Stay Away very horrible experience rooms are so dirty! Hot breakfast seems to be the same food from previous days. The staff are like zombies we greeted them and they were all snubs.

They have no idea on how to deal with people with service animals. The front desk staff was rude their housekeeping staff was rude and they made me feel real uncomfortable being in their establishment.

The room smells bad, the pillowcases were not changed and cleanliness in general.

Dirty, smells, sticky bathroom floor, tub and shower are gross, fingernail polish on the desk and stains all over the comforter!
They should be ashamed of themselves!
This is in a location (in the same parking lot of Hospital) for patient families at the hospital! This is my second stay and was Hoping I Just had a bad room last time but nope this one is worst! So disgusting.

This is half way between our home in Texas and our home in West Virginia. We stop here all the time on the way to and from. Always top notch service. Would never even consider staying anywhere else.

We had family reunion this is hotel family picked who lived in Memphis, there seems to be a water problem in the hotel, the attendant who was duty at time of check in was very rude to my niece the issue was never solved, beds was not made they just pulled the bedspread over unmade bed.

So frustrated. Went to take a shower after a long hot day. Found used towels under the sink and some kind of black mildew/mold on wall and ceiling. Went to front desk and was told someone would be right up. Nothing. Will be coming to Memphis often in the future but will NOT be staying in this hotel again. Will be telling friends to stay away as well.

Let me say I was so disappointed with the level of professionalism provided for my stay after noticing that is part of the Hilton brand! I couldn’t believe it. I traveled to Memphis because my mother was sick in a local hospital near the property. So that was the main reason for my stay. During my stay my mother passed away. So many things during my stay that left a de stain for this company. However the hostess at breakfast was not friendly and was actually rude. The building is in need of updating and remodeling. Some areas in the building needs cleaning but the room did seem clean even though it appeared old. The first night we stayed the elevator and the whole second floor reeked of marijuana smoke! I requested for my room to be cleaned only to return from the hospital to an un cleaned room. My husband went to get me coffee and requested sugar because they were out and the staff rudely replied we don’t have any. But on my way out to got to the hospital I over heard another guest ask for sugar and the young man went to an area to get it for him. I was floored and disappointed. We stayed 5 nights and paid close to 700.00 for our stay to be treated this way! Horrible service!

Nice, friendly, and clean! The only thing that I am not impressed with is the fact that the room had no mini fridge, no microwave, and the Wi-Fi signal was no strong enough to stream anything. Overall, I give them a 4 star rating, the cost is just high not too be fully equipped.

Desk attitude only: pulled out my Veterans ID, State Credentials, and took off my sunglasses. I asked, is it Vets, Cops, or White people that piss you off? Rest of the staff is polite, rooms are very nice, has a great pool area to relax. Next time I walked by the Desk, I was greeted the same way I treat everyone, with respect.

The bathroom had urine on the side hair was in the tub halls smelled like urine and the pool gave my daughter a allergic reaction had to give her allergy meds breakfast was horrible sausages dried out service horrible rooms wasn't ready by 300 p. M. Ridiculous I may have just not stayed at all. They need better house keeping.

Everybody is so nice. I came here for a corvette convention and everyone was courteous and greeted you. I'm from Kansas City and I wouldn't receive meetings. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I would recommend to give them your business.

This place is wonderful! The employees are so kind. I have never stayed in a hotel where the employees are genuinely concerned for you and your stay. From the manager to the the janitorial team, they are fabulous. I meet the maintenance man, Fred, and he was so uplifting during our difficult time. He talked with me many times about my father whom was in the Baptist hospital. They care for every person that walks through their doors. They are so accommodating and want only the best for their customers. Thank you to each person that works here. You guys rock!

I stayed at this hotel Oct 20 to Oct 23. My first housekeeper just hand me the towel and didn't come in my room. Today Sunday the housekeeper seen the trash was like let me just that and she put the towels up for me. Far as front desk on Oct 20 there was a problem with other customer and when she was waiting on me the cops show up. Then the employee didn't check my ID at all. That was not safe that anyone can say they was me and just check in. I am disappointed in microwave in room but the employee that make breakfast said I can use the microwave there. No employee went out there way for me and my daughter. The snack machine in Lobby doesn't work.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean and quiet, and everyone on the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything was in good shape, the room was clean and well-maintained. We didn't have any worries about safety or security, the parking lot was well-lit. The breakfast was tasty, especially the fresh-made waffles! We got an excellent price, too, even considering that it was during March Madness and there was a game in town. Great job, Hampton people!
