Older style property but well maintained. Safe and convenient area, helpful staff and awesome saltwater? pool! Pet friendly room was super clean had an abundance of hot water and pressure. Have stayed here before and will again as the Nashville BWs are overpriced. Easy 30 minute drive.

Great location. Close to gas stations, restaraunts and retail stores. Staff at the hotel were nice. The continental breakfast is decent. I would stay here again.

A very well positioned motel as to easy on & off from the Interstate. The room and motel breakfast rea is a welcome respite from the tiring interstate travel. Plus a welcoming voice at check in is very well received.

The hotel was very easy to find, right off from the interstate. Upon arrival, we were greeted quickly and got checked into our room very rapidly. Upon arrival to our room is where it went downhill. There room was a smoking room and nowhere in my reservation did it state that we had a smoking room. I inquired with the front desk and they were booked solid for the night and were unable to change rooms. I asked about the fact that I did not request a smoking room and the reservation did not state that it was a smoking room and the desk clerk did not have a response. He told us that he had thoroughly cleaned the room, but it still reaked of smoke. We had no other options but to stay in the room. I will say that the bed was extremely comfortable and other than the smell of cigarettes the room was clean. Breakfast the next morning was alright. I do not recommend the eggs. They had a sign for gluten free options and I inquired about the options and was told everything they had was out. The yogurt options were limited to strawberry and you had the choice of bananna or cutie orange. If we would have had a non smoking room the rating would have been a little higher, but for a quick overnight stay this was not a bad hotel.

Good place to stay. Close to good food and shopping. Our stay was comfortable and quiet. Clean room and beds were comfortable.

Thought this looked like a nice dog friendly hotel. They booked me into a smoking room without telling me. Paper thin walls. Jerky front desk guy stared at my driver's license long enough to memorize it. Room reeks like an ashtray on steroids. I can hear and feel every spring in the matress and the bed feels like plywood. Room is clean but this still feels like a very seedy motel. I would gladly just leave and pay for a room somewhere else but everything is booked. Don't make the same mistake I did. You've been warned. Oh, and the toilet seat and lid was left wide open. I found this out when I heard my dog drinking out of it.

Dirty carpet and the air conditioning unit made a very loud rattling/buzzing noise all night that made it hard to sleep. Woke up the next morning and my wife realized the hair dryer doesn't work. Would have rather paid the extra $20 for a decent hotel!

Very clean room, microwave and refrigerator. Bed very comfortable. Free fast Wi-Fi. Parking right outside door. Good breakfast. Great coffee.

Very helpful front desk staff. Everything was clean and orderly. Room had extra items that we normally do not use. But for a business person staying longer than one day would find very helpful. Breakfast was good and check out was swift.

Would have been 5 stars, but we waited outside for 4 minutes pressing the buzzer button. I had to call for the guy to notice us. Otherwise, service was great that night. Brian did a good job getting us settled in and making it a hotel we may stay at while traveling in the future. Rooms were clean. Food is standard. Was not fond of the women workin the morning shift. Not a hello or anything as we came in for breakfast. I may not be a morning person, but service with a smile goes a long way for those traveling.

Very friendly new staff and very clean room. Nice breakfast with many options. Stayed here a year ago and it was O. K. Things were much improved this time. Our room had been recently renovated. Will return next time we are in the area.

The staff are incredibly polite. The room was neat and clean. We had lots of room. The location is easy to access. The breakfast had fried eggs — just great! Definitely a 10!

Very convenient for our stay. Rooms were clean, staff very attentive. We have stayed in many hotels at a higher price that did not provide as much. Excellent value for the price and location.

Let me start with the good things. Ben, up front in the evenings, was extremely helpful getting me a room and working with the CLC problems his hotel was currently having so I could afford to stay. The room was clean, and, aside from the toilet in the bathroom being crooked and slightly hard to sit on, that's the worst I can say about anything in the room. The breakfast however, was the worst Best Western offerings I have seen in my travels. And, since most of us are more concerned about how good the room is I was conflicted on going 3 or 4 stars. The employee handling the breakfast told me they do not own a grill in the back when they prepare items that, in my opinion, need a grill to taste best such as sausage or bacon. All of the sausage patties, at a temp of approximately 200 degrees, looked raw and half cooked in appearance. When asked if they could Brown them up I was offered a suggestion how to use the microwave. When I used hot water to make oatmeal, it turned out to barely be warm enough to be passable. Another disappointment. Lastly I tried to English muffins only to have to go through three of them before I found one that wasn't damp as if it had sat too long near something moist and picked up on the moisture itself. So, if you're looking for a clean and comfortable rest, I'm sure there are other hotels you could do far worse.

Stain on sheets. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast advertised (a sign in breakfast area) having gluten free and non-dairy items available upon request. After being down at breakfast for 25 min, I had to search out an employee who had no idea what non-dairy milk was. After pointing it out to him in the back fridge, he handed it to me. Upon inspection, I noted it was expired 2 months ago! Not impressed.

Separate shampoo and conditioner would be a good idea. Also, there were only three towels for four guests. Otherwise, nice experience.

Excellent Hotel. Great exterior presence. Rooms are very nice and the help really went out of their way to help me. Will be putting this hotel on my list of regular stays. Another great Best Western that I will be putting on my stop list during my business travels. This hotel is located right off the highway with multiple level of restaurants. I love Best Westerns that allow me to pull right up to my door. I travel with a lot of business, which allows me to pull out and work with what I need at the time. Great hotel.

This is by far the worst Best western I've stayed in, but it still better than most hotels. The breakfast bar has very few choices on it. The carpet in the room was worn out and you couldn't even hang your clothes up due to the rod being broken. No lights at all in the bath area. I try to stay at Best Western when I can but I won't be staying here anymore unless the fix up the rooms and the breakfast bar.

Overall cleanliness and decor were excellent. Internet slow and intermittent outages. Sink badly clogged. Check in erratic though we managed to solve the problem. Breakfast excellent and above and beyond most hotels of this kind. Room too close to freeway but that's no one's fault.

The location was easy to get to, the rooms we big and clean. The A/C worked great and the beds we're comfy. The staff was friendly, yet not overly helpful. They helped when you needed it, but they didn't try to be too helpful. The brakfast and price we're both decent. Overall it was a decent stay.

These are the most unpleasant folks. Would not stay or recommend it to anyone… for about the same price, maybe a few bucks more, you can go to the Fairfield Inn, every staff member is pleasant and willing to help in anyway possible, plus the hotel is so much cleaner… best western smelt like they bleached the chairs they had on the tables in the lobby, and that's it… and watch the Indian folk behind the desk as they snarl their noses up like they are better than somebody…

Stayed at this location in May, 2017. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Excellent outside lighting. Unexpected amenities in room in addition to those listed on website (sanitized TV remote, full length mirror, generous lighting). Breakfast area stocked with name brand items, not the no-name stuff, and a very generous selection. Continuous attention to breakfast items and cleanliness of surfaces and table tops. Impressive for a "two star" rated motel. At check out, was told the General Manager had just changed, so don't know if what was experienced was due to the previous management or the new.

Extremely clean and updated! The staff was great! Brian the manager kept asking everyone if everything was ok and how breakfast was. Maria was handling breakfast and cleaning. She was the best! It was almost like having Mom at home. Super nice and helpful! Make sure you tip these ladies that do a great job cleaning and preparing! This place in the middle of nowhere for us was amazing and probably the best hotel stay we had on our two week road trip! We drove from Chicago to Florida and back. The depression of coming home after vacation was hard and this hotel stay made it better. Great job Best Western and you are definitely our 1st choice from now on.

Mostly clean. No real issues with the room, it just seemed a bit worn. The beds were mostly comfortable. The desk chair in our room had an exposed screw that would cut into your back if you sat back fully. We just used a blanket from one of the beds to cover it, and didn't think to mention it during the checkout, since we were only there one night. The breakfast was fine. It was nice to see bagels offered; we were on the final night of a very long trip, and this was the first hotel to offer them. I didn't try the eggs, I thought they looked a bit overcooked, but my husband ate them and said they were fine. The kids, including my picky eater, were able to find something to eat as well.

9AM pressure washing outside my room was very poor in timing. Location is OK for Bonnaroo. Room was fine with mild bug content.

The room was clean and well maintained. The pool was nice and the front desk has been great.

New remodeled rooms are nice and clean. Parking is kind of limited. Having to ask for certain items (shampoo, lotion) is kind of a cheap move. Breakfast was decent for not having a full service kitchen.

Step by this hotel because I can bring no dog.

This was a quick lay minute stop… We had lot dog with us so needed a dog friendly hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

My stay was fine until the last day. During the evening hours, someone spent time in my room. There was a container of chicken wings in the refrigerator, of which two were eaten. I reported it at 1:30 am, and left a message for a return call. I have yet to receive a call back. I called the Tennessee Police in the area and filed a report. Either my room key was NOT reprogrammed before giving it to me, an extra key was made for someone, or an employee let someone into my room. There were bricklayers working right outside my room. I'm not crazy enough to believe that I am the only one this has happened to. When I first arrived, there was a half 20 oz bottle of soda in my fridge however I just thought that someone just did not clean the fridge before I checked in.

Appears to have been recently renovated good clean rooms well appointed friendly staff. Impressive Wi-Fi throughput. Several restaurants within walking distance. Only negative interstate traffic noise.
