Had to travel to Nashville while my mother was in the hospital there fighting for her life. Being that I was scared and stressed out I Accidentally booked twice I explained to the front desk clerk the situation and she assured me that I wouldn’t be charged twice……LIES! Spoke to the hotel manager tried to get a refund and they refused to refund me. Needless to say I paid $235.00 for one night. Just heartless!

Flight was canceled. Great choice and price.

Free parking, clean spacious room, great breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles and cereal.

The front desk staff in the evening and overnight in the next morning have been awesome very courteous very kind and very professional I would definitely recommend this hotel and I've been a choice member for 2 years now and I've never been disappointed so quality sweets if you read this keep up the good work God bless peace.

Nice clean hotel but unfortunately customer service needs some work. Checked in with my family on a Saturday afternoon and had to stand and wait for the lady to finish smoking to come in and check us in. We got to room and there was one towel, called front desk no answer, went to front desk no one there. We left for dinner and the clerk was sitting outside smoking. Got up next morning ready to hit the road and we were told breakfast started at 6 am. Hit the lounge at 6:25 and another staff member said sorry she was getting a late start and it will be a little bit. For the prices you charge and servicing customers that travel you should be able provide the services you promise!

We had a decent stay. Affordable and near the airport. We checked in late and the night lady was very friendly. Breakfast was free and decent. All in all for the price it was a good deal. If you just need a place to stay for the night nothing fancy it is the spot for you.

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We had a main floor room near the front desk and we never heard anything going on in the hall. Staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again. Price is reasonable.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. With my last minute booking, due to some stupid circumstances, they still took good care of us. They even let me check in super early because I had just spent 36 hours driving… with 4 kids. Robby was so helpful and was awesome. He kept reminding the kids every time we walked past the desk… don't forget about the cookies and popcorn at 3! Sheryl was pretty awesome, too. They definitely mad our stay worth while. The continental breakfast was also really good! Beautiful hotel rooms, awesome, very clean pool. This is definitely where I will be staying my next trip in Nashville.

This has been our favorite hotel to date. The location is great. The staff is so wonderful and super accommodating. The room is very nice, clean, and comfortable. We travel full time, so it is hard to be really wowed by a hotel, but this one has managed to do so and we would absolutely stay here again. The one "bad" thing is that the parking lot can get full, presumably because there is a restaurant on site. We have had a spot every time we've come back, though.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. They have a delicious breakfast with quite a bit of variety. Will definitely be staying here in the future for all my trips to Nashville.

I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are always cleans. The staff is always helpful. The food is always fresh. You get what you pay for, that's for sure! Like I said, I have stayed here multiple times and I will stay again.

The room was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and had tons of options. It did take a few minutes to get checked in and out because the front desk staff had stepped away but even that wasn't bad. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was impressive. The breakfast nook was large and comfortable. The entire hotel looked well cared for and clean. Friendly staff with what seemed like a popular restaurant inside as well. Great hotel.

Slept like a baby! Evelyn and Meghan are very sweet and gave us a lot of advice since we are first timers here in Tennessee. They were willing to help out in any way to make sure our stay went well. They have cookies and popcorn in the lobby, breakfast was great. And the Mexican restaurant was delicious as well.

Clean, comfortable, affordable. Nice place to lay your head for an early flight out. Wouldn't stay here for my whole vacation due to the noisy planes taking off. Uber ride was under $15 to downtown Nashville. Room is spacious and the staff was very friendly. Check in is at 3pm. Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel has delicious margaritas.

Very nice hotel, rooms, excellent service, and great breakfast. We had a 2 queen suite and our only complaint was the couch was hard and uncomfortable. It's also very accessible and easy to find. Highly recommend using this hotel for your next Nashville stay, I know I will be.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. The Mexican restaurant in the hotel is much better than you would expect Mexican food in TN to be! I will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely lovely hotel. I have stayed with them every time I visit Nashville and never regret a thing. Staff is wonderful and courteous no matter what the time. A special mention for Beth who went above and beyond for me and my family during my latest stay. Highly recommend.

Great prices and great place to stay. Very clean and friendly environment. The breakfast was fresh everyday and good. Free snacks for guests. The Resturaunt attached gives free margaritas to hotel guests.

Great location which was easy to get to Nashville attractions. Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Snacks were available during the day and were good, but breakfast was not fabulous.

This one was very nice compared to some places I've stayed. Clean and warm. Very polite. Breakfast was really good. Free cookies and popcorn. A welcome greet everytime you walk in. Very accommodating.

Clean, spacious rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely seating area in the lobby. Complementary warm cookies and fresh pop corn available until 9pm with juice, coffee and hot chocolate. Breakfast was pretty good too. I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

This hotel earned their name ''Quality Suites''. Very clean, the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful; the place smells good, my wife and I enjoy our stay to me it's not bad for the price for you will enjoy your money. I will recommend this place for everyone looking for best hotel to stay. They deserve 5 stars!

Very deserving of a 4.5+ star review. Place looks brand new on the inside. The lobby and breakfast/seating area is very modern. The desk staff was extremely friendly and always in a positive mood. We arrived an hour or so before check-in time, and they were very apologetic for not having a room ready. Fresh baked cookies and free drink voucher for the attached Mexican restaurant every day! About a 10-15 drive and $12 uber from downtown Nashville/Nissan stadium area. Great stay just outside the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent and exactly like the pictures online. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in early from a long trip there and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The hotel also provides you with a voucher for a free margarita or beer with every night you stay at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was an exceptional hotel stay. My room was spicy and span clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby lighting and decorations we're very comfortable and relaxing. Some place have harsh lighting or very busy decorating schemes, but this felt very open and cozy simultaneously. Ms. Parsons got us checked in quickly and gave us all the details of the hotel's layout. There were a variety of drinks and snacks available throughout the day. While breakfast was the fairly straightforward selection you find at most Choice Hotel brands, this one was laid out well and had Nutella packets which was a nice touch. There is also a solid restaurant housed on the premises, La Parrilla. I recommend the garlic shrimp. This felt much more upscale than the Quality Inns I've visited in the past and one the most relaxing stays.

When we arrived at the hotel it was after 5pm. We had been on the road for over 10 hours and had minimal time to get ready for a rehearsal dinner. Upon checking in we found out our room wasn't ready yet; 2 hours after the guaranteed check in time. The staff apologized but didn't do anything extraordinary to remedy the situation. Aside from that issue they had drinks and snacks available, cookies and juice. The breakfast bar was rather extensive. The resting area was sufficient. The bathing/restroom was surprisingly small with no ventilation so after a shower the room was a hotbox. Not terribly far from downtown. Quite visible. Easily accessible.

Rooms were very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There's complimentary breakfast in the morning as well as complimentary cookies and lemonade. There is also a food cupboard with snacks for purchase. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is the only place that I stay when I visit Nashville. The accommodations are very nice from the staff, food, and room comfort. The hotel is located in a great spot to travel around the city as well. I highly recommend it to any potential guest.

First time visiting Nashville. I found hotel on line. Stayed an extra night. Hotel was beautiful, room was huge, clean, food excellent. Very personable. They bought me a can opener I could use. I would stay there again.

I stay at hundreds of motels a year for our business. My drivers stay in motels across the United States. I always send a my credit card and a authorization form with them and have never had any problems. Until this motel! Checking in at 1am in the morning, when my guys have to be at the airport at 4am. Nathan at the front desk tells my guys that our authorization… with my credit card and with a copy of my card, drivers license photo, my signature, and date range of their trip and a letter stating that their authorized to use said credit card for all business expenses, oh and my business card attached to the letter. Nathan make a copy. Then tells my guys that's not acceptable. My guys call me at 1:15 am to tell me this. For the next 45 min I have to fill out Nathan's credit card form, scan it and email it back… at this point I'm extremely mad. My guys have worked all day. Me and my wife have been woken up. We ask Nathan why did you copy our form just to have us fill out your form. Can you please shred our form you copied. Yelling at my wife on the phone shouting it's their policy. He tells us pretty much tuff luck… His words are not becoming of a employee of quality inn. This is not right! Was VERY surprised at how great this hotel was. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, completely renovated and rather upscale rooms, especially for the price, and a lovely lobby and breakfast area. Also has an on demand airport shuttle. Only issues I found were the quality of the pillows (small and lumpy) and a noisy air conditioner, but nothing drastic. While this is not my usual chain, if I'm starting in the Nashville Airport area again, it will be at this hotel.

We booked through a travel website and fully paid for our room at the time of booking. Upon arrival the hotel took our credit card to place a hold for incidentals which is the policy of all hotels. THE PROBLEM arose when they erroneously charged us again for our stay to the tune of two additional nights.
Once discovered we contacted them and they said the young lady was in training, apologized and stated that they were immediately crediting our card for their error.
It is now 1 week following our checkout date and we still have the charge on our account. Chase informed us that no attempt has been made for a credit.
What's worse is the fact that the GM is always "unavailable" and refuses to return our calls. The poor young lady at the front desk is a sweetheart, but I know she has no control over the situation. The General Manager is useless and dishonest. Needless to say, we are peppering social media in hopes that they will respond and refund our monies. We have also disputed the charges with our credit card agency and are in the process of seeking judicial relief.
As a result of their actions, I have been inconvenienced for more than 5 hours over the last 3 days. I am beyond furious and will never stay at any Choice Hotels in the future.

Friendly, helpful staff were my first impression. The complimentary margarita by the pool was a nice way to end my two days there. Immaculately clean room, which is of the utmost importance to me, was very comfortable. The plane noise was minimal with my A/C running and did not disturb my sleep. Perfect location to downtown on one side and The Hermitage on the other. I was worried that the infrastructure construction on the road in front of the hotel would wake me early, but the building must be well insulated and I didn't hear a thing. I was also able to come and go with ease regardless of the lane closure.

AMAZING hotel! Will definately stay again. Sean was great as well as the other staff members we interacted with. The breakfast is great and wayy better than most other continental breakfasts.

Service was excellent and the upgrades were very fine. The room was spacious but the bed was hard. The bed slanted a severe angle towards your head so made it even more uncomfortable.

Overall, it is a nice facility. Only drawback is that it became relatively busy at the front door because of the restaurant on the main floor. Not a huge complaint, but maybe an inconvenience. But, as I said, overall I had a nice stay.

The assistant manager was on duty and extremely helpful and friendly. The room was ready before check in time and we were offered it immediately upon arrival, as well as complimentary drinks and complimentary transportation to and from the airport. The continental breakfast was passable but served promptly and with excellent service, and checking out was fast and simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel must have just finished remodeling because it still smells like fresh construction. The room was very nice and well appointed with a comfortable bed, couch, and office chair. Breakfast was the standard selection of continental breakfast foods (fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, eggs, waffle station, pastries, and hot foods like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy). The food tasted good and fresher than I expected, especially since we ate about halfway through the posted breakfast hours. Coffee and juice are available all day in the lobby. Check in and check out was fast and convenient.

Stayed at the hotel it was awesome. Room was clean. Front desk worker was nice.

I myself will never stay there again I walk outside with cops all around on of the floors smelled like pure marijuana and not to mention there was a murder in the parking lot so hell no.

The location was great. Only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Only a 5 minute ride to many great restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was always pleasant. The accommodations were great for a great price!

The location perfect. It's an easy drive to downtown or the Opry. It's also close to the airport. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. No complaints.

First time staying at a quality suites and absolutely love this hotel. First impression was excellent, hotel exterior looks great. Lobby looks very modern and upscale like a 5 star hotel. Rooms are very big and very well decorated. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant was excellent margaritas was very good.

Is this even the same place advertised? the outside looks like the place is shut down. I understand being under construction, but at least have some lights on! Thank goodness there were a few cars or I would have thought my previously made reservation was money thrown away. Inside, it looks very nice, but unfortunately the fitness room advertised is non existent. For someone who plans hotels around a fitness center, I am very disappointed I will not have a treadmill for my morning run.

Wonderful experience. Don't let the outside scare you away this hotel is under renovation and is beautiful inside with huge rooms. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. One of the cleanest friendliest spacious hotels I have ever stayed at, and for a reasonable price.

Wow, what a disappointment. I've been traveling all week to different cities and Nashville was the last leg of the trip. The room is not the quality I would expect from a Homewood Suites. The Business center is really bad. I went to print some documents for tomorrow and realized that they still have office 2002. I had to go back up to my room and resave the document in a older version before I could print from the one computer that actually recognized the word attachment. This place is kind of creepy. I think this is it for me and Homewood Suites. They just aren't maintaing them any longer. I can say one nice thing, all of the Homewood Suites I have been to have had nothing but kind and helpful staff. That in no way makes up for the way that most of them have become run down.

Does not look anything like the pictures. No pool. Paint peeling. Talk up what they really have. Our room was to have a table and chairs but has a desk and two chairs (like most if not all hotels. ).

The paint was peeling — the beds did not look like those in the pictures posted by the owner. The front desk girl gave horrible directions and admitted to not knowing which way was north — annoying. The shower was dirty too and the toiletries provided sucked, looked and smelled like they were found in some box in the attic from 1970. Spent half the price on the room I am in now and Comfort Inn was no less crappy than this one. Would have rather slept in my car.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was beautiful, convenient to downtown. The staff were really marvellous, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It was one of the best hotels on our trip through the States last month. Would definitely book there again.
