This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We had over 20 rooms booked for my destination wedding in South Carolina. We were there from Tuesday and checked out Friday and on the following Sunday, we were overcharged by $3000 to our bank account! Which of been ruined our honeymoon because it took them over five days to return our money back into our account. They had a credit card on the wrong people’s accounts, had all personal information on the wrong account, on all of our repeat we had people with personal information that we did not know on our receipt like addresses phone numbers and credit card information. They screwed up everyone’s reservation and did absolutely nothing to help fix it. They refunded everyone next day there on accident and then had to re-charge them and overcharged me the amount of everyone staying there and then took five days to refund it. They never offered any compensation or even an apology for doing so. They never tried to even make it right they didn’t come up any room for the hassle or all the mistake. They did absolutely nothing but make my once-in-a-lifetime wedding weekend and honeymoon miserable and stressful. They are so dumb how overbooked and did not have a room for the mother of the groom even know she had been booked months in advance. And then all of a sudden “found “a room but tried to charge her over double the price of our block rate. She then had someone else’s credit card information on her hotel room. They are so overcharged the mother of the bride Over $700 and they still don’t have a reason on why they did that. I then went in to the hotel three days after checking out when I was charged this insane amount, the GM told me that he would be there in 30 minutes, but we waited over two hours for him, then he almost refused to even talk to o over $700 and they still don’t have a reason on why they did that. It was absolutely insane and never made right. It’s been three weeks since my wedding and they still haven’t corrected my moms account, and she has called multiple times.
Please don’t ever stay here!
