Room was okay kind of stuff he didn't smell great but it serves the purpose of letting us sleep it was quiet staff was friendly would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a welcome port in a storm. I wanted to drive a few more hours, but was too tired, so I pulled over here. They had a reasonable room available even though it was the last minute. The hotel appears to be newly remodeled and it was very comfortable. They did have a simple Continental breakfast, but there weren't any protein options, so I didn't try it.

Enjoyed the hotel stay here everything is good until you get up and deal with the Indian guy at the front desk. He discriminate against people with color. (black) also he wouldn’t put out more breakfast food saying he was completely out with usually not a booked out hotel. Also there was still two hours to serve breakfast to guest. I can see how other guests he treats different. There are plenty of different hotels in area that would be 3x better!

Nice clean friendly people at the desk, very quiet great little family restaurant on site I recommend the chicken fried steak.

Guy at the deck was very nice. Room was decent. Pretty cut and dry for this type place. Stay was enjoyable.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful and so sweet to my kids. The rooms were nice and breakfast was good. The room was not the cleanest though. There was food left over in the fridge from the pervious person, there were cashews on the floor by the bed, and the bathtub had hair in it still. But everything else about the hotel was clean and tidy so I'm thinking the housekeeper was having an off day. But I'd definitely stay again, despite the room.

Great staff. Clean rooms and good location made this an enjoyable stay. Fun center around back so plenty to do for the kids. Fridge in the room and good water pressure (many people comment on water pressure so I'll join in). Would come back again and highly recommend. Pet friendly.

The location was convenient. Plenty of food options near by, including a grocery store. Room was more appealing than Red Roof. Only issue was water stains on ceiling tiles in bathroom.

Horrible. Stayed 6/07/18, ceiling tiles bulging from water leaks in roof. Breakfast contained cereal, waffles, toast. The milk (gallon carton) was contaminated with gnats and human hair?!? Will not stay here again. Other hotels were full to capacity, for good reason. Wouldn't have stayed here normally.

Room was clean and staff accommodating. Had problem with the door not latching and they switched us to a better room.

Gave me safety and time to think bout it… alwayz too short… time goes quick there.

The rooms are clean but everything is tiny and there's no indoor pool as advertised. And the pool is still green. Don't book here look at, at least 15 reviews first and see how many out of 5 there are.

This hotel was clean and quiet, and the lady who checked us in was very helpful and courteous.

Good clean cheaper for the area but no fridge Coffee or microwave. I think based on amenities about $45/night is appropriate not $65

Always a great place to stay when in Buffalo attending THPA horseshoe tournaments.

The Super 8 was tucked away from the road a bit, but was right at the middle of town. We got a great deal on a two bed room, and the beds were much more comfortable than I was expecting. Slept soundly, and had some of the standard breakfast options you'd expect (waffle, muffin, concentrated juice machine, toast).

Very clean, comfortable, quite accommodations. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast is kind of light, but you can't beat the price for a very clean well maintained property. Highly recommend if traveling along IH 45.

Rooms are clean. But staff is horrible not even check out time and I had three people knock on my door wanting to clean the room. And then I get a phone call from the front desk at 10:45 saying it was checkout time. The staff is horrible.

Booked two down stairs rooms a month in advance. The gentlemen I spoke to assured me there would be noissue whatsoever with 2 rooms downstairs. However once I arrive only 1 bottom floor room. We get to our room and someone's old antiperspirant has been left in the room. Since this hotel has sold it has steadily gone down hill. Even after thier so called remodel.

Prices were reasonable but the facilities are outdated and the beds weren't the most comfortable.

We've been staying here for a few days now. There's no hot water and we keep losing power!

They are in dire need of a renovation. But still not a bad place to stay the night. Got down to the complimentary breakfast 20 minutes before it was over and they ran out of almost all their food.

This is one of those stay the night and hit the road places. They did habe an ok breakfast with waffles. The shower was a bit dirty though.

When we got there we were the only people there and we tried to get a room the first two that we were told to go to the beds were not made and the rooms were not cleaned but the third room we were showed to was ready for guests. We did love its proximity to good restaurants.

The staff is extremely friendly and there is a great restaurant and fun center in the same parking lot. We booked a single queen room, and ended up with a double, which made the pack and play tight. The sleep was good though the heater was a bit noisy and the shower needed recaulked, but there was a nice loft sitting area in the lobby and we enjoyed our waffle and cereal.

Great friendly staff clean rooms only complaint is just because it's a smoking room doesn't mean it has to smell like a dirty ashtray.

The pool was Green and all the faucets and bathtubs were backwards hot was on cold and cold was on Hop other than that it was okay place.

Traveling from Minnesota called to book a room with my dog got there to check in and was told my dog was not allowed to go in the room service was poor and not worth the money go spend your money on a bed that you can happily sleep on.

A great hotel overall. Slightly disappointed that there wasn't a pool.

You get what you pay for. A warm bed hot shower and a tv. If you are on a budget this is the place.

The room itself was not horrible. The bathroom was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The breakfast was cereal or waffles basically. That wouldn't have been a problem but the flies were so bad my three year old just screamed about them touching her.

Stayed for a night. No complaints. Was fine for the evening. Good place out back to take pets.

As selected other I picked up a load at Craig's inn no experience with employees or stay at Hotel so couldn't tell you anything about it but I know they are doing a grand remodel.

What I liked the most, was the people. They are so nice and accommodating. Rooms are basic but very clean. Pool was out but the people made up for it.

Considering the run around I had leading up to my stay here, I was happy to arrive at Craigs Inn. Considering that it's an indepedently ran hotel i'd say that it deserves recognition for sure. The lady that was there when I checked in was awesome and very timely. She had my paperwork ready all I had to do was sign and had the keys in my hand. My room was nice, and very clean (mind you it is an older hotel and the owners are still doing work on it). Couldn't really tell you about breakfast as I am not a morning person/nor am I a breakfast person! There is an AWESOME, and I do mean AWESOME sit down resturaunt right there connected to the property If you stay here I highly recommend it. One thing I will warn you is that nothing around this hotel delivers past 9 or 930. The only thing that I wasn't fond of at this hotel was housekeeping. Most mornings they are knocking at your door at 9 am. Checkout/most people that are staying longer periods aren't up that early. Just felt they should have waited till closer to 11 to be knocking on doors of guests. Other then that its an awesome place.

This place smells like bad spegettio's and the staff. Well. Not very help full. The shower goes hot then cold than warm than cold again, the shower curtain bundles up in the middle of the shower rod, cause the shower rod sags, the toilet over flows and gets the whole floor wet after you get off from a long day of work  . The heater smells like its cooking a cat when you turn it on, and to top it all off they have no surveillance. My truck got hit so bad that I needed a new door, in parking lot and they told me that thay were not responsible for what happens to your vehicle when it is parked there. Understandable. But surveillance would of been nice. So this place sucks stay somewhere else.  : (and for some reason some keeps erasing this post.? Idk why! Lol .
