It’s a really beautiful and spacious room. They have a pool, a laundry room, breakfast, and more.

First time we ever stay at one of them. Wow what a grate place. Best Hotel I ever stay in. An at a grate price also.

Traveled from Michigan to Nashville for a concert and stayed at the Sleep Inn. I loved this hotel! Very clean, friendly staff & a great convenient location. Close to downtown and places to eat on the outskirts.

Nice hotel for the money if you think about it. Seems to be well organized. Crystal and Athena took care of us when we stayed they were both very professional and friendly.

I thought choice hotels were good hotels but apparently not. This was the worst hotel we could’ve have picked. The hourly rental across the street would’ve been better. Disrespectful rude staff never access to a manager no good service period. I am debating posting the pictures of the dirty tampon we found in the room upon checking into the hotel. Front desk was notified and we were told sorry were full. We just asked to have someone come get it out. Guess that’s too much to ask.

Horrible. Worst front desk staff ever. The morning girl is so rude and always looks like she hates to be there. Pitiful. This is the first interaction with the property and should be a good one. It only gets worse. Don’t ever ask her to get anything for you or for assistance period.

Stayed here with a friend and we loved it. Clean good location good breakfast and friendly staff. James carried the luggage to the car and loaded it and was just so nice. He gave us his cell phone number when we checked in and said to call anytime if there was any problems. The staff in general is amazing. If James isn’t a manager he should be. He is a great example of customer service and customers being number one. I’ll be back in April!

Nice, clean hotel. We were very comfortable during our stay. It offers complimentary breakfast which is a plus when traveling with kids. Decent pool as well. Great location too.

I found the beds to be smaller than normal. Also not much of a parking lot either. The housekeepers did an excellent job.

Very spacious room, got s beautiful view of the sunset. Location is wedged between several other hotels, but it's a good location because it is near the interstate and there are many different food options near by. The hotel is 100%non smoking.

My family and I stayed there for two nights and had a nice stay. The rooms were clean, smelled clean. The continental breakfast was decent. Staff were nice. The beds were comfortable. We also took a dip in the pool. Not sure how much more can be expected for a great rate. Thanks!

Good hotel. Not bad location. Good beds. Just that the walls are thin so you hear everything and if people walk you hear as well. So 3rd floor room would be better if you don't want anyone stomping around.

The room was older but clean. The bed was comfortable but on the firm side. It was a good experience except the breakfast was not great.

This hotel was very clean and the people were kind. We had an issue with our door not locking which meant we couldn't leave our room without taking our valuables with us. Venus at the front desk was very nice and tried to fix the lock herself, then got maintenance to help. This did not work, so we stayed in that night then were moved to another room the next day. I wish we could've been relocated right away but I believe all the rooms were full. Regardless they resolved the problem and were so apologetic and accommodating even though I'm sure we were very annoying with having to bother them about the door.

I have already placed 2 other reviews of this hotel or should I say warning, I checked in late last night around 9, the check in was smooth and I was tired so I pulled the sheets back only to find a cockroach already sleeping in the bed I wanted to sleep in! I called the desk and the Katy came and picked it up and said " that's NOT a roach "" well I wasn't interested in what kind of bug it was really the point is there was a bug in my bed! She gave us another room but offered No apologies or a room discount, nothing. It was to Kate to go anywhere else so I stayed but it has been my experience where there is 1 Roach there are Many others sleeping close by! Don't stay here.

Clean and comfortable. Everything you can expect with a sleep inn small rooms and small bathrooms. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it's kind of difficult to get in and out with traffic.

I am a group leader for a senior citizen center. We stayed there 4/5/18-4/6/18 and it was robbed also infected with bedbugs. We had to cut our vacation short so we could get Home to treat. Dirty and disgusting. Stinks like urine. No housekeeping staff in the evening. Only one night clerk working the night shift. Illegal Aliens that do not speak English are housekeeping staff. A law suit will be filed.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was pretty standard fare. Check-in clerk was nice but there was some creep literally hanging around the front desk trying to chat her up both times I spoke with her. From things she said to him, I gathered he was part of a work crew staying there. I was very uncomfortable having that guy draped on the reception desk while I was trying to check in. His appearance was so disreputable I wouldn't have been surprised if something had happened to the desk clerk. Luckily, nothing did.

Loved this hotel. VERY clean. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Will stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights during a quick stop over in Nashville while driving cross country. Ricky at the front desk was great! We spoke to him both nights we saw him. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He made check in a breeze and was just fun to talk to in general. Our room was a double and although not the biggest it was perfectly fine for 2 nights. Clean and had the amenities we needed including a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was fine in size and clean. Only 1 sink and 2 mirrors in the whole room but overall happy with the room. Only downside was it was a little noisy here and there. We were on the first floor and could hear louder guests very easily and when the trash was picked up Monday morning it was extremely loud.

Great Hotel, clean nice beds, best continental breakfast waffles scrambled eggs sausage, cereal fruit yogurt bagels juice coffee, quiet hotel great staff, if I ever come to Nashville I will only stay here inky 9 miles from downtown and got great price on Expedia… I would of gave 5 stars if they had a bathtub only showers.

Wonderful accomodations-clean and comfortable rooms, delicious full breakfast, helpful staff and great rates! It's visible from the road but difficult to enter due to the main entrance being on a slight hill with a speed bump!

Decent hotel with great service. I had a king room and it felt incredibly crammed. The layout of the room is very old style but they have done a good job of working with what they have. Breakfast was great! If it was a short term stay id stay again but not a long term.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was hot. The area was safe. The ONLY complaint was that it is located next to a bar, and where our room was, we could hear the loud music and people until around midnight. Made it hard to sleep before then. Other than that, it was perfect.

Very clean and convenient! Good breakfast and very sweet lady at the desk! We can always count on Sleep Inn for an affordable pleasant stay. A great value!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all on top of the strong cigarette smell and loud construction 24/7 it’s overly priced and all staff except one was polite the rest of the staff is loud overly nosey and rude! The manager is super disrespectful and incredibly I unprofessional and rude he accused me of not paying for my stay the total of 8 days and to pay up or get the hell out of his hotel very loudly while waving his finder in my face! It was his error of course I had paid but he didn’t even apologize he was so rude I actually cried to my boyfriend about it I felt so uncomfortable. If you want a quiet smoke free relaxed stay without weird staff and loud noise don’t stay at the sleep ok because you won’t be able to sleep in.

I was very pleased with my stay. I was absolutely exhausted from a long trip and greatly enjoyed the clean and stylish room. Grace was very helpful and even kept them from towing my truck after I accidentally overslept, as I had parked in the only spot availble (with my trailer) near the dumpster. Grace was very kind and helpful in the morning. I also really appreciated the hot tea and night at the front desk area, and the continental breakfast and Golden Crisp (or something like that) waffle was very satisfying. Also the bed was very comfortable. In room coffee was good too.

What a great place to stay in Nashville. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Also big shout out to William, awesome front counter clerk fantastic customer service! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to downtown Nashville. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Great place ($$), easy location to get back on the expressway. I asked for a first floor room due to a knee injury and I had to do steps to get to the room from the outside. The ramp outside was very steep, however, you can use the ramp inside the hotel to access the room.

The room smelled kind of weird the entire time we stayed and the bathroom was really janky, but overall, the experience was good. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

I am utterly disappointed at our recent stay at Sleep Inn. We reserved our room (Single King size) 5 days prior to our stay, but we were told that there were no more king rooms available when we arrived. The desk clerk was very new at her job and had no idea what to do. She literally spent 30 minutes making phone calls to figure out what was causing the problem (which we couldn't care less about) and did not help at all in actually finding a way to remedy the situation. She also told us that we weren't the only people with this problem — there were 3 other reservations that haven't arrived yet that are in the same situation! Apparently, Choice Hotels has a practice of overbooking their rooms in the hope that you'll just bend over and take whatever scraps are left. She asked if we would accept a double room, to which we refused. We told her that we would accept a King Size room in another hotel as long as it was closer to downtown Nashville. Somehow, after much waiting and more phone calls, a king size room "magically" opened up. However, to our disappointment, the door to this room would not lock from the outside — therefore, we could not leave any of our possessions in the room while we went out for the night. This was also unacceptable. The room was also missing its chest-of-drawers, and the bed was a fold-down. The mattress was extremely hard. The room itself was clean, and everything else about it was acceptable.

Would never stay here again… dirty, not renovated whatsoever, rooms just feel dirty, chair looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years (didn't even want to put my bag on it, much less sit in it), questionable folks checking in (will leave it at that).

The room smelled extremely musty, cracked & chipped painted walls, ripped dirty carpet, fridge did not work (we wasted nearly $40 worth of take out food before realizing it didn't work), large stain on mattress pad that looked like puke (we used other bed). I thought I could deal with these issues for our short stay until I saw the feces on the bathroom toilet close to the lever at 5 A. M. The day of check out. I felt like I had been touching it the entire stay without knowing. Who else knows where else it could have been in the room because it wasn't cleaned properly. With it being so late & the obvious short handed night staff we didn't want to bring it to their attention that early in the morning. We decided not to use the bathroom anymore, sleep & bring it to their attention at check out. The lady at checkout said that she would take notes & pictures of the issues and we could call the manager on Tuesday & possibly get a discount. Extremely disgusted, not only with the room but by the way the manager handled this. She hung up on us mid conversation & refused to give us any compensation for having a room with human fecal matter on the side of the toilet because we did not notify her right away. Once again, we did not see it until 5 A. M the day of check out. The manager needs to be coached in quality & customer service. If this is your hotels standard for quality I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.

What a great place to stay when stopping in Nashville! The rooms have always been clean. The. Real fast is delicious! The staff is incredibly kind and caring. The price is excellent and the distance is so close to most everything in downtown Nashville. It's definitely a favorite of ours!

Clean comfortable room. Easy highway access. Front desk lady was nice and gave us a good place to eat.

Location good. Rooms clean and modern with frig and microwave and coffee pot. Greatly appreciated. Staff friendly and accommodating. Small breakfast area but lots to eat. Nice place. Also pool was great!

Hotel is much more dated that we were expecting after staying at a Sleep Inn in Austin. Another thing, our room smelled terrible, like a locker room is the best way I can describe it. The smell is identical to another hotel we stayed at last year and we think it has something to do with old/dirty AC units. If our room wasn't smelly I would have given 4 stars easily. The bed was very comfortable.

Our stay was good. We were in town for a convention and the price was right. Rooms are a bit small, and oddly the pillows are tiny for a King Room… which I know the staff is aware of yet there have been no changes. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean except for mold in the shower head. Pool was out of commission all weekend, and no one was given a direct reason as to why, we were all told something different. Over all I would suggest this place to people.

I would highly recommend this place. We received excellent service and personal attention from Venus at the front desk. She called us when one of the girls left her phone and some clothing in the room. Also, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We looked at 5 different places this by far was the best choice for the cost and we don't regret the choice at all, little variety at breakfast besides sausage and eggs whites would be nice but for the savings who cares lol.

I expected more from a Sleep Inn. The bathroom floors are sticky. Not sticky like they're dirty, sticky like the wrong cleaner is use for the tile and leaves a film, but still really uncomfortable. The hallway rugs are worn and look dirty, old and tired. My room phone was broken (but fixed within an hour of complaint). But when I complained about the phone I asked if maybe I was better off switching rooms. He gave me a key to another room, I saw it was basically the same and said I'd just stay where I was. This was a 5-day, $550 stay. At 10 PM someone (with a working key! ) walks into my room. I literally screamed and scared the innocent soul half to death. I'm sure the night clerk, who what not at fault, got a earful when the person got back to the front desk. Apparently when the day clerk had me check out the other room, he went ahead and moved me over there, even though I said I'd just stay, returned the key to the other room and my old room key continued to work for the rest of the day. I will not stay here again.

The rooms smelled very musty and there was mold on the bathroom walls. Looked refurbished at first glance, but it was very sloppily updated and not very clean. Not worth the money.

Front desk and dining area staff were friendly. It was pretty good for the price minus a bathtub. The a/c unit was different, and it didn't get very cold. It was unusually hot during the night.

Large, clean room. Affordable. The complimentary continental breakfast included hot foods: eggs and sausage.

By far and away a terrible stay. Came with a group and gave us one price before we arrived, then charged us a completely different price, an almost 200 percent on what we were originally told. I would never recommend this place to anyone these rooms are nowhere near worth the price that they put on them. There's three or four other hotels in the same area that I would much rather stay at again if I came back to Nashville.

The person at the front desk (I believe her name is Terry) was very rude. I was told days before checking in that I would be called before I was charged for anything. Of course I wasn't called and I was billed before I checked in (which I made sure I asked 2 different staffers at 2 different times would I be billed) I let it be known I wanted to pay with cash. Long story short, when I spoke to someone about it she was very rude and when I told her I prefer not to stay there (keep in mind I still haven't officially check in yet) due to her attitude, I was told I couldn't get my money back. In which I spoke to someone else the next day and I was told I could. Me and my fiancée visit Nashville every weekend for his job and I was planning on staying there (we technically wouldn't even be in the room long, not enough to get our money worth) after that I will not come back. Fyi when ask about speaking to the manager the staff act as if they're the C. I. A you have to file your complaint to them. The room was nice, kinda pricey, breakfast was decent, decent food places around, not sure about area because it was late, thank goodness no bed bugs, but the STAFF SUCKS *one in particular.

A bit under the standard, but all in all for one night all right, eye in the morning could finish the hot water… The room is a little small despite kino size.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were small. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast included, but very little sitting. Had to take food back to room. Overall a good experience.

Decent comfortable bed, but the air was weirdly moist. The bathroom was pretty dirty and the door didn't really work. It was totally passable for a cheap motel and had a pretty decent breakfast. They didn't have lobby waffles, but they did have a crazy pancake robot machine that made fresh pancakes.

We cancelled the reservations because we heard the area gets really bad at night. Nothing against the staff or building itself, in fact the staff was very nice and the building looked well keeped. However, we just visited the lobby.

It was a nice place for the price and convenient to everywhere we went. The staff was helpful and very nice. The breakfast was okay, not great but worked. We would stay there again. Rooms were clean and confortable.

Easy access to I-65 and Briley Pkwy. Quiet even though located on a busy 4 lane. Clean and comfortable rooms. Courteous staff.

Staying here at the moment. Not so great. Found socks by the bed and smoke burns all over the furniture when I clearly asked for nonsmoking. Not staying here tomorrow will be looking else where. Not worth the $95 a night here. The room looks to been updated but horrible finishing job.

We booked for one night thru expedia, then decided to stay the two nights before. Checked in, but no payment was taken at that time-I thought they had credit card info from expedia's transaction or we would pay at time of departure. Long story short=we got back from a day of sightseeing to discover all of our belongings had been haphazardly been bagged up and stored in the manager's office. Did they really think we would skip out without paying-and leave all of our things? We live in Maryland… They did try to call. We had payed for the last night, was it really necessary to clear our room out? The lady who checked in should have charged us then — we definitely should have been compensated for a night.

Refurbished clean rooms, decent Wi-Fi & breakfast. Overall a good 2 day stay. Located just off the freeway and the price is right. Courteous staff and crew. Recommended for short stay.
