We love it! Stayed here when my daughter got married ~

Enjoyed our stay, the breakfast, the pool, & the great hospitality. If I could make one suggestion it would be to have a chair by the elevators on each floor for the elderly while they're waiting on the elevators (or on one of us who forgot the room key in the car…). Keep up the good work.

Room was a very good size, clean. Normally when you check in as a Hilton honors guest they give you a complimentary snack bag. This place didn’t. I think they had them but. Crowded weekend due to state games of Texas. Breakfast was typical fare. Had coffee available at all times but with exception to breakfast it was ALWAYS cold. Asked girl at desk but she said they weren’t allowed to make any more. Compared to other Hampton inns, this place was just ok. Size of rooms was the best thing about staying here. Beds for me were not comfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a board. So if you like very firm beds then you will probably like it. Oh, and elevator sounded like it was “on its last leg/cable”

Rooms were good. Was given a room on 3rd floor and elavators were not working as well as the vending machine on our floor. Bad thing for someone with bad knees and back. Will think twice about staying there again.

Most friendly service I have experienced! Great staff wonderdully cooked breakfast with lots to choose from. Rooms are nice and clean. Very accommodating. Great clean pool for recreation and nice views as you sit out side to unwind after a long day! Very nice place. I recommend this place to everything one!

Had a great stay. The lady who fixes breakfast every morning is names Brenda. She is Great and always makes sure the food is out quickly and taste good. Charlotte at the front desk is awesome and very helpful along with the rest of the staff! Excellent stay.

Excellent place to stay while away from home! They make you feel so Welcome.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Hetty, the kindred lady who, even though was experiencing a very BUSY breakfast schedule, took the time to find me my favorite Orange Spice Tea which they seemed to be out off. She found only one teabag; she could’ve very easily have said that they were completely out of it being that she was extremely busy BUT she didn’t!
Few people, if any, would’ve taken their time to cater to my needs.

Nice. Clean. 5 to 10 minutes from lots of restaurants, mall, softball fields, and texas am. I've stayed here multiple of times, and travel frequently.

Fourth time staying here. Never really anything to complain about. Decent location and friendly staff.

I've never had a bad experience at a Hampton and this was the same as every other one. Clean rooms, everything well maintained, staff was helpful. Only complaint was the breakfasts weren't as good as some others I've had.

Good and quiet place. Comfortable bed. Nice and polite person at checking in at night. Very clean and lots of parking spaces.

Nice hotel, easy parking. Windows open, fresh air. Not many hotels have that anymore.

We only stay at Hampton when we travel. The hotel is decent but the HVAC is so noisy it's hard to sleep. We stayed two nights here and the breakfast was not very good. Come on Hampton, you can do better than that. Most of our Hampton stays are 4-5 stars.

Best beds ever, easy check in and great breakfasts. Parking was a bit of a problem with a truck taking up several spaces.

Hotel was great other than the air conditioning. My group had 21 rooms rented and we all were woken up in the middle of the night due to sweltering temps. It seemed that the room air would shut off for no reason. I would stay there again. It was a nice comfortable room.

I want to extend my gratitude to the staff at this Hampton Inn! I was there this weekend for Olympic Sub-Regional soccer friendlies and I had misplaced part of my kids equipment. They employees went out of their way to not only find it but to have it shipped to me! I really enjoyed staying here not only for that but for the great accommodations.

Great price and location for work travel. 3 miles from the night life and great semi suite rooms as a standard.

Very nice and clean hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was huge, and my only complaint is that the room was always freezing BUT I much rather be cold than hot so it didn't really bother us too much. We had a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub, it was so relaxing and much bigger than expected! Will definitely stay here again if we visit College Station in the future.

AC didn't work. Night worker rude and uncatering to my sick son with asthma. Bed was very itchy. One day she'll be in my place but by that time she done forgot about tonight.

Breakfast was good and was close to lots of the big things to do around College Station, but the internet was not good at all and it looks like an old persons home. Overall, decent hotel but not one I would recommend to you.

My stay was excellent will always stay there when I come to town, very very clean a priority for me it passed all test in that area, my experience with the receptionist was equally good as well great job…

Breakfast wasn't good or bad, was okay, didn't have any sausage or bacon. Room seemed a little outdated but was very clean. We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool and it was really relaxing. Front desk was really nice and helpful.

Room was just like any other hotel in BCS. Usually Hampton inn has a different layout or something different. Breakfast was really good though. Eggs with sausage and peppers and breakfast potatoes are better than pretty much any other hotel.

We are from a college to attend/present at an A&M conference. 3 women in one room, last time we spent it at where the conference was and could hardly move around the room, so tiny. The room we 3 shared here was huge! With 2 queen beds and couch/queen bed which was quite comfortable, I know, I slept in it. The room was like a large living room! And way cheaper than conference hitel and only 1 mile away.

Bugs in the bed… need I say more? If you get room 231 ask to switch imeditatly! Wish I could enjoy my night sleep in the other room they moved my family into but I can't shake the itchy feeling of bugs even though the second room is clean. Yuck. Spending money like this I wouldn't think I'd have to worry about bugs.

Love the hotel and everyone else at this hotel except for Robert, the overnight lobby clerk. I was working in College Station Saturday and not planning on staying the night and then got in a car accident totaling my car, doing so at about 1 am. We had over 50, 000 honors points and so when we knew we would be spending at least one night we thought awesome we can just use our points. Well trying to book the hotel the system was down. We were like well we will just pay for the room and deal with the rest in the morning. By the time that we got to the hotel after dealing with the accident it was at 2am. We were tired and frustrated, as anyone would be after just totaling your car about 3 hours from home. We get to the hotel and told Robert that we needed a room. We asked him if he knew what was going on with the system and his snippy response was it shouldn't be down I don't know what you did wrong. Again it being so late we were like whatever lets get the room. Robert said he was sorry for the issue with the rewards system but he had nothing to do with it, although you could tell through his tone that he was not sorry, then he said if we didn't calm down he would not check us in. I thought wait we aren't yelling, we are raising hell, just frustrated over the long night. My boyfriend said that he just wish they could take better care of their honors members and Robert then handed the cash we gave him for the room back to us and told us to leave. My boyfriend walked out.

It was a very nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Service was prompt and courteous. Morning breakfast was fresh, clean and good. Pricing was a little high but I was pleased overall.

Only thing that sucks is the one entrance/exit to the hotel in a one way street.

I booked this one night stay using my Hilton Honors Points so I did not have to pay for my stay. I did not eat breakfast so I don't know what it is like but I do know they have a nice lobby and eating area. It really is nice on the first floor. I was upset that there is only 1 elevator. I didn't think it would be a problem but it also happened to be a really slow elevator. I would hit the door close button and it would take its sweet time. Another person told me that the elevator has been that way since the hotel was built. Also, what happens if it breaks down? No back up. I stayed in a King Bedroom Suite. There was a large TV but it was not a flat screen and the TV signal was terrible. They used cheap cable TV or something because the picture on many channels was aweful. The worst thing was that this is the 1st Hampton I've stayed at that had a below average bed. It wasn't a Simmons or anything nice and plush. It was something that was very flimsy and I had a bad night sleep. I don't know if this is the kind of room they give to rewards reservations or if they decided to cut corners to save money. This seems bad to me because the bed is it! That's what I'm looking for. A good night's sleep. I got a "stay at a friend's house" night sleep. I'd look elsewhere.
