Good value. Clean. Friendly staff. Among other items, scrabbled eggs and sausage at the bkft.

Not for the price. It need some up keep done in the rooms.

Staff and manager, just absolutely amazing.

The bathroom was nasty. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned. The light fixture did not have a cover on it. The carpet in the room felt wet. I had to keep shoes on all the time.

On line price was good nothing special a ok place to sleep covid 19 no benefits.

The room was not very clean. The AC unit was filthy. There was a thick layer of dust on everything. The tub and sink did not drain properly. There was no bedspread on the bed, just sheets, a blanket, and another sheet. They did not have extra pillows available either. The drapes smelled like cigarettes. The door did not seal correctly and I could see outside through the crack. The issues with the room being dirty was reported the day I arrived and nothing was done.
The juice… for breakfast had a chemical taste and nothing was done by staff when I reported it. The lounge area was not very clean either, there are marks where stuff has dripped down the wall under the check in window and dust built up around the exhaust fan. Behind the desk (on the other side of the staff only door I saw through) was kind of filthy, I saw dirt built up in the corner of the tile at the door. Do not stay here.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service was awful when trying to reserve the rooms, they didnt speak english. Mold on the walls in the bathroom, no towels or a comforter on beds. Then after we paid cash for 3 rooms that we reserved, we were charged for one of the rooms on the wrong card. Rude girl at front counter, basicly told it was no big deal that $135 was taken out of my bank account. Awful! Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

Clean. Nice staff. Good rooms. Good bed. Shopping very close by. Lot of differy foods choses very close. Wal-Mart next door. Free breakfast. Buut the coffee isn't to good (ok its just bad).

Much needed repairs. Great staff. Other room wasn't any better.

This place is filthy! Said they didn't have a room available on the first floor and walking upstairs the stairwell was filthy. I took pictures of the carpet and it was obvious that it has not been vacuumed. The sheets had a obvious stain on it. The refrigerator had mold inside the door. The restroom had hair all over it. My wife was so angry she went to the clerk and she gave us another room and it was ok nothing to brag about the carpet needs cleaning. My or I don't drink but both rooms reaped of a liquor smell. I can't believe I paid almost $100 for a one night stay in this room. We came here because my wife is having surgery at 6:00am and we just didn't want to drive to Tullahoma so early in the morning. We actually felt like we didn't have a choice after we had paid for the room but we definitely should be refunded for this stay. I took the a/c filter out because the window unit wasn't cooling properly and the filter was covered and I do mean covered with dirt. I also took a picture of this. Next time I definitely make a better choice.

Rooms were not cleaned prior to our check in (1:40pm) & we had to switch rooms bc the 1st Unclean room had a used feminine product on the floor just under the bed. Big stains tht looked like blood & musty smells in the new room we were moved to. It was only a 2 night stay @ a discount or else we would have went elsewhere.

This was an okay budget stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean, although it was a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke, and the carpet was damp. The breakfast was good, basic continental breakfast. The staff was nice.

Very good hotel! They have a clean place and comfy beds. The breakfast they provide is also awesome :) very good food.

Okay breakfast, pool closed during our weekend stay. Average rooms. Not too bad.

It's a nice hotel I enjoyed my stay but I feel like the rooms could use a little updating but there still very nice.

We had to stay here a couple years ago during a snowstorm when our power was out for an extended period and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast served the next morning was quite good.

Great hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Conveniently located near shopping centers and Wal-Mart. Great place to catch up on sleep. If I ever come back to Tullahoma I would stay here.

First thing you notice is the ashtray smell in the room. Linen had spots on it, toilet flush would get stuck every time so you had to take the cover up to put it in place, night butterfly dead by the window, tent-like walls — you could hear everything and a lot of dust everywhere. I did save a live bug from the bathtub. On the bright side, very comfortable mattress.

Decent place. No elevators so I had to carry my suit case. The main lobby close at 11 pm and I checked in later than that through the window outside. It rains a lot in TN.

Staff was very pleasant and friendly, however we checked in very late due to car troubles. When we went to go to bed the first bed had what I assume to be candy stuck to the sheet, the second bed had hair in it and the bathroom had hair still in the tub. The second room we booked had hair in the bed, and the mattress cover had dried blood and other stains I don't think I want to know what they were. I don't ask for the Ritz Hilton however "popping" sheets is totally unexcitable. Clean sheets and a clean bathroom are a must.

Easy going people. Very accommodating. Right next door to walmart. The powdered eggs leave alot to be desired…

I stay here pretty frequently lately as we have had family in and out of the hospital and live in KY. Decent rates and quality! However my last stay I was stuck in a smoking room and never asked for it. It was disgusting and filthy! Room 101 I believe. I smoke occasionally and that was BAD!

I stayed one night at the Baymont. Staff were very helpful and made check-in super easy. Even let me change rooms (I had accidentally booked a smoking room. I did not realize those still existed anywhere. ) Probably should have kept the original room because the one I moved to had poor hot water and the toilet lid literally fell off as soon as I went in the bathroom. They did have a semi hot breakfast. Hot items are biscuits gravy, eggs, sausage, and make your own waffle. Location is perfect for access to hospital nearby. Also it is directly beside a Walmart which is a plus. Overall it was favorable experience based on the price. I May stay there again in a few weeks depending on pricing other hotels.

Spent 10 days here. Customer service was right on point. From front desk to the house keepers and maintenance. Rooms where clean. Breakfast was good but might change it up a little daily. It was a pleasure to stay here. Would stay here again. Need to be a little more smoker friendly.

Had to change the room 3 times and it still wasn’t right. First room wasn’t cleaned up from the last guest. 2nd room was non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes. 3rd room had dirty sheets and food left in the fridge from the last guess. The lights were flickering on and off as well. The one thing I did like was the continental breakfast which was fine exceptionally well.

Housekeeping nightmare… When we checked in and got ready for bed we found no sheets on the bed. We called the front desk to let them know. She quickly brought more wrinkled unfolded sheets to our room. We simply ask if the sheets were clean and if we could get some pillow cases. The young lady stripped the bed and advised she'd be right back with all new bedding. While she was out of the room we noticed how filthy the mattress protector was with bodily fluids. We chose to cancel our reservation and went to a near by hotel. Staff was nice until we advised we were cancelling our room for the night and they never offered to see if they had a room that was clean etc. She just simply said well I'm not in charge of cleaning the rooms. We will not be back.

Room was nicer than I was expecting. Bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was also much nicer than I have come to expect from hotels — they had a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage! For the price, I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice place quiet and easy accessible to lots of restaurants within a mile distance. The hotel serves excellent breakfast in morning my only problem is room cleaning service you have to request for stuff.

Conflicted to give a star rating. The beginning of my stay was wonderful, had two housekeepers throughout the week that went above and beyond, one main girl (blonde brown hair wears sunglasses) and the other (She wore a tennessee shirt) helped her out a couple days. The last 2 days of my stay they had a different girl who was extremely rude and refused to do something as simple as give me clean towels. The girl (short with long hair) obviously needs to be trained correctly. Front desk girls were great, not a problem with them at all. Breakfast the few times we ate it wasn't all bad. One morning while eating breakfast the original housekeeper (sunglasses) came out of her way to let me know she ensured that things were done in my room the way I expected them to be and they were. Made sure to leave her a good tip when I checked out, earlier than had originally planned to. I understand these ladies don't make the wages they deserve for all that they do. Housekeeping would have to be 5 stars until the last couple days than not even a star Front desk would be 5 stars.

We have stayed here 4 years, for two weeks each time during the Celebration. We like it for its proximity to grocery and other stores. The only thing really lacking is decent breakfast. Powdered eggs and flavorless sausage do not a breakfast make. The staff however is fantastic. Tia and the office staff are super helpful and friendly. The housecleaning staff are great. The place definitely needs updating. It changed hands since we were here last year and we had hoped to see improvements when we returned but we did not. The fitness center has been out of order since last year. One ice machine doesn't work. The breakfast is a serious issue. The air condidtioners were updated since last year which was good and So were the water heaters. We hope to see some improvements by next year because we love staying here.

I booked a non-smoking room and ended up in a smoking room. Yuk. Poor maintenance of the rooms. Carpet very dated. Cigarette burn marks on the sink and tub. Looks like they took a cheap motel and are now calling it a hotel. Definitely not up to Baymont Inn standards. Avoid it if possible.

It was very fun. I loved the Chuckie doll in the parking lot. The drive through was slow though.

Its very clean. Nice sized rooms. A little pricy during the week but overall a very nice stay.

Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, the housekeeping was horrid. When I checked in the shower curtain was stiff with fi k th and mildew. The sink, toilet and tub looked as though there had not been deep cleaned in quite a while. The mirror above the sink took me four times to get the built up grime and filth off of it and the carpet still had items (bobby pin and what appeared to be an ibuprofen) that were from previous remnants. I was there for an extended period and decided to do my own housekeeping to make certain the room was clean.

Breakfast was good and check in was easy. Pool is small as expected for a motel style. Room was dated but clean and as only for a night — not bad for the price.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Only problem was shower was very weak and bet only had twone top sheets and no substantial blanket.

At 7:15 in the morning I had an employee enter my room using a key. She had no cleaning cart and she told me that they had told her I was gone. When I went down stairs to get my receipt, I asked why someone would be coming into my room. They told me that a man had checked me out of my room and had gotten my receipt. I am a woman that is traveling alone. The room was in my name and I used my credit card to pay for it. They said that the man had a sticky note on the card that he turned in with the room number on it. They gave him a receipt that has my name phone umber address and all the information that they make you give them including the last numbers of my credit card information. They said he told them that he wanted a receipt to give it to the person who paid for the room. They obliged him without any concern for their patrons safety. I will ever stay there again! It is not safe they do not have the welfare of their patrons in mind with the policies they have. If you are a woman traveling in the area there are much nicer safer hotels. You should chose one of them and if they are all booked, go to Manchester.

The room I was in was very clean and comfortable looking. I did not encounter any staff during my visit but was told they are friendly. I would stay in this hotel myself if I had need.

Awesome Hotel. Amazingly clean and quiet. It is located off the main road but it's tucked away and I couldn't even hear any traffic. Located near everything you need. Lots of places to eat and shop near by. The staff were all very friendly. I will definitely visit again in the near future.

Stayed here while on roadtrip from FL to Chicago. If your looking for only a 24hr stay its just fine. Its a tad over priced for one night. But the lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Anything we needed such as extra blankets for our kids she had right away. The breakfast was fine esp with it included in the hotel charge. Would stay again if it was for another over night stay. Was safe, clean and there are tons of places to eat and shop. Waffle house, red lobster, Wal-Mart, Kmart etc but the one place not to eat is Camino mexican down the street. Please eat else where!

Excellent! Starting with the lady at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name for a shout out… seems to always be working though) — the nicest, most helpful and friendly front desk clerk ever. Just adored her! And then the motel — very clean rooms, fridge/microwave, pet friendly, great shower. What else could a traveler ask for? Highly recommend.

It's not enough to have smoking rooms, but to have employees swapping pills and smoking marijuana in the rooms too! Yea the Bonnaroo crew will NOT be back this go round, random test your employees if you want them around our stature of people. Or lose a boat load of money until you do and hire clean, descent employees.
