The first room we were placed in didn't have working air. We got moved to another room. The door to the new room wasn't closed all the way. There were no wash cloths or toiletries. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. When I went to request more toilet paper, the front desk didn't have any and wasn't sure what to do. Thankfully they have bathrooms by the front desk and there was an extra roll in there. Definitely not worth the amount of money spent.
Filthy. Roaches, spiders, stink bugs. None of outlets worked in bathroom. Shower in bathroom was so filthy, I had to have my husband bring flipflops. One of two elevators was out of service. Ice machine on our floor was out of service. Ice bucket had no plastic bag in it. Comforter on our bed had dirty tissues wadded up in it. No pull wand on black out drapes. Light in corner would not stand up and would not work. It was leaning against the chair. I have stayed in many hotels in the US and elsewhere and have never stayed in one in this shape. Breakfast was okay, but breakfast attendant was nowhere to be found. Do Not stay at this dump😡

Our vehicle. Was vandalized along with 10 or 15 other vehicles. The hotel staff and management had no empathy whatsoever to those that had vandalized vehicles. I stayed there because I had two doctor’s appointments. We ended up having to take an Uber to the doctor appointments and Uber back to the hotel. Tried talking to the front desk team about the situation and she said that we had to speak to the general manager. I spotted one young man that appeared to be a part of the management team and I told him the situation and he said that it was nothing that they could do. I jokingly said to him well I’m going to stay in this room until I get some results and you will have to call the police to get me out. And he stated well that’s what we would have to do. My husband and I immediately checked out and sat in the lobby to wait for a tow truck to come and tow our vehicle to a glass company to be fixed. We had been sitting there for hours and finally a male walked out and stated his name and that he was the general manager. Damon Sanders. While explaining my situation to Mr Sanders he immediately told me that I was trying to talk over him. I explained to Mr Sanders that I am a cancer patient and I felt like their immediate attention to the vandalism matter was not handled properly. Yet he stood there and made all kind of excuses instead of using any words to comfort or deescalate the problem.
