Dennis and his wife are very helpful and clean. I think its too expensive for that area. Pool needs to be cleaned and gym updated, otherwise a good place to stay.

I’d give this place one star if the manager hadn’t been so friendly, and he obviously does try to provide good service, his wife however, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. She swore at my co-worker because he had spilled oatmeal on the floor in the room, our room got flooded because of a pipe breaking on one of the floors above us and ALL of my clothes were completely soaked to the brim, this was at 6am, they couldn’t put us in another room until after 11, and I asked if they would be able to cover the costs of doing my laundry due to the pipe breaking, she was rude and dismissive but I insisted because I had just done laundry several days prior at the laundromat and most of my clothes were totally clean, she said she had to get approval, and then came to my room and gave me five dollars in quarters (not enough for multiple loads of laundry) So I tried doing laundry using their in-house machine, and after running the same load 3 times because the soap wasn’t dissolving I realized that the washer didn’t even spin and my clothes weren’t being cleaned, so I went and asked if they’d be able to give me the quarters again because the machine was broken, and she accused me of LYING about it, and refused to give me more quarters although they’re able to just go and pull the ones she already gave me out. I told her we pay good money to stay here (spent two weeks) and she said and I quote “really? You pay good money?

Holl horrible place young lady at the front desk rude. Doesn't listen to you very very rude. Finally check into great after 30 minutes of dealing with her after calling all my luggage upstairs I know they take a shower and the handle was broken.

Reasonable accommodations for the rate, definitely not top notch.

Garbage. Refused to cancel a reservation that we no longer had any need for. Paying $100 dollars for a dumpy hotel room we aren't sleeping in. Wouldn't even let us speak to a manager! Steer clear. Horrible customer service. Like, calm down. You're a Super 8, not a Marriott. No one is missing out on this glorious room because of a cancellation. ✋

Reasonable, clean place to crash for the night. Our basic, king room had a minifridge, microwave, iron and board, hair dryer and coffee maker. Breakfast was cereal, toast, juice, coffee with a waffle maker. Over all a good budget-friendly hotel.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Very good service and nice rooms. Staff did a great job.

Nice place, but a little crazy when I went so can't give a correct review. Stayed after hurricane Harvey, so things were not up to par since they were badly understaffed. Overall tho, the place was clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed. Would try again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week after we had to evacuate our home in Brookshire due to Hurricane Harvey. We met a lot of distressed people while we were there that had lost everything but for the most part kept their chin up. It was impossible for some of the help to get to the motel due to the flooding all around Houston which made the manager and his wife short staffed. I have to say I have never seen two people work harder than those two people not only trying to keep up with the needs of everyone but also putting a smile on their face when you could see the the look of devastation. We just want to say Thank You for making a bad ordeal much more pleasant and for anyone that may give them a bad review all I can say is put yourself in their shoes. Great job guys.

Stayed at this place from 8/27-9/3, Only once did they do a room cleaning, and it was half done. Elevator was not working the whole stay, had to pack heavy stuff to 3rd floor each time they said it was being worked on, but never seen it happening. Everytime we asked about a cleaning, they would say the worker didn't show up. That is not our problem. Please beware!

Man at counter was very nice but price was OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE! Super 8 has forever been comparable to Motel 6 price wise. Motel 6 a few miles down the road quoted me $54 for 2 beds, 2 adults and 2 kids. Super 8 quoted me $97 plus tax. I came 1/2 mile down the road, on the same street, got a much nicer room with pool, bbq, lots of parking. Avoid Super 8.

First of all I want to be clear that the General Manger, Denish, was friendly, chipper, and helpful. He was unfaltering when I found a dead roach on the bath rooom floor and dime size white drops of what seemed to be some kind of cleaning foam all around the bed, and dime size stain on the bed spread. He immediately set me up with a different room no questions asked. The second room had a cigarette ash beside the bed next to the night stand (supposedly a smoke free facility), and a dead roach on the window sill. I called him at the desk, he came right up and cleaned it for me. Other than that the second room was good. … That being said the hotel it's self is not in disrepair as far as I could see. The rooms that I got to see were actually rather nice, new paint, decent furniture, new memory foam mattresses, granite counters etc. The issue at this place seems to be more along the lines of poor maintenance/cleaning. It seems that the owners can't or won't hire a full staff and have one or two employees per shift trying to do everything! Often leaving the front desk completely unattended. The price is probably about proportional to the value if not just a little over priced considering the issues I mentioned above. I paid 67.80 per night for a single bed room.

Smells, hair in tub, bed was clean. Overall this super 8 is privately owned and the owners are not keeping it up like they should. At the rate they are going it will close down or become a HOtel.

I reserved rooms for 6 guys for a company trip, and only had issue after issue with this place. When we checked in they had an additional room charged, they had someone else's name on everything but with our company on it also. Even some showers didnt work, and the A/C was off while it was 90 degrees or more outside. Another Super 8 only 8 miles away we normally go to was booked only find this one. We see why now! Never again…

Woke up with bed bugs in my bed, very nasty!

Disgusting hotel. Lot of bed bugs in the room.

There was yogurt and 3 pieces of bread for breAkfast! And cereal. That's not complimentary. The toilet looked like they threw comet on it and didn't wipe it up. Same with shower. The desk chair was very torn. I do not recommend this place.

Serviceable hotel, room was clean. Decent breakfast. Staff didn't mind bicycles in the room.

Nice hotel with great rooms. However the lobby freaking stinks, I mean reeks of indian food and bad yogurt. Absolutely offensive. Other than that the rooms are awesome and dont stink.
