If you like drug dealers and their customers this is the place for you. Expect a bed and a door that locks and that is about as good as it gets. Expect to not want to step on the carpet barefoot or use the towels. Expect a cigarette smell. Expect a hole or two in the wall.

Bad location. Rude staff. Rooms are dirty.

The Executive inn was comfortable and I like It there. They no longer have breakfast availabke.

Well it isnt what priceline said. No pool. No breakfast… no coffee. Manager jacked up the price from what I was told on priceline. Seedy type environment. But room was clean and comfortable. I would not bring your family t there.

Ummm I can't remember to much at all really! I'm trying to figure out when I was more happier? The night b4, when I don't remember anything or the next morning when I came out of my coma and there was 3 beautiful naked women beside me… This that make u go hmmm… Lmmfeao.

This is the worst room I've ever seen in my whole life. I will never ever ever pay $60 to not be able to go to sleep at a room because the roaches are attacking. On the side it should say caution no aminieties, so many roaches that I couldn't sleep.

Most impressive thing — they had a box of toy plastic military figures that said "Thank our Troops, Take a Figure". So awesome!

I booked through hotwire and it showed this cheap hotel as 3 stars. Paid for guaranteed bed option. At checkin an indian or pakistani person says the room is not available and offers an inferior room. The hotel entry smells like homeless bathrooms. My room was at top floor. No elevator. You need to climb stairs bypassing every floor smelling like … carpet has stains all over, toilet still had… in it and was not flushed. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life. Not even worth a penny. I was simply deceived by hotwire. If you are a homeless person with a few bucks, this hotel might then be two stars… only then. Other than that this place should be demolished. Shame on hotwire.

Good nightly prices. Friendly staff. Too many druggies and dealers but given the neighborhood, its inevitable.

Do your inspection before lodging here. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN! This was the most disgusting place I've ever lodged in. They have Roaches crawling everywhere, the smell was so bad I couldn't stand it, there were mattresses outside some of the rooms, they have bed bugs, an I informed the the representative at the front desk they stated there's nothing they could do maintenance was CLOSE for the night. They did not give me my money back and I paid for 2 nights. Just sad and very uncomfortable. The state needs to shut them DOWN permanently.! In the future, I will inspect every motel before I lodge there.

Never again. They advertise breakfast and there was nothing. Advertised Wi-Fi but there was none. Beds extremely uncomfortable. What else to say but I would sleep in my van before staying here again.

Alert alert alert! this place is disgusting. Upon first entrance of the lobby there was a pungent odor of cat urine that nearly made me sick. As I walked out I was approached by homeless people begging for money. When I got to my room the car parked beside me was as if it had been there for years with deflated tires and what seemed to be a broken into trunk. The worst part of my stay was the amount of mold I noticed growing on the walls of my bathroom. Lesson learned you get what u pay for. Absolutely disgusting.

This hotel charges what you would pay at a better hotel with better amenities. Everything in the room was broken in the first room so we asked to have a different room. The second room had maybe 2 lights that worked. Batteries in the remote were dead. Overall it's better to stay somewhere else.

Horrible place. Infested with roaches, and drug addicts. The floors are so dirty you have to wear shoes or your feet with be black. Go anywhere else.

This place has homeless people just hanging around and asking for anything from a cigarette to money. The information suggests a "continental breakfast" this does not exist. They used to have a waffle iron. But they got rid of it. I worry about my car and its contents. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you like beghing people in the breezeways and parking lot areas. Dont believe the hype. This place is pretty much a dump. TRUTHFULLY… Say here at your own risk! Good luck.

Your average motel. Long term stay available if needed. Be careful of the huge speed bumbs.

Bare minimum, no fridge, no coffeemaker, no breakfast nor coffee in lobby, two roaches in room, bathroom not too clean.

Wifi does not work, pool is condemned. It seem is a welfare resident hotel with drugs and prostitution.

Place is a dump. Roaches and bugs in and on the bed/beds and filthy craphole is what it is. Filthy flooring and crappy broken towel rack, carpet is filtby and coming undone. If you dont have to stay here then by all means do not.

This place was seriously one of the worst hotels I've ever been in my entire life there was roaches in the room bed bugs in the bed stains in the wall and the smell was horrible when we arrived first thing we seen was a homeless woman taking a piss in the parking lot second thing we seen a group of men in the back of the hotel doing some illegal activity honestly this place should be shut down.

The motel I was at was very trashy and there was alot of illegal things going on, it was ridiculously disgusting.

Staff was friendly. And they didn't complain about my dog. But there were roaches in one room. We had 2 rooms. Other than that it was fine.

We came to San Diego for a random trip to see Bob Sinclair at Fluxx and stayed at the Sofia Hotel. Loved our stay there and so glad we decided on this hotel. It's so nice, chic, and CLEAN! The staff is very friendly. Our room had everything we could possibly need from space, storage, to a microwave and fridge! (We stayed in a basic one king room). Definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back!

A lot of criminals Stole a van. There is no security.

They were friendly at first. There were roaches all over the place and as soon as you sat something down, they would run over to it. Days went by and room service was fine for the first few times they came around. Breakfast was closed due to health inspection. There was a leak in the office and the carpet was soaked. The manager was rude with giving change for the vending machines. Once the room was due they sent one of the cleaning ladies by to ask if we were staying. 15 minutes later they sent the maintenance guy around to send us down to the office to pay. We had to ask for a microwave and mini fridge. There is no free Wi-Fi and they will not give the password out. The next time we were to check out they sent the maintenance guy and woke me up 2 hours before checkout. I was wrapped in a blanket with only underclothes on and he stood in the doorway the whole time until I went to pay them. I had to take everything to the bathroom in privacy to put on some clothes. The manager Matt was just rude the whole time my husband and I stayed there. An hour or two before checkout, the manager kept calling the room nonstop to tell us to pay. 4 calls later I answered it again and he told us to check out withing 15 minutes or he would call the police to get us out. We were not causing any trouble. My husband had went to the bank and was on his way back within 15 — 20 minutes. The week before Matt told me to pay $55 and the room would be due on Friday.

Welll… breakfast is closed by texas department of heath. (don't wanna know) … smells like cigarettes in every room it is terrible wouldnt recommend it…

This place is a slum! You would think they would care about the trash they let stay there. Drugs and bitches. They should have health department close them just saying.

My stay here started out great but sslowly morfted into boys from the hood, more to come by the am.

Well first off we walked in our room and there was marijuana on the nightstand from a previous guest that had stayed there. The room was disgusting, the carpet was trashed and it smelled like rancid puke. The neighbors were outside but no to noisy. My last straw where we asked for our money back and found another hotel was the bugs crawling through out the room. I would not ever recommend staying here unless you sell or do drugs because then you wouldnt mind anything in this review.

The only thing really wrong is the "neighbors". Im not really sure what they're doing, nor do I wish to know. Plausible deniability. The staff and front desk aren't so much rude as just bored. But I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family while we were transitioning from one home to another and we actually had alot of fun. No bugs, not too dirty and pretty good continental breakfast. Not luxurious but not too shabby.

VERY VERY nasty! Bugs in the bathroom and sink area, carpet stained beyond color recognition. Staff was rude, parties in other rooms till 3-4 in the morning that office staff refused to do anything about. Our van was covered in sticky, alcoholic drinks. The stairs are falling apart and cut my youngest daughters foot, the sheets did not fit though thankfully they seemed to be clean. The AC barely worked and it was 110 in Dallas. This place might be fine for drug dealers and street walkers but it IS NOT A FAMILY PLACE! I would not allow my worst enemies dog to stay in this dump.
