Completely disappointed! The staff is of no help say there hands are tied… first. So I asked to spake with manager or owner they told me I could not! 😳😡. Now as for the less than unresolved acceptable issues, we had a 4 room suit and a 3 room suit — missing many kitchen utensils had to ask 4 time to get what was needed. Carpet has stains and we had babies that I would Not let craw on the floor — it is gross… bottom line go somewhere else! No hot water… They do Not have beach chairs for everyone…. Your lucky to get one. Hotels only pays for 30 sets for the entire hotel… I’m on the beach with 15 guests who have no where to sit…. Hotel has stoped talking to us about the issue… they have chairs locked up and will not put out 😡

Arrived at our 2 bedroom villa had no problem getting into our room which was perfect… but the air conditioning was broken and 78 degrees in the room and than my daughter found a fake finger nail on her bathroom counter. Finally got switched and than the hot water was not working in the hotel … sorry not sorry don’t stay here.

Amazing hotel, staff is professional, kind and courteous. Food is amazing, amenities are top notch and the pool and surroundings are stellar.

Every aspect of this said diamond rated hotel is second to none. The staff is incredible we love it even up to the front desk PERSONEL Mrs. Ashley. She helped us through out everything to make this Valentine's Day a day to remember for myself and fiance Christine Retamar.

Lucy at the front desk night clerk is by far the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever met in the service industry. Everyone else was wonderful. The Valet staff and the restaurant staff were GREAT! We stayed for five nights — I would come back but never again as long as Lucy the front desk clerk still works there. My experience with her was absolutely terrible. Im waiting to speak with Manager about her behavior. Hopefully in the morning.

Room itself was nice but please do believe everything the reviews are saying about they pick and choose who to give the nice views too. We paid weeks ahead in full for a nice view and stayed in the king club suite, there were plenty of rooms available and not many people there during the week yet they give us a room with a bad view, bushes in the way, dirty boxers outside and the smell of dog poop. My husband booked this trip for us but definitely should have gone elsewhere. This was not our first time here so I know how things go, it depends on who’s working up front really but the room itself was nice. Also they will only help “select few” with luggage.

This is a great Hotel. It’s very clean and well kept. The amenities are awesome! We Love the pool! The marina walkway is beautiful decorated with personal boats and yachts! There is also a Ruth Chris on property. Great job with Guest, during, this pandemic. Fresh linens are delivered, daily! We are having a Great time!

Quick stay while traveling. Paid for a regular king room and walked into a 2 bedroom waterfront suite! Very happy!

My experience at the Marina was quite surprising. My first impressions upon arrival was pure excitement. The resort is beautiful, and the lobby is breathtaking. I arrived at 10AM. Check-in was not until 4PM, so we changed clothes, grabbed the shuttle, and headed to the beach. The private beach is unlike any other in Myrtle Beach. The beach service provides clean towels for use at the beach. Additionally, they offer chairs and umbrellas. They also provide a snack and concession area that has drinks and light foods for purchase. There is a portable restroom facility that is air conditioned as well. The shuttle service was fantastic. The driver was professional, friendly, and accommodating. At 1:30PM, I received the text message informing me that my room was ready. We stayed at the beach until 3PM, checked in, and headed to Barefoot Landing for the evening. At 5:30PM I received a call from the resort letting me know they made a mistake and checked me in to the wrong room. They apologized for the inconvenience and even offered to move all our luggage for us. This was minimal to no inconvenience because we hadn’t really unpacked yet, so we went ahead and just moved it ourselves. The next day at the beach was great. The shuttle driver informed us on the way back that afternoon that this was the last day for the seasonal staff at the resort, however the bellhop would take us to the beach on the shuttle for the remainder of the trip.

It is a Great place to stay. Private beach they shuttle you to and come back and forth to pick you up, chairs umbrellas and towels all provided, bathrooms, dressing area, food and drinks. Same staff are here from year to year and that tells me a lot. Look it up, give it a try. The staff are so nice. No loud noise At pool or facility, etc. Give it a “10”

I mistakenly chose 1 star and accidentally Meant to choose 5. Had a wonderful stay Recently. Clean room, view of the pool area And a bit of the waterway. The breakfast Buffet was great, the food was always Freshly prepared. We enjoyed lounging And using the wonderful pool on the Premises. The Office, housekeeping and Valet staff were friendly and helpful. We came back this year after staying Last year also. We really enjoy the Myrtle Beach area and will be looking Forward to staying at the Marina Inn!

Best hotel I have been to by far. 1000%. The room was absolutely beautiful and the views. The only down fall is the shower water wouldn’t get hot. So cold shower for a couple days and the fire place didn’t work: (other then that the hotel was beautiful staff was amazing and kind. The bar tenders at reflections were amazing as well. I wish we could have stayed much longer but I know where I will he staying again! I would definitely give this place a try food is pricey. But overall amazing. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time! Also the pirates Voyage is right across the street! So much to around the hotel! And the pool area is beautiful and I love that’s it opened 24/7

Excellent condo / hotel. Accommodations cannot be beat in Myrtle Beach. Pool is excellent. Private beach is excellent. Small bus to the beach is really convenient. Gym is great. Full kitchen in our condo and washer dryer, which we made ample use of. We struggled with the maid service. I am not sure what was going on, but they cam around 9 am. If we didn't allow them to clean at that time, they never come back. After a day at the beach, we never had enough towels when we returned to the condo. We called for towels and no one showed up. Although one evening the night staff came at 9 pm to rectify and clean the condo. Definitely some issue with the day staff.

I just recently stayed at this place and it was awesome! The people were so friendly and it was clean and has so much to offer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others. I am big in researching the best place to stay when I vacation and calling to ask questions. From the time I arrived tonthe time I left I have nothing but positive things to say. I honestly did not want to leave it was true paradise. I can answer any questions about the hotel if anyone …was a honest answer. We loved our vacation there. Be aware, it's not right on the beach, but they do have a shuttle to a private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The were plenty of (free) umbrellas, and it was very peaceful. The grounds of the hotel are nice too. I enjoyed my morning walks by the lake.

Lovely family get away. Very spacious. Kitchen was very well design with all the appropriate kitchen equipment. Staff here are very friendly and eager to help. Landscape was gorgeous.

Amazing accommodations! Absolutely loved it. My two children 6 and 8 had a blast in the pools. Them having their own room and bathroom was a plus. Staff is also amazing and friendly!

It is a great hotel with a central location to most attractions. The suites are nice and spacious. The suites have a full kitchen and provides everything you need to cook your own meals. Only caveat is some of the furniture needs to be updated or refreshed. Wonderful private beach access which the hotel provides shuttle transportation. The pool area is awesome and has its own bar area as well. Only issue that we experienced was with the elevator on arrival.

FAMILY VACAY! Loved it! As a travel agent, I highly recommend this place! Convenient location, rooms are super friendly, resort is beautiful and fun activities! The only downside is that house keeping did go through our belongings. Nothing was missing but things were out of place. When I went to the front desk to get more movies, I did hear them discussing with another customer on the phone about housekeeping going through their stuff as well. We did notice that they did not come through til after 5pm and we were not there. So as a result my husband did leave a nice surprise for them if they tried it again. So I recommend you don't leave valuables in the room but truly at any hotel, motel, resort etc. Other than that I still recommend this resort!

A very nice hotel, probably nicest in Myrtle. Easy to get to right off the hwy. Great outdoor pool area. Rented a two bedroom suite which is extremely roomy with a full kitchen as well.

Clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Amenities are very nice and it's conveniently located to golf, water sports, and other activities. They also have a shuttle that takes you to their own stretch of private beach with chairs umbrellas and refreshments.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! THEY HAVE BEDBUGS! Hotel is beautiful however, my husband and I woke up with bites on our legs. We contacted the front desk and they said the entire bedding would be changed within the hour. It never happened. We contacted them a few hours later and they told us it would be done before 4:00 PM. We came back after dinner to find the beds made and the sheets had never been changed. We asked for a refund which the manager gladly gave and ended our vacation early. I would not recommend this hotel.

My family is at this location now. Beautiful property. The private beach experience is awesome as well. However each day upon return to our room we seemed to be passed over for cleaning or on two days the rooms we barely touched by the housekeeping staff. I expect way more service than this and am very disappointed that we are now waiting an hour in the lobby while they finally clean our room. Beautiful location poor service at least to our family.

This place is nice, but not worth the price. I have stayed at other places just as nice or nicer for half of the price. One good thing is they do shuttle you to the private beach, however its cheaper to stay in a hotel right on the beach. They have a restaurant inside, but the food isnt that good and the service is terrible. You usually wait a long time. You are however close to Broadway on the beach and a lot of other popular restaurants and attractions.

Very Nice hotel, however, over priced in my opinion due to location. Also, do not expect to book any groups here as they do not do group rates, not only that, the person in charge of it all does not ever call you back to let you know the pricing or what rooms are available. My fiance and I are getting married right around the corner at the grande dunes members club, we asked about rates for out of own family and staying there the night of the wedding. Never got a call back and any time I called the price went up. Then my future father in law who is former military, was told one price, then waited to hear back from the manager about if any other discounts were available, never got a call back and when he called to book, the price doubled and was told the would not honor the price given. Very surprising for the type of hotel this place claims to be. I hope people read this before spending the money, cause there are a lot of very nice hotels here in Myrtle Beach for the price you will pay here, and you can be a lot closer to the beach. Just a thought.

Beautiful property. Terrible customer service. Weren’t told that private beach is open but with no food/drink services, no chairs, no umbrellas until next week. No apologies nor concessions by hotel staff. Had to request a room with a better view and then after three remakes of the keys (while I carried luggage back and forth) to get the room open. But wait, it gets better! Another guest cut his foot on glass in the hot tub! Did staff show concern—NO! Did the property manager speak with the guest—NO! As beautiful as the grounds are, they don’t make up for NO customer service.

My family and I drove up to Myrtle Beach for the weekend and I booked a room at Marina Inn and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. My visit exceeded my expectations. The suite was fully functional, relaxing to the point my family wanted to stay longer. Overall my experience at the Marina went from a short weekend getaway to a memorable experience that my family and I will always share.

Nice place but bring your own pillows. The ONLY big issue my husband and I had was the bedding! The pillows at first seem to be nice but then as you laid your head on them they flattened out to nothing. We got a room with two queen beds which each had four pillows on them. Needless to say even with the four pillows we tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable! If you need to get a good night sleep then I suggest bringing your own pillow or ask for replacements. Other than our awful night it was a great place.

Bathroom area was amazing. However, the room itself was outdated, with A LOT of antique furniture and the balcony is not private at all. Your neighbor can be a peeping Tom (that’s how close they were). The hot tub was indescribable cold. The Wi-Fi sucked! And, JOHN at the front desk is rude and tells half truths. Needless to say, We originally planned to stay 2 nights but because of the dissatisfaction of only being there 2 1/2 hours we rather had a refund for both nights. JOHN only refunded half of the money even after we decided to no longer stay on the premises. John basically cheated us out of $167.42 for not even staying there AT ALL! If I could give 0 STARS I would! The only genuine person there was Dick (the valet gentleman).

We stayed here for four nights over Easter week. Our room was unquestionably very nice. Clean, well stocked, roomy and well appointed. The furniture on the two porches was standard K-Mart quality (not self proclaimed 5 Star Resort Quality). The lobby and common areas definitely are looking a bit tired and not what you'd expect to see at a high level resort — Maybe something more that you'd expect at an older Marriott in need of an upgrade. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Many families were enjoying it and appeared to be having a great time. Only issue with the pool area is that 3 of the 4 nights there were loud drunken crowds out there having a fraternity party it sounded like. Each night we called, and each night it was addressed but I think they ought to be a little more proactive and maybe do something about it before guests have to get up at 3am and call. Just a suggestion…

A four diamond restaurant. The chef is fantastic. The food is very good and the servers are very helpful and friendly. You can sit and see the Marina and watch the sunset over the intercostal waterway as you dine.

I recently was at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes for a bridal show. I has a wonderful experience. The decor was breathtaking.

Attended a business meeting here. Clean, well appointed amenities and attentive staff. Very beautiful and top notch.

Was there for a professional breakfast. Food served was traditional hot breakfast food you'd find at a hotel except better. The Inn itself was beautiful! Plenty of parking too.

It has the an amazing veiw of the dock! Beds was awesome to sleep in. Rooms are were well decorated and spacy. They have walk in shower and a separate bathtub. Every employee was extremely nice and helpful. They do have a restaurant that serves delicious food. Five stars all around.

Our favorite place to stay when we come to MB. John Kinman, at the front desk, and Jane at the upstairs bar, always give us 5 star service. The entire staff is outstanding, the food excellent and the atmosphere is perfectly relaxed. Great place to get away and be stress-free.

Beautiful. Great staff. Only complaint is the "crib" was a pack n play that seen better days. We had to put a blanket under the mattress so baby wasn't sleeping on a bar in her back.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Received a free room upgrade when I checked in, which was great. The bed was comfortable, but the sides of the mattress were worn from too much sitting on the edge, to the point of being sunk in a little. The room was very clean, smelled great, and was adequately designed. The shower has two shower heads on one pole within 2 inches of each other, neither of which are positionable in an easy fashion, making for a weird shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience upgraded upon arrival very clean rooms and great service. Bar, spa and restaurant 24/hr pool access and office. An on site shuttle bus to take you to there beach I Just wish it at the least had free breakfast and welcoming gifts but I will return.

Didn't like the fact that you can't check in before 4pm but room is nice, pool is gr8 and clean. Also didn't like the fact that you get $5 off everyday you don't use room service and can't get the money back only for gift shop which is bloody expensive. The beach is a 10min drive from the hotel and is beautiful. Transportation is provided.

The staff was exceptional and the service was great. The location for not being on the ocean front in our point of view is a minus and the fact that there are no shuttle service to and from the airport is also a minus. Otherwise a good place to be will all the required amenities for a great vacation. Valet and reception staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

The junior suite we had was spacious, clean and well appointed. The amenities are nice. The gym is small, but adequate for a road workout. The outdoor pool area is nice but could be a bit bigger for a resort this size. The on-site restaurant Waterscapes makes for convenient and tasty dining albeit expensive. I'd suggest venturing to local restaurants like Aspen Grille for dinner and River City Cafe for lunch. Skip the valet parking. There is plentiful parking and you don't have to wait. The one time we used their service to call ahead they forgot to even pick up our car. The only issue we had with our stay was the adjoining room. The people staying next door were beyond rude and loud. They had several guests. Kids were playing and screaming well past acceptable hours. Finally after tolerating it for too long we called the front desk who sent someone to talk to them. I'm happy that the staff tried to get them to be quiet but the walls are quite thin. All in all, we'd stay again.

We got the penthouse this time. 4 bedroom, each with a king bed and a full bathroom. Lobe our washer and dryer (this is available even in smaller rooms that we stayed before). Everything was great, however it would have been nicer with a personal touch like a flower bouquet, chocolate, or a fruit basket as a welcoming gift or even chocolate on the pillow after room service would have earn it 5 stars since it's a penthouse. Otherwise just feel roomier and bigger room than my previous 3 times that I have stayed there.

Beautiful property but the room could have used an update. We stayed in the tower and the sink in our bathroom was cracked, the sheets on our bed were frayed, and we noticed a big spiderweb in the corner of the ceiling. If we'd been staying more than one night I would have complained, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the setting was gorgeous.

Worth the price. Great pools, staff, private beach, fairly close to Ocean Boulevard, and the room had an awesome view. Didn't try the restaurant. However, from what I've gathered from the locals, it is expensive but nice.

Room service was a little slow but the workers were extremely nice. The location is a bit far from the beach and attractions but they have their own private beach with service and a shuttle. The indoor pool was nice and the gym was great and clean.

Always enjoy coming here but this time was not as enjoyable… Seems as if booking thru 3rd parties are frowned upon. Went to front desk to extend a night. Asked lady to price match since I found a cheaper deal. Stated that type of room wasn't available after me showing her on my phone it was. Then she says that someone has already booked our room after we were suppose to originally leave. She just kept making excuses why we couldn't book another night when clearly I could book thru my phone… I finally had her call reservation after I had enough and lo and behold a room is available AND we were able to stay in our same room after she talked with reservation… SMH… Then after going green with housekeeping we called twice to let someone we wanted housekeeping the 3rd day… we came back after 11pm… noone had even stepped foot in our room to make a bed or empty trash. Then we went to swim tonight since the pool is 24 hours and we are sitting by the pool… A staff member instructs everyone to get out of pool and it was now closed for the remainder of the night due to complaints about all the teenagers in the pool being loud. I asked why we were being punished, he stated he couldn't just pinpoint them to leave… everyone had to leave… UGH… Then he tells us to go to the indoor pool… guess what… the loud teenagers are there in there now… No thank you! Maybe our last day will be better.

Great room… well kept! Staff is very friendly and helpful… Fantastic scenery from our balcony… Cant wait to come back.

Came here with my girlfriend for her 23rd Birthday. Let me start with this place is absolutely one of the nicest, luxurious, cleanest hotel/resorts that I've ever been to in my entire life. Ms. Chanda works at the front desk. Absolute sweetheart! Took such good care of us since it was my girlfriend's birthday. Had our room upgraded for it. The whole staff was great! Excellent Bellhops, and valet service. Will most definitely be back. Thank you again everyone!

The Marina Inn was fabulous and gorgeous! The staff was informative and always available to help. It was clean and very well kept. Will definitely go there again.

I don't understand why this hotel has such a high rating because the pictures look nice, but the hotel is not well kept at all! The furniture is all worn like it was donated. We even got the "upgrade" but we had to change rooms because the bathroom was moldy with water spots everywhere. Then when we get even more of an "upgrade" the furniture was less worn but there's a giant spider on the wall. When the bell-man brings our stuff, he's just standing there with the door open letting all kinds of bugs in, and we ask if he can come in, he says no because it's against their policy. Ok yea whatever but then he made some snide remark about letting a few little bugs bother me. HECK YES they do when I'm paying $300+ a night to stay here. Maybe I'm insane for wanting to stay at a hotel without bugs? Not worth it! From the pile of crumbs in the middle of the floor requiring a request from housekeeping, to the raw egg in the elevator that was there for over an hour, to the bell-man muttering that we're a pain in the ass for nicely requesting a new room, this is the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. Let's see if they do what's right and give me my money back. I'm only giving them 3 stars because the rest of the place was beautiful and the front desk staff was really nice. Update: They issued a full refund.

Great for vacations.

Our stay at Marina Inn was fantastic. The hotel was very nice and beautifully decorated. There is definitely an upscale feel. The marina and golf course make for a pretty setting and a nice change if you aren't looking for the Myrtle beachfront strip. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded upon check in to a 2 bedroom suite. The full kitchen is nice to have. I wish we stayed longer to take full advantage of it. We really enjoyed our stay at Marina Inn and will definitely be back.

Clean and with lots of room space.

My experience has been limited to the valet parking and the Water Scapesports restuarant. Both are excellent. The valet parking is free and the attendants are very courteous and friendly. The service in the restuarant is excellent. The servers are very friendly, accommodating and efficient. The menu is varied and the food is delicious and presented very appealing and always served at the proper temperature.

The rooms and service were thoughtful, complete, and utterly charming. Multiple areas for relaxation and cueing guests to "go green" got my attention. Conveniently located about ten to fifteen minutes from all Myrtle Beach's downtown attractions, I've certainly enjoyed my stay.

Very dissapointing since it's such a nice hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary and had a few issues with this hotel. Wasps: We didn't notice a wasp nest was thriving on the room balcony and I was stung on the back the 1st night of our stay. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance to take care of it. Saturday morning a few wasps were back so we couldn't enjoy coffee on the balcony. Called maintenance again. Saturday night we thought the wasps were gone as we enjoyed drinks on the balcony, but 4 more showed up so we had to retreat into the room again. No hot water: Friday night the shower was cold. Tolerated the shower in order to make our dinner reservations. Called the front desk. Shower was hot Saturday, but Sunday it was cold again. Coffee creamer curdled: Tried to make coffee Sunday morning, but the small creamer came out in one nasty blob of curdled nastiness. On checkout I recapped all of this and the attendant said oh my, I let the manager know.

Gorgeous view, amazing staff. Rooms clean and pretty. Shuttle to the beach was great. The private beach was clean and not too busy. Furniture and mattress a little hard for my taste.

My husband and I stayed at the Marina Inn at Grand Dunes in Myrtle Beach, S. C. In June 2016. My husband was attending a training conference for a needed certification for his job. The entrance to the hotel is very lovely, well designed and maintained in such a way as to provide the ultimate introduction to the hotel. The room was ready when we arrived at 5:00 pm. The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. I particularly enjoyed the vanity table with the lighted make-up mirror. Unfortunately, we had some minor issues that needed to be addressed. The thermostat was pre-programmed to only allow certain temperature settings to be achieved. With the humidity level extremely high this time of the year, our room was damp which made sleeping difficult. We were able to get the hotel to send an engineer to remedy this problem. Our refrigerator had to be adjusted as well, because it was freezing the canned sodas we had in it. One night we got back to the hotel and the power was out because of a storm. There were issues with the back up generator, but the staff rallied quickly and got the power back running. One thing we couldn't understand was why our room did not have a microwave oven. Apparently, from what we were told, one guest got sick from a microwave that was behind a desk and operated by the hotel staff. But, that doesn't seem to explain why a microwave oven cannot be placed in a guest's room. I have stayed in many hotels.

My wife and I booked a Studio Deluxe Suite (included whirlpool tub, fireplace, etc. ) months in advance hoping to have a romantic stay for five days for our honeymoon. It's advertized as a sort of honeymoon/romantic suite. I called a few days before we left to make sure the reservation was all good, since we had not talked to anyone over the phone yet. The lady on the phone checked our reservation and said everything was in order. We arrived a few hours before check-in and the lady at the front allowed us to pre-check-in, but she said our room wasn't going to be available because some sort of maintenance was taking place. She said we were given a free upgrade to a two-bedroom villa. It included two queen beds, a king bed, a full kitchen, and two bathrooms. The problem was my wife and I don't need two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and two bathrooms for just two people. We wanted a whirlpool tub so we could relax when we came back to the hotel. I was disappointed that we weren't called and informed about this change before driving all the way to the beach, and then to have a representative try to make me think I was getting an "upgrade". It was an overall bad experience, and I chose to save a whole lot of money by booking a motel that was actually on the beach, rather than having to be shuttled to the beach at Marina Inn. I gave them an extra star because the hotel does seem to be a nice place despite this incident.

The location was the only con to this resort. You are not close to the beach at all, and you have to drive everywhere that you go. However, there is a free valet service and if you want to take a taxi, you just call down to the front desk and one will be there very quick. The rooms and entire resort were some of the nicest I have seen. It was also nice not to have that normal musty smell that most hotels seem to have.

Best Hotel in the Myrtle Beach area. Lot of extras as seen with 5 star hotels. View from the 6th floor was exceptional.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom king size suites and it was truly amazing! The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back next year!

Wow, the Marina Inn was absolutely fabulous. The staff was gracious and the room was spectacular. We enjoyed the views from our balcony and swam everyday in a clean pool. I would highly recommend staying at the Marina Inn.

The family truly enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious suite and the expansive outdoor pool area. Very relaxing. We'll be back.

Loved the hotel! My family and I stayed first time Easter weekend. Friendly staff, nice activities for the children. Just all around great hotel! We would def stay again next time were in town :).

Nice room but my room was near the ice machine and the other guests were slamming doors all afternoon. Maybe it was the maids. They should instruct them on not slamming the doors. Just an average but it had such potential going in. Not sure it would be worthwhile to stay again.

My husband and I came down this week for the food show and stayed at Marina Inn. Beautiful hotel. However, it was after 6:00pm before they would let us check in. We got there at 2:00 and they said the room was clean but not inspected. So we left and came back at about 4:45 and they said it STILL hadn't been inspected. So we waited AGAIN until almost 6:00 before we could get in the room. We were not happy, especially since we had to shower and change to be at the next venue by 7:00. Once we returned home, I realized I had left something in the room. I called back to get some help and they put me on hold FOREVER, then came back and asked for my phone number and they would locate my item and call me back. It is 3 days now and I still haven't heard back from them. Not happy! For the money and reputation, I really expect more.

My husband and I usually stay at a cheaper than this hotel but he had a meeting and we wanted his brother to be able to stay with us so we got a suite. This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The suite was beautifully laid out and we had everything we needed in the suite. There was a kitchen, fireplace, two bedrooms with two full baths and a washer and dryer. Our balconies faced the Inland Waterway which was next to the hotel. We sat yesterday afternoon and watched a wedding in the hotel courtyard. The staff were all helpful and room service accommodated our inability to get out of the room until 11 each day. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach with will stay at the Marina Inn for sure.

We stayed there in preparation for our wedding at Murrell's Inlet. The place was beautiful and the services outstanding. Highly recommend.

I won't stay anywhere else in the Myrtle Beach area. This place is truly 5-star, upscale resort complete with all the amenities. Off the strip, few kids, quiet and comfortable — definitely perfect if you're looking to stay away from the kids and families of the beachfront.

My family and I stayed at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes during Spring break and had a wonderful experience. I rarely take time out to write reviews but the overall service was so pleasing that I want others to witness the experience as well. Our room and bathroom were clean with a modern design, the staff was very kind, helpful and inviting, the jet ski rental was exciting then watching the boats sail pass while sitting on our patio was therapeutic. I truly appreciated the intimate setting during check-in; there was just an employee, table and myself on the opposite side, not the counter top setup that most hotels have. The employees spoke very pleasant and always greeted with a smile. After driving 5 hours and attempting to initially check-in at the Anderson Ocean Club And Spa (Myrtle Beach) before CANCELING our reservation due to being overcharged and treated very rudely by staff members and management the Marina was just amazing experience the entire weekend! The only drawback was the transaction on my cc from room service and the fact that it was extremely difficult contacting someone to clear up the mishap. However, the Food and Beverage Manager assured me that he would rectify this situation by Monday. Overall, I would most definitely stay here again and again! Highly recommended.

A most outstanding property. Rooms, views and amenities exceeded our expectations. Bill the concierge was most helpful. Erica our Waterscapes server was superb. The entire staff at Mother's Day brunch could not have been better.
