Great hotel! very friendly staff.

I came in from the club with my girl, getting some head and I thought she was scraping my nuts with her chipped tooth, I look down and it was a bed bug twerking on my d*ck.

Run! It's a dump n they want 55 for busted up walls and stains … maybe if ur white they will give u a better room… shoot ur shot. Just glad I didn't get bit.

With free breakfast & Wi-Fi too. … in rm microwave also. …

This place is disgusting filthy a ghetto. I came into my room took a shower and the towels have dirt stains on them. We went to bed at a normal hour and we were up late kids running in the hallways people yelling not a comfortable spot at all.

Absolutely only a ONE (only because beds were comfortable, after we found one without bedbugs and long dark hair under covers) The Continental breakfast was a joke! Bread, 2 english muffin, 2 bagel no butter, jelly, or cream cheese. Dried up French toast,,, no butter or syrup. No pancakes! No juice! No milk!

It's actually very nice I love their beds omg so comfortable every thing is updated you have air conditioner which works excellent♡ flat screen TV microwave, mini fridge, couch with end table plus another table for my husband to do his log books it's very nice very quiet here and the people are so Nice our room very clean we will be back if I won't I know my husband Charles Miller will be Thank you ♡☆☆☆☆☆

Me and my spouse are regular customes but on this nite we discovered a bed bug and was bit my spouse whole arm was swole we did not get any sleep and I had work that morning when I complained she only gave me a room for 2 extra hours after check out which I wasnt satisfied with so I checked out and was only given $10 of my money back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Paid for 2 nights only got one to stay one night. Would not recommendt this hotel. If you are coming to visit Memphis get another hotel. Mostly only hoes and drugs there.

All around great experience stayed in room 120 it was clean and the staff was very friendly would highly recommend this hotel for cheap clean rooms.

The staff was rude, the rooms were filthy, blood on the sheets, dark hairs on the bed (we brought in our own blankets). One wall had a bug splattered on it and the furniture was run down. I would have left if it was earlier. Not worth a penny.

BED BUGS! The manager would not give me a refund even when I showed him the bug that was in the bed. He would rather me send him a doctor bill before he would do anything. So that's what I'm doing. And I'm going to talk to a different manager. So piss off!

This is awful! I didn't even pay for the room and it's horrendous. The first one room, was nice but I saw a roach crawling on the night stand. They moved us to another room with a bustes broken door. Broken furniture. No towels. Small TV. Noooo… just go to cordova!

Horrible HOEtel. Thats what it is a HOEtel. Full of prostitutes and the owners are rude as hell. Breakfast is trash and they don't allow visitors. Do NOT waste your time. A real sleeze hotel. Fck that MOTEL.

Very helpful staff. Large room, comfortable beds and chairs, quiet, very clean and maintained. Enjoyed our stay.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. The only thing I can say is that one of the staffs were nice. The Indian looking man is rude as all get out he acts like he doesn't want to speak to you and ignores you. When we first got there and got to our room we were mortified. There were roaches on the wall and sheets were yellow and wet which I don't understand how that happened. There were dead bugs on the sheets. The carpet was filthy. We went and told them and they moved us to another room. Then they didn't have a key to give us to that room and told us whenever we needed to be let in that they would let us in no matter what time. Came in one night the Indian man didn't want to let me in and told me to knock on the room door I told him I did and my friends were sleep. Then he told me to call I told him that I did and they didn't answer. So he started looking at the computer and I'm thinking he was about to look my name up or something so I stood there for five minutes and eventually asked him was he going to let me in or not, he told me he couldn't let me in and I asked him why not and then he just stared at me and then I told him they were the ones who didn't give me a key and they said to let them know when I needed to be let in and then finally he said ok. It was horrible then on top of that its known for being a prostitue hotel!

Went here for a relaxing birthday and enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and atmosphere. Love this place!
