Couldn't get a room there when there were available rooms! We arrived before dusk, could pay either cash or card, and they said you could only rent in advance? I've never heard of such a thing for a small town motel, and I doubt everyone who comes through here gets a room ahead of arrival for this place. I don't know what the problem was, but I won't suggest this place to anyone I know. Also, I see that the motel is using different accounts to promote itself on the reviews here, seriously?

High amount of drug traffic… was talking to a guest when someone came up and asked if we needed any drugs. Specifically meth… left immediately. Lots of police activity… rooms are nasty and unkempt. … wouldn't stay there if my life depended on it… owner seems oblivious to the drug activity… which doesnt make sense since one of the cameras is aimed directly at the rooms that are the worst.

I'm a pay by the week person. The room I've got is big. People keep to their self. The owner is Berri nice. Tyre bed is bug. And don't have any bed bugs. No one will bother you as long as you keep to your self and don't go looking for trouble.

Fast and friendly service! Its been remodeled and looks nice inside. Fair priced and cozy.

Welcoming and understanding of all my needs at all times. The proprietor and his staff were amazing! Look forward to future stays.

For a small town and low budget person it's not bad at all.

Outside isn't very good looking, but inside is pretty great big bed, coffee, mini fridge, microwave, two bed side tables, and a nice little bath room. Pretty good.

It was nice it cost more then it is woth.

This place is horrible. I am only giving it five stars so my review will be viewed. The owner is rude, disrespectful, and obnoxious. My fiance was dead asleep and was woken up to bed bugs biting her to the point she was in pain. She began itching all over and when I looked she had bites from head to toe. So I went to the front desk where I was called a liar and my request for a refund or for my room to be switched was rudely refused. When I got back to the room my fiance called the front desk so the owner came to our room. After being so rude to my fiance she was almost in tears and without even looking for anything in the room he called us a liar then rudely kicked us out at 12:30 am. I would not stay in this motel and they should be shut down.

I travel a lot, mostly by motorcycle, and prefer motels where you drive right up to your room door; very convenient. This was one of those places! Based on this experience, I'll definitely look for other Scottish Inns for future stays. Vicky was fun to talk with during the check-in process as was her husband at check-out. Clearly they value their guests and want to deliver excellent value and they fully succeed. Kudos guys! My room, 162, was remarkably clean, smelled good and huge! It had all the modern amenities — fridge, microwave, and giant-size LCD TV, super-fast Wi-Fi — and a desk, table, ironing board, and super comfortable bed and linens. The air conditioner worked great on a hot humid day. I didn't see any proteins at breakfast but I usually just have a banana and coffee and they had those. There was a guest laundry facility. The only thing I didn't like was the little toilet. Like many others I suspect, I'm older, bigger, and prefer comfort height toilets.

This place has the most friendliest staff. That does what they can to help make this your stay better four s tar from me thanks and hats off to employees.

I spent 10 nights here, and it was an enjoyable experience. The owner is extremely pleasant and helpful. The room staff was efficient. When I return to McMinnville, this is definitely where I plan to stay. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars!

Good clean room. Pillows were kind of flat but that's to be expected with any hotel. The TV was small though.

I had reservations for four rooms for my family for three nights total. My brother arrived first and the man was very rude to him basically giving him a thorough questioning and almost accusing him of trying to sneak pets into the room. The office windows had screens torn and falling out of the windows, and there were people in the parking lot "making a deal" with a personal purchase, if you know what I mean. When I arrived I asked to see a room before I accepted it. He took us to the farthest room from the office. The room the man took us to smelled horribly of moth balls. The decor was dated and the room looked and felt unclean. The towel rack was falling off the wall and the drywall in the bathroom was spackled and patched messily. The carpet was stained with a bad smell. I told him I could not possibly accept the rooms. He was polite and did not charge me for them. But if this was the best he had and he chose to show me this room for me to make a decision, I can only imagine what the rest of the rooms looked like. Do not make reservations here. I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me give "0".

Great large very clean room and the lady at the front desk was very nice and acomodating. And you even get breakfast!

I wasn't sure what to expect but when I saw the rooms I was very impressed how clean and nice. Everything is fresh and working. Microwave, coffee pot,,, roomy, and very clean feeling. Well Done.
