Comfortable beds and spacious room, only bad thing was that the pool is close and we weren't told till we checked in.

Great service and friendly from front desk to rest of employees.

I have more! This is gross! Do NOT stay here. Front desk was helpful. The hotel is disgusting as soon as you get out of the common areas and in to your room. I know, as I’m on my third room of the night after a long drive. So not impressed by the conditions!

The room and front desk staff were great!

Clean bedding between guest. We climbed in bed and the bedding had blood on it on the inside. We called the front desk at 10:30 pm was told when they have time they will bring clean bedding. Now midnight we would like to get some sleep and still no place to lay down.

Great price. Great breakfast.

We left the room at 11:15 AM and told the room service that our room was cleared to be clean and they agreed on that. After arriving at 9:00 PM the room was not cleaned, garbage no taken out, towels not changed, etc. What a fiasco! Is this how Marriott treats its customers? Thinking on switching to Hilton …

Beware of this hotel, it looks aesthetically pleasing but has so much issues, we checked in and the first problem we encountered was that they didn’t have the crib ready in our room for our baby set up like I requested. Then they didn’t want to even take one up to us they told my husband to come down for it. When my husband got the crib he tried to set it up but wasn’t working so he called and they asked him to come down to exchange it again and said they wouldn’t help setting up. Then when we tried to cal down the phone and outlets in the room weren’t working so they switched us rooms. In the second room the air kept going on all day even if you pressed the off button. Then we called them to ask if there was a way to turn it off and the air unit began to smoke which is dangerous. The switched us rooms again. When we asked for a refund for the hassle of all the issues they said they couldn’t do it they could only give us points. We won’t be staying there anymore.

We are here for a basketball tournament. First thing we noticed was the clean smell. Very spacious. Suites are very nice.

Horrible customer service and restroom had hair in the shower. If your cleaning the shower you should be able to see the long strands of hair on a white wall. We were given misinformation on breakfast times. Front clerk response is sorry it’s monday and Christmas…

We enjoyed the pool, the down time, the breakfast and the quick check in & out. Just wished more towels had been available in the pool area, had to ask for some. Also the temperature in the room cold of been a little cooler. Great attentive and friendly staff. Other than that it was very comfy.

It was okay. Not as good as I expected, although Juan was amazing! Always had a smile on his face, and very friendly. The locks did not work on the toilet area door, nor on the shower area door. (They were housed separately), which was genius… especially when you are a family in a room. (2 adults, 2 children).

The hotel was very nice and maintained and the staff is very friendly. BUT I booked my room through the app as I always do. Through the app I had also requested 2 extra pillows and 2 extra blankets because we would be using the pullout bed along with extra towels. We arrived and checked in very easily and go ahead and unload our stuff and head out to seaworld. We came back later in the evening and I jumped in the shower as I'm getting out I realized there was NO towels NOT one only a washcloth and two hand towels. They search the room and there were no towels anywhere. So they called down to the front desk and ask for towels and the lady chuckles like she can't believe there's no towels. So they eventually bring some. Then I proceed to make the kids beds on the pullout so I look in the closet where that bag is that normally has a sheet, blanket and pillow in it and that was completely empty. So not only were the items requested not in the room the bag that housekeeping is supposed to maintain completely empty. So I had to call the front desk again and request these items. They bring one blanket no sheet I said I needed another so my daughter had to run to the front desk to get the items. Just ridiculous in my opinion. What's the point of the app asking if extra amenities are needed if they don't provide them in the first place and housekeeping is obviously not doing their job. Let's mention breakfast that's absolute mass chaos.
