The Greeneville, TN location is clean and top notch. The customer service is great as well.

Nice and clean. Good breakfast. Not great fitness center.

Room/building were clean. Breakfast was lackluster. This is your typical chain hotel with the usual amenities. Prices might not be ideal, but it's a better price than other locations, and it's worth the cleanliness alone.

Super friendly staff, great location. Very clean inside and out. Everything we needed and more. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in.

I can only give 1 star because I left my stay with bed bug bites! I didnt realize I had them until I got home. I called back and the male that answered the phone had an “oh well” attitude. Informed me he would pass it along to the manager and IF I got the bites there they would inspect the room. Are you kidding me? I will be calling the manager, health department, and corporate myself first thing Monday morning! I will most definitly not be staying there ever again based simply on the attitude of the staff!

The people there were very polite and helpful… rooms are very clean and maintained nicely… breakfast was very delicious and many items to choose from.

Before you hunt any further! The best place ever! You seriously will love it there. They actually "clean" their rooms ; unlike other hotels. The front desk personel are so very sweet and kind. I love the manager (and staff) ; she went an extra mile for me and my family. She made me feel at home and like she genuinely cared about my concerns. I will always get a room at this hotel. I would never consider anywhere else.

Okay location and price, Wi-Fi sucks don't even bother trying to use it. Bed was very uncomfortable in my opinion. Breakfast was okay as well — standard hotel breakfast.

Comfortable hotel in Greeneville. It is a little dated but the staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing special, just a standard Hampton Inn. We were on the second floor. Ice maker on our floor didn't work. Room was fine, with good heat and good shower. No extra pillows available. Breakfast was limited but had the good open face egg sandwiches. Self-serve coffee setup was nice but the bold coffee was barely warm.

Clean, quiet room. The staff was nice and accommodated a late check out. The room included a mini fridge, microwave and a surprisingly good "pod" coffeemaker.

Staff was very helpful and courtious. Found our room clean and well appointed.

Great place to stay. Angie was very attentive and recommended a wonderful Italian restaurant.

I wish I could say something nice about this facility, but I was very disappointed when I drove to your facility and was thinking of staying with y'all until I noticed y'all don't even have the respect to those who lost their lives in Nevada's massacre to place the American flag at half mast. How disrespectful…

I was there visiting family who were overnight guests. That being said, the value of my review may be limited, however, the room was very clean and the hotel overall is one I would be happy to stay In based on my experience during the visit.

Wonderful hospitality. Great rooms. My family and I were in the middle of moving and expedia messed our booking up and wouldn't budge. The man at the desk (Rick) went above and beyond to get my family and I into a room for the night. Wonderful breakfast as well.

The staff is outstanding! In town for wedding and the staff made our stay and our family and friends stay fantastic! Very friendly staff! Thank you for the great visit!

Third time staying in this hotel and we've always liked it. This time the bathroom wasn't as clean as the previous stays. The rest of the hotel was fine. Kids love swimming on our stays here.

Average room. Clean but there is mold in shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Can't say enough. However the chain management does not offer free Wi-Fi or setting it up wants lots of personal info. Boo!

I stay here multiple times a year and the rooms are always clean and accommodating. The breakfast is your standard Holiday Inn/Hampton fare and the Wi-Fi has never given me any trouble. The pricing scales aren't awesome but it's a nice place to stay overall.

It's been good so far. I'm in day 2 out of 4 days. The breakfast was better than I expected for the typical complimentary breakfast and the staff is nice.

It was nice, the service was great. Only thing I had issue was the jacuzzi tub didn't work right and was super loud so wasn't really relaxing.

I love the hotel bc the beds are cozy and the breakfast is great!

Ask if I could rent the party room and rent the pool or 2 hrs for our baseball team banquet and the manger said it a very hatefull voice NO. Not very nice people running this place. Don't recomend to stay or having meetings there.
