Top notch customer service from the front desk to the breakfast servers. This was our first major trip in over a year due to COVID-19 & we were very comfortable with the amenities.

So far it’s great the place is clean and quiet.

Very professional, clean room and love the hot coffee every morning. I had to stay 6 weeks and was treated with the best care. Thank you to ALL of the staff. Wonderful, caring people.

Very clean and quiet room. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful as when we first arrived there wasn't any available. However someone was in the middle of canceling a reservation and she came running out to tell my husband that a room had just came open and to come back in. We very much appreciated her doing this.

The good: Our room was very clean and quite large, the common areas were really clean, well lit parking lot. The bad: Our room smelled like a wet basement and was very damp feeling.
The toilet ran the ENTIRE stay.
We had people above us romping around all night.
Can hear traffic from the nearby roads.
There is an adjoining room and we could hear EVERYTHING from the guests staying in that room. As I am sure they could hear us as well. : (

It is definitely not a four-star hotel. Three would be pushing it I would definitely give it a solid two. It's clean. No creepy crawlies. Sheets were fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Very adequate pillows. The coffee in the room wasn't the worst. Housekeeping that I encountered was very nice. The front desk staff that I have encountered have both been nice and accommodating! the raw, even with a redo for years ago the walls are very worn. The air conditioners in the hallways are extremely old school You can definitely feel the dampness in the air. The TV channel selection is lackluster at best. Of course I'm not here to be in the room so wasn't a big deal. The pool… Well the fact that everybody on Kingston Pike can see me is not very appealing. However I happen to be a larger woman of confidence so I couldn't give a hoot, for a lack of a better word. The chairs at the pool… what on earth are y'all thinking? obviously you don't want anyone to spend a good amount of time relaxing by the pool. Not good for sunbathing at all. Comfortable to sit and hang around in but most definitely not good for sunbathing. The towels that you offer wouldn't even go around a small child. Not to mention the fact that mine look like it had been used as a rag to clean a room. It was tattered torn and you could see through it that's how much it had been used. If you're looking for an inexpensive, clean location but nothing fancy… This is it. I didn't feel unsafe in the area. It's definitely noisy.

Nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly and the whole process to check in was in less than 3 minutes literally. Even the elevator was super fast taking us to the last floor in seconds. I am so surprised and pleased.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great parking for all size of trucks, and affordable. There is a free breakfast which was pretty good. I would stay again.

I've stayed at this particular hotel a couple of times while in knoxville. The first time everything was great. Clean room, exellent customer service, great breakfast. I also stayed last night. Checked in just fine, as soon as I entered the room (208) I was hit with an overwhelming mildew smell. I believe the carpet was recently cleaned but they didnt completely remove the water from the carpet. This was not a smell that you forget about after awhile. It was very prominent all throughout the night and when I woke up. So although Everything else about this hotel is on point. Only complaint is that mildew.

Was upgraded to a suite for no extra cost because they were out of regular rooms. Very clean and breakfast had bacon and sausage even! Never had bacon offered as a breakfast item at a hotel before. Staff was friendly.

Very nice and clean property off the interstate, which is conveniently across the street from West Town mall. This property has an amazing breakfast that’s stays open a little later on the weekends! The rooms are amazing and very spacious. The beds and pillows are to die for! Their staff is VERY friendly and don’t mind going out their way to accommodate their guest!

Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the interstate and there are alot of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff are very friendly. I stay here anytime I'm in the area.

As always perfect service, clean room, friendly staff. I did not get the breakfast on this visit but it is always stellar, hot food, rools, muffins, yogurt, milk, cereal, etc. A great breakfast. See you all again soon and thank you to Corey and Ty as well for making things wonderful! ☺

The front desk guy was very professional and had my reservation ready when I arrived. I was only at the front desk for a minute or maybe second lol. Room was big clean and was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place.

Location was great and almost all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. On Sunday morning they were out of food by 8:40 am and the lady in charge of breakfast was really rude to me. I left a message with staff to have the manager contact me about it but the manager never bothered. The workout room and our room smelled like mildew and weren’t the cleanest. The lemon water in the lobby was awesome!

Newly renovated so the rooms were super clean and felt brand new. The staff was genuinely warm and courteous. Breakfast was great and offered a variety of hot foods such as biscuits amd gravy, eggs, sausages, and waffles or Chobani yogurts, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. It was a wonderful stop on this long journey.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. This property was recently remodeled and looks great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice amenities in every room, and location is close to lots of shopping/food options. Great value.

Check in no problem, super clean room, very specious. Fair price. Easy access to interstate, main drags. Free breakfast, typical hotel free food. Good variety, nothing to write home about, but does the trick. Clean eating area. No pool, but has a really decent workout area. Wife always checksfir bed bugs before we set out stuff out, and pleased to report none in our room, actually had new mattress. Would defiantly stay again.

Very nice hotel. Modern, attractive rooms. Generous breakfast bar. Secure, well-lit parking lot. All handled by an excellent staff and for a reasonable price. We would absolutely use again.

Overall very nice hotel for the price. We were upgraded to a suite so it was a nice surprise. The staff was nice, although we are really the "hands off" type of customers — — — we rarely stay somewhere long enough to have much reason to talk to the staff other than when we check in and then out. My only complaint is that the lighting in the room was quite dull. Yes, there were five total lights to turn on (very low light at the door, lamp by the couch, lamp on the desk, and the two lights on either side of the bed) but even after they were all turned on, it was still really dim in the room. Oh! And the TV is mounted in the center of the room with no mount that one could adjust. I understand the reasoning (so that if someone in bed and someone on the couch could watch), but a swivel mount would be a nice addition.

AWESOME! This is one of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in with the best price around! Everything smelled amazing. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was super impressed.

Hallways, lobby, and elevator showed and smelled of water damage, maybe from roof leaks? who knows. It was gross. bathroom in my room was poorly finished and dirty. unfriendly counter staff.

MUCH NEEDED REST after a long flight and drive to TN. I've spent only one night (12/23/17) in this particular hotel but it was very nice. Cleanliness, amenities, staff, price are all great. This LOCATION is perfectly situated by the mall and Starbucks. A+

We stayed there for almost a week, room services was amazing, front desk very nice and helpful people. The rooms were clean and beds very very comfy. Breakfast amazing, you have many options and everything was really good.

Nice enough but overpriced for location & quality of amenities. We frequently choose to stay at Comfort Inns because they usually give us the best value for lodging — clean, comfortable, convienent, and simple but tasteful. This particular Comfort Inn diminished that perception somewhat. The exterior facade aligned with what we’re used to, but the room, not so much. The room seemed very dark even with all lights on. No door on the closet, only half, suit-height hanger rod. Tiny, cheap sink countertop in bathroom. Ironing board hanging in the open. Even my husband even noted that this Comfort Inn was not up to par. He is usually fine with any room if it has a bed, a sink, a toilet, & coffee. Personnel we encountered were cordial, but apparent failure in communication by maid service resulted in our first room assignment being to an unattended room — door unlocked & all bedding on the floor.

The staff at this location were great. Very fast and friendly. The rooms are pretty decent size for a comfort inn and suites. The room was also clean and the shower had a nice shower head so that was good. I slept through the whole night so the bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was the pretty normal choice breakfast but the eggs were a little better. They spiced them up just a little. I would definitely stay here again.

Service is great, the room is comfortable. The bathroom has some issues, visible residue is evident from a previous or current leak under the sink and there was an odd spot on the bottom of bath tub that was of an unknown substance. However everything else was comfortable.

This hotel is very beautiful! Staff is friendly and hotel and rooms are very clean! My son loved it and there is plenty of room for his little toddler feet to run around in the room! Bed is super comfy! Our family got the much needed rest we needed after a long drive yesterday and another long drive home today!

So far it's been great. Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, free internet and printing area, workout room, and the breakfast isn't your usual Continental breakfast… They have waffle maker as well as sausage links, eggs, and biscuits and gravy! The only thing that would make it awesome would be a pool and hot tub.

This hotel is great! Very quite even being next to the interstate. The staff is amazing and so helpful, the hotel has great options for food near by and easy to get too. Will for sure be back!

Our TNT networking group holds their weekly meetings at this location. The rooms are large and have plenty of lighting. The staff and manager their has been very accommodating and we would highly recommend this well located Inn.

Overall very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good (fairly typical), and the staff were friendly. Only thing I found disappointing was that the pool seemed poorly maintained. The water was green through the duration of our stay and just seemed generally unkept. Other than that we were pleased with our experience.

My father and I arrived at the hotel and were greeted by friendly staff who directed us to our room. We had two double beds in a standard room on the second floor of the hotel. My dad was able to drive the car up a hill and around to the back of the hotel where you could walk directly into the hallway of the second floor by using your room key to enter a locked external door. The room was clean, the beds were made, and things seemed updated and well-kept. The hotel was comfortably quiet during our stay and in the morning we had an average/above-average Continental breakfast that included high-quality yogurt and juices, as well as very typical hotel eggs/sausage/biscuits and gravy. Everything was clean and hot, and the employees were all considerate, helpful, and pleasant. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because there was nothing exceptional about this hotel. It met every standard one would expect. However, the room was humid despite the air conditioning and the room window faced out directly to the interstate. The fact that there was direct access to the second floor with the ability to avoid the front desk might have been convenient for loading and unloading a car, but it left much to be desired in terms of safety. The one upside was that there was a lock.

Easy to find off the freeway. Oversized rooms made if wonderful. Hallways were bigger also as well as stairs. Easy parking. Norm breakfast for a comfort suites. Super comfortable beds with nice covers and pillows. Highly recommended. Starbucks almost across the street.

I had a troubling experience with my car breaking down on 75 S when traveling from Detroit to Atlanta. I found this hotel via Google and immediately booked with them. Their nightly rates were great for the area and the reviews were wonderful! Upon calling to make sure of availability for the night, one of the Front Desk Supervisors (Forrest) was extremely helpful and flexible with my situation. Major kudos to him! I got to the room just fine (visible directions to the rooms) and the room was huge! It smelled and looked clean, light fixtures were intact, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked, and the room came with a mini-fridge and freezer, microwave, and coffee and tea. Outlets were right by the bed, so no need to charge up my phone or laptop for the night across the room. Fast forward to the next day, I needed to stay one more night to wait for my car to be serviced. Another Front Desk Supervisor (Corey) greeted me with a smile and was super helpful. I ended up getting the same room! Lots of great restaurants and delivery services surrounding the hotel, so I was very happy and very full :). There was also a snack shop in the main lobby for any mid-afternoon snacks or late night munchies. Overall, this location was absolutely superb! I would certainly recommend it to anyone!

It is the best place to stay in West Knoxville at any price. The staff is super nice and friendly.

We booked this place last minute and were not sure what to expect. The rooms were very clean, and had no trouble checking in. The breakfast was excellent! Over the few days we were there, the staff made us feel at home. Their hospitality exceeded all expectations. I would recommend this place over all other hotels when in Knoxville. The absolute best hotel experience I've had so far. It would be tough to beat it.

Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed! Can't wait to go back and will not stay at any other place! The general manager and her staff are the best ever!

It was an awful experience, once I arrived the staff offered NO type of customer service. The room was decent. The sheets were dirty, the "high-speed internet" that was promised did not even working until I went to the lobby, the bathroom was decent. The only good thing about this place, it was directly in front of the West Town Mall. You can definitely get a better room and service somewhere else. Overall this was an awful experience but I guess you get what you pay for. I left ASAP the next morning. Not worth the stay.

Very friendly staff, they were very helpful when we had travel problems.

Hotel is very run down and dated. Needs new carpet furniture and TV in my room was broken. Visible dirt everywhere along the base boards. Breakfast was hard sausage patties, nasty preformed over cooked eggs cold gravy and cold biscuits. Majority of the electrical outlets need replacing as they are loose and won't hold a phone charger. Excessive cigarette butts in all the flower beds. Flat out the hotel needs updates and a new management staff that cares about the place.

Definitely not worth the price! This is a 1.5 star hotel at the most. Old furniture needs updated. Then the steal your stuff on top of that and when you call they deny that anyone has turned in items. Worst hotel I have been in.

Poor experience. Beds not that comfortable. Inappropriately sized towels — only two provided for four people and when you've been driving for 16 hours straight all you want is a proper towel to take a shower with but you can't have it because they give you hand towels to dry your body with. Then charged me twice and won't remove the charge — i'm glad it was only a passing through visit.

Very easy to get on/off interstate (which means it's close to the road but the noise wasn't an issue). Full complimentary hot breakfast. Very friendly staff, and large, clean rooms. It was a great deal.

Clean, quiet, nice staff, reasonable rates. Our room was on the side opposite the highway, so that might have made our experience better. Staff was attentive and cooperative, but the lady who makes the complimentary breakfast was most appreciated — — very polite, on the ball, never let anything run out. Housekeeping's willingness to work around our schedule was nice and the maintenance man's cheerful response to our special request for an extra chair was also appreciated. Great attention to detail and little touches from complimentary cookies in the evening to plenty of free newspapers to go around in the morning. Fitness room and sauna, stocked with extra towels, were in working order and the wireless internet access was fast and reliable. Rooms could be made very dark — — sleep 'til noon if you want, but open the curtains and a private balcony awaits. Very comfortable bed, in-room safe, refrigerator, microwave, plenty of towels and toiletries. Convenient to lots of restaurants (but avoid the Spice Rack Cantina next door unless tattooed girls in belly shirts serving from a limited menu is your thing). This isn't the cheapest hotel in the area, but it is very reasonably priced and a terrific value. BE ADVISED: Enrolling in the Ramada/Wyndham Rewards program will result in your email being shared with a third party and your email preferences will not be respected.
