We had a great time here. Staff is friendly outgoing called me by my first name made me feel like family. I so enjoyed this hotel I would recommend it to everyone. This will be where we stay at from now on. Even with all the renovation going on their workers were friendly, courteous and they stopped working at reasonable hours and we weren't bothered by it at all. The breakfast was wonderful The Cook's were great friendly always making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for my wonderful stay.

Even with some exterior renovations, our room was very comfortable & quiet. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. Plenty of towels. Great coffee & good breakfast. Our go to places to stay when we travel.

Every encounter with the staff was great! Staff was very professional, welcoming and went over and above to accommodate any request or need. This was my FIRST time in West TN, and I will definitely choose this Hampton Inn for my future hotel accommodations.

Clean comfortable rooms. Pillows aren't so great. They're doing remodeling but the hotel was still in great shape.

Awesome staff! Gave us free upgrade to suite so my daughter who is in a wheelchair would have more room to move around. So grateful to them for this!

Newly remodeled hotel, the room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located across the street from Wolfchase Galleria Mall and plenty of other restaurants and retail stores. I Loved it! I would definitely stay here again.

I was charged with a $250.00 smoking fee. When I called about it the next day, I spoke to Karen King and she said she would reverse the fee, but eventually found out that she did not. When I stopped by today to ask about it, again spoke to Karen King. She was rude and unprofessional, told me she took pictures of ashes and weed, but could provide no proof. Never been so insulted in my life. Ms. King, thank you for your response, however I would like to see date stamped proof for something I did not do. I work for a Drug testing company and never smoked weed.

This Hampton Inn is FANTASTIC! Up-to-date rooms & amenities. Great service and friendly staff. Always has fresh coffee and condiments. And, rightly priced!

Hampton Inn offers a decent room for the price. I do wish, however, that their fitness center was better equipped with attachments to the cable system.

First off this hotel had everything that I could ever ask for in a hotel it had a microwave and mini-fridge in the room the bed was comfortable the shower was a good size and the sink area was very big the complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly parking Arrangements around the hotel or nice and I will be coming back to stay at this hotel again.

We had a great time the room was fantastic and the staff was extremely courteous. We will definitely be back. I rate the hotel as a 5 Stars.

Rooms are very nice for the price. The problem I have had with both of my stays are the late night early morning staff. The front desk help was MIA for 5 minutes when I was trying to check out in the morning. I had lost my key and forgot something in my room. I asked the lady in the breakfast area to help me find the front desk worker and it too another 5 minutes to find her.

I attended this hotel in early January and I was not dissapointed in the least. The room was very cool (it fit 5 very well) and the style of the hotel was refreshing. If there is anything that pushes the hotel to eclipse others, it would be the staff. Again, I was here months ago and I remember the staff to this day because they cared. One staff member remembered out names and always be a pleasant person to talk to. The breakfast was great. A great place to stay.

The queen bed were actually full/queen… not a true queen size. Besides the noisy traffic, my stat was nice.

The suite in Nashville was worth the price. This one is underwhelming. Not the same as pictured. Much smaller. Barely room for 1 to sleep in living room. No extra pillows for sofa bed. Bed not as comfy. Staff not very friendly. Definitely not what I expect from Hampton.

Freshly remodeled, very friendly staff. But you can tell the quality of fixtures is kinda cheap. Overall, very nice!

We have stayed here for a week for the last three years. The location is close to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants. The remodel looks great. Coffee is the best! We love all the staff, especially Larry, Fran, and Regina! Breakfast is the best we have had staying at Hampton Inns. We will be back when traveling to Memphis.

Great rooms. Very clean and fresh. Staff was wonderful. The hot breakfast was great and provided much variety. Wi-Fi came with the rooms. The pool was outside and we didn't have a chance yo check it out… though we saw several guests enjoying the pool.

Very clean, upscale. Room is nicely equipped and has modern furnishings. Located very close to shopping.

Room was clean, well stocked, & well appointed. Staff was very friendly. Heavy storms were outside were present and they were quick to move my room following a leak in the roof. Breakfast was adequate. Would return.

Rooms are upgraded modern and clean! Breakfast was as usual that they all have, no indoor pool kinda lame but outdoor one ok. Would stay here again if traveling through Memphis!

Absolutely overpriced. Not to mention I have been a Hilton Honors member for abosut 15 years and was told they dont accept points for rooms. Why build up points when you cant use them. I called central reservations because you cant use points to reserve at the desk. The reservation person said the hotel doesnt accept them. So I walk in and ask the front desk and they tell me I have to call reservations. I explained that I just hung up with them and they said the hotel wouldn't allow points. So… after an 11hr drive I have little choice but to pay the $170 a night (I have paid less in bigger cities). Guess I just need to find a different chain that cares and doesn't play silly games… In 20 plus years of traveling I have watched the customer service go in the toilet covered up by fancy new hotels with ridiculous prices…

Our room was very spacious and well kept. The staff and other guests were very friendly. I've stayed at quite a few places over the past couole of years and I think they have the best breakfast so far. They have lots of easting options on the strip they're located on. We'll choose this hotel again if we ever have to stay in this area again.

I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns over the years and this one was a little unusual. The rooms seemed a bit smaller, but they were newly appointed with really great amenities. I was pretty good with almost everything at the hotel. However, my breakfast choices were severely limited. I am allergic to pork, and the two protein offerings of the morning were bacon and a dish of eggs that had ham cooked into them. This unfortunately meant I had no protein for breakfast this morning. If it is at all possible, could Hampton Inns consider a non pork option availability for proteins? This is not a problem I had before with other Hampton properties, but I was told it was policy that a non-pork option not available.

One of the best hotels in the area, and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Although this is a three star hotel, the atmosphere feels more like a five star one! From being greeted by smiling faces at check-in, to partaking in their delicious cookies, my stays are always wonderful. The Good: The beds and pillows make me feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was amazing. The prices are always perfect for the amount of service you get. The staff, from the housekeepers to the desk clerks are always so kind. The Bad: Well, there really isn't anything that I can think of that has been their fault. It is a GREAT hotel! ~JD.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was very easy to find. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the desk was very polite. I would stay here again if I return to the Memphis area.

Horrible experience, the front desk was rude as they can be. Left for a hour and my 18 year old daughter forgot the room key, while she went to go downstairs and go swimming. She went to the front desk to ask if they could open the pool. Instead of not letting her in the pool they question her about her room number. My daughter didn't know it by heart the one she gave them was incorrect and they treated her extremely bad. Being rude to her. Meanwhile she is just in a towel and bathing suit. I find 20 miss calls and my child sitting in only a bathing suit outside waiting on me just so she could swim. Never again will we stay there! The food wasn't good, beds are hard. Asking for more towels took over a hour. Never again.

Excellent staff, excellent clean and updated rooms. Great breakfast, definitely go with the sprinkles on the waffles for the kids.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby areas are clean and well maintained… Hot breakfast is available. Highly recommended.

The Hampton at Germantown and Hey 64 in Bartlett was gorgeous. The staff welcomed us and rooms were being cleaned when I arrived. The cookies were great!

Friendly staff, attractive lobby. Everything was in good repair. Very comfortable stay.

Nice place, however, it's only about 75 in most Hampton Inns. This one, it was 175, mid week. There was a cop/security guard in the lobby, staring at us… Weird and expensive.

I travel approx 50, 000 miles/year on business and stay at Hampton Inn & Suites on a regular basis. This property was a HUGE disappointment! It is very old (at least 20+ years old) and has been updated slightly but still below-par for Hampon Inn. The business office was closed and non-accessible during my entire 3-day stay and all I was told by the Manager (tall blonde lady with a bad attitude) was "sorry for any inconvenience. " The breakfast area was not attended to as needed in the mornings. Not the best area of town — East Memphis/Poplar Ave is a much better choice. But there are lots of dining options in the area. NOT recommended!
