Excellent customer service and atmosphere! Very accommodating shuttle services. I traveled with my young children and they were treated very kindly as well. Bonus to see an “Elvis” as well! We can’t wait for our next adventure!

Clean & very friendly. Short staffed in restaurants but very gracious & apologies for slower service. Beautiful facilities & the nightly Elvis movie is so fun.

This is my second stay at the Guest House and it will be my last. The service is truly atrocious. I have worked in hotels, and stayed in hotels in over 20 countries and the Guest House is certainly some of the worst service I’ve encountered. Check in staff were flat out rude and wouldn’t engage with guests. No information was provided to me about hotel amenities, breakfast etc — just given keys and abruptly told where the elevator was. Called for in room dining and was again fobbed off. The best part? House keeping entered our room THREE times in the early morning before check out. We would tell them the room was occupied and they’d return minutes later and try again. Mentioned this experience to front desk who displayed no interest whatsoever. Have emailed the hotel with no response. You can get better for the price paid elsewhere — really disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, reception staff do not seem to take packages addressed to guests very seriously. The package was delivered by FedEx on 8/22 at 1:35 pm and just disappeared. I've made several attempts to contact and no solution has been presented. Unfortunate! A total disrespect to fans who trust the Guest House service and receive this kind of treatment. The package came from Miami to Memphis was received and then disappeared… Package sent by Denilson dos Santos.

A lovely hotel. Once I had decided not to compare with the heartbreak Hotel atmosphere found it to be a lovely place to stay at. Although short staffed, so service was not great, the staff that were there were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Memphis.

We stayed here at the Guesthouse for 3 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary, loved every minute. The room was clean and comfortable, our daughter loved the huge shower, the only problem was cost of breakfast, wasn't worth the price and I also wanted to try the PB & B sandwich, either Gladys had no bread or it was closed, we found out that is was open Friday to Monday only. This was going to be a once in a lifetime experience however would love to come again. Everyone was very friendly, we did the VIP tour on our anniversary which made it even more special and even had a lady sing to us for our anniversary and another ladies birthday which was really nice. 🥰🥰🥰 Did spend a lot of money though. ❤️❤️❤️

We loved our time at the Guesthouse at Graceland. The restaurants and waitstaff are great and the desk staff are fantastic. We loved the decor throughout the entire resort. The shuttle driver (Corrine G) to Graceland was fabulous! Our only complaint is the lack of professionalism with housekeeping management. Due to my own fault, I accidentally left some items behind as we were rushing to check out and make our tour to Graceland. The items I left behind were not overly expensive but they were not cheep either. I called daily for 8 days and left multiple messages with Karen (head of housekeeping), sent multiple emails and Facebook messenger messages. I never got any sort of reply back. The front desk even took a handwritten message for me to place on Karen’s desk. Nothing. Crickets. They didn’t care to reply. I realize that my lost items are absolutely my responsibility and fault. I realize someone else now has some really nice shoes and is enjoying some Norwex products. However, the lack of professionalism in the simplicity of returning a phone call and saying “I’m sorry, we didn’t find your lost items, ” is what bothers me. Again, I realize this is absolutely on me. It just taints my experience that they can’t provide the simple courtesy to look in lost and found and return my call.

Fun time. Live music in the evening where the kids could dance and jam! Couldn’t hear anything from our rooms. The staff was so friendly and warm. The hotel is well decorated and the added touches make it fun.

Very nice experience from the check-in until we checked-out. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommend if you are in the area and an Elvis fan. We stayed 3 nights with no issues at all.

This is my first stay at the Guesthouse. I had originally posted a different review but have edited it because I met Rose, one of the managers at The Guesthouse. Yes I had complaints and at times wasn’t the most pleasant guest to have to talk to but Rose was kind and and helpful. She even hugged me, which I must say had to be hard when I was not being kind. While there were issues with the hotel, I am proud to say she did everything possible to try to offset them. I will give the Guesthouse another chance before posting a totally negative review.

Since I can’t seem to get a response about my complaint from my stay this past weekend, I will put it on here. The hotel itself is nice, it’s very well decorated and has a nice ambience once you walk inside. The room was nice and spacious yet a bit pricey for the area it’s in. Everything was great until I saw a roach crawling across the floor in the bathroom. I alerted the front desk immediately and we were moved (“upgraded”) to another room. We also had an issue with the spotty Wi-Fi service from that section of the hotel. So the first thing that’s said is they can’t refund any money and there is no housekeeping or maintenance staff on duty that night, but management will be notified upon return that following morning. The next morning as I was checking, I asked the young lady was the issue reported she says no. I was given the number of a guest services manager and or director of rooms and after three phone calls and two voicemails, have yet to receive a response. I will not be staying here again due to this experience.

The people here are over the top friendly and I think that Elvis would be very happy with the staff and how they respect his guests. The food is very good and the servers are the best I've ever seen at a resort. My hats off to everyone involved in building and maintaining this wonderful place. I brought my wife Peggy here (we are from Fort Worth, Texas) for our 30th Anniversary marking our first date on October 6, 1991. This isn't her first time to Graceland (she was here at age 14 at the main house) but it is mine. Happy 30th to my beautiful wife and a huge thank you to The Guest House at Graceland for being so kind and showing your southern hospitality just like Elvis would have.

Beautiful clean hotel! Loved everything about it. The food was delicious. The staff are so nice. I would give the hotel an excellent rating across the board.

Terrible food, no supplies to make an old fashioned, elevator like an oven — this “resort” leaves a lot to be desired. It is gorgeous to look at, but for the price of the room, it feels decidedly low rent. This place has so much potential but it is not as nice as it wants to be.

Beautiful resort. Rooms are clean and nicely done. Restaurants are open with modified hours. Friendly staff. So far, it's been great.

The general service and facilities and employee courtesies are top flight, but I must point out one incredible person who is a great ambassador for the Guest House. A marvelous young man at the front desk, Landon, spent enormous time and energy trying to find the camera I lost. He went way beyond the call of duty and won’t even take a tip. Won’t take a tip! And he was genuinely joyful for me when the camera turned up hours later at Graceland. Landon is exceptional and he won’t be forgotten. Great place, great people.

This is such a beautiful, family friendly hotel with an amazing pool too! We loved our stay here and would recommend this place if you plan to visit Graceland!

This is a wonderful place to stay. They have many modern amenities but still remain true to the spirit of Elvis. The staff answered any questions we had (especially the awesome Landon), yet treated us like family. They all greet you whenever they see you. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It was also very convenient to just park the car and let the shuttle take you everywhere. I would give them 5+ stars.

Divine! Great social distancing, treated like royalty by staff. Honors Mr. Presley very well, and us as his fans. It’s a four star hotel with a family atmosphere. Perfect getaway for families or sweethearts looking for a break from life and to have easy access to Graceland. No parking concerns, shuttles free to Graceland. Stress free vacation.

If you like having your window busted out of your vehicle, than than this is the place for you, Secure parking my butt, got me and and about 10 others with SECURE PARKING! Plus the front desk were not real friendly and they broke into my vehicle. Won’t ever be back.

An experience of a lifetime. Everything one needs at your fingertips. Excellent cafe for breakfast and restaurants on site for other meals. Staff are most helpful and friendly and there are shuttle buses to transport you to all the exhibits and other locations including shuttle to and from the airport.
The ambiance is amazing and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Loved it when the lift doors opened and Elvis was singing! The rooms were kept clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious. A wonderful atmosphere. Enjoyed talking to the other guests. From the moment Landon welcomed us to the Guest House until the moment we had to leave, we had an amazing time. It was a great experience. The hotel was awesome and totally unexpected for the area. Great customer service with many amenities. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and room service.

We had a lovely stay. Bed was comfy. Room was a nice size and bathroom beautiful. Staff were very friendly. Drinks were expensive though I did expect this. The only negative thing is they don’t have tea bags in room. When I asked about this I was told it would be $3.75 for a teabag?
Otherwise everything was lovely.

We had an Amazing stay here loved every minute. Staff were just Brilliant polite and couldnt do enough for us. We arrived after flying from Vegas to find our room wasnt what we had booked. The Lady on the desk worked it so we were on the top floor for our stay in the Gold room it was like a penthouse. So beautiful ans fitting as it was our 30th Anniversary trip and this made it so much more special Thank you to all the staff here you were all so Wonderful Pricilla and Lisa-Marie have created such a Special place.

I was here for a conference and had a wonderful time. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and so many awesome details with everything they do. Everything is very clean and well organized. Staff are also excellent. Food is great and service in the restaurants and bars were good. Only complaint was the rooms for the conference was freezing cold. Wish I would have brought a sweater! Other than that, I had a great experience.

Hotel is pretty cool. Very big and beautiful. If you're going to spend a whole day at Graceland, not a bad place but the service was lacking. I got to my room late at night and my room had no towels, save for a dirty unfolded washcloth underneath the sink. I called down immediately. It took over an hour to get a towel. I called twice and twice I was told they were on the way. Finally, a little after midnight I get my towel. Ok, I lost an hour of sleep but no big deal. Then at 645am, with a do not disturb sign on my door, housekeeping bangs on my door and won't go away. I open the door and the poor lady has one more towel to give me. When I calmly and politely told the lady at the front desk I lost 3 hours of sleep, all I got was an I'm sorry. At least buy me a cup of coffee to get me through my day. Also, my friend who was staying there had damp towels in her room. They must have folded them wet. Bring your own towels and this place is great, but I'm not going back.

This is a beautiful, new resort right across the street from Graceland. I loved it. It's elegant but has a fun Elvis feel to it with music and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every night at 10:00 (apparently Elvis' favorite). The rooms are comfortable and quiet (aside from the maids, who will knock even when your Do Not Disturb sign is on, but they were just being friendly. :-) The pool is a fantastic respite from a hot Memphis day and they have games like ping-pong, shuffle board, corn hole, and a fire pit to unwind at. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Graceland and a paid shuttle to Beale Street, which is about 15 minutes away. Staff were all helpful and cordial. I enjoyed it so much, I extended my stay — twice.

The Guest House at Graceland is a shining jewel in an area of Memphis that has been on a steady decline. Every aspect of this wonderful Elvis attraction are running on all cylinders. Security In Memphis, especially the area around Graceland, security is a must if you’re to truly enjoy taking in the sights and sounds wether you’re a local or one of the thousands of tourists that flock here every year. From the second you pull on the lot you automatically feel safe. The quality of lot security, fences, cameras and more give you a sense of security that at times can be hard to come by in Memphis. Hospitality The staff of the Guest House are some of the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever experienced. From the valet to the receptionist to the kitchen staff they have made sure that everything is on point to ensure that no matter where in the world you’re visiting from you will never forget or get a better example of true southern hospitality. Accommodations Just as with the staff and hospitality the accommodations are top notch. With a brand new, state of the art building everything is top of the line. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, lounge areas are warm and welcoming and the concert hall and convention room are stunning. Overall the Guest House at Graceland is a must if you’re visiting Memphis and wanting to stay at the best of the best!

For my dad's retirement I decided to bring him to the place I knew he would love most. Graceland. I chose to stay at The Guest House because it would fit in perfectly with everything else. Upon arriving at the airport, I called the shuttle to pick us up. After an hour of waiting, one finally showed. This is after my boyfriend called the hotel letting them know we were still waiting. Once we got to the motel, the manager gave us her sincere apology and applied $50 to our account. With that being said, it is my ONLY complaint of this great motel. The staff? Amazing. The room? Amazing. The food? Amazing. My dad and I especially LOVED the live music in the lounge. And our waitress Angela was wonderful. She always had a smile, stopped to chat often, even when she was busy. She was hands down one of the many perks of our stay. All the attractions are across and down the street. My dad and I are planning another trip back soon. Absolutely my favorite place to stay!

We stopped by The Guest House to check it out for a future stay. The place is awesome! Very elegant entryway, beautiful pool and a couple of nice restaurants which we didn't have time to try but will next time. Staff was very friendly too.

My boyfriend Tyler lived in Memphis for 5 years and has been wanting to show me around his old stomping grounds for a while now. I’ve never been to Memphis, but I’ve always heard great things about the art, history and food. We decided to take a quick weekend trip to the city and stay at the Guest House in Graceland: a relatively new 450-room resort hotel inspired by Elvis and the Graceland Mansion. Built in 2016, the Guest House pays homage to the glitz and glamour of the past while depicting a fresh, sophisticated, contemporary design. The southern colonial exterior boasts clean white pillars, contrasting stripes, and orb chandeliers. The lobby was extraordinary – I immediately whipped out my phone as soon as I laid eyes on the mirrored tray ceiling and opulent seating area. Our suite was designed by Priscilla Presley and was nothing short of amazing. Plush linen + velvet couches, textured gold wallpapering, and herringbone carpeting filled the living room. The glass-top dining table and was surrounded with beautiful nailhead chairs with white ostrich leather. Attached to the head of the king size bed was an oversized velvet wingback headboard, and the bed itself was adorned with luxury linens and throw pillows. There were two bathrooms in our suite – with the master bath being my favorite. It featured ‘his and hers’ sinks and a large, beautifully tiled shower with a dual head system (which was definitely a lifesaver after long travel hours).

I can't explain how wonderful this place is. I am already trying to see when I can return. The staff was excellent! Every single one of them treated us like family, and the Guest House is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed at. I stayed 2 days and that was not nearly long enough. Amazing place to stay especially if you are an Elvis Presley fan!

The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower head was great and the bathroom was clean. The workers were very nice and helpful. There was a lot of things to do in the hotel at night such as live bands, karaoke, making free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, etc. There was a more classy and businesslike restaurant and there was a EP bar and grill more on the fun, kid side. All in all a very cute, beautiful place to stay.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever seen! Sad that I only booked the hotel for one night of our 4 night stay in Memphis. We wanted to be closer to the racetrack for our weekend event the other 3 nights. I would love to come back and stay all week next time. You seriously wouldn't have to leave the hotel for a thing! The food was quite pricey but absolutely delicious! It was a magical experience to see the hotel transformed to Christmas time right before our eyes for the Hallmark movie being filmed there. We still can't believe we were right beside them as the filmed a scene in the pool area and got to see Kellie Pickler! Would have LOVED to meet her!

After months of looking forward to staying here, the actual stay was a huge disappointment. Everything about this place was ridiculously expensive. Both restaurants were nearly empty every time we went by them, even though the hotel was packed. We went to EP's bar and grill where we felt rushed to order by the young waitress, who was lazy, rude and unfriendly, even though the place was almost completely empty. A common theme we saw was how miserable all the staff looked and how disdainful of guests they were. Shocking and disgusting. The drinks were small and very pricey at $12 each and very watered down. The food was bland and mediocre. The floor we stayed on had a long mark down the hall wallpaper as if someone had ran something against it. The floor had three large black stains on the carpet also. The hotel itself is beautiful but sadly, greed rules here as it does with most all things connected to Elvis' name. There are numerous excessive taxes and fees added to your bill also. Room service is outrageously expensive with added service fees and charges. Be prepared to empty your wallet if you stay here. Generic, insincere apologies seem to be the norm for bad reviews. Instead, how about correcting the problems that disappointed former guests have pointed out.

This hotel is an interesting blend of "Family Friendly" and "Party". Nice pool area out back with shuffle board, ping pong and other games. The decor screams 1970s decadence… Gray, White, and Hot Pink themed rooms. The couches and chairs of the central lobby are pure Rock and Roll. Good Bar/Lounge area and a couple of decent restaurants. As typical for hotels, the prices for "on campus" dining is on the high side. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Other neat things for this hotel include an on site movie theater that shows free Elvis movies or Elvis TV specials from back in the day and each night at 10 p. M. Free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and hot chocolate. It's a 5 minute walk to Graceland. Everything else that Memphis has to offer is just a hotel shuttle away.

First I want to say never in a million years would either myself or my husband would have imagined staying at a place dedicated to Elvis. Although he was a great entertainer that never forgot a fan not slack on his civic duty, I was not a follower of his. But, I am glad we gave this place and Graceland a try after a friend suggested it. I must say it was well worth the trip. The hotel is currently doing good job in security. Love the decor, because everything down to furniture and design has a meaning. Hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Love the dual head shower and how the rooms are set up. My only issue was a spot I found on my bed and the sheets love extremely worn. I do not know if that was just my bed or all the sheets. My husband and I will definitely return in the future.

There is absolutely NOTHING bad about this hotel. From the moment you pull in till checkout. The lady at the gate was pleasant and explained where to go. The guys waiting to take your bags up were polite and friendly. Check in was quick and she explained the tours, Graceland, Beale street etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The movies they show at 7pm are a great addition for Elvis fans. The employees at this hotel are absolutely wonderful. This is for the human resource director… Keep that crew. I will be making a call to management telling them how wonderful their employees are. It is a gorgeous hotel worth EVERY dime. The PB and j station at 10pm is a great idea.

This is a great Memphis hotel, with stylish rooms and cool hotel features. The underlying Elvis theme is subtle yet fun. They have live music in the lobby every evening. Staff are helpful and it's always fun to talk to guests. Everything in Memphis is a quick drive (or Uber ride) away.

We spent 3 nights of our honeymoon at the Beautiful Guest House. We loved every minute of our stay here! The rooms are very nicely done. The look and feel of Elvis without being over the top. The bed was very comfrotable, the room was beautiful & very clean! All of the staff was very accommodating! Great gift shop & restaurants! A very nice experience! I do plan on coming back.

Great resort — easy to get to from the airport (free shuttle). 15 minutes from downtown, across the street from Elvis Presley exhibits and home, great fitness center (spacious, all the equipment). Friendly staff. Clean.

Great place to stay. Friendly service. Great dining options. A nice bar with live music in the evenings. Walking distance to Graceland and the museum etc. Great sized rooms, comfortable beds and linnen, great Elvis music programs on the TV.

This was an incredible experience. No issues what so ever. A beautiful, brand new hotel and a great low price. If you are an Elvis fan, you will love this hotel. If you are not, you will still be blown away.

Great Location! Only 4 starts because of the hidden fees. Self Parking about $12/ day. Shuttle service to Beale Street was $10/person round trip, and the last trip no to the hotel was at $11:30 which is early for a scene like that. Would definitely go back for such good rates!

The rooms were really clean and the bathroom was also they had a big shower which is a big plus in a hotel. But no one came to clean the room the next day which that's their responsibility in the hotel when people are busy and leave the hotel for most of the day you would expect the room to be clean. Either way the front building of the hotel was really neat. The décor of the hotel was too. One of the best hotels to stay at for anyone going to Graceland. The hotel had a few ups and downs but still it was well kept and well taken care of on their property.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The suites are roomy and stylish. The regular rooms are great too. Beds are very comfortable and you couldn't ask for a better staff. Delta's restaurant downstairs has the best service in Memphis… guaranteed. Definitely going back.

This hotel really has charm! Quite a pretty and eye appealing place to stay. The rooms are a nice size and have great flare and lighting. The showers are large and modern. They have two places to eat, and a coffee shop. Granted the places are quite pricey, even for hotel standards (average 14-17$ a sandwich plate) and the cheapest glass of wine being $10 might keep that in mind for those who have a large group. The staff is amazing and quite friendly. They go above and beyond for customer courtesy. Located right next to Graceland.

When I pulled up to the security office to check in the lady address me as “Uber” without letting me get my first sentence out. She didn’t even greet properly, until I made it known that I was a guest. I think you still should respect everyone and still greet people properly even if they’re just a pizza guy, but other than that everything was nice. I understand it’s not everyday you see a guy with dreads check in there but still things like that should be proper protocol by her being the first person to influence the hotel experience. The hotel even had several cosmetic issues and some pretty noticeable right off the back. However, I appreciated the design and decor, everything was truly centered around Elvis and if you even loved him a little you will find several reasons to Love this hotel!

While the Guest House was nice, it is very much lacking in qualified managers. Almost impossible to get a response or returned call after checkout. Very pricey presumably due to its association with Elvis Presley and Graceland. Concierge personnel was the most impressive thing we saw about our two night stay. They were very friendly and informative. Would not waste our money on another stay there.

Here's the run down … room svc. 21% chg an. $4.00 to eat in the rm. Plus tip a $14.00 burger will cost u about $25.00 to eat in rm. Free movie in theater very nice every thing was wonderful. Highly recommend you stay here. $10.00 1 way shuttle. 10.00 parking per day. Felt very safe. Lot of extra fees didn't like to much.

This hotel is beautiful. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds plenty of room and a very nice shower. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the cleaning staff. All around the hotel we saw trash on the carpets, crumbs on the tables in the lobby bar, marks and dirt on the tile floors, full trash cans. The lady that cleaned our room was very good, no complaints there but the other parts of the hotel needed attention.

We really loved The Guest House at Graceland. The decor was beautiful, the service was awesome and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Love all the art work throughout the property.

This place is pretty amazing for the area. Rooms are all Elvis theme, modern, and stylish. Bathroom has dual shower head. Bed was very comfortable. However, I though the restaurant was poor in the menu selection for dinner, very poor for breakfast, in summary, the place is good for the eyes, but poor for the tummy.

Large resort. Elvis decor and movies on the TV. I wish it had more food options (mainly breakfast). Clean comfortable rooms. Very friendly customer service personnel.

This place is very swanky, which makes the cost of staying there a strain on the budget. Don't get me wrong, if money isn't an issue for you then this is the place to stay. It is very ornate and over the top in looks, service and comfort. If you can't stay at least stop in and give it a look. Go ahead and "dream the impossible dream".

Fui visitar amigos hospedados THE guest house at Graceland. O prédio tem menos de um ano de construído. Porém apresenta vários problemas. A discarga do banheiro do quarto dos amigos estava quebrada, tem acessibilidade para deficientes físicos e cantos, rodapés, corrimão estragados. Várias coisas são pagas como estacionamento. Não tem variedade de refeições.

Pool was closed because several previous guests became infected with Legionnaire's Disease. The interior design of the hotel is a cool (not cheesy) homage to Elvis, and the rooms are nice but — — big deal. Who cares about the building if the staff treat guests like they are an imposition. It could be a good hotel if the staff learn to be hospitable.

The rooms were incredible… The bathroom especially dual shower heads, tile. Very high end experience. It was a little far from everything and I came to Memphis w no car but we were able to make it work with Lyft. Still only 30 minutes from anything, 15 fro. Downtown. Facilities on site we're great. The restaurants were very convenient but not great and priced a little high. Overall, loved the experience lots of great food in Memphis everything else about the experience was a+!

The rooms were nice. The valet and bellhops were fantastic and had great personalities. Shuttle service drivers were great too. Our complaint — if you opt out of housekeeping you get free drink voucher, however there are restrictions regarding the timing of opting out. Apparently we were 1 hour past the cut-off, conveniently enough. We know overall it's a small thing, but if you're not going to provide the information regarding the timing restrictions it seems petty to not honor the vouchers. This is the kind of thing that doesn't sit well with guests and can overshadow the rest of the experience. The front desk has only had 2 staff people the whole time we've been here and so checking in was slow and it looks like checking out will be the same. Maybe we were just spoiled by the Hotel Roanoke or maybe they just haven't been open long enough to work all the kinks out.

We had a great time! Our trip to Graceland great! The resort was tasteful with just enough touch of Elvis. Frances in the gift shop is an asset to the Guest House; she was a great help to us several times during our stay. And Latisha at the EP Bar and Grill with her cute personality made our dining experience better every night. I hope they're both appreciated! The King lives on; we'll see you next year!

Stayed here for two nights to meet a client in Memphis. Loved it! Clean, clean, clean rooms! Modern. Staff was very vice. I had some confusion with the bill when we checked out and they took care of some charges that I was not aware of with parking. Security is top notch! You will notice that as soon as you drive up. *The one downside I will say is that the staff could work on the food and drinks. Wine was served out of a wet glass. Request were not met or forgotten when ordering a drink. Service was amazing at Delta Kitchen but we did have a mix up with our steaks and orders. **but, when I say the service made up for it I mean it! Overall was an amazing time and they deserve the 5 stars.

My wife and I stayed at the Guest House from Mar 30th to Apr 1st. We had a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful and the folks that work there are very nice and accommodating. The restaurant (Delta's Kitchen) was outstanding for dinner. James at the front desk was awesome. Also, Felicia at the front desk was a tremendous help as I had a dispute on a charge on our bill and she took care of it for us immediately. Very nice lady. All the employees were stellar. The hotel and the grounds were really nice. We enjoyed our stay at The Guest House at Graceland immensely. Elvis would be proud.

Nice place. Loved the music and decor throughout. However, more attention to vacuuming is needed in the common areas near the elevators. Daily service including fresh towels and making the beds in each room should be done. Ours was not done either day with only an apology offered and one free drink. For a luxury hotel like this and the price you pay, the service was definitely lacking. Also, the refrigerator in our room was not working and the staff could be a whole lot friendlier.

It's not in the best location but it is gated and felt very safe. We had a bunch of stuff in the bed of the truck and felt safe to leave it in there for the night. The Hotel is beautiful​. Walking in was mesmerizing. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. There is a fire pit by the pool and that was very relaxing to sit by. We are planning to come back soon. I highly recommend staying here!

The Guest House at Graceland is beautiful. Very nicely done and well maintained, with a very friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are not huge but plenty big, with modern amenities. We have not yet dined at the two on-site eateries but they certainly smell good walking past. I would definitely stay here again.

I went to Guest house and it was most wonderful experience of my life. The staff was wonderful and I will never forget it as long as I live. Graceland was unbelievable. I couldn't believe I was there in his house where he had lived. I was so emotional during the whole tour of Graceland. I have loved him since I was 15 and am now 74. I finally got to go. It was the most awesome place I have ever been and the Guest House was breathtaking. The staff was wonderful and so friendly. This is an experience I will never forget in my lifetime. Thank all the staff for making it perfect.
