Very nice hotel…everyone has been super friendly. Huge kudos to the bar staff…made my wife and I feel like family.

Elegant modern fresh. staff is happy and quick to answer queries, helpfu, room just perfect floor to ceiling windows, views galore. Mine is the Alamo plaza. shops clustered for maximum shopping enjoyment.

My husband and I checked in last night for a week’s stay. Been here for less than 24 hours and have already determined we will never return to this hotel. Booked a riverwalk view room and what an absolute joke. This is our 3rd room in less than 24 hours. The first room we refused because of an issue with a connecting room so that’s on us. The only alternative was a city room view for that night and then they moved us to a 3rd room the next day which was supposed to be of the riverwalk since that’s what we booked and paid for. About 5% of our view is of the riverwalk and the other 95% is of the side of another building and rooftops with commercial AC equipment on top. The manager last night said one thing, the manager on day shift said another contradicting the night shift. Our 3rd room had food stuck to the carpet between the bed and nightstand (see picture). Honestly there are too many other good options on the riverwalk to deal with this hotel. Look elsewhere and save yourself the dissatisfaction we have experienced.

Excellent service! I have always thought the Omni had the best customer service of any hotel. They always make you feel like you own the place. The SATX Regency is at least as wonderful, if not more. They treated us like a king and queen. A really special experience!

The hotel is great when there's not this storm that comes blessing through the city and you have to go leave your home to go to a hotel that has a generator. But they don't say when you check in that there's absolutely no water for 24 to 40 hours and there is no food available either other than that it's great.

Friendly staff and clean. The room air conditioner was not the greatest, the room was really to warm to enjoy and even on the 8th floor where we were it was almost impossible to sleep because of the music from the lobby. Sounded like a party was going on all night long.

Wonderful hotel! The location is perfect for the riverwalk! Close to good restaurants, The Alamo is across the street — and the River Mall! Interior is outstanding — with ponds of water — loved their bar — great guy with guitar — very festive!

Stayed at the Hyatt this weekend for a 1963 Class reunion. We spent time in the Lobby Bar. It was our meeting place all week end. Just want to give the staff 5 stars for their hospitality and Customer Service. Our waitress was amazing and very professional. The check in and check out was outstanding. Our room was great! Thank you all for being our host this weekend.

The room are very spacious and the bed is very comfy! I like that in room dining is available until 11 pm. With the time change, it is nice to have options of eating late and not going any where. Yes, it's not cheap, but as I say you get what you pay for; in some instances especially if you stay in a 5 star hotel. I give it 5 stars for plush bedding, marble bathroom decor, near river location, and a shop being open 24hr for small things one might need at night.

The Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk has an incredibly friendly staff that makes you feel at home. The atrium of the building is airy and inviting with beautiful views of the Riverwalk. The hotel is about a block away from the historic Alamo. It’s an extremely convenient downtown location. You’re within walking distance of excellent restaurants and nightlife nearby. The rooms are quiet with clever touches like lighting in the bed frame so you can be sure of your step in the middle of the night. The rooftop pool and deck have panoramic views of the city. I recommend staying here, even if you’re a local.

Staying here at the Hyatt Regency was fabulous. From the warm reception at the front registration desk to the view of the Alamo from our room, we have been so impressed with our stay in San Antonio, Texas. The room was wonderful, the staff was wonderful. We could not be more pleased. You gave us an enjoyable time we will never forget.

Loved the location of Hyatt Regency San Antonio. Also it has a very beautiful design in the first floor to reflect the river walk. Nice room and quiet. We will definitely be there again if we had a chance.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio for about a week during a work conference last summer and was very impressed. The hotel is clean and modern with a bar and restaurant on the lobby level. The staff was friendly and the air conditioner was plentiful! Though the breakfast buffet was quite expensive, the convenience of the hotel and proximity to the River Walk proved invaluable during my trip. The front desk did mess up my reservation which caused a billing nightmare for me when I returned but other than that it was a good trip.

The Hyatt Regency is located in one of the coolest areas that exists within San Antonio. Right on the River Walk for an afternoon stroll through downtown by the river, or just a few minutes from the Alamo on foot. As far as the hotel itself? It's decent. Definitely find some cheaper parking alternative if you have your vehicle.

This hotel is nice and everything is ok. And they charged many extra things. When we checked out. I thought it was final bills. Later they charged extra because u drink small bottles of water… I don’t see any menu or any papers that they will charge if u drink that. I stayed many hotels but never happens like that… Never come back again.

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. Overall it was great. The only thing was we were trying to leave were on the fourth floor and could never get in a elevator cause they were always full. We ended up just taking the stairs. Might want to look into having a system for your elevator. I wasn’t the only one getting stressed. Other than that it was a great stay beautiful room with a huge TV.

Perfect location, Riverwalk at your back door and Alamo through a quick walk by the fountains. Restaurants, shopping and right in the middle of all the action next to river! I would definitely stay there again. Not a great River view from room, but great view of the Alamo if you chose it. It was busy but I love people watching! Great weekend stay!

The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. My wife, who has trouble sleeping usually, slept like a baby in the king size bed. The gym was clean and equipped with cardio gear and resistance machines to help keep you on track. The pool area is lovely and provides a beautiful view overlooking the city, especially at night. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to assist with not only facility questions but local attractions and the easiest routes to arrive safely.

I stayed 5 days solo. It was wonderful and they took good care of me. Everyone was pleasant. They have very good vegetarian food too. I didn't rent a car and was able to walk everywhere. Perfect location at the Riverwalk. They have a light under your bed when you get up. I loved that.

Location is good. Restaurant was oddly closed at 7 pm when I tried to go there, so I had to eat at the bar. Phone didn't work in my room and maintenance couldn't fix it. Rooms are comfortable.

This hotel is a great value. The staff is polite and very helpful. Access to the Riverwalk is as easy as taking the elevator to the lower level and the variety of places to eat is phenomenal. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great visit! The little cafe in the lobby are is a great add. The 2 types of pillows, stuffed and not so stuffed were really nice. The automatic lights under the bed to protect night time toes were also nice! Thanks Hyatt for thinking of the little things…

Great location, straight from the lobby on to the Riverwalk. Friendly staff. Great view of the Alamo if you get rooms facing that way. Good pool although on the small size for the number of hotel rooms, it did get a bit rowdy at one point. Car park right across the street is very convenient. Would recommend staying here.

Great stay! Located across from the Alamo, mall and in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Riverwalk! Beds are comfortable, hotel and rooms were clean; only (-) was the small bathroom because the door narrowly misses the commode when it's closed.

Very good reception of the valet who allowed to leave the car in front of the hotel time to drop the suitcases in the room.

Nice hotel on the Riverwalk. Comfortable bed, quite rooms, and good room service. My only complaint is the lamp only lighting in the bedroom. Just can't get bright enough for my liking. Overall a good choice with close proximity to the convention center.

This place is on the Riverwalk. Staff were on point and attentive to every need. The TV is almost too good! It's probably 55" or maybe a 60. High def and made all the actors look like they had skin issues. 1 bummer, it's 20.00 to rent a movie. The locals were very friendly and helpful. We were here for Fiesta Week. Lots of festive atmosphere with parades and fun. We had a great time and would gladly come back if we have the financial opportunity to do so.

Location is perfect! All restaurants are around, and the Riverwalk location is really good. Double room was smaller than expected. Great service from the moment we checked in, till the checkout. We would definitely stay here for any future trips to San Antonio!

Very nice and convenient to all Riverwalk attractions and restaurants. Parking is not included. $31 self or $41 valet. All rooms only have 2 beds and they charge $25 for roll away. Good thing I payed real cheap with my corporate discount.

We live an hour away. And due to location we always stay here. We've never had any issues. But this go around there was trash left on floor. No coffee cups and food left in fridge. If you're going to pay someone to clean they should do there job. I want you to know I will continue to visit and stay at your vacation. But if we find that there not cleaning I'll always say something. Hoping this was just a one time thing.

The airlines left my luggage in rain do everything was soaked. All my clothes were like just out of washer wet. At check in they got me to my room sent up house keeping to get my clothes and dried them then brought them back within an hour. Talk about awesome. My corporate office messed up my reservation had it for only one day. Which I missed that day cause my flight was cancelled due to rain and stuck at DFW for 22 hours. The hotel was booked solid but they found me a room some how. Took an hour but during that time the staff from valet up treated me great even with me looking like death warmed over from my experience at the airport. No matter how bad my trip has been this staff has brought some enjoyment to it. Couldn't of asked for better treatment.

The buildings around the river and to the attention of the hotel staff.

Service is outstanding. Rooms are up to date and have many amenities. Even though we are right off Riverwalk, the room is fairly quiet. There is an elevator that takes you right out to the Riverwalk. The rate is higher than I'm comfortable with, but we are here on company event.

I have been staying at this hotel with my family for over 10 years now. The service is perfect, never a single issue. They always go above and beyond — I recall a visit a few years back when we had several young kids with us on our trip, and the staff left toys and a chess set in the room for us. I still have the chess set today. Best hotel for Riverwalk access, you take the elevator down and you're in the middle of the action. Placement downtown is great as well, and it's a short walk from the convention center. Far enough away to avoid most of the convention crowds (they get crazy over at the Grand Hyatt) but close enough to walk. The hotel restaurant is awesome for breakfast/brunch as well. We always go for the buffet… Ask for Carlos as your server!

Nice hotel. Good breakfast at Q Restaurant. Staff friendly. Only downsides were minor in that they did not have but one plug in for a phone, and it was on my husband's side of the bed. Most hotels I've been to in the last few years have plug ins for phones/computers in the lamps on each side of bed. The bathroom did not have a vent for Shower. No mirror to dry hair and do make-up at except for foggy bathroom after shower. A mirror above the desk with plug ins near for that would have been nice, something I've seen in most hotels I've stayed at. The bed was comfortable, and room clean. Still a nice stay. But little conveniences like this do matter when you pay $300+ per night for a room.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms. The rooms have stunning views of the city or the incredible hotel atrium. The hotel staff at the front desk and restaurant are wonderful. The hotel is centrally located that provides easy access to various city sites. The best part is the hotel is located along the river walk which is great to explore this wonderful city. Can't wait to return!

Always a great place to stay on the Riverwalk. Close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. A CVS within 3 minute walking distance. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Love their Marketplace eatery. They have a large variety of food choices including Starbucks and tasty, healthy fresh to go items already prepared. Love their meal deal.

The Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were ok. Not what we expected. We booked online however it does not tell you there is a 30.00 charge for parking. The rooms weren't any better IMO than a Best Western. I suppose what you are really paying for is being right on the Riverwalk. That was beautiful. I probably won't stay again but, it was clean.

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful hotels that I have visited, they passed a river beneath him and he has accceso straight to the riverwalk, the service is excellent and the facilities are of first.

I stayed there with some friends for the weekend. We had a great time. The rooms were very nice. Staff was friendly and efficient with our bags and valet service. And it's a great location in downtown to visit restaurants and tourist spots.

The location of the hotel felt very central. It is right on the Riverwalk — as the name suggests — and it was very easy to walk around to all the great restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and spacious, ours had a great view of the lobby and river outside. The staff was attentive, friendly and polite. The event ran smoothly due to their services. The restaurant and quick service location inside the hotel had a great variety of options.

My co-workers and I stayed at the Hyatt for a conference this past weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much! Each employee we had contact with was very courteous. The rooms were very clean and spacious, not to mention the view, our whole window looked out into the lobby and Riverwalk! The rooftop hotel and pool looked out onto the city, and the view was amazing! The conference rooms were clean and easy to navigate as well. If I ever get a chance to stay here again, I will! Thank you Hyatt Regency for a memorable stay!

Beautiful hotel! Love the convenient location on the riverwalk. Very close proximity to the Alamo and other popular tourist destinations. The room was clean and spacious but the beds were a little small for 2 people. Overall, it was a relaxing and upscale experience.

Accommodations were as one would expect for a Hyatt. The concierge was less than helpful when asked about area breakfast options with seating on the Riverwalk. He told us there was only lunch or dinner. Of course, we Googled it and found great patio breakfast dining at The River's Edge in the Hilton, which was very close. So maybe the concierge position has become antiquated. Of course, both of the other places were restaurants at other hotels.

This hotel feels so fancy! I really enjoyed staying here during my business trip. It is right on the River Walk and has some adorable shops on the lower level as well as a spa.

Room was nice and clean. Bellman was very nice. Most of the other staff members were polite enough. However, there was an air from them that made me feel as though they thought of themselves higher than the rest of us. It was great having things close to walk to; however, things are pretty expensive. I'm use to very decent hotels that have the family in mind. This is definitely a hotel more for business stays or couples without kids. I have enjoyed our vacation with my family. But, I don't think I'll want to stay here with the whole family again. I think it would be a different experience for a husband and wife. Just my opinion.

Delicious food and drinks. Great atmosphere. Dirty bathrooms but someone quickly cleaned it up. No complaints at all really. I would recommend. Great easy access to the river walk and to the alamo. Very fun time.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Made our stay that much more sweeter. Everything is walking distance so we never had to rent a car. We had a room on the 11th floor that overlooked the Alamo. The view was gorgeous! The room was also very clean. The gym is pretty big with several machines available for people. The rooftop pool was just perfect, and was never full which also has a beautiful view of the city.
Thank you for making us feel at home. We will definitely be back again.

Great location and ambiance! Very clean, updated and spacious rooms, cold A/C, valet parking was fast and drivers courteous. My 8 yr old daughter called it "fancy. " We've stayed at 3 different Riverwalk hotels, and this has been by far the best! Recommended to 3 of my family members and they all LOVED it and had a great stay as well. Looking forward to our next visit! BTW we were on the 6th floor and had the best view of the Alamo… gorgeous city scenery at night.

Fitness center! Wi-Fi and parking! Beautiful views from any floor! Very clean restrooms and comfortable towels big tubs for a nice soak after walking around the Riverwalk and shopping nearby! Very nice decor and rooms are kept up to date! Love everything about the Hyatt Regency!

First of all I'd like to say that it's a great location. The staff and valet greeted us very kindly. The first room we were put in was not clean and there were toys and popcorn left from the previous guests. The front desk kindly gave us another room. It was somewhat better however the bathroom had hair all over the floor and the shower had public hair. Literally my biggest pet peeve. Housekeeping has some serious issues. Will not stay here again. This is not a high end hotel by any means.

Great location, right on the riverwalk. Clean and spacious rooms. The only problem were the elevators. Had to wait at least 5 minutes to get into one inspite of having 5 elevators.

We had a good time staying here for our short 4 day visit. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the hotel is very safe. In order to get to your room, you have to use your key card in the elevator. The restaurant/room service was fantastic! They have the best wings we have ever had. We also really enjoyed the hotel bar. The rooftop pool is nice and provides a great view of the city. The only things I would change would be to add a fan in the bathroom, more water pressure would be lovely (since the shower head only sprayed the first 1/3 of the tub and was only 5 feet off the ground), and a microwave in the room would be helpful too. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back!

This was our first time at any Hyatt, the name Hyatt has a reputation of being classy and the best of everything. First of all the hotel is very clean and very beautiful from the lobby and the location is great for those who want to enjoy all the fun activities in the area. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very safe, in order to get up to your room you must use your key card. Those are the pros, now for the cons. When your greeted at the front desk you are greeted by a sales person wanting to get you to sign up for their free gold crown membership and that allows you to upgrade at a coast but they don't say that as they locate a new room for you. I just happened to ask. The beds are hard! We could of slept on the floor and had the same sleep results (which was about 2 hours of sleep and red eyes in the morning. I expected a little more from the room seeing how it was the Hyatt but we didn't even get a microwave. Some of the elevators are turned off after a certain time which we were not told about and when trying to get back to your room at 1am it's not a fun time to find that out. Now lets talk about parking. I paid $30 per night to park my car thinking it was going to be in a safe location to find out anyone who is not part of the hotel can park their car there as well.

Great location, very comfortable stay. Our room was right next to the ice maker which made getting the kids down a challenge, and on the weekends your can expect some typical downtown noise but the room was very comfortable and mostly quiet. Being right on the Riverwalk is a bonus and the hotel food is great. The bellhops and valets were fantastic, the only reason for not being five stars was the tub didn't drain well.

We requested and recieved a top floor room, room 1116. The room was clean with a good view. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little small but worked out fine. Room was a decent hike from the ice maker. Pool was beautiful. Staff was very nice and even gave us a gift when they learned of the reason for our visit. Will definitely stay here again.

Location… Location… Location. The room was okay, service was great. But it's the location that makes this a great place to stay. Google Maps said a 6 minute walk from the hotel to the Alamo, more like a 4 minute stroll. The basement level is apart of San Antonio beautiful Riverwalk. The Riverwalk alone is worth making this a vacation destination.

A friend and I traveled to San Antonio for vacation, and we booked the Hyatt Regency due to its location on the River Walk. We didn't have to rent a car because everything was within walking distance or part of a hop on hop off tour. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and heated sky pool, but learned why there are complimentary ear plugs — noise from the bar carries a long way. Overall my experience was positive, and I hope to return.

If you receive and email asking if you want to upgrade your room to a Riverwalk view for an additional $60 a night, save your money. I was really disappointed in what was called a Riverwalk view. My fault, I should have checked where the hotel was in relationship to the Riverwalk Just a warning to others. In the spirit of transparency, I was creditied $60 for one of my nights. Other than my disappointment in the Riverwalk view, this is a nice hotel. It's clean, the rooms are nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The Hyatt Regency in San Antonio is a stellar hotel. My family had. A wonderful stay in a. Clean, attractive room with high tech amenities, a courteous and helpful staff and excilent service. The location couldn't be better, with an exit right onto the River walk one side and the Alamo on the other. The convention center is around the corner and all of downtown is easily accessible. The price. Was more than reasonable for the quality.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet & very comfortable. Hotel suites in the upper level have a great view and are very well stocked. Housekeeping was very accommodating and responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. We finished our event late so we had a bite to eat at the bar. The appetizers were excellent (shrimp with grits & the sweet and sour ribs). And the briskett is a must have. It is very rich so I recommend sharing. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This property is outstanding — the location is great, everything is incredibly clean, our room was large and comfortable. However, what stands out the most is the staff. Everyone we encountered — from valet to check-in to maid service — met us with genuine, thoughtful niceness all around, which is a bit of a rarity these days (especially when you're traveling with a toddler! ). We appreciate the friendliness and hope to stay here again on future travels to San Antonio!

I've only been to the San Antonio Riverwalk a fee times but this is the best hotel we've stayed at. Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and the staff is very accommodating. Between the restaurant, bar and live music, it's definitely the place to stay at.

Great location, spacious room with floor the ceiling Windows overlooking the city. Fast free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth radio, lots of usb charging ports, nice gym with new equipment. Glad I picked the Hyatt for my conference stay instead of the official conference hotel.

Lobby and rooms are very nice, check in/out was quick. Valet or self parking is expensive and valet is not fast, it would have been faster to walk and get car myself. Hotel bar closed around midnight even though there was probably 20 people there, staff didn't tell anyone that came up, just ignored them.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. The hotel is in a perfect location in San Antonio and right on the Riverwalk. I used an suite upgrade award and we were placed in Atrium Suite 331, the 3rd floor is to low to enjoy views from the balcony, all we could see was the dining area where the convention folks wine and dine and there were no windows in the bedroom. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Big Thanks to Jenny the concierge for the great lunch recommendations.

The perfect location. Right in the middle of downtown. Lots of stuff to do right outside the hotel doors. The alamo is a block away! Room was clean. Service was great. Conference hospitality food was awesome.

Great hotel! Very clean, lretty, and everyone was so nice. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Great location to everything as well. Next time we come back I will be staying here again.

Worst Hyatt ever. Bad service high prices and rude staff.

The staff was friendly but disorganized while I was there. I wanted to work out on the 11th floor where the fitness center is, however, when I had to go to the 10th floor and follow the signs to where the alternate entrance is even though I followed directions, the area where I entered was closed off due to construction. I went down to the front desk and they told me to go the opposite way of the signs. Even after I did this the construction workers told me to get out due to their work. The construction workers and the hotel staff had no idea what each other were telling the guests and it was just a frustrating situation. Overall their communication to each other and their guests would really be helpful. Other than this the hotel was nice.

The hotel is in a perfect location in San Antonio and right on the Riverwalk. I used an suite upgrade award and we were placed in Atrium Suite 331, the 3rd floor is to low to enjoy views from the balcony, all we could see was the dining area where the convention folks wine and dine and there were no windows in the bedroom. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Big Thanks to Jenny the concierge for the great lunch recommendations.

I am currently a guest thru Friday. My experience has been good until today. I was told by the front desk that there was a place by the pool to smoke. So I went to an area with some table and chairs and a smoking sign. The next thing I know, I am being confronted by two employees and a police officer! Apparently I was in the wrong area for smokers. But seriously? How embarrassing! People could see them approach me and ask me to leave. I am 5'4.140 pounds. In a swim suit. Reading my kindle! I really don't think that was necessary at all. Nice people but major over the top! I was humiliated simply because the front desk person was NOT clear as to where I SHOULD NOT go. Funny story to tell my friends but at the moment I was super embarressed.

Great hotel and location. In the middle of things on the riverwalk and across the street from the Alamo. Valet and staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms though a little worn.

Rooms are very clean and promptly taken care of, necessities were brought to my room very quickly. Bartenders are absolutely amazing and extremely nice. However, a few hours into my first day, Internet went down and still has not been fixed (day 3 right now).

2 days after my stay my credit card was charged $44. I just wanted to find out what that charge is for. Have called 3 times over 2 days to be put on hold at accounting. No one ever picks up but they will at reservations. What customer service. Will let everyone know if I ever get through.

An amazing hotel right in the middle of everything hot in San Antonio. I loved my two nights here. They often have specials running online and if you hunt hard enough you can get a deluxe room for about the same price of a 3 star hotel in downtown San Antonio.

I was class organizer for my Air Force Pilot Training Class of 1969 and I picked the HRSAR Hotel over all others on the Riverwalk and they really delivered in all aspects. My group was just 30 couples and the hotel went overboard to accommodate us. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to recommend them to any group or individual.

OMG wrong hotel my bad. I stayed at the Hyatt years ago though and it's AWESOME.

Staff was great, room ok, carpet dirty. Stores and restaurant in hyatt very good. Pool on rooftop nice, a bit small but clean and great view.

First off, this is a beautiful hotel. The rooms have large windowed walls that look out onto an atrium that features an offshoot of the river, and glass enclosed elevators for the ride up and down. The desk staff is very courteous and helpful. I have a Hyatt frequent user membership, and that definitely helps as well because you can check in and check out over the Internet, and get discounts on food and other items. The rooms are gorgeous and come with complimentary coffee and convenient plug in/charging stations for electronics. The parking garage is right across the street with plenty of spaces, and of course you are right on the river walk and in walking distance of major conference areas, tourist sites, and restaurants. Restaurant and bar are welcoming, if expensive. The only real blemish for us was the front door staff — — if you aren't valet parking your car, you become invisible.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Purchased a suite which included a living room. The first thing I noticed inside of the room was a towel hanging from the smoke alarm (WTF). Ordered room service and the food was cold (Do not order their wings, I repeat do not order their wings). Almost missed our event because valet misplaced our key (30 minutes delay). This place is just down right horrible.

First rate GOUGERS! Third rate hotel. We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend this year. The ONLY plus for this hotel is its location on the River Walk — right in the middle. Everything else about this flea bag is negative. Valet parking is $35 per night (I'm sure Hyatt is not the only gouger in the River Walk parking racket), self parking is $25 per night. Maid service didn't show up to our room until 4:00 p. M. Most rooms are miniscule in size — ours had shoddy furniture with noticeable chips and mars. The in-room television is a joke. I wanted to watch the U. T. Vs Texas Tech game on Thursday night but Fox Sports SW was not available in our room. It WAS available in the lobby bar — how convenient. I asked the concierge about this and he had no clue what I was talking about (he also had no clue about anything else I asked). There's no complimentary coffee for guests. The entire staff seems to be indifferent to the guests — like it or lump it seems to be the general attitude.
