We stayed here for two nights, before and after our visit to the Jack Daniel Distillery Lynchburg Tennessee. Nice, quiet room. Breakfast both mornings was very good. I'm sure we will stay again on our next trip.

Very clean, very nice, the staff is awesome, and so polite. I've never had a better experience than here at a hotel. This place is awesome, and extremely inviting! I'll be back to this hotel specifically when I come back in a few weeks, and when I come back to start my move from California…

Room was clean and breakfast was good. No complaints from me. This was our second time there.

Everything was great. Loved the bed. Only problem was no elevator, so we had to take a room in the back because my wife can't climb stairs. In fact we stayed here 3 days ago and we're back for 2 more.

Nice rooms but smoking has occurred in the past. Nice pool area with handicapped accommodations to the pool. As always great breakfast amenities.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds with tons of pillows. Room and Bathroom in my first floor room was handicap equipped. Rails for bathroom, plenty of wheelchair accessible floor space. The pool wasn't open yet, but they do have a chair lift for getting into the pool. Vending machines, coin washer/dryer available. Iron board, iron, hair dryer, coffee/tea maker, desk for lap top with Wi-Fi connection. Great complimentary breakfast that included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, fresh fruit, grits, oatmeal, toaster for bagels, toast, egg muffins, yogurt, waffle maker with toppings, cereal, juices, milk, hot coffee and tea. Self serve but also handicap accessible with an employee always nearby to help. Was very quiet, so everyone in our party had a great nights sleep.

Room was clean and up to date. No complaint about my stay. Is was great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was Great! I will definitely stay here again!

Very nice staff. Clean room and bed was comfortable. No heat in bathroom unless door left open. Bathwater a little better than lukewarm. Room thermostat not working. Went from hot to freezing all night then worked fine once morning came. Not sure if management has changed or what. Stayed there 6 years ago and couldn't have been better. Won't stay there again.

The room was nice and lots of room. We were just passing thru but would stay there again. Breakfast was ok. They need to add bacon and real eggs. Have no idea what they were serving for eggs but they were disgusting.

This Motel is not state-of-the-art by any means. It's a motel. That being said the staff go out of their way to make their guests comfortable and happy. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable. We are here for 4 nights every year in October. I would recommend it to a friend.

Nice place to stay. We stayed because it was close to Lynchburg and reasonably priced. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. A full breakfast was included.

Clean and a comfortable bed, the complementary breakfast was OK, the OJ was very watery, but there were eggs and sausage so a good way to start the day with protein, important to me. Close to the historical town square with coffee shops and retail in an old-timey setting. The hotel is near some distilleries and it has a 'country' feel which we liked. Many places to eat in the older part of town so you can get away from fast food types.

Been coming to this hotel for the last 12 yrs. Always checked in early without any problems. This time we were a little earlier and the man stated he really couldn't do anything for us at that moment cause they would dock his paycheck. Who does stuff like that? My heart sunk for the guy. He also stated if we came back around 7am they would charge us only $20 extra to check in early. Hearing that just tells me management doesn't appreciate their employees and surely doesn't appreciate repeat customers. Then just when I thought things couldn't get any worse both washers we broken. After my experience I completely am getting rid of my rewards card as I will NEVER and I mean NEVER stay at another BW again. I'd rather pay more money to be accomodated. I think their policy stinks and it wasn't like they were busy either. In fact the duration of the time we we there the hotel seemed empty. It's only a matter of time before people start realizing they are getting ripped off. Very disappointed. Staff was really nice and that was about the only thing nice there. .

This was a nice hotel with clean rooms, helpful staff, and a beautiful view. It is conveniently located in the heart of fayetteville with quick access to most any part of the county. We have family that lives there and look forward to our future stays being at Best Western.

The Best Western Fayetteville is a quiet country motel with an excellent staff that make you feel welcome. The staff gave us a list of area restaurants with directions to them! This was super helpful if you are looking to find that good old home cooking in a new area! The morning breakfast was very well presented to the guests. The breakfast room was exceptionally clean and the food choices where terrific. The room could have used an update of carpet and beds. The room had a stale air smell and the bed was ready for a replacement! The pool area was relaxing and in a unique spot! This still made a good get away spot for a very reasonable price.

We always enjoy our stay glad the pool was open when we come to Fayetteville Tn to visit my family loves staying here. Thank u Bw.

This was stop 3 of the 2017 mid life crisis tour. They allowed us s late check out si we could do the jack Danials tour in the am. Breakfast was typical but eating area was very clean and had a nice aviance. The staff was Great and very accommodating. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Clean comfortable room. Large king size bed with plenty of pillows. Staff is professional and helpful. Breakfast in the morning. The big thing for me Semi Truck parking.

This place is clean comfortable rooms with great staff. I came in late and Katie waited on me she was so friendly and helpful. I stay here at least 3 times a year. They have a nice outside pool and awesome breakfast if you are in Fayetteville Tn stay here it us well worth it.

The rooms have recently been updated. Nice rooms, comfy beds and great staff. The free breakfast was also good. The best part is we were able to bring our family dog at a very reasonable addtional fee of only $10 per night. I will be staying again next time my family and I come to town to visit our family.

Near Jack Daniel's Distillery and Tammys Outback (please look for Sonny, he cooks on the both places). Good option in the town.

We went to Fayetteville, TN on an emergency road call service for a broke down semi all the way from Greenwood, IN. There were more difficulties with the repair when we arrived so unexpectedly had to get a hotel room for the night, which was a little unnerving given we were in an unfamiliar area. The driver of the semi recommended Best Western since it was across the street from where we were going to park the semi overnight. We were more than pleased with our sudden stay. It was everything we could have asked for in a room and more. The lobby is welcoming, very well kept, up to date, and friendly. The room was perfect. Room 103. Flat screen TV, free Wifi, Amazingly comfortable KING size bed and those pillows, OMG. I wanted to purchase one to take with me! Which you can actually do there for an additional $25.00 among other items you can purchase as well. I have chronic neck and back pain and for the first time in months, I woke up feeling refreshed, no headache, and felt so great! Pillows are amazing. It was a quiet area, no loud parties or neighbors. We also did stay on a Monday night though. :-) Shower was fantastic, really nice tub and shower head. No bugs, bed bugs, nothing of that nature in sight for us as we're always weary of hotel rooms and bed bugs. We saw NONE. Very clean, nice room. You also have the choice of smoking or non smoking which is always a nice perk. The free breakfast was fantastic as well, lots of variety.

Stayed here last week and was looking forward to a clean hotel like people described. Arrived to check in at 5am after driving all day and night. My mother-in-law and I asked for a non-smoking room and were given room 106. When we entered it smelled terribly like smoke, but I thought maybe we would get used to it or it just seemed bad at first. When you're as tired as we were, the last thing you want to do is switch rooms. Turns out we would have been happier loosing that extra sleep or sleeping in the car because we tossed and turned half the night cause I at least couldn't breath normally due to inhaling the smoke smell so badly. After taking a shower and stepping back into the room it felt like a kick in the nose hitting the smoke again. We complained to the lady at the front desk but she said in a very unconcerned tone that it was because our room was between two smoking rooms and that next time we should ask for another room. We told her that is ridiculous and there should NOT be a non-smoking room between two smoking rooms and she didn't care at all. If you want a non-smoking room, I suggest you use caution at this hotel.

My family and I evacuated to this hotel for hurricane Gustav and had a very nice stay there. The rooms were very clean and in great condition. Nothing looked worn, dirty or stained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The staff there was also very accomidating and friendly. The resturant there had very good, home cooking style food. This hotel is only 5 minutes away from a Wal-Mart and various other shops and resturants. There is also a nice part of town with antique and various other shops which made for a nice outing. The hotels' surrounding were beautiful and peaceful. Best of all, the hotel is located only 20 miles away from the Jack Daniels distillary, which offers free tours. My familly will absolutly stay here again.
