Great hotel for our group of five. We checked in late and the staff was friendly and fast. We reserved 3 rooms. All of us slept well in comfortable beds. The air conditioning is quiet and comfortable and the shower was hot with excellent water pressure.

Just a great overall experience, very friendly staff and clean place, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent space for an entire family. Location provides everything including silverware, dishes. I would highly recommend this location.

Not super impressed. Our bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped or swept in months. I took a wet Kleenex and wiped the linoleum and the amount of hair and dirt was of epic proportions. It was disgusting. I never took my flip flops off until I got in bed, I was afraid to. The hotel itself was nice but needs some updating. Free breakfast was good and had a lot of selections. I feel like this is a property that Marriot has ignored for some time.

A very nice, newly renovated and comfortable hotel. The staff, hostess housekeepers, security, shuttle drivers and maintenance crew work around the clock to insuring that your stay is the best you've ever had. They do an amazing job!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a queen bed on first and queen bed in a loft above on a second floor. The place is clean but room was dated and not the usual Marriott "new kitchen/bathroom". But you pay the same Marriott Residence Inn room rates. The air conditioner was cold and in good working order. The breakfast was plentiful. The pool needs some attention as the edges have peeling concrete and no hot tub. There is a nice clean grill and outdoor furniture to sit out in the evening. The manager social on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are offered for residents. There's individual buildings with 4 units per building and stairs for 2nd floor units.

The rooms are clean and perfect for a family stay! The breakfast spread offered a nice variety of hot and cold options. I had a nice experience with the staff when they made sure I could get milk for my daughter in the evening. The pool was well kept and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

The hotel is set up condo-style and is secluded feeling. It was very easy to find. Full kitchen and was clean. Guest services was courteous and made us feel welcome. Over all, great experience.

Nice place. Morning breakfast staff seemed a little irritated. Ran out of coffee and eggs at breakfast.

Aside from one incident, it was a good stay, and I would consider using them again. Room was clean, quiet, and roomy, even though the hotel was full. Staff (for the most part was warm and friendly. Asked the front desk for advice on where to eat dinner, and all he could suggest were restaurants in other Marriott properties. Found a lot of other options in the area using Google.

We stayed here after two sleepless nights at another hotel up the street. The other hotel was too damn noisey. The rooms here have their own entrances (less noise from common hallways and banging doors) ; fully equipped kitchen with cork screw and large rooms. Our room overlooked the pool and was on the inside of the complex, making it very quiet. They had security at night, I don't know why, because it appeared very safe.

The hotel is not quite as modern as the pictures lead you to believe. Upon check in I noticed a sticky, viscous like liquid on the kitchen floor. Pretty gross. I’ve been watching Netflix on my phone due to the horrible reception on the TV (see picture). Staff was mediocre and I was stunned to see the hotel didn’t offer any ice! I’ve stayed at over 10 residence inn locations across the country and this one is in the bottom half. Breakfast area was unkempt. I just watched house keeping take feces soiled sheets out of room 522 and the mattress remains. What a mystery. PS Marriott, Please shock your pool at night and not when it’s 80 degrees and sunny. Your inability to manage the pool Maintenance has a direct impact on the customers stay.

Conveniently located near the airport, and only about 20 minutes away from everything happening downtown. I've stayed at the Residence Inn hotels before, and this one is up to par. It's great for long term stays and even quick overnight stays but want miss space and similar amenities to home. Staff was friendly and check-in/ out was a breeze.

We did not stay at the Residence Inn but were so thankful for their luggage check service. We were in a bind and needed a place to put our luggage for the day while we went sight seeing. The staff was great, checked our luggage, and provided ideas of what to do during the day. There was no cost to checking the bags but we tipped well and also took their shuttle to the airport. This was priceless and saved us having to lug our belongings with us. Very thankful!

Nice weekend vist. Excellent room with a fireplace and. The breakfast was fantastic. When the finish remodeling the common area, it will be nice for breakfast dining. Friendly customer service. Downside — logs were not available for the fireplace.

Always love staying here when I travel up from work. Staff is awesome and never have any issues. Looks like new updates are wrapped up and things look great! be back in 2 weeks and can't wait to come back.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed,, modern decor. Nice to have a kitchenette. Great location just a few minutes from highways. Great location near shopping and Opryland. Great full breakfast buffet. Workout room was just small, but well equipped. Stayed during a snow storm, but received great recommendations for food delivery from nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient with food options close enough. Free Airport shuttle every 30min starting 4:58am. Parking included with most rates up to 10 days I believe. Rooms fairly dated (hotel lobby being refurbished during my stay). No Marriott elite member recognition or upgrade upon check in (1 night stay). Rooms were available. Bathroom door didn't latch. ESPN channel did not come in (ESPN news did). I'd stay elsewhere and use executive park and travel for airport parking.

Very good place to stay for work. Rooms prepared with everything. Very good customer service. Breakfast a little sparse but ok.

They have the best Sunday brunch buffet! Can't beat the selection, quality and service for the price! Rooms are super nice, atmosphere is wonderful and it is minutes from the airport with ease of access! Highly recommend it whether it is for a lazy Sunday brunch or for a stay… you will not be disappointed!

It was okay, quiet. The breakfast was bad. It is not recommended.

This hotel was not up to Marriott standards. The web site said "Newly Renovated". If it had been renovated, I would hate to see what it looked like before. Closet doors were not properly hung, toilet stopped up twice, the bathtub shower drained very slowly, there was no bathmat, the TV in the sitting room didn't work, there were cigarette butts on the stair landing outside my door, at the breakfast buffet, the eggs were luke warm and the sausage patties were hard and dry — inedible. This was simply not up to Marriott standards.

Incredibly beautiful room and very comfortable. The price was only $98 a night and we had a fireplace, living room, fully equipped kitchen complete with large refrigerator, large microwave, modern stove and oven, large sink, dishwasher and supplies and kitchen table. It was nicer than most studio apartments! Two closets, one a large walk-in. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The full hot breakfast was delicious and coffee is available 24/7. I would absolutely stay there again!

It was easy to access. The unit I stayed in looked nice at a glance but there was some problems. The linoleum in the bath room was coming up in the corner. The shower pressure was low. Behind the door the wall in the bathroom had mold stains on it. The over all feel of the space sender nice. Took me a few minutes to find the trash can. On my last day of my stay I noted that there was a swage leek out side the unit. It made the ground gray and smelled to high heaven. It made the first parking space hard to use.

Spacious room, clean, plenty of televisions, and very comfortable beds. I would stay here the next time I'm back in Nashville too.

I've lived here for a year in a nice all updated stainless steel appliance 2 bedroom loft penthouse suite there is NOOO way to describe the amount of privacy I have here this is by far the most private and safe place I've ever lived in my whole life including stand alone houses. The place is completely solid blocked concrete and I addition blocked with a concrete block filler in between rooms, I own and operate my own top of the line recording studio upstairs with sound and bass so powerful you feel your chair moving on the ground yet it is incredible you can't hear nothing but complete silence with even ur ear pressed to the front door even with somebody screaming at the top of their lungs (it's been tested) housekeepers let me go to all the other rooms in the building to find out that indeed the live concert that in my apt was indeed proven 100%private. I plan to be here for as long as I can think of right now don't listen to these wacky retards with their panties In a double twist complain about some stupid shit this is a petfect example of Marriott quality and standards and a real full ensemble team that has a 35+ old year property looking and feeling brand new ☺☺☺☺

Upon arrival I noticed that the decor was from sometime when Dolly Parton was an A cup. Fairly pricey for a place that was paid for about 50 years ago at $200.00 per night. In addition, upon leaving the room one day, I put a do not disturb/do not clean sign, and upon my arrival back at the room that evening, I saw that housekeeping had indeed come in and cleaned with the sign still on the door. I had even gotten extra towels so we wouldn't need any housekeeping while we were there. Upon checkout, I was absent minded and left an iPad charger in the room and didn't remember it until the following day. I called and asked if it was turned in, and was told, yes. They had it and it would be mailed out the following day. After a week and I hadn't received it, I called back and they told me it was mailed out on May 8. After another week, I called back and found they don't mail those items, they're Fed Ex'd, and no they didn't have it and it hadn't been sent. So apparently the prevailing requirement for working the front desk is the ability to lie like a dog. The one bright spot is the guy who actually told me the truth, that it hadn't been turned in, therefore it can't be sent. In short, spruce that place up a little bit, and perhaps it would be worth 200.00 per night.

Very nice. Almost like staying in a resort with the apartment-style layout. Had an issue with double charging, but was resolved professionally within minutes. Great customer service.

Nice room. Very comfortable Price to experience = good Would stay again no problem Fire place flu was stuck open which provided a constant draft in the living room but this was an easy fix and addressed.

Disappointing. Old property, worn out furniture, breakfast was not what I am used to for a Residence Inn.

My friends and I chose to stay here for the Music City Bowl game as well as New Years Eve. With a total of 8 people, there was plenty of room for everyone without everybody stepping on top of each other. Also, the 2 full baths were very helpful. The staff was also very friendly and had no problem giving us extra towels and bedding material. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to anyone that wants a comfortable stay that isn't too far away from downtown. One couple had a complaint of the sofabed being unforcomfortable. But really. What sofabed is comfortable.

It was an overall goof experience. I was here for 5 weeks and the only negitive was the very very slow internet and bad food. Had very great staff and the rooms are in good condition for the price. Some rooms have been fully renavated and some haven't I stayed in 5 different rooms since I was here 5 different weeks and it was a good experience.

I stayed here for business for 4 weeks. The first week one of the guys with me came in after work to find his room full of water. I had bugs in every room I was in and I stayed in different buildings. We had another gentleman who also came in to his room flooded out (different building than the first one). The internet is slower than dial up in the rooms. The dinner they serve in the evening is disgusting. For this place to be a Marriott chain, its far from Marriott standards. I have seen roach motels in better condition. I wouldn't recommend to stay here for business and definitely not for a family stay.

Hotel is alright. I lived there when I was 12 believe it or not, and it was a nice place to be. It has been renovated, but the area is not too safe. And there needs to be a security gate especially for side rooms like 412 and 413. A guy (riding a motorcycle we believe) tried to bust into my relative's room last Saturday night after midnight. God protected her and she was smart enough to not open the door. So consider your safety at this airport location. It is quite possible the person that tried to bust in her room was a guest at this hotel. She saw a heavy set guy starring her down earlier that day without even flinching. Beware ladies and be escorted and dead bolt and bar your doors. After prechecking your room upon entering. There also needs to be a gate put up around the grill area. Seems like they have made to order room service; but this can pose a danger to the kids that might be prone to touch a hot grill not manned by a hotel staff person. Cleanliness is not great. Hairs on the sheets the first night we checked in, and in the tub and one on the toilet seat. Calendar on frig. Was from March when it is May. Dust present. Must have been a room not used since March, perhaps? Safe travels and God Bless.

I was at this facility from April 2006 through October 2006 on a relocation to the area. The hotel and staff were absolutely fantastic! During my stay they always made me feel like part of a family. It was one of the best hotel experiences I've had — ever! I would highly recommend it.
