Very friendly staff who cater to your needs. Great rooms which are always clean.

They are very rude! And let druggies work for them and it clearly says on application that there will be background check and drug screening if that’s the case why have people work there that smoke weed, meth, write bad checks, workers steal others house keepers cleaning tips that they work so incredibly hard for! Good luck to anyone that stays because I have seen bed bugs in corners of the walls and near bath tubs and showers. Bravo Hampton hotel of lenoir city!

New hotel with an outdoor pool. VERY dog friendly that provided a clean outdoor dog area not to mention dog treats in the lobby. You can even charge your electric car. Every thing was very clean. Highly recommended!

This is an older Hampton inn but still a great stay. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is good and the hotel is near a lot of eating and shopping.

The facility was nice. It gives the "old" Hampton feel, but nice! The workers have a great personality. I would recommend this location.

The hotel was above average for a Hampton Inn. It was extremely clean and the stay was incredibly friendly. I recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for a week and from the beginning we had the best customer service that I have seen any hotel give! We have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years. Becky, the manager runs a tight ship. We had a little problem but she took care of it immediately and she personally made sure we were taken care of. Jessica in housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis, and she was very friendly. Hunter and Wade at the front desk we're also very friendly. Mindy who was in charge of breakfast make sure you had a full belly for the day. When we left for the week I felt like we were leaving friends. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was in the area.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very clean. Breakfast was continuously stocked. Located direct adjacent to the Med Center, but was very quiet. Little hard to navigate to though.

We couldn’t find a hotel on our way home from Florida and finally got ahold of Sean here at the Lenoir city Hampton. He was so great about getting us a room with 2 pack n plays at 2 am in the morning. It was amazing customer service both in the middle of the night and also the morning staff. We can’t say enough about the hotel staff, and how clean everything was as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a good stay here. Only downsides were that the light in the gym turned itself off often, and that they went into the room even though the do not disturb sign was on the door.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and close to a lot of restaurants and fast food options.

This is the best hotel to stay at. I have stayed at several hotels. This is by far the best. The rooms are always clean. The service is always wonderful. The staff is amazing. Easily a 5 star place to stay.

Jan 1, 2018 Fire alarm at 6:30 in the morning. They told us that they have a plumbing problem that activates the fire alarm, and that are unable to turn it off completely. The alarm will sound, people are required to evacuate, and then, after alarm is shut off, and people return to bed, it goes off again. "Plumber cannot come today". This sounds a little odd overall to me. Additionally, after the fire alarm incidents, the cleaning crew came to knock on the door to start cleaning at 9 AM, waking us up yet again, even though my wife had told them downstairs that one of my sons and I were in the room trying to catch up on the lost sleep. In other words, the desk did not inform the cleaning crew in what rooms folks were still staying and had not yet checked out. Before any of you reading this ask about a "do not disturb" sign, there was not one in the room, which is precisely why my wife told the staff we were still there. I just noticed in the reviews, by the way, that another guest (see Stephen Lowe's review of four months ago) complained about the fire alarm situation here. I regret not having seen that before stopping here. Maintenance mismanagement, staff communication problems, lack of common sense, and, apparently, if it is true that this alarm situation has been an on-going issue that they have not addressed, a lack of transparency and honesty.

Its really nice but with their renovations the smell of floor adhesive was almost overwhelming.

Elisha at the front desk is totally rude. Must be the wrong time of the month for her. She made our stay miserable. Myself and everyone in our company will stay at the Holiday Inn next door from now on. Need to gain control of your staff.

Talking with a colleague outside and we were confronted with the front desk receptionist saying we were being to loud. All kinds of complaints of being to loud. We were outside… period. No yelling, no cussing, just talking. Wow. People are so offended these days you cannot even talk outside. My opinion, take your business somewhere else.

Have stayed here several times. Great accommodations at a good price, which we've found to be the norm at Hamptons. Nice location next to a shopping center and close to good restaurants.

Very Disappointed. Hampton Inn has the reputation of providing a quality short stay experience. Traveling for work, and play we stay somewhere several times a year. This Hampton was the norm with clean and quality everywhere. The problem was the young lady behind the desk who did not have a clue. We tried to be patient, but after being double charged on our cards, yes key word our, another couple we were with, too. Then having to change rooms at 11:30 the first night, due to Tv not working, with less than friendly service for the trouble. NO social skills what so ever, turned our stay into a nightmare, and she had a different excuse every time. Hospitality was not there, odd for Hampton, and very disappointing.

A really pleasant experience at Hampton Inn Lenoir City. The room's were fresh and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was much nicer than usual. Overall a good experience for the price.

The sweet hotel dream come true for a trio of all day travelers. The "ahhh" feeling starts at the entrance and continues straight through to the pillow! The halls are nice and spacious, the decor is relaxing, and it even smells good — gently, not overpowering. The room & bathroom are crisp and clean, have all of the necessities & amenities, the bed is firm and plush, great pillows, fabulous shower… all this and breakfast, too! Wow.

Best place to stay… the team of employees are the greatest … can't say enough good things about them all… we booked 15 rooms for our out of town family for a memorial. Excellent!

It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it was very convenient to the hospital and restaurants. Also, right off the highway, but far enough away to not be noisy.

Always clean, with already friendly staff, despite how incredibly (unusually? ) busy it was that day. Though I did not order room service, it appears to be provided by the neighboring restaurant, and if it was anything like what I had had for dinner at that restaurant, it would also be fantastic. Certainly a good stay!

Great location right off of the interstate. The area was nice and had several options for food, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The Continental breakfast was delicious and all the workers were extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel was very clean and a good size. The bed was quite comfy as well. Only complaint is that they walked in to my room the next morning before time for checkout, thinking I was already gone.

What you expect from a Hampton Inn plus! Professional yet friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms with large LCD TV. Kids loved the pool. My only complaint is there is no hot tub. I need one after the long drive.

Excellent place to stay. After 23 hours of driving we were exhausted. The young lady at the desk was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was wonderful and everything was fresh. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast had great variety and was delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. And the shower! The shower was very relaxing. We had no issues at all during our stay. But I bet you that if we had had one, the staff would have fixed it, and quickly.

Great hotel, I have stayed here many times, the Hampton Inn is definitely the cleanest, newest hotel in town. Also keeps you just south of Knoxville traffic.

I stay at this Hampton Inn often. The beds are VERY comfortable! Additionally, they have a great restaurant, "Aubry's" next door. Free desert for staying at the Hampton Inn. They have a movie night on Tuesday and Manager's dinner on Wednesday. I travel here on business, but often feel as though I'm on vacation in the evenings.
