The place smelled moldy and funky. There was no mat in the bathtub and I slipped and almost fell. The bottom sheets on the mattress felt like somebody had already slept in the bed. And, when I opened the door to my room, somebody was already in it!

This place was eeek. Blood stains on the ceilings. Absolutely no cars parked around and the clerk handed me an iron and when I ironed my shirt for court ir was ruined with some kind of ooze dripping from the inside of the iron. When I went to turn it in with an ooze filled towel and let her know my only dress shirt for court was ruined all she said was sorry. So we had to leave and shop right before my court appearance. For the price we paid I was very disappointed with their hotel.

Ive stayed at many motel6 throughout the country and by far this is the worst. This was the second time I stayed at this one I wrote a bad review last time and as I figured nothing changed. I came in during the evening and was attended by the same blond lady. Very apparent she dislikes her job. No customer appreciation whatsoever. I frankly do not understand why you guys send out these surveys if you are not willing to do anything about it. Customer service is dead.

It was quick and easy to check in and out. Room was sufficient and towels were clean. Bed was made and room was clean. Great location near restaurants and grocery store.

I am totally disappointed in this stay. When I came to check in I had to wait while the front desk staff finished her cigarette outside. When she came in I asked if there was a better rate than the one that I had the reservation for. Without checking she stated no. I got to my room and looked online for myself and the room was $15.00 less. When I asked about it she was about to walk back outside for another cigarette and told me to take it up with her manager. When asked how to do that she said she wasn’t sure when they would be here. I could try to see them in the morning. Integrity and honesty… along with a clean comfortable room are things I look for in a hotel. Unfortunately, I didn’t find any of that here!

You get what you pay for… its a place to shower and lay your head. Literally THATS IT! NO AMENETIES, and the cable consists mainly of spanish. All in all it wasnt awful.

They turned hot water off. Phone didn't work. They forgot to clean room and give clean towels. But we had a place to sleep.

Forced to pay more than my guaranteed rate. Opted to pay at hotel vs pay Expedia. Big mistake. When I asked WHY answer was a shoulder shrug and "that's what we charge. " Will never stay here again. Stay away. Too many other better hotels up and down the road from here to be ripped off like this, especially since it was overpriced to begin with.

Our location was terrible. I was woke up very early by a screaming baby and barking dog. Noise lasted well over 20 minutes, very upsetting. Hotel room drapes didn't look very clean, had stains on it. You should notify guests before placing them next to dogs. The bedspread had a hole in it. Wi-Fi was bad connection, kept disconnecting. Shower fixture was a little strange, took a bit to figure how to work it.

I enjoyed my stay besides the airplanes (expected since location is across the hwy from the airport) area was quiet. I like the modern kitchenette. Did not like that the bathtub was stained with cigarette burns when the, room was supposed to be non-smoking.

We did not in joy our stay this time. They gave us a handicap room, maybe it was may mistake. But after I told her I didn’t want a handicap room she gave me a handicap room. Also we came about 4pm or 5pm next day and the room was not clean and they didn’t clean it. We are very disappointed. I think we disserve a refund. Thank you for letting me express how we fill.

This hotel was the perfect location and descent price. The biggest downfall was when I walked in the room. I paid $167.00 for 2 nights which I still do not consider "Cheap". Blankets were dirty, dead roaches in the bathroom, and phone did not work! I went to the help desk, clerk was kind enough to change my room. Well not much of a change aside from now having a working phone. Roaches, and dirty blankets seemed to be all too common.

The motel had it very distinct smell to it upon walking inside. The staff was for the most part relatively nice. The rooms were okay, but they definitely could use a makeover. Other than that, for the price I would say it's a decent bargain. Definitely not first on my list but I've been in worse places then that one .

Stayed here several days. Place was clean and quiet. Most guests just come at night and leave during the day. I recognized a few guests from previous stays. The people running the Motel 6 were nice.

New management sucks. Loved the old management but when the new manager, racoon eyes, started it began to get worse and customer service declined rapidly. Doors don't close. Some don't lock. Bugs everywhere. I recommend staying at the red roof inn down the street or any other hotel but this terrible one. The studio 6 or even the extended stay near bitters is your best bet. For similar price I would choose days inn up 281 for better rooms and better customer service.

I have NEVER experienced anything like this. The front desk lady that worked the evening/ afternoon shift on Oct 9 was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Refused to put me thru to reservations, cancelled our reservation and was even bad mouthing me in front of customers when my husband was standing in the lobby. We use Motel 6 all the time for our business and have never had issues. I had to call another property to get to reservations. This woman needs to go or at least learn customer service.

This Motel 6 is a nice, clean, and friendly place. There's a refrigerator in the room, and a swimming pool to enjoy. Everything worked fine, but watch out for the slippery bath tub. This just might be the best motel value in town. Of course, driving to any motel in San Antonio can be difficult. If you don’t know the area, it probably won’t seem like a straightforward process to get where you want to go. You must negotiate the construction-riddled, multi-level, loopy, contorted, concrete pretzel highways, with their often very short, confusing, and dangerous left exits and left on-ramps, and their poorly marked "turnabout” and left-turn lanes. Drivers from other states will notice these frustrating features, plus the dearth of the “cloverleafs” normally found on major highways elsewhere. Driver beware.

I checked in around 12:45am on September 30, 2017. I had to be up at 5am and at work by 6am. Well long story short, the guest in rooms sin same area were so loud that I could not get comfortable enough to fall asleep. They were in and out of the rooms and up and down the hallway. Twice someone tried turning the door handle to my room. Also walls were paper think and I could hear literally every word and movement made by the guest in surrounding rooms. At 3am, I could not tolerate any longer, so I checked out and left. When. I told the front desk attendant why I was leaving and I would appreciate a refund, even if it was a prorate amount. He tried to say I had already been there 5hours and that I was not going to receive anything. Oh and I had even tried calling twice before I went to check out, to ask for a different room, maybe on another floor or side of the building but there was no answer. He said he wouldn't have been able to do that anyway. I was very unsatisfied and not well rested at all, to have been through the whole experience at that location and with the night time attendant.

The room was decent and the amenities were acceptable. The bath towels, bath mat and wash rags could be cleaned better and the smoke detectors was missing from my room. Actually I had switched rooms on the first day to a malfunctioning smoke detector (kept beeping). However, a smoke detector was missing in the new room that I moved into without notification.

The staff are very polite and courteous. They have fast internet and convenient location to restaurants. It's not the cheapest in San Antonio, but I it the cleanest and cheerful Motel 6 in San Antonio, TX.

It's a simple room. Nothing fancy, nothing extra. But appropriate for the price. Clean. Staff is polite and helpful.

The property seems to have been renovated, but there is still an odor of being old and unclean. It could use a thorough cleaning. The elevator was dirty. The hotel as a whole wasn't as clean as I would prefer. Luckily we were only there for one night. Breakfast was not included. Parking was limited. The staff was ok.

I stay at this hotel very often and each time I have a good time. Everything was good, check in was smooth and easy, room was clean and well kept. Location is great with plenty of options for dining and shopping. Access to roadways is good and traffic is not too bad. Only issue I had was the bathtub was very slippery when I took my shower. I was worried that I would slip and fall. Maybe you can install some slip resistance into the tubs to prevent accidents from happening. Just a suggestion.
