The hotel appeared to be fairly new. Room was nice. Breakfast was lacking but OK. Very convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Spent two nights here while we enjoyed all the great motorcycle trails in the area. Teeza went over and above helping us out in a situation we ended up in with our motorcycle needing repairs. Thanks for your help.

Always like Holiday Inn Exspress. Our first room had an issue so they moved us to another room no problem! Beds are comfy and the breakfast is always an appreciated plus!

The place, other than the room had a smell to it. Poor parking choices. Unable to check on motorcycle, truck and trailer unless I left the room. Informed manager prior to arriving, what I wanted. The room had large stains on the ceiling.

Room was fine but not perfectly clean. Workout room was small and dirty.

The room was great! The bed was super comfy but the TV was broken and other guests started slamming the doors at 5:38am. Very noisy in the hallway and the parking lot.

Nice place. It is up to date. Hard to find. I missed the turn and had to go around the block.

Very Clean place with Nice People! If you are he to visit and view the homes in Tellico Village this is a great hotel to stay for a few days!

The only negative was the TV did not work. Even asked the desk clerk for batteries one time to see if the remote needed new batteries and the desk clerk kind of laughed and said "we don't have batteries". Twice he said he would send someone up, no one ever showed! Other than that it was fine, thank goodness only there for 1 night!

Clean room. Good breakfast. The young man at night was very helpful for a very late check in.

Super friendly, attentive staff, offering clean, modern accommodations, in a very convenient location right next to Interstate 40 at the Lenoir City, TN exit. Priced similarly to other equal quality hotel's in this area, with the advantage of offering more recently renovated accommodations.

Warning! Do not go to this hotel. Staff said the pool was salt water, clearly it wasn’t and most of the children from our party were crying or complaining of burning eyes do to the heavy chlorine. The staff is completely rude especially the breakfast buffet waitress. She needs to find a new job out of customer service. The Holiday Inn Team needs to reevaluate their staff and make some tough decisions where needed to hopefully get this hotel into a good place. I haven’t stayed at a Holiday Inn in ages and I now know why. Marriott brand is where it is.

The front desk and management were rude, the pool water caused all the children we had with us eyes to burn to the point they could hardly open them. The nicest people we met there was the cleaning service. We have all been down there the last 2 years (a group of 60) and next year when we come we will spend our money elsewhere.

The beds were comfortable and it was a nice venue for the small retreat we attended. The rooms were clean. The only issues were that the breakfast foods did not seem to be kept quite warm enough on the buffet and some staff members were arguing loudly in front of guests. Even still, the food was good other than the temperature, and the staff argument wasn't violent, just awkward. I enjoyed my stay over all.

Beautiful facility. Appears to be recently built or renovated. I was on the 3rd floor in the center of the hallway. It was a weekday stay, so it was a quiet night. The bed was super comfortable. This was my 4th nights stay in a Holiday Inn Express over a months time. A different hotel on each of those 4 nights. This was by far the most comfortable nights sleep I had.

It was a great place. They went out of thier way to make sure my stay warm pleasant. I had an issue when I walked into my room but they fixed the problem and made it right!

Hotel is totally remodeled look super good. The people are friendly and very helpful guess where my next stay will be.

Beautiful and brand new HIE. The staff was super friendly at check in. Rooms were very modern and super clean, and the free breakfast was better than other HIE properties I've stayed at. Wonderfully comfortable beds as well.

The stay itself it fine, but there are serious issues with check in. We booked 5 months in advance for the solar eclipse, and called 3 times in the week before to confirm the reservation was good. However when we got to the hotel, they claimed they overbooked and had to cancel our reservation. They claimed there were no rooms and we would have to leave. After droving 700 miles this was not welcome news. After pushing for the room we reauested they got us a room after 15 minutes. However, the rest of the stay was fine. The beds were comfortable and the stay was fine.

The rooms were clean and up to date. Nice place to rest after a long day. The best part was Kristen at the front desk, she was very friendly and played around with my 7-year old, I'm glad we decided to stop.

One of the best hotels I've been to. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great! The room we had was very new looking and modern. The breakfast had tons of milk options, including vanilla & chocolate soy milk, so it is very vegan friendly! Also have different fruit water flavors in the lobby every day. Definitely am going to try to stay here again!

My husband and I were just married and heading to the mountains for our honeymoon when our car broke down one hour from our destination just past midnight in Lenoir City. We spent the next few hours trying everything we could think of to get the car going the last leg of the trip, but to no avail. Finally, around 4 or 5 that morning, we ended up down the road at the Holiday Inn to wait for 8am so we could tow our car to the nearest shop. We were exhausted, miserable, hungry, and not looking forward to only a couple of hours of sleep when we walked in the doors of the hotel and were greeted by Rachel Cate, the manager on duty. She was so warm and welcoming, and completely sympathetic to our dilemma. She offered us a fantastic rate on a suite, brought us to the kitchen and got us a box of food and beverages, and even let us know that we could sleep in and didn't need to worry about check out time. The kindness she showed us saved our unsaveable night! Rachel Cate exemplified the standard of hospitality. This is a hotel with great service and great people. We highly recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express in Lenoir City. The staff was extremely nice and the suite I stayed in was very clean. The breakfast was good and the location is super convenient to Knoxville and the Smokies.
