The people in the front office were on the phone and treated guests like an inconvenience. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The continental breakfast was gross. If you can stay somewhere else do it.

The mythical city of the king nice hotel but breakfast limit.

Great hotel and location but beds too hard and room was not as clean as it could be. Continental breakfast… boo, awful.

It was really cool I camr in my room and I said wow.

Like to know who owns the place carpet needs cleaning bably and towels, sheets stained. Found socks from previous guest. Had to ask for tiolet paper the guy at front desk made me feel like it was a problem. Needs better cleaning staff.

I'm not sure what all the complaints are about. The front desk clerk was a sweetheart. The room's clean. This place seems very safe. We recommend that you stay here. Fair priced and clean, worked for us.

A frig, microwave, & coffee maker in the room makes it so worth staying too unlike a lot of hotels pool will be opening Soon and Its very nice & clean We will be back as always☺

The man in the front desk was awfully rude to me. Also, you could hear people in the next room having sexual intercourse. The carpet was very nasty. There were no towels in the bathroom for me to take a shower.

When I walked in the door, I knew it was a mistake to stay here. Dirty, some very strange smell! Not sure sheets had been changed from previous guests. Lady at desk was rude immediately when we checked in. I was fearful of everything being dirty. Carpets, towels, (white, but not), coffee maker, all of it. If you are thinking about staying here, DON'T! I did not read all reviews before we booked, BAD IDEA! Go someplace else!

The room was neat and clean. The bathroom on the other hand was small and noisy but it doesn't take too much away from the room. All in all it was a good place to stay.

This was absolutely the WORST motel I ever stayed at. Room smelled, mattress had stains, Do Not Use Towels because of NUTT STAINS should be thrown away. Sheets had stains and not wash properly, bathroom nasty, chair broke and worn, sleeper sofa mattress was absolutely nasty and should be thrown away. Owner/staff are ultra rude and mean as hell.

Worst place I ever stayed. Staff was extremely rude tried to collect a cash deposit for a non smoking room. Started yelling when I refused to give him the money. Room smelled, tub nasty. Wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. It's not deserving of this one star.

Please provide new clean towels and sheets! My mom and I were exhausted and after she crawled into bed she felt texture on the sheet at her feet. She pulled back the top sheet and showed me that the fitted sheet was beaded up and dingy. Everything smelled clean, so we decided to stay. We believe the towels and sheets are very old. After purchasing all new linens the managers need to do some research into keeping them clean! Please! Hotels use white so they can bleach everything!. Then use fabric softener to counter the bleach smell. When they wear out they need to be replaced please. I run an Airbnb and wish I had looked for one of those or stayed at a brand name hotel. The mattresses were not comfortable at all.

The area is gated and secured. There are cameras covering the entire property. The amenities are decent as well. The only downside is that a member of the staff was caught stealing from the room via hidden camera, and they did not fire him.

We needed a room last minute, they were accommodating and polite. Rooms were clean and maintained; there is a gate around the parking lot for security. Not near many restaurants but Graceland is just down the street.

I reserved a room for 3 nights during a holiday weekend. On the second day the manager said I had to leave and come back at 5pm that night because I didn't have a reservation. He didn't take the time to even look up my name. Very poor customer service.

Rude clerck. Wake up calls was 15 min late. Clea and good internet connection. And as useally a too noisy AC.

The staff was very pleasant, and the room nice and clean. No bugs, no strange odors, clean linens, and towels. Parking lot is gated, and based on what I've seen in reviews for other Inns in Memphis, this is a key feature. Car and contents are safe. Would definitely stay again, and would definitely recommend.

For the most part it was clean. However Everytime some other room would flush a toilet the pipes in our bathroom rattled. Not a very good breakfast either. Staff not the friendliest but not rude just very short.

Terrible experience. The woman at the front desk went out of her way to accuse me of not telling her that I had made a reservation online and that was why I was charged a no-show fee even though I did come and stayed the night. I told her twice before checking in that I had reserved a room online. Beyond the rudeness, the room was not clean. There was mildew on the shower curtain, there were rings from drinks on the table, and the grout was black from dirt. I felt trampled on and ripped off.

When I entered the room my first thought was, "man this is big". I looked to the right and there was a couch and to the left was a small desk. We walked past the first area to the bedroom area; it is bigger than most motel rooms. Then past the bedroom area to the changing, makeup, grooming area which is also bigger than normal. On the right was the bath area which was about normal size but did I mention this place is big? It looks fairly new. The walls are clean and look fresh, the bathroom is fresh and new looking. There is a large mirror in the changing/grooming area, the carpet looks new and clean. Over all I was impressed. I'm a car guy so here's my metaphor;; this room is like a fully loaded Taurus as compared to a Lincoln Continental, it's not the best there is but it's the best in this venue. Oh and one more thing, it's big.

Staff was not knowledgable. Our room was late being able to check in. Told after 3:30pm and their sign said 2pm check in. Was told the previous guest was a late check out. Not my problem! If you have a room reserved, have it ready! Did not drive over 10 hours to basically be told to go find something else to do for a while.

Made reservations for Elvis week 2017 back in sept 2015. Only to get a phone call and be told you don't have a reservation because franchise is changing. But was told call back in July 1. Ok why would I wait so long to call that only leaves me about a month and half to get hotel if you are even going to except my reservation! Girl said I might change my mind. I'm like only one changing mind are you. Why would I lose out of my plane tickets of $954 I'm not changing my mind I'm coming to Memphis for Elvis week!

This was overall a good hotel for the price. Right down the street from Elvis Presley's house, there is a huge gate around the place which can kind of be a hassle if your a small town kid and not used to it, but it seemed a little more secure, anyway. We stayed in a suite and it was almost perfect, clean, roomy, quiet, and set up right, however the room smelled very strongly of marijuana when we came in, but it is Memphis, so… I let it slide, and the room smelled better later anyway. Breakfast is terrible though! Maybe two kinds of cereal, and some granola bars can hardly be called a breakfast. Other than that and the room smell, I found it to be a clean, convenient, and economical hotel.

Clean, good condition, everything essential, the price is good I book the siut. Only the breakfast lasts for a short time and is only coffee, cerial and toast and a fruit. Very friendly, book only for one night!

Awesome place. Very clean.

Much better than I expected. As a last minute hotel, my wife and I were impressed by the suit-like single room including microwave, refrigerator, and separate love seat area. The bathroom was great too. This hotel was just right for our budget. Flat screen TV with all of our favorite channels was a plus.

This Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was right down the road from Graceland too.
