Review of InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX - Seaworld 2*

I would not give this place even one star because management is very unprofessional and does not accommodate there guest what do ever they have the most uncomfortable bed I've ever wasted money sleeping in it was so worn down it was as if I was sleeping on the springs alone. The springs felt like they had a vendetta against me on The fact that the springs were poking into my body through the night so hard that I woke up wanting to cry and to top it all off its lying on a metal frame which forms up the demented springs to the point that it makes it that much more painful and I went and complained and the management tells me that that was one of the best they had omg really just imagine people if that was one of the best than wth does the worst do to you (smh). And than theres a no refund policy wow talk about a hustle if there ever was one. No shame. Unprofessional and down right rude. Something needs to be done something from cooperate. And yes my unsuspected friends I will be the one to help you guys out with that cause I do believe no matter what we pay out we worked hard for it and we deserve our amenities and the bed is the most important cause all in all the room isn't so bad but I didn't have all my towels but I didn't complain about that but when the bed is unusable well you best believe I will voice my concerns so that's exactly what I did. Thank you my people and BEWARE. Seriously caution and holiday travelers dont choose this in town 1st. Unless they have new management.
