It was completely gross. The service was horrible. They told us after we made reserved a room that they didnt have our room clean and made us pay 20$ more than what they told us even tho we had a conformation that they already pulled money from the account. They didnt honor Military discounts. We asked for a not smoking one paid we got two bed smoking room. There was only four cars in the parking lot but they told us that they were full. When we walked to our room there was empty single beds and we went to change they told us no exchanges. The room was not clean, there was stains on the floor, the bath had died bugs, there was sheets had stains with burn holes, holes in the walls, and there was mold. We asked for a refund and told them the room was not clean and they refused to honor it. It was the worst experience I have had. I woke up with bites from the room. Would not recommend at all. The management and all workers including the manager were rude.
Absolutely disgusting. I had to find another hotel room. There were bugs burns in the shower no sheets on the bed and the smell was awful.
