I sat here for about 9 hours thanks to my idiot friend lol BUT I’m that time I noticed how friendly the staff was they checked on me. They see so nice with the guest. It felt like one big family. And the Room was amazing. And the service the night before. What great guy that was working the night shift. They’re were a few workers in and out since I was here so long but Olivia was amazing. She greeted everyone by name. Wore a smile the whole time. What a great place. One of the first places I’ve stayed where the customer service matches honestly exceeds the price. Sorry I couldn’t stay longer.

Good location if you need to be close to the medical district. Room was clean and orderly. Service was kind and helpful.

The service I received here was nothing short of amazing. All three front desk agents that I encountered where the friendliest people I had ever come in contact with. I made my reservation through Expedia… once I made it there to check in I was told that they were out of the room I originally booked so I received an upgrade to a deluxe room. Let me tell you this room is SPECTACULAR. Everything was nice and clean and smelled really good. I will most definitely be using Extended Stay again. This was actually my 2nd time staying here and this time was better than the first. Keep up the good work.

Olivia at front desk is immature, dishonest, and unprofessional. Bed bugs n roaches everywhere. The GM is nice, but doesn't seem to care about the property's cleanliness or safety. This is a hoe and trap house. Oh and don't give the deposit in cash… u wont get it back. Please keep ur money n go down the street to a real hotel.

My husband and I planned a date night out from the kids. We made a reservation at another hotel only to show up and be told, "we don't have a reservation, and we don't have any rooms available yet". Upset from the lack of professionalism we end up at the extended stay where we were greeted with smiles, and an air of "yes, we want and appreciate your business". Stephanie was the breath of fresh air at the front desk, great smile and friendly personality, and she was awesome. She helped us salvage our date night. It was more than I expected from a supposed 3 star hotel, because we received five star service. We will definitely be using extended stay again! Thank you Stephanie!

Even with extended stay's recent upgrades the rooms are still really dated. There were hairs all over the blanket on my bed, and the top sheet has cigarette burn holes. I don't expect luxury for the price they charge but the lack of basic cleanliness with things that you're expected to put your skin against overnight is disgusting. The light in the kitchen is cracked and broken. The cabinets haven't been updated since the 80s. The hallways also smell of weed smoke every night. The bathroom thankfully though dated was very well cleaned and kept. I gave them 3 stars mostly because the staff has been great. Could have easily given them 2 stars if not for the staff.

This place is great. Clean rooms and excellent staff. Not to mention all a great price. Truly a island in a sea of unknowns in the hotel industry. I would tell anyone it worth a shot. Very close to downtown yet far enough away for some peace and quiet. Only downfall is it's convenient location to the Hwy. If your room is on the front side of the building there will be some Hwy noise. All in all, a great place to stay in downtown Dallas.

Good place for extended stay. Good room rates, came with full size appliances in the kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave), but dishes were not in the room. Dishes were on a request by customer item, maybe even charged extra, not sure didn't order any. Rooms were comfortable, however the air inside could have smelled better.

Overall very happy, room was clean and neat. I think maintenance could use a little help, we had to move rooms. First room had n heat and the bathroom light wouldn't come on. Second room was fine but small built in microwave was broken and had a Huge unit sitting on the counter that worked, also the fridge door was hung backwards, your talking a 10 minute job to swap the hinges. Bottom line I would and will book and stay here again.

There grab n go breakfast is a joke and the coffee wasn't good at all. Unsavory people hanging out side at night next time will pay more to go somewhere else.

Overall a clean comfortable place. The room I have is spacious with a kitchenette. I'm disappointed that there is no microwave but I'm making due with the stove and a toaster oven I recently bought. The front desk provides dishes, flatware & pans upon request. The hotel is quiet and the personnel is unobtrusive.

Very impressed by the staff at this hotel. GreAt location, rooms r clean and equipped for extended stay. It was an awesome location for me considering everything I wanted to do was so close too. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this location for about a month; the GM is HORRIBLE! She swipe your card without permission or your consent to take payment; she a liar; also some of the staff along with her like to put blame on other staff members when things are messed up; I have two individuals that are very polite and COMMUNICATE VERY WELL WITH STAFF. I use to prefer this place to people coming from other states to stay; but I have recently rec'd the poorest unprofessional experience ever in my life there. So please be mindful of the place and remember EVERYONE you talk to at the front desk because they like to change words around… if you want to make sure that you're being respected as a customer; please see another location than this one… Also I have tried to contact corporate becuz they need to hear these issue… she gave me the wrong number to them… KARMA… it will get you back Ms. Gm.

Nice room. Clean and nicely accommodated. Almost perfect stay until I discovers the dirty pillow case on my bed. Nasty! Grossed me out. Couldn't sleep comfortably after that. Night clerk was very nice. Dayshift was unapproachable. Didn't greet or offer salutations. Black lady was always on her personal cell phone. Didn't even get a thank for staying from dayshift Russian lady who only said "you want receipt? ' Probably won't stay here again, but of I do I will be the first from hell.

Great staff who went above and beyond. It was an awesome location for me considering everything I wanted to do was so close too. I would definitely stay there again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed one night. When we first got to the room, he killed a bug. We left and came back, it was bugs on the COUNTER IN THE KITCHEN EATING Another BUG! We called the front NOBODY answered! Goes down there and it's a lot of commotion going on! She was a short Hispanic lady, NEVER at the front desk! She laughed in our face about the situation! We didn't mention what type of bugs we seen! But she did, which means she already new they have bugs! It's 1:30AM, and they give us another room and that room had a dead bug in it! The rooms are OK, there was nothing wrong until we seen BUGS!

The room was nice but the short stay was the main focus. My objective for being there had nothing to do with the room. Just my personal desire.

We had a whole kitchen but no cups, plates or utensils. Knocked on our door 4 times before checkout to clean it while we were still getting ready. Just be more patient.

Upon check in the Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When we walked into our room it didn't smell good at all. On the table was oil or something, it hasn't been cleaned. The floor was dirty and was not moped. Outside our room where we parked our car was a blue tarp under a tree, looked like a homeless person sleeps there. Three screens on the first, second and third floors were on the ground. A car pulled up beside us as we were leaving at 8:00 a. M. And they get out of the car drinking bud light tall cans. We saw the female climb into one of the rooms right next to ours. Nothing but a hangout place… very shady.

Worst place to stay! Not even worth the 1 star I have to give to review! They originally gave us a room that smelled of smoke, the entire hotel stank horribly as it was… The pull out sofa bed isn't big enough but for one person, didn't have bedding in room for that, had to wait 30 mins for them to actually find a sheet, thin blanket & two pillows with no cases. The entire hotel is filthy & not well kept one bit. Only have one vending machine in building they don't keep stocked. Do not give this place your money!

My boyfriend and I travel for a living. In four years of traveling, I've never had to switch hotels in the middle of the night… until now (8/1/16). I'm writing this from the Hilton Garden down the street. The Extended Stay employees were friendly, and that's the best thing I have to say. We stayed in room 111. We found loose cigarettes on top of the fridge and food crumbs all over the couch. The light in the bathroom has a short in it (it was not the bulb) and would go out at random times, making normal functions somewhat difficult. The climate control had to be set at 60 or lower for AC to work. The fridge made a loud rattling noise. All kind of annoying things, but so far all things we could deal with. Ultimately the reason we left was because something… mechanical equipment? The people above us? The climate control? … was making a noise so loud that you could feel the vibrations in your body while lying in bed. It was like a thump and a vibration at the same time. We were both trying to relax and go to sleep, but this noise was regular and consistently happening about every minute. We were right next to the mechanical room, so maybe that was the problem. We went to the front desk and asked for assistance around 11:30pm. The night attendant asked us to wait until he was finished with some paperwork (5-10min), then came into our room to see what the trouble was.

AVOID THIS BLACK HOLE! Any 5 star reviews of this place are FAKE! It honestly deserves negative stars. The hotel reeks of garbage and filth, the breakfast is not a breakfast at all, because there is NONE. Unless a Nature Valley bar or an industrial, packaged muffin is your idea of a good breakfast. Often times there was nothing at all. The personnel explained this as 'some people take more than their share of one muffin'… I believe that they don't even have one thing per room. The cleaning service is non existant, the front desk employees are rude. They advertise as having fully equipped kitchens, but supplies are rationed out to each 'guest' as if they are prisoners at a camp. One plate, one fork, one knife, etc per person. If you ask for anything more, the staff gives you a hard time and sometimes refuses to give anything more saying 'they're out'. The pool is always closed, except around 2am when guests will throw noisy, disturbing pool parties. The hotel doesn't enforce the 11pm closing time. The gym is filthy, the little equipment there is (treadmill, bike, elliptical) is cheap and broken. No TV or floor mats to work out with. The door had a key card lock but was never activated, so it was open access to anyone. A staff member warned me to 'be careful because a homeless man sometimes comes in to sleep' there and there was 'no telling what he may do'. Plus, the neighborhood is unsafe and most of the customers are weirdos and junkies!

Do not stay here! -Mice (plural) were literally crawling around my room -Non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray -The rooms was locked at a balmy 80+ degrees Fahrenheit -The Wi-Fi is slow to the point of being near worthless -Amenities are awful -Don't trust the posted pictures online.

Great place for the location in the rooms are clean and nice for the most part. B Can be a little loud depending on construction workers in the building and don't oversleep for checkout cause you may get thrown out as very unhappy staff wait outside your door waiting for you to pack and go!

Trash, trash, trash! Wish I could give negative stars, one is too many. Room was booked by the hospitality staff considering we have a newborn in the NICU at Children's Medical Center. We had email conformation stating which type of room they had booked for us which was suppose to be a deluxe suite with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. When we finally arrived at 1am after traveling from two hours away they gave us a room with one queen bed and the couch didn't even let out to a bed. Hotel staff was no help at all and even lied saying that they didn't even have rooms with two beds. Its funny cause the website says different. The lady at the desk stood there and lied to our face as me and my family sat in the lobby. Luckily I was able to book a suite at Candlewood Suites at 2am in the morn which was definitely what we needed and they even had a room with two queen beds and also the sofa sleeper! Thanks Candlewood. You guys at extended stay could learn a lot from CANDLEWOOD SUITES!

It's alright if you get it REAL cheap. Halls smell bad and the beds are lumpy. Free breakfast is assorted great value style granola bars and muffins.

Everyone is helpful and professional. Very clean establishment. Suites are nice. The one I'm describing is Located at Market Place.

Any 5-star rating is from a made-up source and not a real customer, I promise. I stay in hotels very often. This hotel needs to be sewed because of the lies about amenities. It just honestly needs new management. If they'd pay closer attention to details it wouldn't be that bad of a stay. But if you can avoid it, DO NOT STAY HERE until they start treating customers with decency. I could explain all the details of this horrible stay but it would take too long. It was quiet, with the exception of hearing every car on the busiest highway in the South!

I booked this room through Hotwire for approximately $65 a night. It was well worth the money. My room had a kitchenette, was very modern and clean, and much nicer than I expected. The location was excellent for my interview at UTSW, and the only downside was that there was not a true breakfast. They just have coffee, some fruit, and granola bars for you to take on your way out. My room was on the backside of the hotel, so there wasn't really any freeway noise. Perhaps if you stayed at a room facing the freeway, it could be a little loud.

It was down the street from our show Lights all night if you Uber to that location is about $7 not a bad deal.

Been here an hour and thinking of paying to move elsewhere. No iron in the room, no hangers, dresser drawers have layer of dust and stains. Free Wi-Fi is horrible and now I cannot figure out how to pay to get something I can actually use… Update… It got worse. The hotel looked and found an iron in a vacant room and three hangers. I tried all other hotels I could find. This morning the topper was when I was locked in the bathroom! Door was not locked, it just shut but would not open! I banged on the wall for 15 minutes before having to break out.

I called the front desk at this location to ask about the rates and it is 2:55 am, I know. When I asked the lady on the phone how much the room was she acted baffled like I was bothering her. She asked me if I knew what time it was as if I were disturbing her. Little does she know, my husband of 10 years just told me he wants to leave me and I'm looking for a place to go. I just asked her how much the room was honestly. She was probably too busy looking at her phone or something.

My car glass was broken in the yard and stolen my bags in car. No security no camera. This is a dangerous hotel.

Read a lot of bad reviews but I couldn't give up the good rate I got I expected a shirty room an bad service but soon I walked in I was greeted nice by the shirt guy with glasses he checked me in fast got to my it was clean nice an big no smells or anything broken front desk guy even called 15mins after I been their to make sure the room was fine for me I recommend this hotel.
