Would not recommend. Bait and switched our room after weeks in advance reservation. Downgraded our room with no notice. Was told it was “overbooked” but showed available online for same weekend. Manager Corynn Hawkins was very rude and offered nothing for their mistake. They were going to even overcharge us for the downgrade till protested. Many outlets in room didn’t work. Reported to front desk. When we returned to room, still not working. After having to deal with manager earlier, was afraid to bring up the issue again due to her unpleasant nature and poor customer service skills. Very unpleasant and unusual situation. I would avoid booking Towneplace Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport. Phoned Marriott directly and they were unhelpful.

Everything about our stay is great! The staff is super, the hot breakfast has too many items to list, there is always hot coffee, indoor pool, comfy beds and rooms. The hotel isn’t new, but it is clean and neat and nice. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Nashville.

Room was NOT up to MARRIOTT standards. I had booked a 2 bedroom suite for my mothers birthday. The couch was torn with multiple stains (bleached and filfth). The carpet had many many many stains throughout the unit — (some appeared to be stool) The furniture was outdated and unappealing and dilapidated. (There were cracks and stains on multiple pieces) As a member of Marriott, I have stayed countless nights all over the world, I was appalled and embarrassed that I took my family here! I have attempted to contact the Manager multiple times over the past 3 days — the message is always the same: “He just stepped out! ”He has yet to return my call. Take my advice! DO NOT stay here — I only hope this will allow me up upload the pictures of this establishment! 😢 On this date Dec 2, Marriott failed me!
