If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIBully. Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! The location was wonderful for us, since I was having surgery at Vanderbilt. The room was clean and welcoming. Janet, our housekeeper, even made decorations with the towels and left a note. It felt like 5 star treatment. The hotel is within walking distance of a ton of restaurants as well as Walgreens, so my husband was able to leave and pick up things without leaving me alone too long. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the lobby is well maintained! We will stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable beds and nice size rooms. No tub, but the shower has good pressure. Customer Service was very good upon arrival. It is a no smoking, no pet hotel and is also very quiet. Convenient to downtown, only takes about 12 mins from the hotel to Music City Center. They also offer a shuttle for your convenience. I would stay again.

We love stay here. Definitely stay again. The front desk is so friendly. Next to all the shop.

1st class hotel really enjoyed or stay Mark on reception was great and was born to work with the public. Hotel a little far from the main Nashville strip but the hotel compensate with a shuttle service so all good. Brilliant place to stay no complaints.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They made our trip so special. Very polite and informative. We can’t wait to go back. I specifically remember Raven. She was great! Thank you to everyone who made our trip special. Cant wait to come back :)

My go-to place when in town on business. Reasonable pricing, very clean and just a $5 Uber ride from downtown. Live music downstairs almost nightly. Large welcoming lobby. The only negative, and it may the important one is that the internet can be very slow around Peak times almost to the point of not being usable. I get around this by tethering from my phone which has an unlimited data plan. This has been an issue that's plagued this very specific hotel for at least for 5 years.

The hotel was very nice! The room was spacious, modern, and clean. It is very close to the hospital and to downtown. They provided a shuttle for the guests, which I thought was a nice addition.

Very clean hotel. It is in a wonderful location in relation to area attractions. I will say, however, that the free shuttle from the hotel is spotty at best. One night we called for a pickup within the shuttles area and ended up waiting long enough just to catch an uber. Another time we were told that the shuttle would be around within the half hour, after that had passed we called the shuttle number and the driver said he was on lunch and we should just call a cab to get downtown. Otherwise a nice stay, plus check out the nightly live music in the hotel bar. Very entertaining.

Really nice hotel, super close (walking distance) to Vanderbilt which is what we wanted. The staff were awesome, very friendly, helpful, and informative. Great bar inside the hotel with a cool open mic night. Room was nice, comfortable, and plenty of room for all of us.

Hotel Shuttle Service was really nice feature. Rooms were very nice. Nice bar and restaurant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant s and a Market nearby.

We stayed here in March 2017 for 3 nights. Clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive. The hotel has a swimming pool but we did not take advantage of it. There is a shuttle that takes you downtown and it is very convenient. A good memory.

I arrived here on trip for my employer, unfortunately I so did about 75 other people. To ease the suffering, they offered free wine and beer. Every where. Proximity to amazing restaurants and venues. My room had a king size bed, a couch, and a deck. This location had a live music show each night I was there. I would stay here again.

It was better than Esperè. Very clean and very friendly people. Next to Vanderbilt University and 5 minutes from Downtown (Broadway Street).

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, the park (see the Parthenon! ), nice views. Rooms are smallish but comfortable. The bed was just right and the bathroom was a good size. Iron in the room is a plus. The restaurant and coffee bar in the lobby aren't bad either.

This is a Great place to stay. Especially if u r going to Vanderbilt — it's only a few blocks away and they have a shuttle bus that takes u wherever u need to go — free of charge! Great room service and clean rooms with comfy beds! Great people at desk!

I am very disappointed in this Holiday Inn. We stayed here once before while my father was in the hospital and was treated wonderfully. This time we were not. The lady at the front desk was rude. Refused to give us the hospital rate (my Father was in the hospital again), then wanted proof he was in the hospital. Finally, on the 4th night staying here, we were granted the hospital rate. James was very polite, understanding, and accommodating and helped make a stressful situation less so. Sadly, my Father passed away the next day. I hope all the employees at this HI become more like James. Or at least gain some level of continuity and compassion. This situation was already heartbreaking enough without the added stress of checking into this hotel.

Great location. The hotel was clean and cozy. The location is a bit far to walk to Broadway in my opinion, but the shuttle here is amazing and will take you around to where you need to go. If your driver is Josh make sure to ask about local places on interest. He gave us some great suggestions!

My family recently stayed at this hotel because we had a tragedy in the family. We had driven 13 hours to get there we were exhausted. We were suggested this hotel by someone in the hospital because we wanted to stay as close as possible. They not only discounted our room, but as more family came in they accomadated them too. When they found out that our family member had passed. They sent a card and a tub full of snacks and drinks to our rooms. They had no need to do this but they did. We are truly grateful. Our family will forever have Nashville and Holiday Inn Vanderbilt in our hearts.

I will say our last visit was made so much better by the kind, warm hearted Samantha aka" Wine girl for happy hour. I was leaving and spilled red wine on my sweater and she helped to find my tonic water to stop the disaster and took the extra step to take it up to my room for me as I was getting ready to leave. Samantha made a bad situation a whole lot better and I am so thankful. Cannot wait til our next trip to our favorite city and hotel. Thank you,

The room was really nice. We were located on the tenth floor and had an executive lobby. This was a little extra, by not having to go up and down thev elevator for a snack or beverage. It was also close to the event we had planned to attend. With a shuttle to take us too.

Good nites rest. Excellent restaurant. Hamburger fantastic. Song writer music entertainment incredible. Great place to stay.

The hotel was in a great location to be able to go to 12 South, the Gulch, and Downtown. The hotel provides a shuttle with a 2.5 mile radius and goes from 7am-11pm. The rooms were a bit smaller than what I expected but still nice. Service at the hotel was excellent.

Nice hotel. Attending a training class. Good breakfast buffet. Ivy takes good care of you during Breakfast.

Nice hotel with friendly staff near the university. We were greeted with a glass of wine when we arrived. A very nice touch to make you feel at home.

Good hotel! Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast from the buffet is very good!
The staff are really nice. Parking costs could be smaller.

Nice place. A little outdated and small. They have a pool but it is pretty small. There is good love music at times. They can provide free breakfast to all guests which they don't currently.

Was a well equipped, comfortable facility. Staff were VERY positive, helpful, and friendly. A very nice place to stay. Only thing that would be better would be to have a menu breakfast as an additional or alternate choice to 13.00 a person buffet.

My flight got delayed and I got to the hotel about 12 AM, only to find out that they had given my room away. I booked months in advance but due to the hurricane they were able to sell rooms for much more than I paid, so they sold my room to someone else. They offered to put me in a different hotel however I would have had to get into another taxi and do the whole thing over again. Given the fact that it was 12 in the morning I didn't feel like that was my best solution, so they gave me the choice between two rooms, both were conference rooms. One had a pullout mattress that I myself was going to have to make with sheets. The second was a conference room with a cot.

Holiday Inn Vanderbilt is perfectly located on West End providing easy access to Nashville and the Vanderbilt University campus. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff has been very friendly and efficient. The hotel has it's own parking, but it can be a bit tricky if the card hasn't been activated properly.

The location is fantastic-right in the heart of Vanderbilt. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. Great shops and restaurants in walking distance. They also have a free shuttle.

We were happily surprised with our room, the service we received from front desk personnel and the valet attendant Jarad. The facility smells good, the room was comfortable and nicely maintained. We ordered room service and it was brought up quickly. The food was still HOT and tasty and the onion rings were delicious and perfectly cooked and the gal who brought it up was very professional, friendly and helpful. I really can't say enough good things about how really awesome every one of the employees we encountered were. So many of the last few years stays in various other chains have been anywhere from disappointing to disgusting. With the stress of my Mom's ill health, I was SO grateful to have such an uplifting experience. This is definitely going to be our 'go-to' hotel for any further Vanderbilt hospital trips.

The best rooms at a really good price!

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service allowed us to explore the surrounding areas without having to drive ourselves. This hotel is within walking distance to many nice restaurants, and is right across the street from Centennial Park which has a very nice museum located in the Parthenon building. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our department at Vanderbilt used the Holiday Inn for all our speakers and prospective graduate students visiting. The staff even at valet is very nice and accommodating. We actively worked with Tiffany to set up and confirm or change reservations. She was helpful and responded quickly if she was not able to get to the phone.

Com Booked a room on there and they have the cheapest rates around… I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Nashville while interviewing at Vanderbilt Medical School. The hotel is very close to campus; the drive took about five minutes, and I can see part of campus from my room. The hotel is also very close to the Parthenon, another major attraction in Nashville. I stayed in a spacious room with a king bed. The hotel has a restaurant with buffet-style breakfast (not included in the price). There was live music on the lobby the day I arrived. The hotel also has a rather large gym and pool on the first floor. I enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Its a great place the park across the street os amazing and the shuttle takes you stright to lower broadway cant ask for much more.

Was an above average hotel. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice desk, ample closet space, and the bathrooms were well maintained. I was able to walk to multiple restaurants/bars nearby, and the parthenon was across the street. A nice functional hotel that I would stay at again.

Staff was REALLY friendly and helpful. Grabbed a free shuttle to my meeting every morning without an issue, awesome group of employees. Room was clean and above average furnishings.

Really helpful staff. The standard King room comfortably accommodated three (two in the bed, one on a pull-out couch). A fourth person would have been too much. Great for weekend getaways.

This was a solid hotel. It's not right downtown, but they have a shuttle that will take you directly to the bars/strip. Overall it's much nicer than your typical Holiday Inn; probably remodeled in the past 5 years or so. The biggest downside is that they charge $20 a night for parking. This is just your standard ground lot, not covered parking or a parking garage. I understand the need for that during the right time of year (mainly due to sports) but we were here in early February, with and there wasn't anything going on.

First time staying here. Had some room heat issues upon checking but the staff was helpfully & made it right for us. Commodore Club is reason we stayed here, love the venue / some good, some not so but a great evening. Nice property, little high price wise as no breakfast provided. Would stay here again if in town.

Customer service was very poor. During check in the staff just walked away from me twice in the middle of me talking. They were also very unorganized and didn't have anything together for our stay. Had to wait a long time to get checked in. Also having to pay $20 to park was the final death blow. Do not stay at this hotel.

This is a great hotel! I travel plenty and have stay in the sone of the finest hotels. Newly renovated… rooms are clean, nicely furnished, quiet, and comfortable. Staff is beyond exceptional and go above and beyond to assist. Live music nightly is great. I most enjoyed the hotels location and shuttle to anywhere you needed and a quick phone call to pick you up. Why pay double to get have the service.
