Obviously for the price point you should understand the expectations. Staff was nice, bed clean and comfortable, in room Wi-Fi. I got what I wanted and what I payed for and have no complaints.

They didn't even have a bar of soap in the bathroom, luckily I had some in train case. In the morning they knocked on the door two different times before 9:30 as if you should be ready to leave. Check out not until 11

My room was not the greatest on ground level but was able to get one with a better view with no problem.

The employees was wonderful. Rooms were clean.

I've stayed here 4x on trips to Atlanta. For the (very low) price paid one should know its an older hotel without a lot of upgrades to the facilities. However the staff has always been friendly, I always had soap and clean bedding, I've checked in after midnight without a reservation and they were pleasant even at that hour. I use it as a quick stopover for 6 hours sleep and usually leave before breakfast starts. My free advice is if you are travelling by yourself or on a low budget then its ideal. If you are travelling with your family or your best girlfriend then you might want to stay in a higher price point.

Our room looked NOTHING like the pictures posted. Im sure some of the rooms may have been better but ours was like something from a cheesy horror movie. Stains on the walls and a schotty electrical set up. The light switch worked everything in the room including the TV and said light switch gave a small zap when flipped. The bed was caved in the middle and the heating unit looked like a fire hazard. The bathroom was downright disgusting with moldy nasty tiles coming up and mold on the walls. The shower floor was soft and felt like you were going to fall through and the bathroom smelled when the water was running. Toilet was super close to wall. I couldn't wait for our stay to be over. This motel was lucky it was our last resort. Health department really should be contacted.

Worst value ever for what we paid! Smell: awful. Water tastes like chlorine. Stains on one of the beds. Scratchy towels. No shampoo. Walls stained considerably. Toilet was super close to wall so you had to sit at an angle. Cellophane wrapped breakfast. Old tube TV. The phone looked gross and sticky. You can hear the highway through the walls. Beds were comfortable and pillows were too.

Terrible! Love having a headboard fall on you while you are just laying there. When you call the attendant she hangs up on you. Smells bad, towels and sheets have stains on them. Do not stay go pay the extra 30 bucks to stay at the hampton or holiday inn up the road.

This was the worst motel I've ever stayed in… it smelled like sewer and mold… the staff was very rude… if I could rate it lower I would give them a — 10… this place sucked… don't stay there… drive on into gatlinburg and don't waste your money there… diffinently not worth it!

I would rate lower if I could. No hot water, no bath tub, and the staff were rude to my mother.

I've been staying here off and on for 8 years plus when I passed through the area. Management has always treated me well and very friendly. Rooms have always been clean and my stay quiet. It's a budget hotel, great value. If you want to be greeted by management in a suit and tie go spend three times as much in Knoxville.

When you check in make sure you don't need to drive anywhere they want to keep your drivers license at the front desk and you get it back when you check out. This place even has a curfew for its guests 10pm.

We did not stay here. We went to it on our way to Gatlinburg and didn't really want to spend a whole lot of money for lodging on this night. We found it in one of the pamphlets located in the rest area and it advertised around $32 and free Wi-Fi. The guy who opened the door when I attempted to check in and had no shoes or socks on, which I found to be rather unprofessional. I got interrogated about whether I had pets or children (I had neither). Then, when I asked about Wi-Fi, was told there was NO Wi-Fi in the individual rooms (as advertised) — — except in the office building, where the family who runs the place evidently lives and where they don't have any rooms, it seems. When I said to the guy that this seemed to be false advertising, he got very rude with me, threw my driver's license and credit card back at me and told me to "Get Out! " I was very happy to leave. Steer clear of this place, in my opinion. Who needs to deal with that kind of rude. BTW, I arrived on a Friday night around 11 and there was exactly one car parked in front of a room in the building without Wi-Fi. Guess they really don't need the money. Lol.
