No hot breakfast they give it to you at front desk even coffee! Hotel needs some work just not worth over 150$ a night!

Absolutely DISGUSTING! Do not go to this hotel! Rooms are not clean! Been waiting for the manager to call and discuss but still havent received a call and it’s been 5 days. We were told that the manager would be in, in the morning at 7am. My husband woke up to meet him there and was told, oh he was here at 6am but left for a funeral. Then was told the manager would call us the following day to talk about all the issues we had with the room. Still waiting…
So, They offered to switch rooms and the other one was exactly the same, absolutely filthy. We had just been awake for 30 hours traveling for a funeral with 4 kids. If we hadn’t brought up all our stuff (which was A LOT) and hadn’t been traveling 30 hours with a screaming baby who wouldn’t go back into a car seat we would have left. There was no way we could get those kids back in a car. So we just had to deal with the filth.
I have used holiday inns all my life and never encountered gross rooms as the two in the hotel. With Covid going on you would expect the rooms to be immaculate but it was quite the opposite. The pictures I included are some of what we encountered in the room we had to stay in. There were dirty towels hanging, bugs in the tub and all over the floor, broken plastic silverware, pieces of old food and chips all over the carpet where my baby had been crawling, pubic hairs in the bathroom, and the nozzles of the containers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash caked in product.

The most comfortable bed and pillows ever!

The staff was Great the hotel is super nice and the Indoor pool was awesome we had a great time with my out of town Guests.

No drinkable water (too warm from tap). Otherwise great.

The guys that were there to check you was very friendly and had a smile each time we came into the door. At night time a young lady was at the front desk she also was nice telling us to enjoy our night. I didn’t make breakfast! Also I have to say my experience was excellent especially with booking for the family reunion Hemmy made everything go very smoothly. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Rooms are well kept and clean. Make sure you grab breakfast. A pretty decent selection of different things foods, including hot. Toilets and tubs are kind of low of you're a tall person, aside from that, it's really nice for a 2-star hotel.

Exceptional Hotel accommodations! Breakfast was great. I love the cinnamon rolls. My room was spacious and clean.

I had a class at this hotel for work. It was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good, and there were a lot of coffee selections. If the rooms compare well to the lobby of the hotel and its conference room, I'd say it'll be great.

I really enjoyed my stay here the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. I will definitely stay here again. My only disappointment was with the bathroom I felt like I was using it on the floor and almost couldn't pull up.

I love this hotel. Great customer service from all employees. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

This is such a cute area! The hotel itself was really decent for Holiday Inn. We did end up getting a room with a clogged toilet and a shower that didn't drain, so that was no fun. I was also a little grossed out that they kept the eggs next to the meat at breakfast and the eggs had a sort of grainy cheese like substance on them. I was hoping for scrambled eggs and waffles for breakfast, and ended up with a biscuit and a hard boiled egg. Employees were all very nice. Coffee was good. Beds clean.

Super cozy bed, very friendly staff, continental breakfast wasn't near as good as ive had at other Holiday Inn Express hotels, but I'll definitely stay again if I'm back in the area!

Only been here 24 hours but I am very pleased so far. Comfy room, very large, clean. Decent breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

All of the employees have been fantastic! The man who checked us in was very helpful, the lady who worked night shift, and the lady working the breakfast bar. All very nice! The room was very clean, Internet worked great. Pool was awesome, its nice to be able to take the kids swim in February since the pool is heated and indoor! I have 0 complaints. We will be back!

My family had their meet and greet here for the family reunion. Nice size conference room.

Great stay. It's a bit difficult to find the place but once you do your in for a treat the staff was amazing and the room was extremely clean. I personally seek out forgotten places (under bed) picture frame edges and such and these places were all clean. Breakfast was usual hotel food. Bed was compfortable. I recommend this place.

Very clean. Polite and friendly staff. Nice breakfast, fresh baked cinnamon rolls. A little hard to find, missed out turn the first time. A little far groom downtown Memphis and Beale St. Very safe neighborhood.

Nice rooms. HD tv. Clean. Breakfast is marginal but room is nice.

Rooms were clean, bed was surprisingly comfortable but firm, breakfast wasn't great though but free, fitness center was small and needed more, and streets needed some patching on the entrance, staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall comfort was good. When first arrived had to go hunt down the clerk and when we got to our room there was no blankets. Also tub was very small.

Nice clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. Room was clean with comfortable beds and the included breakfast buffet had a large selection and everything I tried was hot, fresh and tasted very good. Will definitely stay again on my future Dr visits nearby.

I book a room on line 2 weeks ago it was Classic weekend. Front desk manger call me and told me that the card I had on file was declined so I gave him my other card so he told me that when I arrive make sure I show my ID so when I check my card they took the amount of the room off already so when I got there the front desk clerk ask to swipe my card again that's when I told him they call me earlier today and the amount is already taken off my card y do I have to swipe my card again I guess he was new or something but he told me that it was fine so he check me in and gave me my room keys after the tailgating my boyfriend went to the room and I went to the bars on beale street so he called me and said the key is not working so I called front desk and he stated u told my employee not to swipe your card I said yes because u have already took the money off my card he said well I'm going to put the money back on your card because u have someone else checking in and u suppose to b here with him that's my personal business what I'm doing he cnt be at the room while I'm out partying so I give them a 1 star because that was very inconvenient for me ill never book them again tgey sucks.

Horrible service! Made reservations well Over a month ago at an agreed rate. Got here checked in and the rate was 20 more per night with no explanation. The only thing the check in clerk told us was the notes in the system said to raise the rate! I have stayed many places and have never experienced unprofessionalisn like this! Recommend not staying here!

Not worth staying. I reached mid-night and they say that the reservation got cancelled, giving some reason and gave a higher rate room. The room smelly and did not have basic things. I told management about this and they said the manager is going to call me and I never received the call. I don't think the property managers care about this.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We are a family of 5. This was our 2nd stay at this hiexpress. Great hotel. Great staff. Went out of their way to get our infant son some milk from the breakfast stock eventhough it was 9pm. Backs up to a huge preserve and is located in a quiet dead end with a undeveloped neighboring lot. I would highly recommend this hotel. Minutes to shopping, dining and the zoo.

For the price it was not that nice, the toilet seat was very loose, the carpet was stained up. To me the price should have been around $ 90.00. The staff was very nice. David.

Excellent! Love Holiday Inn as a general rule. This was a nice clean hotel. The staff was gracious and helpful.

The whole first floor smelled unpleasantly of a multitude of burned incense sticks: think sandlewood and lavender. The room I stayed in had worn carpet that I did not want to walk on barefooted. The door had a 1.5" gap at the bottom that anyone could lay down and peer straight into the room through. I remedied this by placing the padded suitcase stool against. I had to kill a large spider in the middle of the night that was crawling up the wall. The A/C made an out of sync groaning all night which forced me to sleep in my headphones. Parking lot outside had 4 spent. 380 caliber handgun shells. The drawer under the TV had someone's left over black business tube socks that was not removed. All this can be had for $200/night.

Wonderful place to stay! Super clean and friendly staff! The free breakfast bar was amazing and the two ladies who manage it, Michelle and Della go above and beyond to make the experience a pleasure! We were in town for a funeral and Michele warmed our hearts with her kindness! Great breakfast and she even helped me carry our trays to our room. Thank you Michele!

We were down this weekend for my wife's sleep study, which was canceled after a 2 hour drive but the hotel made our stay worth the drive because it was clean thanks to the environmental ladies. The kitchen lady was amazingly nice, the front desk staff was friendly also. The rooms need better TV choices on ordering movies and something to show what is coming on (TV Guide).

Clean and newish. Friendly staff. Great trail out back to take a run or walk.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The best part of it was the home cooked breakfast. It wasn't just cold cereal. They served every breakfast food you can imagine. It was all delicious. The manager over the kitchen was a wonderful woman who gave me a free sample of the coffee that is used at the hotel. I have never tasted coffee that superb before. I will definitely go back!

I do not recommend this hotel. Staff is rude and wiil not work with you. Mr. Patel was completely unreasonable. He hung up on me and also he instructed his help to do the same. Claimed he could not use the room for two days and this guy had the nerve of accusing me of ripping his linens. What a joke! I have never had problems with any of the other nicer hotels in the area. The guys name says it all. DO not make the mistake of staying here, I would rate less than one star if possible.

I provide 3 stars for 3 reasons… 1. I had a non-smoking room and it smelled like stale smoke when I walked in. Big time. 2. They advertise a weight room and there was a broken treadmill, broken elliptical, broken TV, and an old cable machine. One of the main reasons I chose this place was because it offered a weight room… and that was a bust. 3. I give them credit for a clean room, nice sheets/pillows, made up everyday when I was at work.

The hotel itself was fine, but the location was awful. There's nothing around, only a bunch of business parks and terrible restaurants.

The hotel is really nice and very clean. I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have any issues with the water pressure. The bath towels were not the best quality but overall the hotel was nice.

The manager who checked us in put us across the hall from a party. It went on late into the night. The hotel did nothing about the noise. When we complained to the manager the next day all we got was a negotiation on fees. Not once did he show any remorse. It was all about the money not guest comfort. A good manager would put the party goers in the rooms near the party room not tired people needing rest.
