We usually like Extended Stay America but we had a BAD experience with this location. You have to ask for everything. For two nights we were fighting flies all the time. We had to check out early due to flies in the room (there was not other room available) and the front refunded the money for the night we didn't stay. Not to mention that every night there were loud noises until ate hours. The only hook that the company has is the free breakfast which consisted of a small table of prepackaged snacks (considering the price! ) When checked our credit card today we found they charged again!

Ms. Pam is the best assistant GM… ever! Has a wonder and helpful attitude and gets a problem solved with quickness and ease! We encountered a room discrepancy with Priceline and even though it wasn't her fault she fixed our problem without question. A precious item was left in my room after I had left and she is helping me take steps to get it back. And the rooms are excellent BTW.

This hotel was so bad that we actually cancelled our reservation after seeing the room. It smelled strongly of pot, was dirty, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the toilet lid was so loose you couldn't even sit on it. Our reservation was for two queen beds and they told us after we got there that there were none left. On top of that there were several men just walking around the property to the point where it was hard for me to even drive out of the parking lot because they were in the way.

I chose this hotel because it is in fairly close proximity to the Nashville Airport. When I arrived they have you sign a policy that if you smoke in your room you will be charged $250. This was no problem for me as I don't smoke however my room did smell of cigarettes so that was problem number 1. The entire place is full of male construction workers who were all in and out of their rooms when I arrived. The room itself is very dated with a lot of cosmetic flaws so if a nice looking room is important to you this is probably not the place for you. The biggest issue was the fact that the air conditioner did not work and the room was very stuffy. I called down to the front desk and informed her and asked for another room. I was advised that there were no more rooms and she would need to place a call to management to "see what to do". I waited a total of 2 hours and called again. I was then told that the manager never responded but she did have another room available that ended up not being sold that night. So at almost midnight I took myself and all my belongings out in the pouring rain to switch rooms. The air conditioner did work in the second room but the smell of urine and cigarettes was super strong in there also and the cosmetic defects were worse than the first room. A large piece of the ceiling was hanging down right above the bed. I probably would have to say that for the price this place is not worth it.

I would give it a zero if I could. We paid 2 months in advance. We get there and the keys don't work. We get a new set, the doors don't open right and we finally shove them open and the room has not been cleaned and there are still clothes in it. I'm pretty sure someone was still staying there. They give us another room and it smelled like an ashtray but it was a smokefree room. We were patient and tried to get another room and they said they didn't have anymore rooms. This was very frustrating! I will never come back here again. We stayed here about 6 years ago and loved it. I guess it has just went down hill fast.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. A dead cockroach in a kitchen drawer amongst other debris, it was clear no one open that drawer in months. Because I was staying there on my company's dime, I need multiple issues to have the location placed on our "black list". I got a second room after being informed they had an exterminator in all the rooms that morning, and still had a bedbug on the mattress. After dealing with all of this the front desk didn't even apologize for the trouble. To sum it all up; terrible service, horrible cleanliness, and disgusting views on hospitality. Shut this place down!

Bed bugs in 222. Spend the money and go somewhere else. They didn’t hesitate to refund which I appreciate, but still, unacceptable.

The hotels were so bad, it was worth paying double to stay at the Sheraton up the road. There was a slim African American woman who wore her hair in a ponytail who didn't put up a fight when it came to refunding our rooms. My sister's room smelled like urine, the buttons to the phone were missing, there was a chip in dining table, the television picture was terrible and there was a red stain on the floor between the beds. I regret I didn't get pictures of this but I believe the room was 277. In our room, the television picture was much clearer but the thermostat was broke, the room was muggy and we weren't able to open the windows as they were the old school grid office windows that don't open so we would have had to leave the door open. In both the rooms, the sheets looked dingy and no way I'd want me or my family on those sheets. We didn't think to get pictures until we packed up to leave. So we only got pictures of the broken thermostat and trash throughout the parking lot on our way out. For the woman in the office, I say thank you. For the way the grounds are kept and the condition of the rooms, it was awful. I should have known something wasn't right when I saw the door handle to the office was broke. Usually hotels take pride in their lobbies, nope. Not this place. I was embarrassed to have suggested this place to my sister and to have my daughter, niece and nephew sleep in a place like this is unfathomable.

Great place to stay. Room was clean w/ hard wood floors. I didn't see any bugs. Check in was pleasant and receptionist was helpful. The only issue was there is only a Mapco and Jack N the Box in walking distance but no sidewalk.

The general manager was very helpful and kind. I had a great night of sleep. The rooms are very homey and if you have any issues they resolve it fairly quickly. Great hotel for the price!

Outstanding~let me just put it this way in the closet/coat included the corners were clean. We stayed in a queen studio & I have nothing bad to say. Would & WILL stay again.

Do not stay here! Our room had a used condom on the floor. Then they gave us a new room which wasn’t made up. No pillowcases on the pillows and the kitchen was disgusting. They also charged us $25 to check in early. Needless to say we switched to a much nicer hotel than this dump.

I was extremely weary about this hotel based on the reviews I read, but I stayed here and didn’t have any issue with the cleanliness of the room, no bug or insect issue either. It was a little more noise then I would like, also I think is crazy that If you are staying less than 7 days there is a $10 charge to have your room cleaned. They were doing roof work and we couldn’t park by our building tho inconvenient wasn’t really that big of a deal. I was initially told there wasn’t a breakfast offered but there was coffee, tea, hot coco, muffins and breakfast bars, however I think it was weird to offer oatmeal but not have an microwave in the area. The staff was pleasant. Overall this wouldn’t be my first choice but I would stay here again if I needed to.

Worse place I've stayed. Infested with ants and bugs. You have to get dishes at the front desk and blow dryer too. That's right a mini unfurnished kitchen. Very short staffed or either staff too busy to come from the back to help customers at the counter. I guess you get what you pay for at 95.00 a night.

Reservation for 2 rooms together for family. show up and rooms are complete opposite sides of complex. rooms had missing pillows. lights didnt work. receptionist not very helpful at all. hard to find room at night when I checked in. asked for a room diagram and she said they don't have one. she told me go down this way for 1 room and the back side of the complex for the other. Please beware! Go to another place…

Room smelled awful, there was roaches coming out of the broken electrical outlet after I plugged in my phone. When I told the lady at the front desk she acted as if it was a normal thing… that is not normal. We did get our money back and stayed else where. I will never book with an extended stay america ever again.

This is the second time my husband and I came here and had no problems. We stayed at extended stay America also on the west end no problems. Office staff very friendly at both places. Will be back again for sure. I've been at other places where it's been very uncleaned and smelled. Keep up the goid work.

My advice? Pick any other place to stay. Too many negatives to list. I drove all the way from Las Vegas, Nevada to watch the total eclipse of the sun with my family who drove from Kentucky. He had the same experience. The staff is friendly and Jordan, the overnight clerk was very nice and helpful. He brought plunger for toilet & towels to soak up a leak in the other bathroom. I had 2 toilets and neither worked properly.!

The room was a disaster. So before opened the door, I noticed a giant spider next to the door. I was thinking and no big deal, it's outside, but as soon as I open the door and walk in, there were roaches, flies, and gnats everywhere. The floor, the carpets, the bed area, and kitchenette area had an uncleaned appearance, and the room smelled unsanitary. Futhermore, I was told I couldn't get a refund. Be sure if you plan to stay at this location that you ask if you may view the room ahead of time. Additionally there were a few other rooms open as I went to mine, and I could see a very unclean appearance throughout several of those rooms as well. Good thing there were several reasonable hotels in the area. If you can avoid staying here, then avoid it all together.

After having an awful experience at another hotel that we were refunded on, we quickly reserved a room at this hotel. We were traveling with 3 tired kids and a small dog, which made finding a room difficult. We had been on the road for four days traveling from Grants Pass, Oregon and really needed some good rest. Shauntrice was the young lady who checked us in and she made a bad night turn into a great night with her sweet smile and amazing customer service. The room was perfect for our family and was clean! In the morning we had the pleasure of talking with a young lady named Marshelle who was equally as awesome as Shauntrice. Thank you ladies for turning a hectic, stressful night into such a nice stay. You both deserve a raise!

There is a no smoking policy, but can smoke 100 feet away. Patrons have been smoking in their rooms and right in front of the door. I had to change rooms because there were ants in my bed. Changed rooms, which was updated compared to the previous room. The newer room has no ironing board, one hanger, light by the bed has a shortage where it goes out. The newer room has too many different bugs, it needs an exterminator. Instead of acknowledging me when I came in, the front desk clerk, Bria, continued to work. After 3 minutes, I stated can she find someone who could help me since she seemed not to want to help me. The other female who saw me when I came in, walked in just walked away. Terrible customer service, especially for the price they charge.

Stay was decent. Check in took longer than 10 minutes because no one was in the office. Check out didn't happen because, again, no one was in the office. Microwave didn't work and the bathroom was a little dirty still. Clean hotel from what I saw. Bad service though.

I had ants and spiders in my room. They wouldn't come clean my room. I had an refrigerator leaking when I moved in the room it took the 3 weeks to come fix it. When came to fix it they took a refrigerator out of the room next door then it started leaking.

The rooms where really nice but I did find a roach in my room. I called the lobby to change my rooms but the lady never called me back. I kept my clothes in the car to be safe and toughed it out but if this is a concern then be warned. Note: I didn't write this in spite but I've dealt with roaches in the past and I know how big of a nightmare they are to deal with. By the time you read this they could even be removed. A friendly warning regardless.

Room smells like urine and old cigarettes. I walked by many trash containers on the way to my room and they all were overflowing with stinky garbage. The parking is terrible. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because I had a decent experience with the customer service when I checked in for my one night. Oh, and I think the people who gave them 4+ stars were paid to do so.

It couldn't be worse. We paid for two nights and the very last night we noticed that one of the window lock it's not working. We called front desk and Miss India came to see the window, she said the can't do anything and they can return the money and leave (in the middle of the night). We came with a four months old and two years old. We paid $400 for two nights for the most awful hotel that we have ever been. Never ever we are going to show up in a hotel of this brand. Believe us one star it's too much for this hotel.

This place is a joke. Staff is so uneducated and so non caring. They nickel and dime you as much as they can with changing rates. Rooms are supposed to be cleaned once a week. Me and my other 12 employees who all had rooms were lucky to get them cleaned twice a month. The resident staying above me would run laps in his room all night I guess. Heard nothing but stomping all night. When you call to front office they say they will handle it they do nothing. The staff there is just a total and complete joke. You ask anyone a question they look like a deer in head lights. Breakfast is literally coffee and a granola bar. There is never any parking. I could go on and on about issues I had while I was there. I do not recommend this place at all.

This place is a complete DUMP. The iron from 1999 barely works. There are bugs everywhere. We walked in and there was water all over the floor from the fridge. And their renovated rooms aren't so renavated.

Ok in a pinch. Not the cleanest. Customer service was excruciatingly slow. Don't come early because they won't let you check in ANd your room might not be ready. Previous renters dishes and utensils were sitting outside our room all night. Bathroom had mold and funky smell that had been masked with Febreeze.

Not for me — all depends on your standards. It's really a two star hotel-but it worked for me "in a pinch".

They have the worst customer service. Will never stay here again. I wish I have read the other reviews before my stay.

Bad, room full of bed bugs :s.

Absolute dump. The cabinet under the bathroom sink was rotting, there was mold on the carpet in front of the AC unit, the kitchen was stocked with 1 plate, 1 bowl, a lid to a pot that wasn't included, and a handful of spoons. The employees are lazy. Someone came by with a leaf blower twice a week and blew dirt into the crack under our door, even after we asked him to stop. Cheap hotel, not worth it.
