Nice clean hotel only disappointment that no food places within walking distance and the toilet didn't work correctly due to seal gets stuck inside the tank. One staff, for food, didn't know who delivered well another staff gave me a card of a restaurant.

Nicely updated. Clean, spacious. Reasonable prices.

Great new rooms and location. Friendly service from, Summer. She was great! They had grab and go hot and cold breakfast bags. The only downside was pool and gym were still closed, so my kids were disappointed… Other than that, it was a great stay! Definitely recommend this hotel 🏨

My family of nine stayed here three nights. We found the rooms to be very clean, cool and comfortable. The breakfast area was well maintained and the food was much better than most hotel breakfast offerings. The gentleman working in that area should be congratulated (and tipped) for his hard work.

First time Stayed here 8 months ago when we came to visit San Antonio. Definitely worth the money! Had a room to the right of the front desk with a Jacuzzi in it, & absolutely loved it! They had breakfast from like 6-9 a. M which was definitely convenient for my husband, & I with our 4 year old son! Decided last minute to go to San Antonio again yesterday, & I couldn't find what the hotel was called, because there's not really a specific name, but lucky for us my husband remembered how to get there! The woman at the desk was the same one from the first time we stayed. She was very sweet. Gave us a deal on our room cheaper than the site, & we got a nice basic room on the 3rd floor 302. Very clean aside from the windows… it had everything we needed for coffee, shower, & I love how big the beds are, but especially that the bedding was white, & COMPLETELY white with no stains or anything! Got our 100 dollar deposit right back after we were ready to check out, & they checked the room for any damage. Only thing that sucks is the Friday to the weekend rates go up quite a bit which I know almost every hotel does, but other than that I love this place so much, & would definitely recommend to anyone who loves clean non-smoking, cold (if you're like me), comfortable rooms! Will definitely stay there again anytime we go back to San Antonio!

My room was 108 because "all the rooms were fully booked". There were 6 cars outside. Yet 250 guests. My room was the bugged room. At checkout, I was asked "Did you find an aoartment? " How would anybody know that I had "apartment" keys if you was not in the room with me? Other than my room being bugged, I checked with my frequency scanner and left! The rooms are VERY nice and very comfortable. They have coffee machines in each room, different firmness of pillows. But don't checkout early, you'll upset the "family".

Our room smelled damp, but was not that bad. The rooms where large, but the beds where not the best. The frame was sticking out and I hit it and cut my legs. The room service was just in the room to. We watched them leave it when we arrive. I put it under the bed easily. It was a simple fix that was niglected. The bathroom vent was very dirty. The ironing board was broken. And the pull-out bed was the worst pull out bed I've ever laid on. The wife was good. But I can not over look the problems.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Used the meeting room over at the hotel. Adequately furnished and well served. Would definitely use this place again.

Great hotel went for the weekend with the family to six flags. Every thing was clean and breakfast was more then what we were waiting for. The breakfast was hot and when some thing was out they refill it with out a problem. Come back.

Again we were very pleased with our stay here and can readily recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located, has all the needed amenities, is clean, nicely appointed and all at a reasonable price for travellers. Check it out!

During check in There was a mix up and we were given keys to a room already occupied walking in on unexpected guests at 2am. The room though was clean and so was the bathroom. Bed needed to be replaced but it worked. Good breakfast offered. Friendly staff. Pool looked clean.

We had our family vacation in San Antonio and stayed at the Hotel San Antonio. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again! They had a wonderful breakfast every morning and the most polite staff ready to help and serve us! This is the place to stay if you make a trip to San Antonio!

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Lots of restaurants around and not too far from downtown. Definitely would recommend this place to stay at.

Horrible! When I checked in she asked for a $200 dollar deposit not a problem. Didn't like the eggs and sausage for breakfast. We stayed there 3 nights. The drain in our tub broke and small pieces of rust kept falling into the tub when my kids took baths. I asked for it to please be fixed they said they would do it but never did. The night before check out my child had an accident on the bed and my other child spilled her Coke so we cleaned it up with a white towel. When we went to check out the next day she told me I had to pay over $500 dollars for the accident on the bed and the one towel. I'm sorry but kids stay there all the time they are a hotel they should have something over the bed like waterproof sheets or something. And I'm sorry but I have white towels myself and if u bleach them they come out clean. This place was very ridiculous. On top of the $200 deposit she kept she wanted me to pay over $500 dollars too. I told her she was crazy and that's what the deposit is for. She said if I didn't pay she would call the police on me. I will never stay there again and I will make sure all my family and friends know how this place is. I noticed only about 5 other people stayed there the whole time we stayed there. I think they just want more money cause they can't get people to stay there.

The staff is incredibly nice. I was here on an emergency and didn't know how long I would need to stay. I explained the situation and they said no problem, if I needed to leave sooner they would refund. I actually had to stay longer and they said again, no problem and extended my reservation. When I went to the desk to pay they even asked about the situation.
I was by myself and felt perfectly safe too.
Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast looked great — eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereals, waffles and juices but all I cared about was the coffee.
If I'm ever in this area I would absolutely stay here again! 100% would recommend to family and friends.

The rooms are in excellent condition, very clean and spacious, the bathroom is big and also very clean, service and guest attention is good. The breakfast is really good and the dishes are always keep filled, tables and space to eat is always available and it's never overcrowded. Elevators are fast and clean. Awesome place to pass the night. Staff was nice to. Our housekeeper Ismael was very nice, friendly and inviting. You can tell that he enjoy his job. We will be back next vacation to San Antonio.

Vending machines were out, but location is great. Breakfast was as you would expect. Great bed and pillows, labeled firm and soft. Would stay again.

Needed a last-minute room & so glad we found this hotel. Large room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast & great price! Room was a tad dark, but no big deal. Excellent value!

Staff is somewhat friendly but to concerned on what we were doing. Rooms are non smoking so stepping outside often was uncomfortable having front desk ask us something each time. Like okay? Can we just have a smoke break without telling u are every move. The room is nice but the a/c sucks. And definitely need new mattresses or different ones this one felt pretty hard. Also should find somewhere better to put the microwave. All this space in here would be nice to put a little round table an chairs to eat off of.

Awesome experience here with husband and our 4 and 2 years old boys. Clean everywhere, comfortable, quite and delicious breakfast full of everything you may like. Bed was comfortable, sofa bed for my 4 yo was huge (we brought our pack play for infant), 1 king bed bedroom has also table with 2 chairs, desk, coffee maker, small sink, bathroom also big and complete with bathtub. Also iron and board. Check in and out ladies were friendly, attentive and diligent. Totally pleased with this stay.

Be CAREFUL THERE ROB Leave a sweater white again in my room, and I called them to Ask them that I saved or if I could send it to Monterrey, Nuevo León, and I would have to cover the shipping. The in charge told me that if it was my sweater, which if it had been picked up and that I will gladly send, to give him my address in Monterrey; and so time passed and he Never came my sweater, re-mark them I say Mr. Andres that the does not know anything and that my sweater IS NOT.! IS WHAT THEY WERE. I hope that it fits well to the grid. (a grid is a person who gets something without paying for it)
They sell them at Academy and they are nothing cheap.

Very clean good breakfast and very friendly staff stay 3 days and was very pleased would definitely recommend it not to far from downtown and very reasonably priced will stay there again if go back that way in the future.

I have stayed at Hotel San Antonio a couple times in the past months. The staff is VERY polite, patient and helpful. The FREE breakfast is always fresh, hot & plentiful with a wide variety of choices. Staff watches and ensures that everyone gets whatever foods they want. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Ample room between the door and toilet! The building in general is very clean and the lobby is very inviting & relaxing. In fact, I'm heading there again next week!

I stayed here 2 nights, and the walls were so thin in the room that we did not get much sleep either night. I reserved a basic room here a few days later (why? ), and when I arrived, they only had a suite available; instead of charging me the price for a basic room, I was charged the price of a suite. I have learned my lesson (twice) and would not stay here again. Looks like management is just trying to take advantage of their customers to make some extra money, and they have definitely cut corners here.

This is the worst when it comes to customer service. I tried to change my check-in date that was wrong after completing my reservation. After asking to speak to the manager, I was put on hold for 45 min, when I called back I was put on hold for 1:16 minutes. The receptionist was rude and management is non caring. Do not stay at this hotel. It is not worth all the trouble they put you through. Non caring.

This hotel is great for the price I have stayed at the Marriott I have stayed at most hotels downtownby far this hotel is one of the best that I will repeat stayin at stuff is good and friendly breakfast is good rooms are clean location is good I have had not one problem with management in this hotel although I have read other reviews there are fetched from the truth you gotta try it for yourself it is a unique experience at this hotel it is very nice and for what I see they do hire vets A plus in my book I'm from mc allen tx if u like a bit fancy and elegant this is the place to stay rooms are very big and nice breakfast is good until next time thank u.

The way the manager Amin speaks to his employees is just degrading. I slept in room 119 then got moved to 120 I woke up with bites all over me I have live video feed of bedbugs on the matteesses. I demanded my money back breakfast was straight out the microwave biscuits were hard and gravy had clumps from not being mixed correctly seen them handling food after doing maintence work with out using gloves or washing ur hands The heating system in my room started smoking I doubt the fire system works because I had to exit the room full of smoke… sheets on bed dirty there was literally 2 people working I seen front desk cleaning rooms and doing laundry and breakfast and 1 housekeeper cleaning all the rooms I never seen a hotel with 2 staff members doing a job by they self this hotel is worse then motel 6 only difference is they have breakfast.

This is an unbiased comment. Do not check into this hell hotel. Poor lighting in the parking lot to start. The room lock was loose and not very secure. This is important when someone is following your wife around trying to take pictures. The room smelled like mildew. The tub was stopped up. Ice machine not functional on the third floor. Hotel Attendants like to argue in front of customers. And there personal phone calls come first. No (Do Not Disturb Sign) So she got woke up early in the morning. You have to physically check out or they will charge you. If you go out and smoke you have to wait for them to unlock the sliding door at night. No security. No signs so good luck finding it. The area is not very accessible. Construction on one end of the street forcing you to get on the interstate frontage road which makes it quite hard to get back to the hotel. Creepy attendant thinks it is a compliment to tell a woman she smells good. I do not like this hotel for the lack of safety and piece of mind. If you still book here after reading this then you are probably use to it.

I don't know where to start. AC didn't work and they refused to move rooms despite many vacancies. The front desk clerk offerered my family friend a free room in exchange for sex (after being denied, he retaliated by not patching through our incoming calls), heavy police presence due to 5 break-ins. Property is hard to access due to dangerous cut across 3 lanes of traffic from short off ramp. Breakfast is great if you're into white bread, expired milk and powdered eggs. The low prices and location have made it occupied by many prostitutes and drug dealers fearing the crack-downs near the airport areas.

Just stayed here and rooms were super clean and bed was very comfortable… Staff was extremely helpful and so was the manager… Great place, great price especially when I needed it last minute. Would definitely recommend:-)!
