. When they storm came in and cut the power it blew the elevator out and they tried everything to fix it for us all but the part wouldn't get in for a few days, the staff apologised several time and was truly sincere. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms and fast Wi-Fi. Rooms have an updated "modern look". I was happy about this because I was in Alabama. And Alabama is Alabama so you will want to spend as much time in your room as possible until your flight home. I will stay here again if I am ever forced to go back to Decatur.

We had the most enjoyable time at this hotel! We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. The staff are more than welcoming and the entire place was spotless. Great food, wonderful breakfast! We are already planning our next trip down for Spring Break and will definitely stay here! :)

Exactly what it should be. Great friendly staff and above average free breakfast. Good idea to avoid the higher prices in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Nice hotel in a good location! We had on a oversize load and they have a nice empty lot beside the hotel to park a semi. Little older hotel but kept up nicely with friendly staff!

Beautifully maintained, excellent front desk personal. Good hot breakfast. Very restful experience.
