Had issues with the reservation process but once we arrived, we had a nice stay. Maggie the front desk manager made sure all of our concerns were addressed. She really made it enjoyable. Hotel was new and clean. Decent rates.

The friendliness and courtesy of the staff was excellent. Clean nice big rooms. And Safety! These things are priceless.

I'm a clean freak and check rooms out as soon as I open the door. This Holiday Inn was very clean and new. We had plenty of towels for morning and night. Double sink vanity which is necessary when someone is not use to sharing. The A/C was the best! I read reviews before we committ to stay and if you do the same stop searching this hotel is clean!

I was here for a gathering hosted by a friend, I'm sorry I can't rate any rooms. I can say the front staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The hall he rented was nice, it was clean and the furniture was in excellent shape. The bar a bit sketchy, they didn't have much. Overall, for entertainment it was good.

The pillows could use sole revamping, but other than that the hotel was awesome. The staff was super friendly and the amenities were great.

Good location, close to the interstate, but not too close. Nice rooms. It's hard to tell if they remodeled or if it is new!

We had a couple of family's staying and had no place to sit together and play a game. There kitchen staff let us come in and play at there table even though we did not need food! After they closed they let us stay and made a spot for us. Also loved the Pineapple upside down pancakes next day.

Very clean and comfortable. Also, Maggie (I believe that was her name) @ the front desk, was most accommodating with my requests. The breakfast served was good, too!

Nice clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was very convenient for my nieces concert.

Holiday Inn Merfreesboro is probably the best place to stay for the money in the area. At first we had stopped at the Clarion Inn, which turned out to be a complete dump. We HAD to get out of the Clarion, and we landed here! The location was nice, a bit less busy than the other strip of trash Hotels, but not so remote as to make you feel a long ways from anything. The rooms were clean and fully accommodated as one would expect from a hotel like this (clean sheets and towels, nice beds, etc…) On top of all this the staff was very prompt when meeting our needs. My only complaint is the fact that their breakfast isn't free in the morning. Usually while staying at a Hotel I look forward to moseying my way downstairs and grabbing something to eat while I contemplate the day ahead of me… But it isn't a huge deal that I wasn't able to. It is just the difference between a 4 and a 5 star rating for me!

Great Hotel staff. General manager is knowledgeable, creative, accommodative, kind and the hotel staff is amazing. Great man also, who owns the hotel. Great place to have a banquet event, on point with everything. Thanks to all of you.

The staff was friendly while checking in. Lots of places to eat. Most importantly the room was very clean. The hotel appears to be fairly new. I was passing through for work and I will definitely stay again when heading south. The location is great right off highway 24.

Nice, clean, and friendly which is all you can ask for from a hotel. You can always get a better stay if you pay more, but that is the way of the world. For a holiday inn it was very nice.

New modern hotel, conveniently situated to eating and shopping options. No bathroom exhaust vent, no breakfast although there is a bar/ restaurant integrated. The staff were professional and courteous, lacked friendly warmth. Extra quilt and pillow, spacious rooms, plenty of towels. I would stay again.

This hotel is very clean and modern. It is centrally located for dining opportunities. Ample parking for the guests. Staff is friendly and professional.

It's a modern hotel with nothing fancy but still decent. The buffet isn't included with the room and it's over priced for what it is. The internet is decent and free. Beds are not overly soft but the pillows had no support at all. I had to use 3. The price is what will get people here. It's relativity close to Nashville and half of cost of Nashville hotels.

Very clean, bathroom did not have an exhaust fan but the shower was huge. The stairwell on the ground floor was outside. The restaurant was rather pricey for the caliber of breakfast they offered. $8.99 for a small buffet. They same as a contenintal breakfast at most other places. However, the staff was friendly and everything was very clean. Several attractions within a short drive and very close to MTSU.

Fantastic facility, quick, courteous service. The bed and pillows were perfect! If we're ever in the Murfreesboro area again, we will definitely be staying there!

Very clean and friendly staff. Very nice and clean rooms. Nice layout and amenities in the room. Quick elevators. Not quite staffed and ready to host a large group, but they were able to push through the difficulties and get us taken care of.

I would give 5 Stars but the breakfast was terrible. They charge $8.99 but it is not worth that price. The eggs were cold, the bacon was rubbery and greasy, the biscuit had been sitting for so long they were hard. I have stayed at other holiday inn and their continental breakfast was much better.

We had reserved rooms for family members to come to a funeral. Two of the rooms we reserved were not needed due to them not being able to attend. We called the morning of the reservation and and cancelled the rooms. Well Holiday Inn cancelled the rooms and then still charged our card. We tried to get our money back, but the manager would not return calls a. I will never stay at any Holiday Inn again. Money grab.

Friendly staff. Decent bar in the lobby. Room is pretty nice. Convenient location to many restaurants.

Ate at the restaurant there. It was horrible. Way too much money for some crappy food and extremely slow service. It's not the waitresses fault though. She was the only person serving the 4-5 tables and the bar. I'll never go back there. And if your restaurant's name contains the word whiskey in it, I cannot for the life of me understand why you don't even have a drink menu. I mean come on!

Hotels Tonight said checkout was at noon, front desk didn't advise any different. Was rudely approached by 2 staff at 11am telling us to leave or call front desk to extend checkout. Never received call beforehand. Same staff smoking by front entrance as we left. Room and amenities great, front desk great, ball busters not so much.

Room was well designed and clean. Bed very big and comfortable. I was in a single room. It was nice size. Bathroom also a fair size. Ask for a room with a tub or you may get a shower only. Hotel common areas very pleasing pleasing.

The hotel is new, so accommodations are really nice. The staff is extremely polite. Likewise, the attached restaurant, though under different ownership is a cool environment with very courteous staff.

The location is great! The rooms are clean and comfy. I got room service and it was fast and delicious. I highly recommend the onion rings.

We have had a horrible experience with the Holiday we were lied to about pricing for our teception venue the cost of the food, the amount of individuals it would fit and the amount of food we were going to have. The General Manager Wiletta Capps is unprofessional and a liar and she fucked up my big day I will never go back to that hotel for anything else nor suggest it to anybody they just wanted the money and that was all never again! We came to our room two days in a row without it being clean and when we asked guest services what was going on and they replied they had no one on site to clean our room so on the night of our wedding we had a dirty room and had to change the sheets on our bed ourselves. We had problems with our family members checking in and we blocked a certain amount of rooms off for that specific weekend. Sincerely a pissed off bride and customer.

Absolutely wonderful! The rooms were really nice and clean. There is a bar amd restraunt in the lobby with really nice employees. It was a really great experience and super close to everything in murfreesboro.

The staff were all very nice. I think the location of my room (right in front of elevators) is where housekeeping kept their cart so I heard a lot of chatter and movement until 5pm or so. Other than that, an enjoyable stay. Clean and breakfast was good.

Our room reached 91° overnight because our AC unit was broken. Even when it was set to off, it continued to blow hot air. As we were leaving, we learned from the technician that they were aware that our room's unit was bad, and they had assigned us that room anyway. He ripped the machine out of the wall and drug it into the hall while we packed up. We were offered breakfast passes as compensation for the miserable night. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Waited 20 minutes for silverware after visiting the tiny buffet. Chef came out to visit all other patrons while we waited over 30 minutes for three omelets. Terrible experience. You would find better service at a Motel 6.
