This place was a good price. Was a horrible experience though. When I woke up the first night their was a bed bug crawling on my pillow. They had the flooring duck taped down in places it was sticking up. Also when we first went up to our rooms the fumes from work They were doing were so strong that no one should have been staying there. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean enough, but the Breakfast needs some serious improvements. There was not hardly anything there, at least have the waffle makers. The pillows are paper thin.

I was at woodsprings for a month and hated EVERY minute. Super 8 is just that super. If it had better water pressure it would be awesome. Nice clean rooms nobody pestering you or beating on walls. It's super A OK.

Rude staff almost demanded I book with them instead of online they doubled the pet fee and wanted cash pretending they couldn't get my card to go through all around bad experience I will not go back.

Surprisingly extremely clean. Will stay at this motel again.

Decent place, a little old, very plain breakfast, packed pastry and milk with cereal, but is clean staff are nice and easy to get into.

If u think of going here just find somewhere else to go. We had to wait 45 mins for the man at the counter to figure we didn't have to pay the hotel when u pay through priceline. When we finally got our room it took everything in me not to walk out but at this point our reservation was not refundable. I've never had to look away because I couldn't believe someone could leave a shower so disgusting. Three bugs crawled out, the soap from the guest was left before me. We were on the road 3 days sleeping in our vehicle so I was just ready to stretch out. But seriously just keep going for the price you can get so much more.

For the price, you get considerably better than you'd expect. Overall clean in every way except for the smell of cigarettes out in the halls. No smoke smell in the room though so we didn't mind at all. Only real complaint about the room itself is lack of convenient power outlets.

ROACHES! They have roaches. I recently stayed here on a business trip, with another couple. There were bits of the faux wood flooring coming up, the air conditioning barley worked so caution if you are staying here on a hot day. Our room was not clean. There was plentiful dust and we all woke up with allergies bothering us. Our last straw was seeing roaches crawling in the floor, NEAR the beds. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

UNBELIEVABLE! The staff appeared to be polite and friendly at first. But they mistakenly charged me for two nights and refused to refund me all to make a profit. They hid behind policy and showed zero remorse for their mistake. AND on top of that the bed sheets had blood on them. Clearly the staff is negligent and does not wash the sheets because you just cannot miss that! I was absolutely discussed by my experience with this place. I don't have a problem with other Super 8 motels but this is by far the WORST motel experience I have ever had!

Nice place. Clean and had all the appliances the cheaper places do not have. A little breakfast, but better than none.

Very friendly front desk but… tub could be cleaned better, black gunk around edge. TV has no menu… can't see what is on, just have to watch to see if it's what you want. On the good side, coffee pot, frig and microwave in room. Overall, OK to stay but I wouldn't brag about it.

Very old outdated rooms. Not well maintained. Breakfast was pitiful. It was our first trip to the Bristol night race. It was the only thing that my wife could find and it was $250 for one night. I'm pretty sure I know why it was the last one to get booked.

Room was nice, coffee was atrocious lol I had intended to check out late but as soon as I tasted the coffee I bolted home for a good cup!

It is an old building. The place is surface clean, but the towels are many shades of grey which make them appear dirty. The staff and the owners are friendly. It is an affordable accomodation — you get what you pay for.

Super nice staff! Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds, small fridge, and microwave. Great location close to different shops and restaurants and the prices are very reasonable. They also allow pets for a small fee, which is a must for me :)

Location is great right in the middle of the city next to the mall as well as lots of resturants its right across the street from a local bar called The Crowbar it has a couple pool tables in it or u could just go to Newman's pool hall or Bailys plenty of thongs to keep you occupied so location Great service well could be better they kept fighting with each other plus even interupted a meeting we were having by just barging in our room but besides that its just an arab owned halfway decent hotel in a good location.

Niko and cj stayed here and thought it was nice because they usally stayin howard Johnson inn's.

Best hotel/motel ive ever stayed in. Very clean room, very nice bathroom. Lots of towels & air conditioner works great. Also, hallway smells amazing.

It was a nice clean motel. Definitely worth the price and the front desk gentleman was super nice.

Stayed 3 nights at Super 8 in Johnson City, Tn. When I was riding the surrounding area on my motorcycle. Office staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. I would stay here again if in the area and recommend to others. Would have given 5 stars but the breakfast selection was not great and I stayed when there was a NHRA race in Bristol and the other guest were very loud.

Bad location, service unfriendly, hotel stinks from body odor and cigarette smoke, scared to try breakfast. Will not ever stay at hotel again.

The rooms were nice, but the continental breakfast was sucky. Had to make our own food and wasnt allowed to take it back to room. Could have been worse though. Free Wi-Fi, but it is extremely slow and cuts out alot. Large webpages wont load, Google had trouble loading. Overall, a decent experience. Have definitely had worse experiences.
