The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed! Quiet and very comfortable. Would definitely go back if ever in Nashville again.

About a 10 minute drive from Nashville. We used Uber's to get to and from downtown. The hotel was clean and accommodating. There was always a person at the desk when we left and when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave great suggestions for where to go downtown. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked.

We were so pleased with our stay here! The property is newer and very clean! The rooms are huge, quiet, and very comfortable! Everything was so clean and well appointed. The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed the convenience of the full kitchen and DirecTV! The location is great to be only a $6-$8 Uber ride to everything you want to go to, but without the downtown pricing. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to come again!

Pet owners beware! After our stay we got a rude phone call from the housekeeping manager accusing us in a deamining tone of hiding our cat from them and they charged us with damage saying our cat urinated all over the bed. I was dumbfounded to hear this. I explained that is impossible, I know because I slept in that bed and left the room in good condition, the woman then Insulted my intelligence by telling me that I slept in an urinated bed with out my knowledge of it. After they made me feel undignified it then turns out that the stains on the sheet where from my spray tan. Very rude and not pet friendly from my experience.

Clean and easy check in. The facilities are wonderful. Would like a breakfast but I can live without it.

Nice rooms but the hotel doesn't have very amenities. For the price I feel like you could get better.

I did not personally stay here but let me say that I have found the customer service to be one of a kind from the staff. I handled arrangements for a cancellation for a family in our church who had a tragic situation when beginning their trip from Lexington, NC. Breanna was most helpful in helping me and then I have received two follow-up calls from Brian to check on the family. The care and concern has touched not only myself but the family during such a difficult time of grief.

I just came by for a quick coke. They were really nice and quick about it. I appreciated it alot.

The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff professional. The desk staff were abhorrent. I had to assist a person in a wheelchair get out of the pantry area. The desk staff person just watched. The room door is a manual door. The desk staff was rude and did their best to ignore customers for as long as they could. This hotel does not provide breakfast which may be a good thing. They do have a coffee “machine” which worked only half of the time I stayed. I stayed at this place for nine (9) days. It was a business trip so I could not change my reservation. IHG should remove this hotel from its group.

Nice and close to Nashville. Great hotel with a nearly full kitchen and huge bathroom. Very spacious room with great beds and pillows. Great service at the front desk too.

Good workout facilities. Good size rooms. Housekeeping needs training. The Lobby's bathroom always needs a cleaning. People with dogs do not clean up after their dogs and a hotel stuff doesn't make sure that they clean it up either. So when you going to get in and out of your car and you're park next to the grass area just look down because you may step on one of the dogs business. They offer free laundry but if you are doing laundry during the day you have to compete with housekeeping they usually washed their housekeeping stuff in there. I guess housekeeping doesn't have their own laundry.

I stayed here the nights of 3/17/18 and 3/18/18. I booked my reservation through Priceline, the website stated that my room would be assigned on check-in. I called the hotel right after I booked the reservation and asked for 2 queens and I was assured that a note would be placed on my reservation (which it was) and that the room type would be given to me when I arrived. But the woman who checked me in on Saturday at 2:30 refused to give me a room with double beds. She said that I should have picked the correct room when I booked the reservation (I didn't have the option to do this). I explained that I was there with my teenage son and we preferred separate beds. She still said no. The hotel was clearly not full I checked the room type online after I finished my check in and it was available. She simply refused to accommodate us and was frankly indifferent to my request. Maybe they don't like when people book through a third party. I am still a customer of the hotel and was very disappointed in the customer service at the front desk. Also about the hotel, the rooms are moderately noisy, you can hear outside mechanical noises, heating and air noise inside, I could hear every conversation and extracurriculars in the room next door, also the microwave in our room didn't work, we called for help and it was apparently a short in the fuse box is what they told me and we could use the microwave downstairs. I would not stay here again.

First time to Nashville stayed there two nights. We added a person and Courtney took care of us as if we were kin folk… very clean and the beds were so so comfortable… thanks for the hospitality!

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed and linens. Well equipped kitchen in room. Located in a quiet business area not too far from downtown.

Wound up here accidentally as I don't know the area. The attendant, Justin was amazingly helpful in guiding us in the right direction. He even wrote down some places for us to see/eat while in town. Great guest service!

Hidden gem that isn’t too far from downtown. Room was spacious with a nice sitting area. Only downfall is the bathroom is kind of tight but it doesn’t take away from the studio apartment feel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms and comfort from the Candlewood. I travel all over the u. S. And the Candlewood chain never disappoints. Kitchenette with full size ice box for those long stays and service from a great staff. The Nashville stay is a little pricy but competitive for the area.

Receptionist was really helpful and kind. Room was nicely furnished and updated. I had the opportunity to stay in one of their suites, it had everything you could need for an extended stay. Their website accurately describes the location. I was very happy with my stay and will stay here the next time I'm in Nashville.

Clean, new and well-maintained property in a great location close to downtown and near the interstate with quick access to just about anywhere in Nashville. Breakfast is not served but you can cook it yourself in the stocked kitchen with a full size fridge and oven/stove. Coffee is available downstairs or in your suite. No pool but there is an exercise room. Beds provide the perfect mix of support and softness. The recliner is a comfortable place to relax. This is a great and somewhat less pricey choice for a busy business traveler or anyone looking for a home base from which to explore Nashville.

The rooms are clean and large. The kitchenette makes the long term stay possible and the full size fridge is wonderful. The staff has been friendly every time I interact with them. There is a grocery store a mile or two down the road. Perfect for a long work trip.

Excellent place. I had a ground floor room with a double height ceiling over the sleeping area and a fully kitted kitchen. The kitchen includes all the basic utensils and equipment like cups, mugs, cutlery, serving spoons, spatula, pots and pans. Microwave, sink, dishwasher and coffeemaker also included. Near the reception is a really awesome sharing cupboard which includes all the extended kitchen supplies like slow cookers, toaster ovens, foreman grill, and coffee makers. There are also dvds, boardgames and things like umbrellas. You can check out any of the items at no cost. Next door to that is a food cupboard with free coffee and all of the good items you might expect at a minimart at reasonable prices. You can either pay in the moment or charge the items to your room. Next is the business room which includes two computers and a printer. There are also several dedicated meeting rooms which you can check out. Finally there is a gym with free weights and running machines attached to a laundromat with washers and dryers. The location is convenient to downtown and close to highways for getting around town. Overall one of the most complete and satisfying hotel experiences I've ever had. Everything was thought of and provided. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful and always available. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nashville, especially long term stays.

Good for a long stay. Not good if you are of limited mobility or need medical assistance. The beds are 3 feet off the ground and there are no plugs available near the beds unless you unplug the in room phone or clock/radio. An annoyance for charging a smart phone overnight, critical if you need an oxygen concentrator, CPAP, or dialysis machine.

I still have to stay here,,, I better not say just yet.

I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel due to a work function. This is a newly built Hotel that was very clean with friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the metro area.

New, clean hotel in a office park a few miles from downtown. Beds were comfortable and room were spacious. No complementary breakfast, but with a kitchenette in every room breakfast was no problem. The staff was so nice and accommodating. A special thanks to Kenneth working the front desk on eclipse weekend for cleaning up my mess in the coffee area. I really appreciated your help and customer service. Thank You.

Hotel was only 2 months old so it was very nice and very clean. Room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. Only time will tell about this hotel.

Clean room with excellent accommodations. Room service only appears to come once a week and there is no breakfast or pool. Otherwise great experience.

Was walking with my two daughters from the department of human services to the social security office, and it was so warm I got the beginnings of heat stroke. I walked in and asked if I could sit down in order to copol down, and the girl at the front desk was amazing. She helped me get an ice pack and showed me where the bathroom was so I could wet some paper towels to put on my face. She also gave me a Gatorade as well. They were very nice and accommodating, and I would recommend this place and also use it if I ever need a hotel room in the future because of all that.

Very good experience. Clean and brand new. Rooms all have kitchenette withe microwave fridge and dishwasher. Staff were friendly. A little away from downtown but it is 15 minutes taxi ride to downtown.

Nice rooms, small kitchen in each room. There's coffee and some microwavable things in the lobby but no breakfast. No pool. Two grills on a patio in back. Plenty of parking (free).

A few miles from downtown Nashville, this brand new hotel was a steal compared to similar hotels. Check in staff was extremely friendly and rooms were immaculate. However, one of the two elevators would not work and after attempting to get to our floor for several minutes, we were told by front desk staff that the elevator was out of order?! Should have been overriden so that guests could not access and get stuck in it. This should not be a concern in a brand new hotel. Also, our room door was open when we arrived and nearby maid had no clue as to why.

Was a great time. The room was spacious, clean, and full featured. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or family member of mine.
