Worst hotel stay by far. Booked a room for 2 nights and after the first night my things were taken from my room and put in the lobby. I could not get an explanation from management. "Sorry about your luck". If you like that phrase stay here, if not go anywhere else, even under a bridge would be better than this!

Locarion was right off the local highway, room was very clean and presentable and are a pet friendly. They had a really good breakfast bar. Had a very pleasant overnight stay.

We stayed overnight for the Funfest Avett Brothers concert. I thought the room was great. Very clean and front desk was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were so soft. Nice… I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! I had to have eye surgery across the street on July 18th and needed to request a few extra accommodations. Tiffany G. Established the booking and she did a great job! Julie L. Made the check-in & check-out process prompt and easy. Both ladies were so friendly, pleasant and professional. The room was clean and the atmosphere peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night. It was OK. Bed was comfortable. Pillows seemed small although there were three on each bed. I found a large (1 1/2") bug in the bathroom. I've never seen a cockroach so I can't say if this was one or not. I stepped on it then flushed it. Was glad we were staying only one night.

Booked a room to stay in for work so I wouldn't have to drive home for the night since I had to be back in early next morning. I arrived and they refused me the room because I was a local. Lady said policy was not to rent to anyone 65 miles or less … I live 55. So I suggest the Super 8 they rented to me right away after this and gave me a better rate. Don't support locals … Then you don't get our support.

The pool was very nice. Omg the beds are so comfy too. Very nice a. C. As well. Kept us cool the entire visit.

Very pleasant stay — — friendly staff, comfy bed, hot breakfast. A note of caution to future guests: Reserve your room directly through Red Roof Inn. I used Expedia and paid $100+ more for my week's stay than I would have booking with the hotel. It's the last time I will ever use Expedia!

Easy access off the interstate, clean, staff is professional and courteous. We took advantage of the hot breakfast and were surprised to see eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy! Really a nice touch as some are lacking in their breakfast choices, definitely a place to consider staying in Kingsport.

I am going to be recommending it to everyone that lives in the area. I'll also recommend it to all the other out of town visitors. I had the n pleasure of staying at all the hotels almost in the Kingsport area and the Redroof Inn and The super 8 are by far the nicest and cleanest rooms around. The westside Inn wasn't the best looking but budget wise it was 3rd runner up.

It's a great hotel with a great price very peaceful and close to everything you may want to do. They have a onsite laundry room and the Court yard by the pool is really nice and if you enroll in the redicard program then you earn lots of points that can be redeemed for a free night stay or other rewards you may like. The staff is also great always goes above and beyond to see you have a great stay.

Stayed here for a little while for a job. Cleaning staff is wonderful, the breakfast is always hot, and the rooms are pretty good. Good water pressure, and nice televisions.

Upgraded room hadn't been upgraded for at least 5 years. Paint chipping from walls, carpet very dirty, breakfast wasn't very good either ended up buying food on the road. Bed was pretty comfortable though and sheets were clean.

I gave this a 5 star because I was shocked at how nice this was. I thought red roof inn was dirty and dingy but boy was I wrong. This is a well maintained, pleasant staff, nice seasonal outdoor pool and beautiful breakfast. Beds were comfortable and new bedding, furniture, sink, tub/shower and fresh paint. They deserve a real pat on the back here. Couple of little potential issues… NEED BETTER SIGNAGE for sure. Was a little confusing even with GPS. As always, doors are not sound proof. There was no one here when we stayed so it was really quiet but when housekeeping went by quietly it was noisey. They weren't doing anything wrong, just the door letting sound in. Again, this isn't a 5 star hotel, I just gave it 5 stars because of how pleasant it was to stay here and I will be back for sure.

Stinky /smokey. Wanted to throw up from the smell Thank goodness I carry a large can of Lysol or else I would have. Even after I sprayed when I played my head to the pillow I was disgusted by the cigarette stench in the pillow. I requested smoked free room. Not!

I'm here now with no heat. Reported the issue and was told they knew it didn't work. But still rented me the room. I'm in 166.70.00 for a room you have to cover your whole body and face to stay warm. Its 34 degrees right now. They can make it right somehow or I'll never be back. Stayed here many times with no issues.

Very clean & pet friendly. Coffee provided but the pods aren't that great had to run it through twice. Over all I was pleased with the stay :-)

Took me 30 minutes to finally get a room. First and second set of keys for room did not work and when they finally got me in the room it was disgusting. Trash on the floor, bed was unmade with dirt sheets on it. Second room I got was at least clean. Don't stay here.

It was a nice room it also smelled very clean the bed was very soft the pillows were small kind of like a throw pillow but very soft was very comfortable they allowed my Pomeranians to come with me will definitely go back.

Bad experience all around. If you pay with cash you also need a cash deposit. If you check out early and you have money coming back to you, they can't pay you back in cash. I've never heard of anything like that before. After they gave me the rm key cards they didn't work. I was a little insulted when she was trying to teach me how to use the card. Long story short, she had keyed them incorrectly the first time.

Nice staff, Great breakfast, clean rooms! Could use some updates but enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here on several occasions. The rooms are comfortable in the renovated King. It is close to a lot of shopping centers. Easy access in and out of the hotel. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly with areas to walk your dog.

I had family in town visiting that stayed here and they were very happy with this hotel. It is very clean and has a great breakfast.

The rooms were clean upon arrival and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed it and would stay at one again. Very affordable for what you can get.

Place was clean and relatively new inside. Definitely cleaner than the last Red Roof we stayed in and it's right off the highway. We're on a cross country trip and we didn't get in until 4AM, requested a late checkout of 1PM, regular checkout is 12, had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, housekeeping knocked at 11:15. Why is housekeeping knocking at 11:15 if checkout is regularly 12? Let alone the fact we asked for a late checkout. I'm exhausted from driving all night and kinda pissed you woke me up. You lose a star, but would def recommend people stay here.

One of those rooms that seemed wet all the time. If I didn't have a non-refundable deposit I would have left. If you can afford the extra 20 bucks, go elsewhere. I was in the King Superior remodeled… they took a bed out and replaced it with a stained love seat. I slept on top of the cover and didn't shower there.

Great location. I always stay here when I come to Kingsport. I recommend this place to anyone. Clean facility. Some rooms a little out dated but it is extremely clean. Good breakfast in the am. Really friendly staff. Decent prices. Near highway. Located near plenty of restaurants. I really like this place.

The non-smoking rooms were stale with smoke odors. Several strands of hair were found in the towels. We got the rooms for a really cheap price. That's the only pro I can think of.

We really liked the location, the room was clean and relatively nice for the price. Needed some uodates, but overall prety clean. The staff was were very friebdly, and we would stay here again.

Stayed here with my dad for the spring Bristol Race. Had to find it on the fly due to unpredictable weather conditions and got a room for a reasonable price compared to others near Bristol. Drive from the track was relatively short, hotel was very quiet which was a plus. Room was reasonably clean, slight smell of smoke but comfortable clean beds. Bathroom was horrible, with mold on the ceiling in the shower. There was also a large wet spot of carpet near the sink where apparently water was coming thru the ceiling from the room above. Breakfast was on par with other budget hotels, not great but not bad either. Staff was friendly. If you're in town for a NASCAR weekend and just need a cheap place to pass out, it's not a bad value.

Not very friendly for pets not very friendly at all very expensive to stay do not like all the rules and regulations of a hundred dollars here and there and trying to take all your money not a place to stay do not recommend highly do not recommend.

From the time we checked in, we were treated with friendly service. The room was very clean, the beds were most comfortable. At night, we didn't hear a sound. We liked the location, very close to everything. The heater worked great. The t. V. Was HD and a nice size. The room had everything a more expensive hotel offers. A microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc. Maid service every day was wonderful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was more than enough, with lots of variety. We will stay there again, highly recommend.

Are stay at red roof in they had put new carpet in are room It is a nice price and the room was clean. The breakfast was nice. My only complaint was that the house keepers sit along the side walk and smoke and on the stairs and you have to walk right through there smoke. Just glad my room wasn't right were they were sitting you would of had to climb over them to get out of you room. And there smoke would of blown in your room. I think they should have a smoking area away from the rooms and guest.

0 stars if I could. Rude rude rude front desk boy. Dirty rooms and keys didn't work two times. Nasty place with roaches in the breakfast area. I will NEVER stay there again and I suggest NO one else does.
